Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the acne-removing composition which is pure natural, easy to absorb and good in acne-removing effect and the application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
in a first aspect, the invention provides an acne-removing composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of anti-inflammatory soothing agent, 0.5-5 parts of anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent and 0.5-5 parts of copaiba resin, wherein the anti-inflammatory soothing agent comprises salvia miltiorrhiza extract, clove bud extract, astragalus membranaceus root extract, pyracantha fortuneana fruit extract, marshmallow extract, licorice root extract, caprylic/capric triglyceride and lecithin, and the anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent comprises caprylic/capric triglyceride, sunflower seed oil, safflower extract, gardenia extract, chrysanthemum extract, plum blossom extract and pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate).
The anti-inflammatory soothing agent takes the formulation idea of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' in traditional Chinese medicine as guidance, is based on the principle of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and dredging channels and collaterals, and takes salvia miltiorrhiza as a monarch to avoid excessive vigorous sebaceous glands; clove is used as a minister and has the function of controlling local infection; the pyracantha fortuneana fruit and the marshmallow are used as assistants, and have the effects of promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding; the liquorice and the astragalus root are used for coordinating the functions of the medicaments, can repair damaged skin, are added with caprylic/capric triglyceride to promote the penetration of functional components and give full play to the functions of the functional components, and are added with lecithin to ensure the regeneration activity of the skin.
According to the concept of 'holism and syndrome differentiation' of the traditional Chinese medicine and the formula principle of 'monarch, minister, assistant and messenger', the anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent is prepared from safflower, gardenia, Hangzhou white chrysanthemum and flos Pruni mume to enhance the function of an active epidermal layer, accelerate the skin barrier repair and prevent the skin from being invaded by the outside, so that the skin is protected, wherein the safflower can remove blood stasis without hurting yin, promote qi circulation and improve the local skin qi and blood circulation; the gardenia has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood without stasis, can promote skin injury repair, and is used together with the safflower to clear heat and remove stasis without damaging yin; the chrysanthemum morifolium ramat has the functions of promoting the production of body fluid and nourishing yin, is matched with monarch and ministerial medicines to treat complications, and has the functions of dispelling wind and dissipating heat without hurting yang; the flos Pruni mume has effects of moistening skin, promoting skin injury repair, and cooling and moistening without greasiness, and does not obstruct local qi and blood circulation. The anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent has the effects of enhancing the vitality of the active epidermal layer and accelerating the skin barrier repair, so that the skin is not affected by external invasion, and the skin is protected. Meanwhile, the added sunflower seed oil has the anti-inflammatory effect of promoting the healing of skin wounds; pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) has antioxidant effect, and can prevent pigmentation caused by acne.
The copaiba balsam resin has the effects of regenerating and healing skin, diminishing inflammation, moisturizing, expelling toxin, nourishing and lubricating skin.
The combination of the specific anti-inflammatory soothing agent and the anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent with the copaiba balsam resin can effectively prevent and treat different types of acnes, endow the skin with new vitality and vitality, simultaneously have a synergistic effect on acne removal, and have better acne removal effect than the combination of only one or two of the anti-inflammatory soothing agent, the anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent and the copaiba balsam resin.
Preferably, in the acne-removing composition, the anti-inflammatory soothing agent accounts for 2.6 parts by weight, the anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent accounts for 4.5 parts by weight, and the copaiba resin accounts for 4.5 parts by weight. The test method comprises the following steps: the contents of the cosmetics of examples 5 to 8 were put into a lipstick package, labeled with information indicating the product name, formulation number, test conditions, test temperature, etc., and placed in a constant temperature biochemical incubator at 50 ℃ for 24 hours, returned to room temperature for 24 hours, then placed in a constant temperature biochemical incubator at-18 ℃ for 24 hours, and then returned to room temperature. The product was observed for sweating, oil, odor, and the presence of the content in the product under the conditions of alternating heat and cold resistance cycles, and for the adverse phenomena of discoloration, pigment precipitation, whitening, cracking, etc., and the results were recorded in the report.
After the cosmetics of examples 5-8 are subjected to the above tests of non-cyclic and cyclic stability, no abnormality is found, which indicates that the cosmetics have good heat resistance, cold resistance and cold and hot cyclic stability and completely meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
Effect example 4
The cosmetics of examples 5 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested for acne removal efficacy as follows:
(1) propionibacterium acnes bacteriostasis test
The test method comprises the following steps: preparing double-layer plate (the lower layer is 10-15 mL of culture medium, the upper layer is 5mL of culture medium containing propionibacterium acnes) containing propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827), and the bacterial content of the plate is 104~105CFU/plate; after the plate is cooled, 0.5g of the acne-removing cosmetic samples in the examples 5-8 or the comparative examples 1-3 are accurately weighed respectively, the acne-removing cosmetic samples are uniformly smeared on the bacterium-containing plate by using a sterile cotton swab, the bacterium-containing plate is cultured for 24 hours under the anaerobic condition of 36 +/-1 ℃, then the growth condition of the bacterial colony in the plate is observed, and the area covered by the growth area of the bacterial colony in the plate is recorded.
Evaluation criteria: when the area covered by the colony growing area in the plate is more than 75 percent, the plate is proved to have no acne-removing effect; when the area covered by the colony growing area in the plate is within 50-75%, the plate is proved to have lower acne-removing efficacy; when the area covered by the colony growing area in the plate is within 25-50%, the plate is proved to have moderate acne-removing efficacy; when the colony growing area in the plate covers less than 25 percent of the area, the plate is proved to have high-efficiency acne removing effect. The tests are shown in table 5 for results:
