In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the microorganism-regulating component includes, but is not limited to, one or more of saccharide isomerate, inulin and fructose.

The skin conditioning composition of claim 1, wherein the soothing anti-inflammatory ingredient comprises one or more of, but is not limited to, a dragon tree extract, a syringa vulgaris extract, a microbial fermentation product, a centella asiatica extract, a sunflower extract, and an ophiopogon japonicus extract.
7. The skin conditioning composition of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant ingredient comprises one or more of, but not limited to, totarol, olive extract, tocopherol.
8. The skin conditioning composition of claim 1 wherein the rejuvenating conditioning ingredients include but are not limited to one or more of inositol, oligopeptides, ectoin, zinc salts.
