Description

Acne-removing and moisturizing composition containing herba violae and application of acne-removing and moisturizing composition
Technical Field
The invention discloses an acne-removing moisturizing composition containing Chinese violet, and also discloses an application of the acne-removing moisturizing composition, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
With the acceleration of urban life rhythm, many people have the problems of no regular life, frequent staying up all night, improper eating habits and the like, and the skin condition is gradually increased due to environmental pollution, computer radiation and age increase. Especially for young people, 80% of young people suffer from pox due to excessive sebum secretion, hyperkeratosis of the skin, and the proliferation of microorganisms on the surface of the skin. In addition, when dead cells block the pilosebaceous canal, propionibacterium acnes (anaerobic organisms) rapidly proliferate and cause inflammation.
The current acne removal products mainly start from two approaches. Firstly, block up to top layer cutin and hair follicle, through the drop of accelerating top layer cutin, the mediation hair follicle, the grease secretion route of unblocked, the acne chance of growing is eliminated. Secondly, diminishing inflammation and sterilizing. The anti-inflammatory effect is achieved by inhibiting the reproduction of Propionibacterium acnes.
However, when people use acne-removing products, most acne-removing and inflammation-diminishing products can cause unbalance of microbial colony environment on the surface of skin due to strong bactericidal effect while inhibiting germs. While the normal microbial flora is called "resident skin flora", such normal skin flora protects the skin in particular against possible invasion by pathogenic microorganisms. The risk of colonization by pathogenic microorganisms increases dramatically when there is minor damage or other damage to the skin surface, especially when the normal skin flora is damaged by antibiotics or excessive washing.
Therefore, it is very important to develop an acne-removing product which can inhibit bacteria and simultaneously does not destroy 'inherent skin flora'.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the acne-removing and moisturizing composition containing the philippine violet herb mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of a Chinese violet extract, 6-8 parts of a propolis extract, 7-10 parts of a soapwort leaf extract, 4-6 parts of a magnolia winkle branch/flower/leaf extract and 4-5 parts of a quilpate pink extract.
Preferably, the acne-removing and moisturizing composition containing the philippine violet herb mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of a Chinese violet extract, 6-7 parts of a propolis extract, 8-10 parts of a soapwort leaf extract, 4-5 parts of a magnolia winkle branch/flower/leaf extract, 4-5 parts of a berberis thunbergii root extract and 4-5 parts of a Sasa Kuehneri extract.
Preferably, the preparation method of the viola yedoensis makino extract of the above composition for removing acne and moisturizing comprises the following steps:
1) pulverizing herba Violae, and sieving with 60-80 mesh sieve to obtain herba Violae powder;
2) soaking the Chinese violet in 65-70% ethyl acetate for 40-50 min, wherein the ratio of materials to liquid is 1: 10-1: 14;
3) performing microwave extraction on the mixed solution at 250-300W for 30-40 min;
4) putting the Chinese violet extract into a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction tank with the pressure of 30-40 MPa and the temperature of 45-55 ℃, extracting for 1-2 h, then putting into a separation tank, reducing the pressure to 1-2 MPa, and separating the Chinese violet extract from the lower part of the separation tank to obtain the Chinese violet extract.
The last technical scheme provided by the invention is the application of the acne-removing moisturizing composition as a skin care product additive.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following technical advantages:
(1) in the invention, when the propolis extract is combined with the Chinese violet extract and the magnolia rugosa branch/flower/leaf extract, the composition has a good inhibition effect on propionibacterium acnes, and also has a strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect on harmful bacteria on skin such as staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, salmonella and the like. When the compositions act together, the components and the physical and chemical structures thereof enable the compositions to resist bacteria and simultaneously not to influence the original microbial flora (such as lactobacillus) on the surface of the skin, and the compositions inhibit pathogenic microorganisms and simultaneously do not change the normal skin flora. In addition, the interaction of the composition can remove DPPH free radicals, and the antioxidant capacity is very remarkable.
(2) When the soapwort leaf extract, the Chinese violet extract, the propolis extract and the magnolia rugosa branch/flower/leaf extract are combined, the soapwort leaf extract is used as a natural cleanser to dredge blocked hair follicles, dredge a grease secretion channel and eliminate acnes, and the composition disclosed by the invention can remove acnes from two ways by combining the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the composition, so that the acne removing effect is more effective and obvious. In addition, the composition can further inhibit the activity of collagen enzyme while inhibiting bacteria, slow down the degradation of collagen fibers, maintain the elasticity of skin, and also has the effects of moisturizing and calming the skin.
(3) When the Berberis europaea extract, the Quipartum bambusoides extract, the propolis extract and other extracts are mutually combined, the components are synergistic, the deep penetration performance is further improved, and the composition has good moisturizing and acne removing effects in the deep layer of skin.

In order to better prove the advantages of the technical scheme provided by the invention, the experimental effect of the technical scheme provided by the application is given below.
1. Test for bacteriostatic efficacy
In order to verify the antibacterial effect of the composition, the skin care products containing the acne-removing moisturizing composition disclosed in the embodiments 1-12 and the comparative examples 1-4 of the invention are subjected to antibacterial performance determination by referring to GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles appendix C4 'test method for antibacterial performance of dissolution-type antibacterial (bacteriostatic) product':
(1) preparation of bacterial suspension: washing a 24-hour culture of propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and lactobacillus with 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution to prepare 104-106 CFU/mL bacterial suspension;
(2) respectively taking 1g of a sample to be tested, adding 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension, uniformly coating and mixing, starting timing, adding 9mL0.03mol/L of phosphate buffer solution after 20min, fully and uniformly mixing, taking 3 dilutions, respectively taking 1mL of the dilutions, placing the dilutions in two parallel plates, adding a corresponding culture medium, and culturing for 24 hours at 36 +/-1 ℃ under an anaerobic condition to count colonies. The above experiment was repeated 3 times, and the average was taken and a blank control group was set.
The calculation formula of the bacteriostatic rate is as follows: and X is (A-B)/A X100%, wherein X is the bacteriostasis rate, A is the average recovered colony of the control sample, and B is the average recovered colony of the test sample.
The evaluation standard of the acne removing efficacy is as follows: (1) the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 90 percent; (2) the bacteriostasis rate is 50-90% effective; (3) the bacteriostasis rate is less than 50 percent, which is ineffective.
The evaluation of the bacteriostatic efficacy of the skin care products described in examples 1-12 and comparative examples 1-4 is shown in table 1.
Table 1 results of bacteriostatic efficacy of skin care products
Figure BDA0001789107370000061
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the skin care products containing the skin care products of examples 1 to 12 have strong bacteriostatic effects on Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, the acne removing effect is evaluated to be effective or significant, and the bacteriostatic rate is over 80 percent. The bacteriostasis rates of the comparative examples 1 to 4 on propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli are all lower than 50%, and the bacteriostasis effect is ineffective. The method has the advantages that only when the four extracts of the Chinese violet extract, the propolis extract, the soapwort leaf extract and the magnolia rugosa branch/flower/leaf extract are combined together, the effective bacteriostasis effect on the virus bacteria such as propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and the like can be achieved. If any one of the components is lacked, the ideal bacteriostatic effect cannot be achieved. In addition, the acne-removing skin care products in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 4 have low inhibition rate to lactobacillus, which shows that the compositions have low inhibition rate to beneficial bacteria lactobacillus and do not affect normal skin flora. In addition, the results also show that when the composition contains a proper amount of berberis europaea extract and quintet pink bamboo extract, the bacteriostatic effect of the composition can be best exerted, and the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 99%. When the Chinese violet extract in the composition: propolis extract: soapwort leaf extract: magnolia rugosa branch/flower/leaf extract: berberis europaea extract: quintet mangosteen extract-12: 6: 10: 4: 5: and 4, the bacteriostasis rate can reach 99.7 percent, and the bacteriostasis effect is optimal.
2. Skin irritation test
The acne-removing moisturizing skin care products prepared in examples 1 to 12 are subjected to a skin irritation test.
(1) The material and the method are as follows: 20 volunteers, 7 men and 13 women, were selected, and were eligible for volunteer enrollment, with no history of allergic dermatitis in subjects, and no irritant product used in the previous month.
About 0.020-0.025 ml of the acne-removing moisturizing skin care product prepared in example 1-12 is applied to a small chamber of a spot tester (Beijing science popularization instrument factory), a special adhesive tape for external application is applied to the back of a subject, the spot tester is removed after 24 hours, if the residual product is wiped off slightly by a wet paper towel, the skin reaction grading standard in the technical safety standard of cosmetics (2015) is recorded, and the result is recorded after 0.5 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours respectively. The identification criteria are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 identification standards
Grade Identification criteria
0 Has no irritation and erythema
1 Mild erythema
2 Erythema
3 Erythema, pimples, blisters
4 Severe edema and bulla
(2) Closed patch test results: the acne-removing moisturizing skin care products prepared in examples 1-12 have no adverse reaction in 0.5 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours of 20 volunteers, and have no symptoms such as erythema, burning sensation and pruritus. The acne-removing moisturizing composition has no stimulation to skin.
3. Oil control effect test
(1) The test method comprises the following steps: 35 volunteers aged 22-40 years are selected, wherein 15 males and 20 females are randomly divided into 7 groups. The volunteers are oily and mixed skin, have no history of skin diseases and skin allergy, can not use any cosmetics 2 days before the test, are applied 2 times in the morning and at night every day, and can not use any cosmetics except the test sample in the test process. Visit and test were done before use and 4 and 8 weeks after use, respectively. Taking the form of random grouping. A technician uses a skin oil test probe and a moisture test probe to test the intersection line of the left and right cheekbones of the face, the intersection line of the nose tip and the pupil, the intersection line of the temple and the mouth corner, and the left and right times, and the average value is taken to collect blank values for the first time.
(2) Testing an instrument: the curometer MPA580 grease test probe Sebumeter manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany (CK, Germany), the skin moisture tester Corneometer CM 825.
(3) And (4) analyzing results: the change of the oil content is reflected in the test period, the rule of the change of the oil content in the test area along with time and the change of the moisture content reflect the moisture preservation condition of the test area. See table 3 for specific results.
TABLE 3 forehead skin oil and moisture content before and after application at different times
Figure BDA0001789107370000081
As can be seen from Table 3, the skin oil content of examples 1, 5, 9 and 12 showed a marked decrease already at week 4 and appeared to be stable overall at the end of the period. Comparative examples 1 to 4 showed a reduction in change in grease in 8 weeks, but the reduction was not significant. Therefore, the compound containing the Chinese violet extract, the propolis extract, the soapwort leaf extract and the magnolia rugosa branch/flower/leaf extract has better synergistic effect on the aspect of controlling the secretion of the grease. Meanwhile, as can be seen from the moisture content, the embodiment increases the moisture content of the skin more than the skin care product of the comparative example, and the moisturizing effect is more obvious.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are intended to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention and not to limit the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalent substitutions can be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
