Abstract
The invention discloses an acne-removing composition, and belongs to the field of cosmetics. The acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-5 parts of coating salicylic acid, 0.03-0.25 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2-3 parts of bioflavonoids, 0.5-5 parts of phellodendron bark extract and 1-10 parts of nicotinamide. The acne-removing composition combines dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, encapsulated salicylic acid, a sophora flavescens root extract, bioflavonoids, a cork tree bark extract and nicotinamide, starts to prevent and remove acne from four dimensions of sebum secretion regulation, cutin removal, propionibacterium acnes reproduction inhibition and inflammation resistance, and is efficient, very mild and safe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and relates to an acne-removing composition and application thereof.
Background
Acne vulgaris is known as common acne and occurs in teenagers, but adult acne also occurs, and the occurrence of acne seriously affects the personal confidence and negatively affects the work and life of people. Therefore, in order to solve the acne phenomenon, the acne removing product becomes a research hotspot.
The pathogenesis of acne is mainly the abnormal regulation of sebum secretion by androgens, abnormal keratinization, massive proliferation of propionibacterium acnes, and inflammatory reactions. Currently, acne treatment is mainly started from one or two of the four aspects, and the treatment effect is limited. Therefore, there is a need to develop a product for the overall treatment of acne.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an acne-removing composition and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the invention provides an acne-removing composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-5 parts of coating salicylic acid, 0.03-0.25 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2-3 parts of bioflavonoids, 0.5-5 parts of phellodendron bark extract and 1-10 parts of nicotinamide.
The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has good anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, moisturizing, antioxidant and other effects; the encapsulated salicylic acid has effects of dissolving cutin, inhibiting bacteria, and relieving inflammation; the sophora flavescens root extract has good bacteriostatic action on propionibacterium acnes; the bioflavonoid has effects of regulating 5-alpha reductase, regulating sebum secretion and inhibiting Propionibacterium acnes; the phellodendron amurense bark extract can inhibit mass propagation of propionibacterium acnes and relieve skin red swelling and inflammation; nicotinamide has effects of keeping moisture, repairing, whitening skin, brightening skin, and controlling oil. The acne-removing composition combines dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, encapsulated salicylic acid, a sophora flavescens root extract, bioflavonoids, a cork tree bark extract and nicotinamide, starts to prevent and remove acne from four dimensions of sebum secretion regulation, cutin excess regulation, propionibacterium acnes reproduction inhibition and inflammation resistance, and is efficient, very mild and safe.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing composition, the acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.15 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 3 parts of coated salicylic acid, 0.15 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.8 part of bioflavonoid, 1.5 parts of phellodendron bark extract and 5 parts of nicotinamide. When the 6 components are in the specific proportion, the obtained acne removing composition has better acne removing effect.
In a second aspect, the invention provides an application of the acne-removing composition in cosmetics.
As a preferred embodiment of the application of the invention, the cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-5% of coating salicylic acid, 0.03-0.25% of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2-3% of bioflavonoid, 0.5-5% of phellodendron bark extract and 1-10% of nicotinamide.
As a preferred embodiment of the application of the invention, the cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by weight: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.15%, coated salicylic acid 3%, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract 0.15%, bioflavonoids 0.8%, cortex Phellodendri bark extract 1.5%, and nicotinamide 5%.
In a third aspect, the invention also provides an acne removing gel, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-5% of coating salicylic acid, 0.03-0.25% of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2-3% of bioflavonoid, 0.5-5% of phellodendron bark extract and 1-10% of nicotinamide.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing gel, the acne-removing gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.15%, coated salicylic acid 3%, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract 0.15%, bioflavonoids 0.8%, cortex Phellodendri bark extract 1.5%, and nicotinamide 5%.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing gel, the acne-removing gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.2 percent of thickening agent, 8.25 percent of humectant, 0.5 to 2 percent of preservative, 0.4 percent of pH regulator and the balance of water.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing gel of the present invention, the thickener comprises carbomer, the moisturizer comprises allantoin, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin, the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol, and the pH adjuster comprises potassium hydroxide.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing gel, the acne-removing gel comprises the following moisturizers in percentage by weight: allantoin 0.15%, butanediol 5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, and glycerin 3%. The obtained acne removing gel is high in efficiency, can quickly remove acne, and is safe and extremely mild.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the acne-removing composition combines dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, encapsulated salicylic acid, a sophora flavescens root extract, bioflavonoids, a cork tree bark extract and nicotinamide, starts to prevent and remove acne from four dimensions of adjusting sebum secretion, adjusting epidermal hyperkeratosis, inhibiting propionibacterium acnes reproduction and resisting inflammation, and is efficient, very mild and safe; the acne-removing composition can be used in cosmetics of various formulations.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention is further illustrated by the following examples. It is apparent that the following examples are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present invention are only for illustrating the technical effects of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Examples 1 to 5
Examples 1-5 are all one embodiment of the acne removing gel of the present invention. Examples 1-5 the compositions of the anti-acne gels are shown in table 1.

Examples 1-5 methods of preparing anti-acne gels all include the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio in the table 1, and simultaneously keeping the devices clean;
(2) putting the phase A raw materials into a water phase pot, stirring and dissolving at a rotating speed of 20r/min, heating to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing at a speed of 30Hz for 5min, then keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃ for 15-20min, and adjusting the pH to about 5.5-6.5 by using potassium hydroxide to obtain a phase A, wherein the phase A raw materials comprise deionized water, carbomer, allantoin, glycerol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate;
(3) stirring the phase A obtained in the step (2) at a rotating speed of 10r/min, cooling to below 45 ℃, then adding the phase B raw material, stirring uniformly at a rotating speed of 30r/min, then continuously stirring, cooling to below 30 ℃, and discharging to obtain the acne-removing gel, wherein the phase B raw material comprises an acne-removing composition and phenoxyethanol.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
Comparative examples 1-2 each provide an anti-acne gel having the composition shown in table 1, and were prepared according to the same method as in examples 1-5.
Effect example 1: stability test
The anti-acne gels obtained in examples 1-5 are respectively filled in bottles, and then stability examination is respectively carried out for 1 month under the conditions of 50 ℃, 45 ℃, 40 ℃, 4 ℃, 18 ℃, 25 ℃, TL84 light source illumination and-18 ℃ to 50 ℃ (3 cold and heat cycles), and as a result, the anti-acne gels have no obvious abnormal appearance after being tested for 1 month under the conditions, the anti-acne gels are proved to have good stability.
Effect example 2: bacteriostatic test for propionibacterium acnes
The test method comprises the following steps: dissolving the acne removing gel obtained in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 in 50% (v/v) of 1, 3-butanediol respectively; preparing reinforced agar culture medium (Propionibacterium acnes) respectively; thirdly, placing the paper sheets on a culture medium respectively; dripping the sample prepared in the step one onto a paper sheet in an amount of 30 uL; fifthly, after cultivation, measuring the size of the inhibition zone around the paper sheet. Specific results are shown in table 2.

Effect example 3: mild safety
(1) Test material
SPF eggs (eggs free of specific pathogens), Teflon (Teflon) rings, and the like.
(2) Test method
1. Preparation of CAM: eggs of age 0d are purchased and incubated to age 9d, and defective eggs are inspected and discarded. Marking the position of an air chamber on the surface of the shell of a normal egg, and stripping off the shell part to expose a white egg membrane; the intima is carefully removed with forceps to ensure that the vascular membrane is not damaged.
2. Formal experiment
2.1 stimulation scoring method: at least 6 eggs per group, 0.3mL of 50% by mass of the test substance was directly dropped on the CAM surface, the CAM reaction was observed, and the time of each toxic effect within 5min of action was recorded to the nearest second, including 3 reactions of bleeding, coagulation and vascular lysis, and the degree of reaction was recorded.
2.2 endpoint scoring: at least 6 eggs in each group, 0.3mL of prepared test substance is directly dripped on the surface of CAM, the CAM reaction condition is observed, after 3min of action, the test substance is removed by slight washing with normal saline, and 3 reactions and degrees of bleeding, blood coagulation and vessel thawing are observed within about 30s after washing. If observations indicate that at least 1 out of 6 eggs total response scores were above moderate (total score ≧ 12), the test should be repeated once.
2.3 Endpoint Scoring (ES): score per egg-the sum of the extent of bleeding, clotting and vascular thawing observed per egg; end point score (ES) is the sum of the number of 6 eggs scored.

Effect example 4: human body test
Testing the population: patients with visible acne 70, 10 in each group, half of all men and women, aged from 17 to 30 years.
Testing an instrument: VISIA, Canfield, USA.
The test method comprises the following steps: the acne removing gel prepared by the corresponding group is respectively and uniformly coated on the acne twice a day, and 3 days are a treatment course. After a treatment course, the result is obtained by performing comparative analysis through the image acquisition function of VISIA. The therapeutic effect criteria are as follows:

The acne treatment composition according to claim 1, wherein the acne treatment composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.15 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 3 parts of coated salicylic acid, 0.15 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.8 part of bioflavonoid, 1.5 parts of phellodendron bark extract and 5 parts of nicotinamide.
3. Use of the acne-removing composition according to claim 1 or 2 in cosmetics.

The acne removing gel is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-5% of coating salicylic acid, 0.03-0.25% of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.2-3% of bioflavonoid, 0.5-5% of phellodendron bark extract and 1-10% of nicotinamide.

The acne removal gel according to claim 6, wherein the gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.15%, coated salicylic acid 3%, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract 0.15%, bioflavonoids 0.8%, cortex Phellodendri bark extract 1.5%, and nicotinamide 5%.
8. The acne treatment gel according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.8-1.5% of thickening agent, 6.5-12% of humectant, 0.5-2% of preservative, 0.3-0.55% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
9. The anti-acne gel according to claim 8, wherein the thickening agent comprises carbomer, the moisturizing agent comprises allantoin, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin, the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol, and the pH adjusting agent comprises potassium hydroxide.
10. The acne removal gel according to claim 9, wherein the acne removal gel comprises the following moisturizers in percentage by weight: allantoin 0.15-0.3%, butanediol 3.3-6.5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.05-0.2%, and glycerol 3-5%.
