Abstract
The application discloses a scalp care solution and a scalp care composition thereof, wherein the scalp care composition comprises a sophora flavescens extract, a panax notoginseng extract, a folium artemisiae argyi extract, a fructus cnidii extract, a radix sileris extract, a cacumen biotae extract, a purslane extract, aloe juice, propylene glycol, nicotinamide, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and vitamin B6. The scalp care solution includes the scalp care composition and preservatives, perfumes, and water. The application also discloses application of the scalp care solution and the scalp care composition thereof. The scalp care composition and the scalp care solution have good effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, controlling oil and preventing alopecia, are mild and safe, do not irritate human bodies, and are environment-friendly.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to, but not limited to, a scalp care solution, a scalp care composition and application thereof.
Background
There are many skin care products on the market, but products aimed at scalp care are less common. The scalp is also a portion of the skin that is similar in structure to facial skin, but the scalp is thinner and has more sebaceous glands than facial skin. Specifically, the present application provides a scalp care composition comprising: radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, Notoginseng radix extract, folium Artemisiae Argyi extract, fructus Cnidii extract, radix Saposhnikoviae extract, folium Platycladi extract, herba Portulacae extract, Aloe juice, propylene glycol, nicotinamide, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and vitamin B6.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail to make objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. The sophora flavescens extracts, panax notoginseng extracts, artemisia leaf extracts, cnidium monnieri extracts, saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts, biota orientalis leaf extracts and purslane extracts used in the following examples were purchased from triple of Chongqing, and the aloe vera juice was purchased from Wanlv of Yunnan.
Examples 1 to 5
The components were weighed in the weight percentages given in table 1 and mixed well to obtain the scalp care solutions of examples 1 to 5.

1. Evaluation of dandruff-removing, itching-relieving, oil-controlling effects
(1) The scalp care solutions of examples 1 to 5 of the present application were compared with a commercially available anti-dandruff shampoo (as comparative example 1) and a certain brand of retention scalp care solution (as comparative example 2) containing chemical anti-dandruff ingredients and having the functions of anti-dandruff, anti-itch, and oil control, and the like by consumer tests, and the effects of the scalp care solutions in terms of anti-dandruff, anti-itch, and oil control were evaluated.
Using the object: 140 volunteers with more dandruff, itching and oily head, age 25-45 years and 70 men and women are selected. Groups were randomized into 7 groups of 20 people each (half the proportion of men and women).
The using method comprises the following steps: putting the scalp care solution and the shampoo into a bottle with a tip, combing and smearing the scalp of a volunteer with the tip, and massaging the whole scalp uniformly by hands after the scalp is fully smeared. The shampoo is used once a day and continuously used for one month, and is used for comparing the symptoms of more dandruff, easy itching of the head and easy oil production of the scalp before and after use. The results of the comparison are shown in the following table.

It can be seen that the scalp care solutions of examples 1-5 of the present application have significantly better effects on removing dandruff, relieving itching and controlling oil than the shampoo of comparative example 1, and although the scalp care solutions of examples 1-2 have less effects on removing dandruff, relieving itching and controlling oil than the scalp care solutions of comparative example 2, the scalp care solutions of examples 1-2 are milder and more natural because they do not contain chemical components, and thus have less irritation to the scalp and are more environmentally friendly.
(2) In vitro determination of bacteriostatic efficacy
In order to examine the anti-dandruff effect of the scalp care solution of the examples of the present application, it was subjected to in vitro bacteriostatic efficacy measurement with the shampoo of comparative example 1 and the scalp care solution of comparative example 2. And (3) detecting the bacteriostatic effect by adopting a bacteriostatic ring method: the culture medium is an agar culture medium, and the strain is malassezia furfur standard strain (malassezia is called as malassezia furfur, which is a common true flora and mainly exists on human scalp, and sebum secreted by the scalp is used as a nutrient. The bacteriostatic results are shown in the table below.

The larger the inhibition zone is, the better the inhibition effect of the product is. It can be seen that the scalp care solutions of examples 1 to 5 of the present application have significantly better bacteriostatic effects than the shampoo of comparative example 1 and the scalp care solution of comparative example 2, and thus have better anti-dandruff effects by inhibiting malassezia.
From the results of the above performance tests, it can be seen that the scalp care solution of example 5 of the present application has better effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, controlling oil and inhibiting bacteria in vitro than the scalp care solutions of examples 1 to 4 of the present application, but the scalp care solution of example 5 has a larger amount of each component, and the scalp care solution of example 5 is not the best choice in consideration of the factors such as performance and cost.
(3) The oil control effect of the scalp care solution of example 4 of the present application was measured for the oil content of skin: 6 test subjects were selected, and the scalp treatment solution was applied while leaving the scalp treatment solution uncoated, and after 1 hour and 4 hours, the scalp treatment solution was measured three times with a skin oil tester Sebumeter SM815 in an environment of 20 ℃ and 50% humidity, and the average value was taken. The results are shown in the following table.

It can be seen that the side coated with the scalp care solution has significantly less oil than the side not coated with the scalp care solution, indicating that the scalp care solution of the examples of the present application has a significant oil control effect.
2. Evaluation of alopecia preventing Effect
The scalp care solution of example 4 of the present application was tested for anti-hair loss effect: 6 medium-long hair women with serious hair loss are selected, before the experiment, hair loss is collected and counted when the hair is washed for 3 times continuously, then the experiment is started, the scalp care solution of the embodiment 4 of the application is used for one month continuously every day, and the hair loss when the hair is washed for three times after one month. The test results are shown in the following table.

It can be seen that the hair loss of all the testers is significantly reduced after the scalp care solution of the present application example 4 is used, which indicates that the scalp care solution of the present application example 4 has a good hair loss prevention effect. The scalp care solutions of examples 1 to 3 and 5 were also tested to have a good anti-hair loss effect.
3. Evaluation of skin irritation
Skin irritation was examined for the scalp care liquids of examples 1 to 5 of the present application, the anti-dandruff shampoo of comparative example 1 and the scalp care liquid of comparative example 2.
The stimulation is quantified according to the reaction of blood vessels, and the reaction of human skin to the stimulation is objectively reflected. The test utilizes the characteristics of complete, obvious and transparent blood vessels of CAM (namely chorioallantoic membrane in middle stage of fertilized chick embryo with 10-14 days of embryo age), four groups of samples diluted by 100 times are respectively contacted with 4 CAMs, after the four groups of samples act for a period of time, the damage degree of the CAM blood vessels is observed and scored, and the damage degree is more serious when the score is larger. The criteria and results are given in the following table:

It can be seen that the scalp care solutions of the examples of the present application are significantly less irritating to the skin than the anti-dandruff shampoo of comparative example 1 and the scalp care solution of comparative example 2, indicating that the scalp care solutions of the examples of the present application are more mild.
4. On the basis of example 4, the anti-dandruff, anti-itching, oil-controlling and anti-alopecia properties of the individual extract components were examined separately.

It can be seen that, in example 4, the effective rates of removing dandruff, relieving itching, controlling oil and preventing hair loss of the scalp care composition obtained by compounding the eight single components are respectively 90%, 90% and 75%, which are significantly higher than the sum of the effective rates of removing dandruff, relieving itching, controlling oil and preventing hair loss of the eight single components of 75%, 80% and 65%.

7. A scalp care composition according to any of claims 1-3 for use in a hair wash or care product.
8. Use according to claim 7, wherein the hair washing or care product is a shampoo, a cream shampoo, a conditioner, a hair mask or a scalp treatment solution.
9. Use of a scalp care solution according to any one of claims 4 to 6 in a hair washing or conditioning product, optionally a shampoo, a cream shampoo, a conditioner or a hair mask.
