Abstract
The invention discloses an acne-removing composition, application thereof and cosmetics containing the composition, and relates to the field of cosmetics. The composition comprises zinc PCA, Hamamelis Virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract, Salix ALBA (Salix ALBA) bark extract, Myrtus communis (Rhodomyrtus TOMENTOSA) fruit extract, Paullinol and inulin; the cosmetic comprises polyalcohol, allantoin, acne-removing composition, thickener, skin conditioner, pH regulator and water. The application aims at different target spots, and the different components act on 5 mechanisms, so that the components generate a synergistic interaction function, and the acne removing machine can remove acnes in all directions, is mild in acne removing and has an obvious effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an acne-removing composition, application thereof and a cosmetic containing the composition.
Background
Acne, also known as acne, is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs in the pilosebaceous area and is one of the most common skin problems. Pockmarks are commonly found in young men and women in the development period of whelk, mainly occur in the face, the breast muscle and the shoulder blade to form papules, but with the aggravation of the reasons of living pressure, irregular life, food safety, environmental influence and the like, the pockmarks also become one of the skin problems of many people.
Aiming at the problem of smallpox, the medical method of using tretinoin is mostly adopted, but the problems of dry skin, irritation and redness are easily caused, the obvious curative effect is generated for a long time, the relapse of the smallpox cannot be inhibited, and meanwhile, the bacterial drug resistance can be caused by long-term use. Most of acne-removing products in the current cosmetic market have single effect pertinence, are not integrally considered from the mechanism of acne generation, mostly aim at sterilization and have insufficient acne-removing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an acne-removing composition, application thereof and a cosmetic containing the composition, so as to improve the acne-removing effect of an acne-removing product.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an acne removing composition which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
zinc PCA: 2-5 parts;
hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract: 0.01 to 0.05 portion;
white willow (SALIX ALBA) bark extract: 0.05 to 0.1 portion;
extract of myrtle (RHODOMYRTUS TOMENTOSA) fruit: 0.01 to 0.05 portion;
peach virus phenol: 0.005 to 0.02 portion;
inulin: 0.5 to 4 portions.
By adopting the scheme, the PCA zinc can regulate the activity of sebaceous glands and reduce the activity function of lipidase; the Hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects, and also has pore astringing effect; the Salix ALBA (Salix ALBA) bark extract has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, acne removing, and stratum corneum cell regeneration promoting effects, and is safe and non-irritant; the extract of fruit of Myrtus communis (Rhodomyrtus TOMENTOSA) can be used for preventing skin problems by regulating sebum secretion, inhibiting 5-alpha-reductase activity, reducing Propionibacterium acnes proliferation, and reducing inflammatory lipid mediator induced by oxidosqualene; the peach girder phenol has excellent antibacterial property and has good capacity of killing and inhibiting propionibacterium acnes; inulin balances microbial flora on the skin surface, inhibits harmful bacteria, and promotes the balance of beneficial bacteria; the application aims at different target spots, and the different components act on 5 mechanisms, so that the components generate a synergistic interaction function, and the acne removing machine can remove acnes in all directions, is mild in acne removing and has an obvious effect.
The preferable scheme comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
zinc PCA: 3-4.5 parts;
hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract: 0.02 to 0.04 portion;
white willow (SALIX ALBA) bark extract: 0.07-0.09 part;
extract of myrtle (RHODOMYRTUS TOMENTOSA) fruit: 0.02 to 0.04 portion;
peach virus phenol: 0.008 parts to 0.015 parts;
inulin: 2 to 3.5 portions.
The preferable scheme comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
zinc PCA: 4 parts of a mixture;
hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract: 0.03 part;
white willow (SALIX ALBA) bark extract: 0.08 part;
extract of myrtle (RHODOMYRTUS TOMENTOSA) fruit: 0.03 part;
peach virus phenol: 0.01 part;
inulin: and 3 parts.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also provides an application of the acne-removing composition in the field of cosmetics.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also provides an acne-removing cosmetic which comprises the acne-removing composition and a base material.
Preferably, the method comprises the following raw materials:
polyol: 5.8 wt% -13.4 wt%;
allantoin: 0.1 wt% -0.4 wt%;
the acne removing composition comprises the following components: 5.64 wt% -7.15 wt%;
thickening agent: 0.3 wt% -0.8 wt%;
skin conditioner: 0.42 wt% -0.88 wt%;
pH regulator: 0.2 wt% -0.5 wt%;
water: and (4) the balance.
By adopting the scheme, the compatibility of each component in the cosmetic and the acne-removing composition is good, the urea bag component can assist the acne-removing composition to exert the acne-removing effect and improve the acne-removing function, and the acne-removing function of the acne-removing cosmetic can be improved by mutual support and fusion of the components.
Preferably, the polyhydric alcohols include butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, and 1, 2-hexanediol.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also provides a preparation method of the acne-removing cosmetic, which comprises the following steps: mixing EDTA-2Na, allantoin, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, thickening agent, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water in advance, heating to 80-85 ℃, uniformly dispersing, then cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding a pH regulator and 1, 2 hexanediol, then adding an acne-removing composition, and mixing to obtain the acne-removing cosmetic.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the application adopts PCA zinc to regulate the activity of sebaceous glands and reduce the activity function of lipidation ferment; hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract has antiallergic and antiinflammatory effects; the Salix ALBA (Salix ALBA) bark extract has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, acne removing, and stratum corneum cell regeneration promoting effects; extract of fruit of Myrtus communis (Rhodomyrtus TOMENTOSA) is used for regulating sebum secretion; the peach girder phenol has excellent antibacterial property; inulin inhibits harmful bacteria and promotes the balance of beneficial bacteria; aiming at different target spots, the components act on a 5-fold mechanism, and the components mutually generate a synergistic function, so that the acne is removed in all directions, and the acne removing is mild and has an obvious effect.
2. The compatibility of each component in the cosmetic and the acne removing composition is good, the urea sac component can assist the acne removing composition to exert the acne removing effect, and the acne removing function of the acne removing cosmetic can be improved through mutual support and fusion of the components.

Preparation examples 1 to 5
An acne removing composition for cosmetic application comprises zinc PCA, Hamamelis Virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract, Salix ALBA (Salix ALBA) bark extract, Myrtus (Rhodomyrtus TOMENTOSA) fruit extract, Papilio phenol and inulin, and is added in the amount shown in Table 1.

Examples 1 to 3
An acne-removing cosmetic comprises polyalcohol, allantoin, an acne-removing composition, a thickening agent, a skin conditioning agent, a pH regulator and water, wherein the polyalcohol comprises butanediol, 1, 3-propanediol and 1, 2-hexanediol, the thickening agent comprises xanthan gum and carbomer, the skin conditioning agent comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone and EDTA-2Na, and the pH regulator is TEA. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding EDTA-2Na, allantoin, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, xanthan gum, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water into a container, mixing in advance, heating to 80-85 ℃, dispersing uniformly, then cooling to 40-45 ℃, mixing TEA and 1, 2 hexanediol uniformly in advance, then adding the mixture and an acne-removing composition into the container, and mixing uniformly to obtain the acne-removing cosmetic, wherein the adding amount of each component is shown in Table 2.
Example 4
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 3, and is characterized in that the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation example 1 is replaced by the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation example 3, the addition amount of the acne-removing composition is 7.15 wt%, and the addition amount of water is adjusted to 81.5 wt%.
Example 5
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 3, and is different from the acne-removing cosmetic shown in table 2 in that the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation 4 is used instead of the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation 1, the addition amount of the acne-removing composition is 6.658 wt%, and the addition amount of water is adjusted to 81.992 wt%.
Example 6
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 3, and is characterized in that the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation example 5 is used instead of the acne-removing composition obtained in preparation example 1, the addition amount of the acne-removing composition is 6.645 wt%, and the addition amount of water is adjusted to 82.005 wt%.

An acne removing composition comprises the same components as in preparation example 3, and reagents and process parameters used for the components are the same, except that inulin is added in an amount of 0.

An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative preparation example 1 was used as the acne-removing composition of preparation example 3.
Comparative example 2
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative example 2 was used as the acne-removing composition of preparation 3.
Comparative example 3
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative example 3 was used as the acne-removing composition of preparation 3.
Comparative example 4
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative example 4 was used as the acne-removing composition of preparation 3.
Comparative example 5
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative preparation example 5 was used in the acne-removing composition of preparation example 3.
Comparative example 6
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that the acne-removing composition obtained in comparative preparation example 6 was used as the acne-removing composition of preparation example 3.
Comparative example 7
An acne-removing cosmetic has the same components and reagents and process parameters used by the components as in example 4, except that the acne-removing composition is replaced by water.
Comparative example 8
An anti-acne cosmetic comprises the same components and reagents and process parameters as those in example 4 except that allantoin is replaced with water.
Comparative example 9
An acne-removing cosmetic is prepared by mixing 7.15 wt% of acne-removing composition obtained in preparation example 3 with 92.85 wt% of water.
Performance test
1. And (3) stability testing: stability tests were conducted on examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 9, and heat resistance tests were conducted by allowing to stand at 45. + -. 2 ℃ for one month and observing appearance, color and smell; the cold resistance test is to stand for one month at the temperature of minus 18 +/-2 ℃ and observe the appearance, color and smell of the product; the test of the cooling-heating cyclicity was carried out by storing the mixture at 45 deg.C, room temperature and-18 deg.C for 24h, circulating 3 times, observing the appearance, color and odor, and the test results are shown in Table 2 below.

2. Acne removal test:
(1) screening volunteers: 210 volunteers were selected, all volunteers were randomly divided into 14 groups of 15 persons per group, and examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 0 were tried on each group of volunteers.
Inclusion volunteer criteria were: the age is 20-45 years old, and the nature is not limited; oily and mixed skin, and face with acne; hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used in the last month; the tested part does not participate in other clinical testers at present or in nearly 30 days; can be matched with testers well; the system can read and understand all contents of the informed consent and voluntarily sign the informed consent; during the test period, the consent was not to use any cosmetics, drugs and nutraceuticals that have an impact on the outcome.
Exclusion criteria: open wound or erosion face at the acne affected part; those with high allergic constitution; those with a history of cosmetic allergy; a female who is pregnant, lactating, or intended to be pregnant during the test; severe center of gravity, liver and kidney function damage and severe immunologic hypofunction; those with mental disorders, severe endocrine disorders, and oral contraceptives; the patients who participate in the drug clinical testers or other testers within 30 days, or the patients who have systemic drugs which have influence on the test results within about 1 week; those who had oral and topical cosmetic products within 2 weeks that may have an effect on the outcome of the test; the investigator considered not appropriate for attending the investigator.
Abort and exit criteria: smearing the tested sample or recording the revisit according to the requirement during the test period; has serious diseases or serious adverse reactions during the use period.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the volunteers applied the product on their whole face for 28 days after cleansing the face in the morning and evening each day.
According to the method for clinically evaluating the acne-removing efficacy of dermatologists, the number of the effective acne-removing people and the number of the cured acne-removing people on the 28 th day are evaluated and recorded on the 1 st day, the 3 rd day, the 7 th day, the 14 th day and the 28 th day after the samples are tried, and the test results are shown in table 3.
Evaluation criteria:
1) and (3) curing: disappearance of clinical symptoms, elimination of pox and pox;
2) the method has the following advantages: the clinical symptoms are relieved, the pox part is eliminated or disappeared, and the reduction or reduction is realized;
3) and (4) invalidation: the clinical symptoms and pox are not improved.
Meanwhile, on days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 after the samples are tried, the evaluation of the self-evaluation acne removal efficacy is collected from the volunteers, the evaluation is carried out by adopting a scoring system, the evaluation is divided into the best evaluation by 0-9 and the worst evaluation by 0, the average value is taken, and the scoring result is shown in table 4.

According to the detection results of example 4 and comparative examples 1 to 7 in tables 2 to 4, the zinc PCA added in the application has the functions of regulating sebaceous gland activity, regulating sebum secretion and reducing the activity of lipidase; the Hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects, and also has pore astringing effect; the Salix ALBA (Salix ALBA) bark extract has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, acne removing, and stratum corneum cell regeneration promoting effects, can replace synthetic salicylic acid, and is safe and non-irritating; the extract of the fruit of Myrtus communis (Rhodomyrtus TOMENTOSA) can be used for treating oily and acne skin, regulating sebum secretion, inhibiting 5-alpha-reductase activity, reducing Propionibacterium acnes proliferation, and reducing inflammatory lipid medium induced by oxidosqualene to prevent skin problems; the peach girder phenol has excellent antibacterial property and has good capacity of killing and inhibiting propionibacterium acnes; inulin, also called inulin, is derived from plants such as Jerusalem artichoke and herba Cichorii, and can be used as prebiotics for balancing microbial flora on skin surface, inhibiting harmful bacteria, and promoting beneficial bacteria balance. The application aims at different target spots, acts on a 5-fold mechanism, each component generates a synergistic interaction function, and the acne removing machine can remove acnes in all directions, is mild in acne removing and has an obvious effect.
According to the detection results of the embodiment 4 and the comparative examples 8 to 9 in the tables 2 to 4, when the acne-removing composition is added into the acne-removing cosmetic, the compatibility of each component in the cosmetic and the acne-removing composition is good, the urea sac component can assist the acne-removing composition to exert the acne-removing effect and improve the acne-removing function, and the acne-removing function of the acne-removing cosmetic is remarkably improved through mutual support and fusion of the components.

white willow (SALIX ALBA) bark extract: 0.05 to 0.1 portion;
extract of myrtle (RHODOMYRTUS TOMENTOSA) fruit: 0.01 to 0.05 portion;
peach virus phenol: 0.005 to 0.02 portion;
inulin: 0.5 to 4 portions.
2. The acne-removing composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

5. An anti-acne cosmetic comprising the anti-acne composition of any one of claims 1-3 and a base.
6. The anti-acne cosmetic of claim 5, comprising the following raw materials:

the acne removing composition comprises the following components: 5.64 wt% -7.15 wt%;

water: and (4) the balance.
7. The anti-acne cosmetic of claim 6 wherein said polyhydric alcohol comprises butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, and 1, 2-hexanediol.
8. The anti-acne cosmetic of claim 6 wherein said thickening agent comprises xanthan gum and carbomer.
9. The anti-acne cosmetic of claim 7, wherein said skin conditioning agent comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone and EDTA-2 Na.
10. The preparation method of the acne-removing cosmetic for preparing the acne-removing cosmetic according to claim 9 comprises the following steps: mixing EDTA-2Na, allantoin, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, thickening agent, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water in advance, heating to 80-85 ℃, uniformly dispersing, then cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding a pH regulator and 1, 2 hexanediol, then adding an acne-removing composition, and mixing to obtain the acne-removing cosmetic.
