Abstract
本发明所述一种含松树提取物的保健食品及制备方法,包括松灵天然初级原粉58%、奶粉35%、冷榨亚麻籽油2.5%、低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%、香油香精0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、硬脂酸镁0.5%。混合均匀之后,溶解、包合、烘干、过60目筛制成粉末状的松灵内核;制备包裹松灵内核的辅料:冷榨亚麻籽油1份,将纤维素1份拌匀;压片:将片剂内核压成片剂,然后用辅料浸润,并予以烘干即可,片剂质量为1g。本发明有助于增强人体免疫力,促进胃肠消化和排泄,调节肠胃功能,调整机体代谢功能并能维持组织细胞的活力,能减轻了各种不适的症状,适用于工作压力较大、体重、心脑血管疾病和免疫力低下的中老年人群。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物制药技术领域,特别涉及一种含松树提取物的保健食品及制备方法。
背景技术
松灵,即马尾松、油松的新枝毛尖松芽,包括簇生松花带气囊结构的花蕾花穗。松灵含有丰富的营养成分,主要是蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类及脂类,尚含丰富的维生素、黄酮类化合物、磷脂、核糖、芸苔素、植酸、矿物质元素及多种活性物质,在松灵含的维生素中尤以B族维生素及维生素C最为丰富,而所含的矿物质成分中又以钾、镁、钙、铁、磷、硒等为代表。松灵以全面而均衡的营养,从健脾益气入手,全面调理心、肝、脾、肺、肾五大系统,在提高人体自身免疫力,增强消化功能,调整机体代谢功能有良好作用,特别在预防癌症、糖尿病、痛风等病上效果十分显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辅助治疗、服用方便、副作用小、能适合长期服用的具有增强人体免疫力,促进胃肠消化和排泄,调节肠胃功能,调整机体代谢功能并能维持组织细胞的活力和延缓衰老的保健食品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是按如下方式实现的:
一种含松树提取物的保健食品的片剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:松灵天然初级原粉58%、奶粉35%、冷榨亚麻籽油2.5%、低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%、香油香精0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、硬脂酸镁0.5%。
一种含松树提取物的保健食品的片剂制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制作片剂内核:按重量份计,将松灵天然初级原粉10 份、奶粉4份,香油香精0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,硬脂酸镁0.5份,混合均匀之后,溶解、包合、烘干、过60目筛制成粉末状的松灵内核;
步骤二、制备包裹松灵内核的辅料:按重量份计,冷榨亚麻籽油 1份,将纤维素1份拌匀;
步骤三、压片:按重量百分比计,将片剂内核压成片剂,然后用辅料浸润,并予以烘干即可,片剂质量为1g。
本发明的积极效果是:本发明有助于增强人体免疫力,促进胃肠消化和排泄,调节肠胃功能,调整机体代谢功能并能维持组织细胞的活力,预防癌症、糖尿病、痛风以及治疗皮肤、贫血等疾病具有一定的积极作用,能减轻了各种不适的症状,适用于工作压力较大、体重、心脑血管疾病和免疫力低下的中老年人群。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
松针的嫩芽,富含蛋白质、粗脂肪、维生素K及钙、磷、铁等各种矿物质及多种生物酶。
松针,春天是氨基酸含量最丰富的时期,它们大都是有机的。许多物质之间,如微量元素之间,微量元素与维生素或维生素与氨基酸之间等,在一定PH值条件下,都处在动态平衡之中。
松针每千克含锌元素15毫克,锌元素是人体中最重要的抗衰老的元素,是食道癌的天敌,它参与人体中100多种酶的合成和酶的激活过程,直接参与核酸和蛋白质的合成,从而延缓了细胞的衰老过程。
松针里的硒元素含量特别高,每千克含3.6毫克。硒也是世界上公认的抗癌元素,被誉为“抗癌之王”。硒与维生素E结合能维持心脏健康,硒元素还有拮抗汞、镉等剧毒重金属元素、排毒的特殊功能。
本发明所述的一种含松树提取物的保健食品,包括以重量克为单位的优选配比原料组成:优选萃取5年以上树龄的马尾松或油松的萌芽毛尖制成的松花粉100~600克、亚麻籽油100~1000克、糖100~ 2000克。
本发明所述的一种含松树提取物的保健食品的制备方法,工艺流程为萃取松芽——拣去杂质——清洗——晒干或烘干——粉碎——包装——选取奶粉——特色加工亚麻籽油——配方混合——成品制剂。
1、优选萃取5年以上树龄马尾松或油松的萌芽毛尖。
①人工采集5年以上树龄,5-10cm的松芽,时间大约在春分节气前后5天,将松枝嫩芽掰下,放入干净的编织袋中。
②把采回的松芽除祛杂质,用手工除树皮、树叶、昆虫等杂物。
③清洗,把萃取回的“松灵”嫩芽用果蔬净洗剂330mg/包,兑清水6-10升的配比溶解,在溶液中浸泡5分钟捞出,摊放置于(规格)筛网架上,把降解的有机物毒素以及附着微尘和自身富含的硒元素遇水拮抗降解的重金属一并彻底喷雾冲洗淋掉。随即用编织袋包装入冷库置于零下3℃—10℃速冻贮存。
④干燥:清洗过后,把松枝嫩芽置于晒床上连续晾晒3天,以达到干燥。或用烘干设备烘干,温度控制在25-40度烘干,保证活性成分不受破坏。
⑤采用低温气流破壁技术粉碎,在超低温的环境下,利用气流对撞对松枝嫩芽进行破壁,破壁效果极好,克服现有技术的破壁方法所存在的破壁效率和产品的营养成分保留难以同时达到最佳的缺陷,并且无金属和化学物质的残留,也不会造成松枝嫩芽有效成分的流失。
2、选配天然牧场奶源的全脂奶粉作为辅料。该奶粉最佳营养成分每百克含量为:蛋白质20-25%,脂肪22-26.5%,碳水化合物 35-37.3%,每百克含钙900-980毫克,磷650-700毫克,铁1.8-1.9 毫克,核黄素0.75-0.85毫克,尼克酸0.55-0.62毫克。
3、制作亚麻籽油作为辅料,采用低温冷榨工艺生产高品质的亚麻籽油。
3.1原料选择
亚麻籽冷榨油对原料的要求较高,需要保证冷榨油最大限度的保留亚麻籽油中的各种生理活性物质。宜选择成熟度适宜、颗粒饱满, 质量优良的亚麻籽作为冷榨油的原料。
3.2清理除杂
亚麻籽是一种形状和芝麻相似,但是要比芝麻大的红棕色果实。在清理亚麻籽原料时选用TSQDL型号的清杂去石组合筛,筛除大杂质筛板孔形为长圆形,孔径1.5mm×2.5mm,筛网孔形方形,筛面长度每2.45cm的孔数约为28个;筛除小杂质筛板孔形为圆形,孔径 1.5-2.0mm,筛网孔形方形,筛面长度每2cm的孔数约为22个。经组合筛除杂后的亚麻籽原料再结合磁选器,最大限度地除去原料中所夹带的大小杂质及铁杂,同时配备了除尘系统,以利于环境卫生。经除杂后的亚麻籽原料其杂质含量应降低至0.15%以下。
3.3轧坯
轧坯的目的在于破坏油料的组织细胞,增加油料的表面积,缩短油脂流出的路程,有利于油脂的提取。轧坯的要求是料坯薄而均匀, 粉末度小,不漏油。因此选用YYPY液压轧坯机,该机具有工作平稳, 操作简便,性能灵活可靠,可操作性强等优点。轧坯后的坯片的厚一般为0.25-0.35mm。
3.4调质
调质的目的是调节入榨物料的水分,根据亚麻籽坯片的特性及冷榨机的特性,适宜的入榨水分约为6.5%-8.3%,水分过高和过低都不利于油脂的提取。调质一般在调质锅中进行。
3.5冷榨
冷榨油一般是指油料在低温的条件下压榨所制得的植物油。可用双螺旋榨油机,油料在榨膛内经过多次压缩与膨胀,实现厚料层与薄料层相结合的强力压榨,一次压榨出油率高。亚麻籽冷榨的入榨水分为≤8.3%,一次压榨饼残油≤7.8%,出油温度为40℃-52℃。
3.6油渣分离
经冷榨机榨出的毛油都含有大量的油渣,在精制之前应先进行油渣分离。榨油机榨出的毛油先经油刮板流入澄油箱进行初步的油渣分离,分离出的油再由泵打入叶片过滤机中进行过滤,过滤后的毛油再送入精制车间进行精制。
3.7水化脱胶
水化脱胶工艺是利用磷脂等胶溶性杂质的亲水性,使胶溶性杂质吸水膨胀、凝聚并分离除去。冷榨毛油打入水化罐中,在搅拌的情况下加入一定量的热水,使油脂内部的磷脂等胶溶性杂质吸水膨胀, 比重增大,沉淀分离。待水化反应结束并沉降一段时间后进行油、油脚和废水的分离。水化后的油再送入脱水脱色罐中进行真空脱水。
3.8脱苦
冷榨亚麻籽油在压榨过程中有很多成分析出,如黄酮类化合物、皂甙等,这些成分活性高,味道偏苦,因此需对冷榨油进行脱苦。脱苦条件为:在油温为58.5℃-67℃,真空度为88-102kPa的条件下, 加入油重0.12%-0.53%的活性炭吸附剂快速搅拌(55-85r/min),反应时间为20-50min左右。待反应结束后将油冷却至室温,破真空后过滤即得到脱苦亚麻籽油。该工序采用全物理过程,使亚麻籽油的风味得到有效的改善和提高,并使亚麻籽油原有的营养得以保持。
3.9结晶养晶
蜡是一种脂肪酸和脂肪醇的脂,是油料中固有的成分。亚麻籽油含腊量一般为1.8%-3.2%。腊质在温度不高的情况下会使油的透明度降低,并对油品色泽有一定的影响,所以需要对亚麻籽油进行脱蜡。油脂脱蜡是通过冷却和结晶将油中含有的高融点蜡与高融点固体脂从中析出,再采用过滤或离心的方式将其出去的工序。
脱水脱苦后的油先进快速结晶器迅速冷却析出部分蜡质晶核, 后进入结晶养晶罐。为了使析出的蜡微粒之间的聚集碰撞几率增加, 又能使油冷却均匀,冷冻结晶过程中需适当搅拌。为了使蜡质继续结晶析出,小的晶粒继续长大,油冷却结晶到12℃后,停止搅拌,油继续降温至6℃。结晶养晶过程时间总周期为64h左右(具体养晶时间和温度由油的品质和实际生产情况决定)。达到结晶时间的油经多道过滤即得到亚麻籽冷榨成品油。
亚麻籽冷榨适宜的入榨水分约为6.5%-8.3%,一次压榨饼残油≤ 7.8%,出油温度为40℃-52℃。亚麻籽冷榨脱苦在油温为58.5℃-67℃, 真空度为88-102kPa的条件下,加入油重0.12%-0.53%的活性炭吸附剂快速搅拌(55-85r/min),反应时间为20-50min左右。脱水脱苦后的油进入结晶养晶罐,油冷却结晶到12℃后,停止搅拌,油继续降温至6℃。结晶养晶过程时间总周期为64h左右。
4、配方混合。
实施例一:“松灵”片剂
一种含松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的片剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:(1)松灵天然初级原粉58%。(2)奶粉35%。(3)冷榨亚麻籽油2.5%。(4)低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%。(5)香油香精0.5%。(6)苯甲酸钠0.5%。(7)硬脂酸镁0.5%。
本实施例一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的片剂的制备方法,包括以下顺序步骤:
(1)制作片剂内核:按重量份计,将松灵天然初级原粉10份、奶粉4份,香油香精0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,硬脂酸镁0.5份,混合均匀之后,溶解、包合、烘干、过60目筛制成粉末状的松灵内核;
(2)制备包裹松灵内核的辅料:按重量份计,冷榨亚麻籽油1份,将纤维素1份拌匀;
(3)压片:按重量百分比计,将片剂内核压成片剂,然后用辅料浸润,并予以烘干即可,片剂质量为1g。
实施例二:“松灵”口服液
一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的口服液,包括以下重量百分比的原料:(1)松灵天然初级原粉38%。(2)奶粉25%。(3)冷榨亚麻籽油3%。(4)低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%。(5)甜蜜素1%。 (6)纯化水30%。
本实施例一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的片剂的制备方法,包括以下顺序步骤:
(1)制作口液体内核:按重量份计,将松灵天然初级原粉10份、奶粉4份,甜蜜素0.5份,纯化水10份,混合均匀之后溶解;
(2)灌装:按重量百分比计,将松灵天然初级原粉38%,奶粉25%,冷榨亚麻籽油3%,低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%,甜蜜素1%,纯化水30%灌装玻璃瓶,并予以密封,灌装口服液容量为125ml。
实施例三:
一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的胶囊,包括以下重量百分比的原料:一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的胶囊,包括以下重量百分比的原料:(1)松灵天然初级原粉58%。(2)奶粉35%。(3)冷榨亚麻籽油3%。(4)低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%。(5)香油香精0.5%。(6)苯甲酸钠0.5%。
本实施例一种松树提取物“松灵”保健食品的胶囊的制备方法,包括以下顺序步骤:
(1)制作胶囊内核:按重量份计,将松灵天然初级原粉10份、奶粉4份,香油香精0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,混合均匀之后,溶解、包合、烘干、过60目筛制成颗粒状的胶囊内核;
(2)制作胶囊:按重量百分比计,将胶囊内核装入胶囊即可,胶囊质量为1.5g。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本发明相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

4.一种含松树提取物的保健食品的口服液制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按重量百分比计,将松灵天然初级原粉38%,奶粉25%,冷榨亚麻籽油3%,低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%,甜蜜素1%,纯化水30%混合均匀;
步骤二、将混合溶液灌装入深色玻璃瓶;
并予以密封;
每瓶灌装口服液的容量为125ml。
5.一种含松树提取物的保健食品的胶囊,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:松灵天然初级原粉58%、奶粉35%、冷榨亚麻籽油3%、低取代羟丙基纤维素纤维素3%、香油香精0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.5%。
6.一种含松树提取物的保健食品的胶囊制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制作胶囊内核:按重量份计,将松灵天然初级原粉10份、奶粉4份,香油香精0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.5份混合均匀;
加入500ml75℃的β-cyd饱和水溶液,搅拌5min,室温静置30min;
放入温箱中加热烘干,并持续搅拌30min,得白色颗粒沉淀;
过60目筛,制成颗粒状的胶囊内核包合物;
步骤二、制作胶囊:胶囊壳内灌入胶囊内核,每一个胶囊质量为1.5g。
7.根据权利要求2、4、6所述的一种含松树提取物的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述松灵天然初级原粉的制作方法为:
步骤一、人工采集5年以上树龄,5-10cm的松芽,时间大约在春分节气前后5天,将松枝嫩芽掰下,放入干净的编织袋中;
步骤二、把采回的松芽除祛杂质,用手工除树皮、树叶、昆虫等杂物;
步骤三、清洗,把萃取回的“松灵”嫩芽用果蔬净洗剂330mg/包,兑清水6-10升的配比溶解,在溶液中浸泡5分钟捞出,摊放置于筛网架上,把降解的有机物毒素以及附着微尘和自身富含的硒元素遇水拮抗降解的重金属一并彻底喷雾冲洗淋掉。随即用编织袋包装入冷库置于零下3℃—10℃速冻贮存;
步骤四、干燥:清洗过后,把松枝嫩芽置于晒床上连续晾晒3天,以达到干燥;或用烘干设备烘干,温度控制在25-40度烘干,保证活性成分不受破坏;
步骤五、采用低温气流破壁技术粉碎,在超低温的环境下,利用气流对撞对松枝嫩芽进行破壁。
