Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition with an acne removing effect and a preparation method of a product containing the composition.
Technical Field
Acne, commonly known as whelk, is an inflammatory lesion that occurs in the pilosebaceous glands and their surrounding tissues. The pathogenesis of acne vulgaris is as follows: facial sebum secretion is increased, resulting in hyperkeratosis of hair follicles and sebaceous gland ducts. The hyperkeratotic cells combine with sebum, which deposits on hair follicles to form fatty granules, which are broken down by propionibacterium acnes in the hair follicles to produce free fatty acids, causing inflammation to form acne. From the pathogenesis of acne, propionibacterium acnes (Propionibacterium acnes) is a key factor and an important condition for the final formation of acne, and if certain active ingredients can be added in the formula design of cosmetics to effectively inhibit or kill the propionibacterium acnes, the expected acne removing effect can be achieved.
Acne occurs more commonly in all types of people, especially young people. In recent years, the incidence of the acne in China is on the rise year by year, and the number of the acne patients accounts for more than one third of the total number of the young people. The clinical manifestations are marked by the polymorphic skin lesions of face, such as acne, papule, pustule, and nodule. Whelk is bred due to hormone hyperactivity, emotional disorder, environmental pollution, irregular diet, poor sleep, stress and the like in the adolescence.
The existing acne removing methods are various, and 1, like a laser acne treating method, the method can rapidly destroy the propionibacterium acnes, effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction, and eliminate stimulation and destruction on tissues, but the laser acne treating method has too strong effect and high cost, and only a physical method destroys the acnes and cannot radically remove the acnes; 2. the tartaric acid therapy has a certain inhibiting effect, but has large stimulation, strong side effect and high cost; 3. the western medicines such as antibiotics and the like are used for treating acne, the effect is quick, but the drug resistance problem occurs in the using process and the skin-dependent dermatitis is formed after long-term use.
Acne, although a skin disorder, affects the appearance of the patient, as well as the mind and social interaction of the patient. Therefore, a product which is effective in conditioning acne muscle, inhibiting acne regeneration, and smoothing acne pits, mild, non-irritating, safe and effective is needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition with an acne removing effect, and the composition can effectively condition acne muscles, inhibit acne regeneration, smooth acne pits and fade acne marks.
The composition with the acne removing effect is prepared from various Chinese herbal medicine extracts and a plurality of compositions which have the effects of inhibiting skin grease secretion, stimulating the growth of epithelial cells, promoting wound healing, diminishing inflammation, moisturizing and removing acne. The acne-removing composition is a pure natural product, can effectively treat acne, and is mild and free of side effects.
In order to solve the technical scheme, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of a humectant; 0.3-1 part of solubilizer; 0.5-1.2 parts of preservative; 0.01-0.1 parts of chelating agent; 0.5-1 part of an anti-allergy agent; 0.2-0.5 part of water phase thickening agent; 0.01-0.1 part of pH value regulator; 3-5 parts of a sweet-rooted iris root extract; 5-8 parts of aloe vera extract; 0.1-0.5 parts of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil; 1-2 parts of phellodendron amurense bark extract; 0.5-1 parts of royal jelly extract; 60-80 parts of deionized water.

The water phase thickening agent is carbomer.
The preparation method of the acne-removing composition comprises the following steps:
step one, adding deionized water, a humectant, a chelating agent and an aqueous phase thickener into an aqueous phase pot, stirring at 75-85 ℃ until the materials are dispersed, pumping into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing;
step two, pre-dissolving the pH neutralizing agent by using deionized water to obtain a pre-prepared solution I; adding the preservative and the anti-allergic agent into a container, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a pre-prepared solution II;
step three, adding the first preparation solution into an emulsifying pot, preserving heat, beginning to cool after stirring, adding the second preparation solution, the Iris communis root extract, the Aloe vera extract, the cortex phellodendri bark extract, the royal jelly extract and the anti-allergy agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly dispersed;
and step four, adding a mixture of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil which are uniformly dispersed in advance, and stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniform to obtain the composition.
The stirring speed of the stirring is 40-50 revolutions per minute.
In the components of the invention, the iris extract has the functions of astringency and anti-inflammation,
the using method of the invention is as follows:
after the face is simply cleaned, a proper amount of material body is extruded out, the mixture is applied on the skin part with acnes by spot application, and the mixture is gently massaged until the mixture is absorbed, namely twice in the morning and at night.

Test example-acne removing efficacy test method and test result
The test method briefly describes: propionibacterium acnes bacteriostasis test (cup dish method)
Preparing a double-layer plate (the lower layer is 10-15 ml of culture medium, the upper layer is 5ml of culture medium containing propionibacterium acnes) containing propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827), wherein the bacterial content of the plate is 104-105 CFU/plate, after the plate is cooled, vertically placing 2 Oxford cups on the surface of each plate, wherein the distance between every two Oxford cups is not less than 24mm, and the distance between the center of each Oxford cup and the edge of the plate is not less than 15 mm. 200ul of the tested acne-removing composition was added to the Oxford cup, incubated at 36 + -1 deg.C for 24 hours under anaerobic conditions, and the zone diameter was measured with a ruler (the result was the average of two replicates). The results are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1 evaluation criteria for acne-removing efficacy
Serial number | Acne removing effect | Diameter/mm of bacteriostatic circle |
1 | Invalidation | D<10 |
2 | Low efficiency | 10≤D<15 |
3 | Middle effect | 15≤D<20 |
4 | High efficiency | ≥20 |
Table 2 sample acne treatment efficacy test results
Sample name | Diameter/mm of bacteriostatic circle | Acne removing effect |
Example 1 | 30 | High efficiency |
Example 2 | 18 | Middle effect |
Example 3 | 10 | Low efficiency |
In order to eliminate the influence of other preservatives on the antibacterial effect, no preservative is added into the sample for the acne treatment efficacy test. Test results show that the acne-removing composition has a good effect of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes, so that the acne-removing composition has a good acne-removing effect.
