a sterilization step: adding the solvent with the formula ratio into a vacuum stirring pot, heating for sterilization, and then cooling;
a primary adding step: dividing the humectant into two parts, namely a first humectant and a second humectant; adding a first humectant under stirring to obtain a first mixture;
a secondary addition step: adding the thickening agent with the formula amount, stirring and homogenizing to obtain a second mixture;
a vacuum degassing step: vacuum degassing to obtain a third mixture;
and (3) adding for three times: adding a neutralizing agent, a preservative, a picrorhiza rhizome extract, a scutellaria baicalensis extract, a lonicera confusa extract, a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a linear aspalata extract, a white willow bark extract, a guava fruit extract, biogel-1 and a second humectant in formula amounts under stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the essence.
10. The method for preparing the essence according to claim 9, wherein in the sterilization step, the solvent in the formula amount is added into a vacuum stirring pot, heated to 85-90 ℃, sterilized for 30min, and then cooled to 30-35 ℃;
in the one-time adding step, the humectant is divided into two parts which are respectively marked as a first humectant and a second humectant; maintaining the stirring speed at 55-60r/min, adding a first humectant, and stirring for 20-25min to obtain a first mixture;
in the secondary adding step, adding the thickening agent with the formula amount, setting the stirring speed to be 30-35r/min, and homogenizing for 3-5min to obtain a second mixture;
in the vacuum degassing step, vacuum degassing is carried out for 20-25min to obtain a third mixture;
in the third adding step, adding a neutralizing agent, a preservative, a picrorhiza extract, a scutellaria baicalensis extract, a lonicera confusa extract, a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a linear aspalata extract, a white willow bark extract, a guava fruit extract, biological carbohydrate gum-1 and a second humectant in a formula amount under the condition of stirring speed of 20-25r/min, and uniformly stirring to obtain the essence.
