Effect example 5
To further verify the use effect of the acne-removing repair gel obtained by the invention, antibacterial effect tests were performed on the products obtained in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 9.
Test strain: propionibacterium acnes (ATCC 6919).
Test sample: the anti-acne repair gels obtained in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were stored at 4℃for further use.
Culture medium: propionibacterium acnes culture medium, pH is regulated to 6.6-7.0, wherein agar 15g/L is added into the solid culture medium.
The test method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing and inoculating bacterial suspension: taking 0.1mL of frozen preserved bacterial suspension, culturing in 5mL of propionibacterium acnes liquid culture medium at 37 ℃ under anaerobic condition for 2 days to obtain experimental bacterial suspension;
(2) And (3) preparation of a liquid medicine: the acne-removing repairing gel is diluted to 0.1% by using normal saline, and then is diluted in a gradient way respectively. To further verify the use effect of the acne-removing repair gel obtained by the invention, oxidation resistance tests were carried out on the products obtained in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 9 by using a DPPH radical scavenging rate measurement experiment.
