Description

Ice cream-like scrub cream with acne removing effect
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an ice cream scrub with an acne removing effect.
Background
Acne, also known as pox and comedo, is a chronic follicular sebaceous gland inflammatory disease caused by the combined action of multiple factors, is easy to recur, and severe people can leave pigment red marks or scars after healing, and 80 percent of people can be affected by acne at some stage in life. Acne usually occurs in adolescence (about 16-30 years old), most of acne is self-healed after adolescence, the morbidity of males is higher than that of females, and the number of females in summer is larger than that of females in winter. The hair-growing part is skin rich in sebaceous glands on the face, the upper chest and the back. In adolescence, hormones in the body stimulate the growth of hair, sebaceous glands secrete more oil, and the hair and the sebaceous glands accumulate a plurality of substances, so that oil and bacteria are attached to the hair and the sebaceous glands, and the skin is red and swollen to form pimples. The progression of acne can be divided into several stages, namely, comedones, pimples, pustules, nodules, and cysts. Acne is a complex skin disease, the formation cause is complex, the incidence rate and the recurrence rate are high, and if the acne is not treated or extruded by self, vasodilatation, pigmentation or acne scars are easy to remain, and the appearance of a patient is seriously affected.
The causes of acne are mainly hyperseborrhea (androgenic hormone stimulates sebaceous glands), sebaceous gland follicular hyperkeratosis, massive growth of acrylic acid bacillus acnes, and inflammation around hair follicles. The life influencing factors are mainly hormones, greasy and high calorie diet, insomnia, staying up all night, smoking, drinking, pressure/pain and the like, which all cause the acne problem of the skin. Other factors: related to genetics, with family history; the computer radiation source affects endocrine dysfunction of the human body, thereby making skin metabolism irregular. In conclusion, the causes of pox are related to secretion of hormone levels, keratinocyte metabolism, hypersecretion of sebaceous glands, and excessive reproduction of propionibacterium acnes.
The existing acne removing methods for beautifying skin are various, 1, if laser acne removing is adopted, the laser acne removing method can be used for quickly treating acne, but the laser treatment effect is too strong, and the laser acne removing method only destroys commas by a physical method and cannot radically remove acne; 2. the micro-needle acne removing device has the advantages that the micro-needle acne removing device has the effect of introducing medicines, but the micro-needle acne removing device needs to pierce skin to slightly bleed and can cause pain; 3. the red and blue light can remove acnes, the red and blue light only acts on epidermis, the origin of acnes inflammation is in the mesoderm of skin, the treatment method only has auxiliary effect, and the effect is not obvious; 4. the tartaric acid can refresh skin and remove acne, has high concentration and is not tolerated by some people. 5. The acne is removed by using some western medicines such as salicylic acid, prednisone, dexamethasone and the like, and the western medicines have strong side effects and high cost.
At present, the most common and safe means for preventing and treating acne which is deeply favored by consumers is a cosmetic with the effect of externally removing acne. The anti-acne active ingredients of the commercially available anti-acne skin care product mostly adopt antibacterial raw materials such as salicylic acid and ethanol, the action route is single, the effect is slow, the recurrence is easy, the anti-acne effect is not ideal, the skin irritation is caused, and the like, and the anti-acne skin care product is not suitable for being singly used for a long time. Based on the above, the ice cream-shaped scrub cream with the acne removing effect is developed, can effectively condition acne muscles, inhibit acne regeneration and fade acne marks, has a novel appearance of ice cream, and is easily loved by consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ice cream-shaped scrub cream with an acne removing effect. The scrub cream is added with an acne-removing composition, and the acne-removing composition is compounded by a plurality of plant extracts, has synergistic effect, is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, controls oil secretion, relieves acne and acne red swelling symptoms, helps acne skin to heal, and lightens acne marks.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an acne-removing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1-0.3% of peach roll phenol,
0.5-5.0% of Bordeaux (PEUMUS BOLDUS) leaf extract,
0.1-1.0% of olive (Olea EUROPAEA) leaf extract,
1.0-3.0% of willow herb (Epilobium ANGUSTIFOLIUM) flower/leaf/stem extract.
The invention discloses a compound of resina persicae with antibacterial, antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions, wherein TOTAROL is the English name of the resina persicae. Mycoplasma persicae phenol has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant bacteria, epidemic bacteria, and public multi-drug resistant bacteria); streptococcus mutans, streptococcus pneumoniae (penicillin-resistant), streptococcus (erythromycin-resistant); enterococcus faecalis (resistant to higher gentamicin), enterococcus faecalis (resistant to ancomycin); salmonella menstoniensis; e.coli; enterobacter aerogenes; pseudomonas aeruginosa; b, bacillus subtilis; producing Brevibacterium ammoniagenes; corynebacterium parvum.
The boldo (PEUMUS BOLDUS) leaf extract can promote skin to synthesize beta-antibiotics, reduce the influence of the outside on the skin, and relieve and condition the skin. Beta-antibiotics are divided into several classes, each possessing a similar helical structure but varying activity. The Bordeaux (PEMUS BOLDUS) leaf extract can effectively regulate and control the balance of skin microbial colonies by virtue of the antibacterial activity and the promotion of the synthesis of beta defensin HBD3, and HBD3 not only has antibacterial property on gram-positive/negative bacteria, but also has strong antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus. The Bordeaux extract is verified clinically, so that the proliferation of bacteria can be effectively reduced, and the skin of pimples is obviously improved; can eliminate erythema, improve skin uniformity and gloss, and reduce skin redness. The skin texture is more delicate, the complexion is more uniform, the pores are finer, and the skin is firmer. Also can reduce the number of comedones and pustules. A suitable commercially available leaf extract of the Bordeaux tree (PEUMUS BOLDUS) may be Betapur from PasteurTM
The olive (Olea EUROPAEA) leaf extract has the effects of resisting microorganisms, inflammation, irritation, oxidation and aging. Can be used for treating skin disorder, sensitive skin, acne prone skin, hormone face, and inflammatory skin. According to recent studies, several groups of active molecules are present in olive leaves, oleuropein and verbascoside, flavonoids, flavonols, enzymes, etc. Scientific studies have reported on the therapeutic activity of olive leaves, and olive leaf extracts are considered to have efficacy of antimicrobial activity, can regulate blood pressure and blood sugar, can be used as antioxidants, cardiotonic agents, anti-inflammatory agents, enhance immune stimulation, and the like. Suitable olive (Olea EUROPAEA) is commercially available) The leaf extract may be from HALLSTAR

The willow herb (Epilobium ANGUSTIFOLIUM) flower/leaf/stem extract has the effects of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes and resisting oxidation, and can smooth acne marks and make skin smoother; has remarkable effect on reducing erythema caused by ultraviolet and chemical stimulation. Willow herb is a genus of willow, and wild willow herb grows in northern grassland of canada, and can be cultivated artificially, and has been historically used for treating intestinal spasm, treating burn, and relieving skin irritation. A suitable commercially available flower/leaf/stem extract of willowherb (Epilobium ANGUSTIFOLIUM) may be Canadian Willowherb (TM) from the company LUCASSMEYER.
The acne-removing composition provided by the invention can effectively play a synergistic effect of plant extracts by compounding four plant extracts, namely the peach carin, the boldo (PEUMUS BOLDUS) leaf extract, the OLEA EUROPAEA (oleea) leaf extract and the willow herb (EPILOBIUM ANGUSTIFOLIUM) flower/leaf/stem extract. The combination of the active substances plays a role in two aspects, and the good acne removing effect is achieved together: (1) inhibiting, balancing sebum hypersecretion, combating hypersecretion of lipids (2) inhibiting excessive proliferation of propionibacterium acnes and inflammatory reactions. The acne-removing composition can quickly permeate into skin, effectively inhibit bacteria, relieve discomfort such as skin redness and swelling, inflammation and the like, reduce acne marks, inhibit acne regeneration and achieve safe acne removal.
In another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides an ice cream-shaped scrub cream with the acne removing effect, which comprises an excipient and the acne removing effect compound. example 5 efficacy evaluation
The acne removing scrub cream provided in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 was selected for the experiment. In the experiment, people with obvious acne and comedo are screened to carry out human trial evaluation experiments, and the conditions for excluding volunteers meet the diagnosis standard and treatment principle of cosmetic contact dermatitis. Subjects maintained good working and resting time and eating habits during the trial period. All oil control products were banned throughout the study, and changes to conventional skin care products, facial cleansers, were not permitted for the week before and during the study. At the test ambient temperature: 20 ℃ to 22 ℃, humidity: standing for 30min under 40-60% environment, and collecting data with German CK VISIA and skin surface sebum tester SM 815.
Measuring object: 90 volunteers, 45 males and 45 females with the age of 18-35 are selected according to requirements. Each 10 persons were randomized into 1 group and 9 groups. The subjects of this test 9 groups were evaluated for anti-acne efficacy using samples from examples 1-4, comparative examples 1-4, and control group a (1.0% salicylic acid cream added), respectively.
The test method comprises the following steps: 1) after a subject cleans the face, the skin of the face is wetted by warm water, a proper amount of scrub cream is taken to the palm, the warm water is added to soften the scrub cream, the scrub cream is smeared on the face, the face is gently massaged for 1 to 2 minutes, and then the scrub cream is cleaned by clean water. It is used 1-2 times per week.
2) The acne removing effect of the patent test sample is evaluated by intensively testing facial grease secretion and porphyrin and observing the recovery condition of the acne skin for corresponding scoring, the trial evaluation period is 28 days, data are acquired before use and after use at 2 and 4 weeks, and the improvement condition of the skin of a subject is counted.
(1) Testing the content of skin oil: the higher the value of the reaction skin oil content, the higher the skin oil content.
The test method comprises the following steps: the skin oil content was measured with a skin surface sebum tester SM815 at weeks 2 and 4 before, after, and 3 times repeatedly with the probe in the same area to be tested, and the average value was taken. And the relative temperature of the test environment is kept during measurement, the influence of light and sound interference is avoided, the measurement is finished, the data is stored, and the data is sorted and analyzed.
Test results and evaluation: the data of the change of the skin oil content before and after the product is applied to the tested area of the subject are analyzed and shown in figure 1. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the decrease in the amount of oil on the skin of the test pieces in examples 1 to 4 was higher than that in comparative examples 1 to 4, and the decrease in the amount of oil on the skin was remarkable as the product was used for a longer period of time. The comparative example group showed no significant decrease in sebum content on the skin. Compared with the comparative examples 1 to 4, the acne removing scrub cream disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the acne removing scrub cream is better in combination of a plurality of plant components.
(2) Purple score: the porphyrins are metabolites of bacteria of the follicular orifice, also known as "porphyrins". Porphyrin is an important index for evaluating the oil control effect. The higher the purple score, the higher the skin oil secretion. The VISIA facial analyzer can evaluate the efficacy of oil control products by tracking and testing the content of facial porphyrin of volunteers. Porphyrins are secretions of propionibacterium acnes that colonize pores causing acne. Porphyrin fluoresces under ultraviolet light, and presents a round white-point shape, and the secretion condition of grease can be reflected on the parts of the face.
The test method comprises the following steps: the purple scores of the test skin were measured using a VISIA facial analyzer before, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after the application of the scrub.
Test results and evaluation: the data for the change in the purple scores of the test areas before and after product use are analyzed in figure 2. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the purple scores of the skins tested in examples 1 to 4 were decreased more than those of comparative examples 1 to 4, and the purple scores were decreased more significantly as the product was used for a longer period of time. The purple score of the skin tested in the comparative example group did not decrease significantly. The synergistic effect of the components of the acne-removing composition is shown.
(3) Self-evaluation of test subjects
Subject self-assessment: questionnaires were completed after 4 weeks of use of the product, scoring criteria: 1 was unsatisfactory, 2 was less satisfactory, 3 was general, 4 was satisfactory, and 5 was very satisfactory. The scores of each group of volunteers were averaged and calculated to give satisfaction, with higher values indicating higher satisfaction of the subject with the product. The scoring result is shown in figure 3, and as can be seen from figure 3, the satisfaction degree of the test subject on the scrub creams of the examples 1 to 4 is higher than that of the scrub creams of the comparative examples 1 to 4, and the synergistic acne removing effect of the combination of the plant compositions is better.
