Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and in particular relates to a skin acne-removing and oil-controlling soluble beautifying microneedle patch composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many people are afflicted with acne, which is commonly known as acne in medicine. Acne is a chronic inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands, and mainly occurs in the facial and thoracodorsal fatty areas, which not only affects the appearance, but also affects the health.
In addition to genetic factors, acne is also closely related to the characteristics of puberty. The pathogenesis of acne is mainly as follows:
(1) sebaceous gland hypertrophy. The increased secretion of androgens in the body can lead to hyperplasia and hypertrophy of sebaceous glands, so that the increased secretion of sebum is caused, and sebum which cannot be completely discharged is accumulated in follicular orifices to form acne.
(2) Hyperkeratosis of the follicular orifice. Androgens also cause excessive keratinization of the hair follicle epithelium and sebaceous gland ducts, causing increased shedding of hair follicle wall epithelial cells, and sebum accumulated at the follicular orifice to mix together, forming an embolism, which is then gradually dried, oxidized and contaminated to darken, forming comedones.
(3) As the hair follicle is blocked, a weak acid anaerobic environment which is very suitable for the propagation and aggregation of anaerobic propionibacteria acnes is formed in the hair follicle, so that the anaerobic propionibacteria acnes in the hair follicle are increased and decompose sebum in a large amount to form a large amount of free fatty acid, the hair follicle wall is destroyed, and the inflammation of connective tissues around the hair follicle is caused.
In addition, acne is aggravated by endocrine disorders, facial cleanliness and hygiene, eating habits, long-term mental stress, and other factors.
In the prior market, the acne-removing product is usually prepared by adding components with oil control or antibacterial effects into skin care products. However, most components with oil control or antibacterial effects are easy to stimulate skin or destroy normal flora on the surface layer of skin, so that skin barrier is easy to damage, the moisturizing ability of skin is reduced, and the water-oil balance of skin is disturbed, so that acne is easy to repeat, and the absorption rate of effective active substances in the external skin care product is generally less than 10%.
