Technical Field

The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has good anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, moisturizing, antioxidant and other effects; the encapsulated salicylic acid has effects of dissolving cutin, inhibiting bacteria, and relieving inflammation; the sophora flavescens root extract has good bacteriostatic action on propionibacterium acnes; the bioflavonoid has effects of regulating 5-alpha reductase, regulating sebum secretion and inhibiting Propionibacterium acnes; the phellodendron amurense bark extract can inhibit mass propagation of propionibacterium acnes and relieve skin red swelling and inflammation; nicotinamide has effects of keeping moisture, repairing, whitening skin, brightening skin, and controlling oil. The acne-removing composition combines dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, encapsulated salicylic acid, a sophora flavescens root extract, bioflavonoids, a cork tree bark extract and nicotinamide, starts to prevent and remove acne from four dimensions of sebum secretion regulation, cutin excess regulation, propionibacterium acnes reproduction inhibition and inflammation resistance, and is efficient, very mild and safe.
As a preferred embodiment of the acne-removing composition, the acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.15 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 3 parts of coated salicylic acid, 0.15 part of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.8 part of bioflavonoid, 1.5 parts of phellodendron bark extract and 5 parts of nicotinamide. When the 6 components are in the specific proportion, the obtained acne removing composition has better acne removing effect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the acne-removing composition combines dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, encapsulated salicylic acid, a sophora flavescens root extract, bioflavonoids, a cork tree bark extract and nicotinamide, starts to prevent and remove acne from four dimensions of adjusting sebum secretion, adjusting epidermal hyperkeratosis, inhibiting propionibacterium acnes reproduction and resisting inflammation, and is efficient, very mild and safe; the acne-removing composition can be used in cosmetics of various formulations.

Examples 1-5 methods of preparing anti-acne gels all include the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio in the table 1, and simultaneously keeping the devices clean;
(2) putting the phase A raw materials into a water phase pot, stirring and dissolving at a rotating speed of 20r/min, heating to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing at a speed of 30Hz for 5min, then keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃ for 15-20min, and adjusting the pH to about 5.5-6.5 by using potassium hydroxide to obtain a phase A, wherein the phase A raw materials comprise deionized water, carbomer, allantoin, glycerol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate;
(3) stirring the phase A obtained in the step (2) at a rotating speed of 10r/min, cooling to below 45 ℃, then adding the phase B raw material, stirring uniformly at a rotating speed of 30r/min, then continuously stirring, cooling to below 30 ℃, and discharging to obtain the acne-removing gel, wherein the phase B raw material comprises an acne-removing composition and phenoxyethanol.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
Comparative examples 1-2 each provide an anti-acne gel having the composition shown in table 1, and were prepared according to the same method as in examples 1-5.
Effect example 1: stability test
The anti-acne gels obtained in examples 1-5 are respectively filled in bottles, and then stability examination is respectively carried out for 1 month under the conditions of 50 ℃, 45 ℃, 40 ℃, 4 ℃, 18 ℃, 25 ℃, TL84 light source illumination and-18 ℃ to 50 ℃ (3 cold and heat cycles), and as a result, the anti-acne gels have no obvious abnormal appearance after being tested for 1 month under the conditions, the anti-acne gels are proved to have good stability.
Effect example 2: bacteriostatic test for propionibacterium acnes
The test method comprises the following steps: dissolving the acne removing gel obtained in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 in 50% (v/v) of 1, 3-butanediol respectively; preparing reinforced agar culture medium (Propionibacterium acnes) respectively; thirdly, placing the paper sheets on a culture medium respectively; dripping the sample prepared in the step one onto a paper sheet in an amount of 30 uL; fifthly, after cultivation, measuring the size of the inhibition zone around the paper sheet.
