Abstract
The invention relates to the field of repair products, in particular to an acne removing composition based on totarol and a preparation method thereof, wherein the acne removing composition comprises, by weight, 0.0001-5 parts of totarol, 0-15 parts of organic acid, 0-2 parts of bioflavonoid, 0-10 parts of plant extract, 0-2 parts of skin care agent, 0-10 parts of oily substance and 0-10 parts of emulsifier. According to the application, the acne can be quickly resisted by the totarol and other components, the pain caused by the acne can be relieved within 2-4 hours, and the symptoms of acne, pimple, pustule and the like of the acne can be relieved within 4-8 hours; and the skin barrier is maintained by controlling oil, so that the occurrence probability of acne is reduced. In addition, the water phase and the oil phase in the composition are mixed through the specific organic acid and the emulsifier, so that a good and refreshing skin feeling is formed, the greasy feeling caused by oily substances in the existing product is avoided, meanwhile, the irritation caused by the addition of the organic acid is avoided through the specific skin care agent, and the effect of removing the acnes is improved.

Technical Field

Background
Acne, a chronic inflammatory skin disease, is mainly developed in the cheeks, forehead and lower jaw of teenagers, and can involve the trunk (including the anterior chest, back and shoulder blades). The prevalence rate of acne is nearly half of the gross prevalence rate of Chinese university students, 45.21% for men and 45.22% for women; wherein mild acne accounts for 58.63%, moderate acne accounts for 31.13%, moderate acne accounts for 7.92%, and severe acne accounts for 2.32%.
Acne occurs in association with a variety of factors, including sebum secretion, sebaceous gland duct blockage, inflammatory infections caused by the external environment, and the like. Acne not only affects the appearance of people, but also brings psychological and social burdens to patients, especially teenagers. At present, the medicines for treating acne on the market comprise a plurality of medicines and also comprise nursing cosmetics, however, the existing products for treating acne have defects in treatment effect and experience feeling, such as slow effect, repeated attack, poor skin feeling, severe greasy feeling, strong irritation and the like.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the organic acid comprises hydroxyl-containing organic acid and/or hydroxyl-free organic acid, and the hydroxyl-free organic acid is dibasic organic acid with molecular weight of 100-250.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the organic acid containing hydroxyl groups is one or more selected from salicylic acid, a-hydroxy acid, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, diglucosylgallic acid, madecassic acid, and hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the a-hydroxy acid is one or more selected from glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, citric acid, malic acid, pyruvic acid, and tartaric acid.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plant extract is selected from the group consisting of sage extract, calendula extract, rosemary extract, verbena extract, chamomile extract, honey extract, olive leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, algae extract, grape flower cell extract, and pseudoalteromonas ferment extract.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the oily substance is selected from one or more of shea butter, hydrogenated vegetable oil, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl trimethicone, canola oil, behenyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, canola oil, isododecane, and isohexadecane.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the emulsifier comprises a stearate emulsifier.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the totarol-based acne-removing composition further comprises 0.0001 to 2 parts by weight of essential oil.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the essential oil is selected from one or more of tea tree essential oil, rosemary leaf oil, cedar wood oil, sandalwood oil, geranium sunflower oil, citrus oil, ylang-ylang oil, chamomile oil, eucalyptus oil, grapefruit oil, and rose essential oil.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the totarol-based acne removing composition, which comprises the following steps: mixing totarol, oily substance and emulsifier, heating to 60-80 deg.C, cooling to below 45 deg.C, and adding the rest components.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

at present, the acne removing composition mostly uses a plurality of plant extracts and humectants to achieve the purposes of resisting bacteria and removing acne, however, when the antibacterial effect is achieved, the subjective feeling of a user is often ignored, because a plurality of oily substances in the existing acne removing product cause the oily skin of the user to be smeared with oily light, the beauty is affected, and meanwhile, the oily substances bring sticky feeling to the user, the use evaluation is reduced, the applicant finds in experiments that in the oily substances, organic acids comprise organic acids containing hydroxyl groups and/or organic acids without hydroxyl groups, the organic acids without hydroxyl groups are binary organic acids with the molecular weight of 100-250, especially when the organic acids are succinic acid, azelaic acid and sebacic acid, and the emulsifier is a stearate emulsifier, the sticky feeling of the composition is reduced, the experience feeling of the user can be increased, and the acne removing composition belongs to a refreshing composition product, probably because, flexible molecular chain in this stearate emulsifier can fully link oily substance molecular chain in this application this moment, has reduced greasy, the thick sense that oily substance brought, simultaneously in this application under specific organic acid regulation and control for composition product has increased the affinity performance with skin in this application.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the totarol-based acne removing composition, which comprises the following steps: mixing totarol, oily substance and emulsifier, heating to 60-80 deg.C, cooling to below 45 deg.C, and adding the rest components.
In one embodiment, the method for preparing the totarol-based acne removal composition comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing totarol, oily substance and emulsifier, and heating to 75 deg.C;
(2) heating deionized water to 75 ℃, adding the deionized water into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and stirring at a high speed;
(3) cooling to below 45 deg.C, and adding the rest components.
The specific ingredients and the ratios of the ingredients not disclosed in the present application can be routinely selected by those skilled in the art.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples, but it should be understood that these examples are merely illustrative and not restrictive. The starting materials used in the examples which follow are all commercially available unless otherwise stated.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides an acne removing composition based on totarol, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1 part of totarol, 0.0004 part of organic acid, 0.1 part of bioflavonoid, 0.0001 part of plant extract, 0.001 part of skin care agent, 0.0001 part of essential oil, 0.1 part of oily substance, 0.1 part of emulsifier and deionized water for supplementing 100 parts.
The organic acid is salicylic acid, mandelic acid, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid and sebacic acid, and the weight ratio is 1: 1: 1: 1. the bioflavonoid is flavonoid glycoside. The plant extracts are sage extract, calendula extract and rosemary extract, and the weight ratio is 1: 1: 1; the sage EXTRACT is purchased from SaiviaaPE, the calendula EXTRACT is purchased from SKBioland, the MARIGOLD EXTRACT is sold as MARIGOLD EXTRACT, the rosemary EXTRACT is purchased from Saimanta biotech, and the rosemary EXTRACT is sold as RosemaryHerbextract. The skin care agent is beta-glucan. The essential oil is tea tree essential oil, rosemary leaf oil, cedar wood oil, panicle sandalwood oil and pelargonium roseum sunflower oil, and the weight ratio is 2: 1: 0.8: 4: 1, the tea tree essential OIL is from source perfumery limited, west jiang, under the designation teatree OIL, the ROSEMARY leaf OIL is from BERNARDI, under the designation rosemate EO moroco, the cedar OIL is from centella asiatica, under the designation cedar wood OIL, the Sandalwood OIL is from Quintis, under the designation Australian sandarwood OIL, the GERANIUM flower OIL is from SAS DIFFUSIONS AROMATIQUES, under the designation GERANIUM EGYPT ESSENTIAL OIL. The oily substance is avocado (Butyrschermum PARKII) fruit fat, hydrogenated vegetable oil, polydimethylsiloxane, erucic acid rapeseed oil, behenyl alcohol, low erucic acid rapeseed oil and isododecane, and the weight ratio is 1: 0.5: 1: 4: 6: 1: 1. the tallow tree (Butyrospermum PARKII) fruit fat is purchased from Jiangsu Aikang biological medicine research and development Limited company, the brand is Butyrospermum PARKII (SHEA BUTTER), the Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil is palm kernel Oil, the brand is Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, the brand is Wacker, the brand is AK100, the erucic acid rapeseed Oil is purchased from Sabouraun complete chemistry (Shanghai) Limited company, the brand is Canola Oil, the low erucic acid rapeseed Oil is purchased from AAK, and the brand is Lipex Bassol C. The emulsifier is methyl glucose sesquistearate and PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, and the weight ratio is 1: 1.

The embodiment 5 of the invention provides an acne removing composition based on totarol, which is the same as that in embodiment 3 in specific implementation mode, and is characterized in that the plant extracts are aloe extract, purslane extract and rosemary extract in a weight ratio of 1: 1: 2; the aloe Extract is purchased from Shaanxi Kehong health industry Co., Ltd, the purslane Extract is purchased from Shaanxi Huidoda Biotech Co., Ltd, the Rosemary Extract is purchased from Xian Tian Biotechnology Co., Ltd, and the mark is Rosemary Herb Extract.

Performance evaluation
1. Skin feel evaluation: ten subjects (with acne on the face) of 18-22 years old are selected to carry out skin feel test on the anti-acne compositions obtained in the examples 1-5, after the face is cleaned, 0.5mL of the anti-acne compositions are respectively taken and applied to the acne part for evaluation, after each subject is applied with one anti-acne composition for evaluation, the face is cleaned and applied and evaluated again, and finally, the number of the evaluation persons who have fresh skin feel of each composition in the examples is recorded, and the results are shown in Table 1.

2. Stability: the acne-removing compositions obtained in examples 1-3 were placed in an oven at 38 ℃ for 10 hours, and the phenomena of delamination and substance precipitation were observed, and the results are shown in table 2.

Claims (10)
1. An acne-removing composition based on totarol is characterized by comprising, by weight, 0.0001-5 parts of totarol, 0-15 parts of organic acid, 0-2 parts of bioflavonoid, 0-10 parts of plant extract, 0-2 parts of skin care agent, 0-10 parts of oily substance and 0-10 parts of emulsifier.
2. The totarol-based acne removal composition according to claim 1, wherein the organic acid comprises a hydroxyl-containing organic acid and/or a hydroxyl-free organic acid, and the hydroxyl-free organic acid is a dibasic organic acid with molecular weight of 100-250.
3. The totarol-based acne treatment composition according to claim 2, wherein said hydroxyl-containing organic acid is selected from one or more of salicylic acid, a-hydroxy acid, 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, diglucosylgallic acid, madecassic acid, and hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid.
4. The totarol-based acne removal composition of claim 3, wherein the a-hydroxy acid is selected from one or more of glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, citric acid, malic acid, pyruvic acid, tartaric acid.
5. The totarol-based acne removal composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein said plant extract is selected from one or more of sage extract, calendula extract, rosemary extract, verbena extract, chamomile extract, honey extract, olive leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, algae extract, grape flower cell extract, pseudoalteromonas ferment extract.
6. The totarol-based acne-removing composition according to claim 5, wherein said oily substance is selected from one or more of shea butter, hydrogenated vegetable oil, dimethicone, phenyl trimethicone, canola oil, behenyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, canola oil, isododecane, and isohexadecane.
7. The totarol-based acne removal composition of claim 6, wherein the emulsifier comprises a stearate emulsifier.
8. The totarol-based acne removal composition of claim 7, further comprising 0.0001 to 2 parts by weight of an essential oil.
9. The totarol-based acne removal composition according to claim 8, wherein said essential oil is selected from one or more of tea tree essential oil, rosemary leaf oil, cedar wood oil, sandalwood oil, geranium sunflower oil, citrus oil, ylang oil, chamomile oil, eucalyptus oil, grapefruit oil, and rose essential oil.
10. A method for preparing the totarol-based acne-removing composition according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising: mixing totarol, oily substance and emulsifier, heating to 60-80 deg.C, cooling to below 45 deg.C, and adding the rest components.
