3.발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 솔잎추출물을 주원료로 한 새로운 건강음료의 조성물로서 한방서적을 비롯하여, 생약관련서적에 나타나 있는 소나무의 약리적인 효능이 발휘될 수 있는 수준으로 소나무싹 유효성분을 추출하여 첨가하고 비타민C, 유기산, 감미료등을 적절히 배합한 음료조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 소나무싹의 효능으로서 감기를 예방하는 외에도 담배, 공해에 찌든 목에 맑게 해주고 혈행을 도오주기 때문에 도시의 직장인들의 육체적, 정신적 건강에도 도움을 줄 수 있어 청량감과 더불어 건간지향적인 요소를 갖는 솔잎추출물을 이용한 것을 특징으로 한 발명이다.

Claims (5)
- 솔잎추출물 0.2 내지 0.5%, 솔잎엣센스 0.05 내지 0.1%, 비타민 0.1 내지 0..5%, 백설탕 3 내지 4%, 과당 5 내지 6%, 구연산 0.1 내지 0.2%, 사과산 0.0 3 내지 0.05%, 구연산나트륨 0.04 내지 0.05%, 천연색소 0.01 내지 0.02%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 솔잎추출물을 함유한 음료조성물.
- 적송(赤松)의 개화한 새싹을 물에 80 내지 90℃에서 15 내지 18시간 동안 침지시킨 후, 이를 여과 및 농축시키고 포도당 시럽과 혼합하여 솔잎추출물을 제조한 후, 제조된 솔잎추출물을 0.2 내지 0.5%, 솔잎엣센스 0.05내지 0.1%,비타민C 0.1 내지 0.5%, 백설탕 3 내지 4%, 과당 5 내지 6%, 구연산 0.1 내지 0.2%, 사과산 0.03 내지 0.05%, 구연산나트륨 0.04 내지 0.05%, 천연색소 0.01 내지 0.02%과 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 솔잎추출물을 함유한 음료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 여과를 10㎛ 나일론 필터로 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 추가로, 탄산의 압력이 1 내지 1.5㎏/㎤정도 되도록 탄산을 충전하는 방법.
