The present example also provides a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles prepared by the above method. The hydrogel patch obtained by the implementation has certain viscosity, low sensitization and proper moisture content, when the microneedle patch is used, the gel is covered and pasted on the skin, and the microneedle patch can be pasted for 2-4 hours, so that the microneedle patch can be almost completely absorbed by the skin, has good effects of removing wrinkles, freckles, acnes, eye bags and dark circles, and can play the greatest role.

Claims (9)

1. The preparation method of the hydrogel patch for the soluble microneedle is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing 2-3% of the cross-linked skeleton and 0.05-3.0% of the cross-linking agent, adding 10-50% of the humectant, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase A solution;
s2, adding 0.5-2% of tackifier into water, stirring, adding 0.01-5% of crosslinking regulator and 1-15% of water-soluble functional component, and stirring until the components are fully dissolved to obtain a B-phase solution;
s3, adding the phase B solution obtained in the step S2 into the phase A solution obtained in the step S1, and carrying out vacuum stirring to obtain a hydrogel paste;
s4, the hydrogel paste in step S3 is coated on a coater to obtain a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles.
2. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles in claim 1, wherein in step S1, the cross-linked backbone is sodium polyacrylate; the cross-linking agent is one or more of aluminum dihydroxyglycinate, aluminum chloride and sodium hydroxide.
3. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles in claim 1, wherein in step S1, the humectant is one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, ceramide.
4. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for soluble microneedles in claim 1, wherein the viscosity increasing agent is one or more of sodium alginate, tragacanth, carbomer, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyethylene glycol in step S2.
5. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles in claim 1, wherein in step S2, the crosslinking modulating agent is one or more of citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, EDTA, malic acid.
6. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles in claim 1, wherein in step S2, the water-soluble functional ingredient is one or more of niacinamide, phenethyl resorcinol, vitamin C, arbutin, tranexamic acid, collagen, polypeptide.
7. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for soluble microneedles in claim 1, wherein the stirring speed of the vacuum stirring is 50-120r/min, the stirring time is 5-15min, and the vacuum pumping is performed to-0.08 MPa while stirring in step S3.
8. The method of preparing a hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles in claim 1, wherein the non-woven fabric in the coating is a lower layer and the pearlescent film is an upper layer in step S4, and the die cutting and packaging can be performed when the pearlescent film can be completely torn.
9. The hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles, which is prepared according to the method for preparing the hydrogel patch for dissolvable microneedles of any one of claims 1 to 8.
