Abstract

The invention discloses a mild non-irritant high-efficiency acne-removing composition and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of colloidal sulfur, 0.1-3 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 0.1-3 parts of cynanchum atratum extract, 0.1-3 parts of peony extract, 2-10 parts of small molecular polyol, 2-10 parts of humectant, 3-10 parts of thickener and 60-100 parts of solvent water. The composition has the advantages that the acne removing efficiency and the skin anti-inflammation nursing effect are effectively improved through compounding of the plant extract, the humectant, the thickening agent and other raw materials, the acne removing process is mild and non-irritating, new skin problems cannot be caused, and the composition is suitable for being popularized in the field of cosmetics and has wide development prospects.

Background

Whelk, the medical name is: acne vulgaris; the alternative name is as follows: acne, pimples, wine thorn and bract are common chronic inflammatory skin diseases of hair follicle sebaceous glands.

The formation of whelk is often the result of a combination of factors. The acne removing cream is mainly related to genetic factors, endocrine factors, facial cleaning and sanitation, eating habits, long-term mental stress, mood fluctuation, learning and living environments and other factors, sebum metabolic disorder is easily caused by the factors, skin grease secretion is excessive, hair follicles and sebaceous glands are hyperkeratotic, hair follicle mouths are narrowed and blocked, a large number of microorganisms are bred and gathered, and as abnormal differentiation of the grease and the keratinocyte is increased, inflammation is caused, and acne grows out on the skin. If not properly treated, these comedones continue to become inflamed by bacterial infection, with the last route being from papules, to nodules, to cysts, leaving scars and acne marks.

Acne is a self-limiting disease that heals sooner or later without any treatment. But by means of treatment, the time course can be accelerated, the pain of a patient can be reduced, the severity can be reduced, the scar formation can be reduced, and the scar repair can be promoted. The onset of acne is very common and patients generally do not go to the hospital to receive treatment in cases where it is not particularly serious. Therefore, the cosmetics with the anti-inflammatory, acne-removing and repairing effects can achieve the purposes of relieving and curing, are a mode very popular with consumers, and have a relatively large application prospect.

The prior biological acne removing technology taking Chinese herbal medicine essence and antibiotics as main components; in order to solve the problems of irritation and allergy of acne-removing products, the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract with the functions of sterilization and inflammation diminishing is used as a main active component, and antibiotics are used as an initiator and a catalyst, so that although the extract is relatively safe, the extract still contains the antibiotics and is risky. At the present stage, the 'natural raw material + initiator' is taken as the main body of the antibiotic-free acne removing technology. The composite traditional Chinese medicine extract or plant essence with the sterilization and anti-inflammation effects is used as a main active component, and initiators such as protease and the like are used as auxiliary components to catalyze the reaction, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of quick response, high efficiency, low cost, small irritation, safety, no risk and convenience in application.

However, in the process of implementing the technical solution of the invention in the embodiment of the present application, the inventor of the present application finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:

the prior art (CN201811470210.1) discloses an acne-removing composition, which is prepared by taking chitosan, polyquaternium-73 and aloe extract as main raw materials, has a synergistic acne-removing effect, can effectively kill germs on the surface of the skin, and forms a protective film on the surface of the skin so as to protect the skin. However, in order to exert the acne removing effect of the composition more effectively, the formulation of the related composition needs to be further optimized and enriched.

Therefore, it is a very significant work to research an acne-removing repairing composition which has a high acne-removing effect and is mild and harmless to the skin.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a mild non-irritant high-efficiency acne-removing composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of colloidal sulfur, 0.1-3 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 0.1-3 parts of cynanchum atratum extract, 0.1-3 parts of peony extract, 2-10 parts of small molecular polyol, 2-10 parts of humectant, 3-10 parts of thickener and 60-100 parts of solvent water.

In a preferred embodiment, the small molecule polyol is at least one of a diol and a triol.

As a preferable scheme, the thickening agent is at least one of carbomer, xanthan gum, sodium polyacrylate and hydroxyethyl cellulose.

The peony extract has obvious inhibition effect on the breeding bacteria such as trichophyton violaceum, trichophyton schoenleinii, epidermophyton rubrum and the like on the surface of the skin, and the slow action on the surface of the skin is favorable for preventing and treating the dermatophytosis; furthermore, the peony extract has good elimination or inhibition effect on the generation of elastase, active free radicals and nitrogen oxides, and shows excellent skin-activating and anti-aging characteristics when added into the composition by improving the activity of cathepsin to inhibit the oxidation of the skin surface. The composition further has the beneficial effects of all the effective components synergistically through flexible compounding of all the effective components, so that the composition can comprehensively care skin while efficiently removing acnes, and is mild and non-irritating.

Examples

The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail by the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to all of the examples. The starting materials of the present invention are all commercially available unless otherwise specified.

Example 1

Embodiment 1 provides a mild non-irritating high-efficiency acne-removing composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of colloidal sulfur, 732 parts of polyquaternium, 2 parts of cynanchum atratum extract, 1 part of peony extract, 6 parts of butanediol, 8 parts of humectant (sodium hyaluronate and trehalose in a weight ratio of 1: 3), 9 parts of thickening agent (carbomer and hydroxyethyl cellulose in a weight ratio of 3: 1), and 80 parts of sterile physiological saline.

The Cynanchum atratum extract in this example is commercially available, for example, HI-CLERA product available from Raidi-A, Inc. of Korea.

In this example, Polyquaternium-73 is a product of Polyquaternium-73 sold by Guangdong Geene Biotech Ltd.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the mild non-irritating efficient acne-removing composition, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing 7 parts of colloidal sulfur, 732 parts of polyquaternium, 2 parts of cynanchum atratum extract, 1 part of peony extract, 6 parts of butanediol, 8 parts of humectant (sodium hyaluronate and trehalose in a weight ratio of 1: 3) and 9 parts of thickener (carbomer and hydroxyethyl cellulose in a weight ratio of 3: 1) in a container, adding 80 parts of sterile physiological saline, and uniformly mixing and stirring; (2) heating the mixed solution to 90 ℃, and stirring for reaction for 2 hours; then cooling to 60 ℃, and adding 5 parts of chitosan natural antibacterial agent to obtain a finished product.

The composition obtained in this example was designated as Z1.

Example 2

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: 5 parts of peony extract and 1 part of cynanchum atratum extract.

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: the weight ratio of carbomer to hydroxyethylcellulose is 1: 1.

Evaluation of Performance

Evaluation of the product: 160 product testees, 64 men and 96 women, are selected and divided into 8 groups, and each group comprises 12 women and 8 men. The age of the tested person is between 20 and 40 years. Skin condition: the face has obvious acne and pox, has no allergic history of dermatosis, and meets the voluntary selection standard of a subject.

The test method comprises the following steps: applying appropriate amount of test sample prepared in each example and comparative example on the cleaned affected part of face of each group of tested person, 2 times per day, 1 time in the morning and evening, and trying for 4 weeks; subjects maintained good working and resting time and eating habits during the trial period. After 4 weeks, counting the feedback condition of the testee, and respectively evaluating the acne removing efficiency (the time point when acne is obviously eliminated), the mildness (whether skin is stimulated to cause new skin problems) and the care effect after skin inflammation diminishing of the product, wherein the unit of the acne removing efficiency is 'day', the evaluation grades of the mildness and the care effect after skin inflammation diminishing are divided into five types, namely excellent, good, common, poor and extremely poor, more than 90% of testers do not have obvious stabbing pain feeling and new skin problems in the process of using the product after 4 weeks, and the evaluation grade is excellent when acne marks are basically eliminated by effectively improving facial inflammation; better, general, worse, and very poor correspond to more than 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% of the testers after 4 weeks, respectively, no obvious stabbing pain feeling and new skin problems are generated during the product using process, and facial inflammation is effectively improved, and pox marks are basically eliminated. Specific results are shown in table 1 below.

According to the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-5, the mild and non-irritant efficient acne removing composition and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the prepared composition has excellent acne removing efficiency, acne removing mildness and skin anti-inflammation nursing effect, is suitable for popularization in the field of cosmetics, and has a wide development prospect. Wherein example 1 obtains the best performance index under the conditions of the best raw material weight ratio and the like.
