Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,换挡器根据驾驶员实际操作的结果,发送数字信号到整车控制器;整车控制器根据此时车辆状态,判断是否满足换挡条件;如果满足,则发送正确挡位信号到组合仪表;如果不满足,则发送挡位切换失败状态的信号到组合仪表;组合仪表接收整车控制器发送挡位信息并进行相应的挡位切换提醒。采用上述技术方案,为纯电动汽车在档位切换成功与失败时做出相应的声音提醒,解决车辆在上高压前档位初始位置不一致导致无法上电的问题,以及解决正常行驶时未切换到正确档位时无动力输出导致发生安全事故的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电动汽车操作控制的技术领域,涉及其挡位切换的技术。更具体地,本发明涉及一种纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,尤其涉及纯电动汽车挡位切换成功与失败时的提醒。
背景技术
纯电动汽车在控制策略上相较于传统汽车而言并不成熟,尤其在驾驶安全性方面存在较多的安全风险。
为了保证用户驾驶安全,尤其是关于驱动安全方面的控制优化十分重要,对挡位切换成功与失败时及时提醒用户是很有必要的。
目前市场上大部分电动车采用旋钮式的挡位,在READY下才允许换挡,READY状态是具备驱动力的状态,大多数车采用踩刹车同时扭动旋钮换挡器换挡,旋钮换挡器采用的是数字信号输出,该信号给到整车控制器,控制器根据相关信号做出判断,确定此时为哪个挡位。在这一系列过程中可能存在刹车信号不稳定或者换挡信号错误等,导致未换挡成功或者出现换挡器与实际挡位不匹配等现象。
在快速行驶过程中,换挡或者在十字路口等红绿灯起步时未挂入正确挡位、驾驶员无法第一时间发现,容易发生相关安全事故。
发明内容
本发明提供一种纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,其目的是实现车挡位切换进行必要的提醒,提高安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,所述的纯电动汽车包括换挡器、整车控制器和组合仪表;
所述的挡位切换提醒方法为:
1、所述的换挡器根据驾驶员实际操作的结果,发送数字信号到整车控制器;
2、所述的整车控制器根据此时车辆状态,判断是否满足换挡条件;如果满足,则发送正确挡位信号到组合仪表;如果不满足,则发送挡位切换失败状态的信号到组合仪表;
3、所述的组合仪表接收整车控制器发送挡位信息并进行相应的挡位切换提醒。
所述的提醒方法具体控制策略为:
1、当车辆处于READY状态、车速为0、初始挡位为N挡时,踩刹车换挡切换到R挡或者D挡,此时,整车控制器接收换挡开关信号并发送到组合仪表;
组合仪表接收到整车控制器信号后,正确显示挡位信息并发出响一声的提示音,表示正确响应挡位;
其他挡位切换成功的状况以同样方式处理;
2、当车辆处于READY状态、车速为设定参数、初始挡位为D挡,直接切换至R挡;
或者,车辆处于READY状态、车速为设定参数、初始挡位在R挡直接切换至D挡;此时,换挡器显示为当前挡位,整车控制器接收到换挡器信号,同时,分析车速信号,判断是否满足换挡条件;此时,由于不满足换挡条件,整车控制器发送N挡闪烁,同时组合仪表伴有同闪烁同步周期的声音提醒;此时,当挡位回到初始挡位时蜂鸣报警解除;
挡位切换失败状况以同样方式处理;
3、当车辆处于ON挡状态、换挡器处于非N挡状态,此时进行上电操作,整车控制器接收到换挡器信号,同时,判断是否满足上READY的条件,由于挡位处于非N挡状态,不满足上READY的条件,此时,整车控制器给组合仪表发送默认N挡信号,组合仪表显示N档并伴随常响状态,直到挡位回到N挡时停止提醒。
本发明采用上述技术方案,为纯电动汽车在档位切换成功与失败时做出相应的声音提醒,解决车辆在上高压前档位初始位置不一致导致无法上电的问题,以及解决正常行驶时未切换到正确档位时无动力输出导致发生安全事故的问题。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1所示本发明的原理图,实现纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒的方法,所述的纯电动汽车包括换挡器、整车控制器和组合仪表。
为了克服现有其缺陷,实现车挡位切换进行必要的提醒,提高安全性的发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法为:
1、所述的换挡器根据驾驶员实际操作的结果,发送数字信号到整车控制器VCU;
2、所述的整车控制器VCU根据此时车辆状态,判断是否满足换挡条件;如果满足,则发送正确挡位信号到组合仪表;如果不满足,则发送挡位切换失败状态的信号到组合仪表;
3、所述的组合仪表接收整车控制器VCU发送挡位信息并进行相应的挡位切换提醒。
3、组合仪表,用于接收整车控制器发送挡位信息并起到提醒作用;
在档位切换成功与失败是伴有不同的声音提醒,同时在上高压前由于初始档位不正确导致无法上高压时同时伴有声音提醒。
当驾驶员进行换挡处理时,换挡器通过四路数字输出信号输出挡位逻辑开关信号给到整车控制器,4路信号输出不同的电平,根据电平逻辑的不同来区分N、R、D挡位,整车控制接收到换挡器的信号根据此时车辆状态判断是否满足换挡条件,根据条件判断后将相应结果发送到组合仪表,组合仪表根据VCU发送的信号在组合仪表显示并伴随响应声音信号作为提醒。
所述的提醒方法具体控制策略为:
1、当车辆处于READY状态、车速为0、初始挡位为N挡时,踩刹车换挡切换到R挡或者D挡,此时,整车控制器VCU接收换挡开关信号并发送到组合仪表;
组合仪表接收到整车控制器VCU的信号后,正确显示挡位信息并发出响一声的提示音,表示正确响应挡位;
其他挡位切换成功的状况以同样方式处理;
2、当车辆处于READY状态、车速为设定参数、初始挡位为D挡,直接切换至R挡;
或者,车辆处于READY状态、车速为设定参数、初始挡位在R挡直接切换至D挡;此时,换挡器显示为当前挡位,整车控制器VCU接收到换挡器信号,同时,分析车速信号,判断是否满足换挡条件;此时,由于不满足换挡条件,整车控制器VCU发送N挡闪烁,同时组合仪表伴有同闪烁同步周期的声音提醒;此时,当挡位回到初始挡位时蜂鸣报警解除;
挡位切换失败状况以同样方式处理;
3、当车辆处于ON挡状态、换挡器处于非N挡状态,此时进行上电操作,整车控制器VCU接收到换挡器信号,同时,判断是否满足上READY的条件,由于挡位处于非N挡状态,不满足上READY的条件,此时,整车控制器VCU给组合仪表发送默认N挡信号,组合仪表显示N挡并伴随常响状态,直到挡位回到N挡时停止提醒。

1.一种纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,所述的纯电动汽车包括换挡器、整车控制器和组合仪表;
其特征在于所述的挡位切换提醒方法为:
1)、所述的换挡器根据驾驶员实际操作的结果,发送数字信号到整车控制器;
2)、所述的整车控制器根据此时车辆状态,判断是否满足换挡条件;如果满足,则发送正确挡位信号到组合仪表;如果不满足,则发送挡位切换失败状态的信号到组合仪表;
3)、所述的组合仪表接收整车控制器发送挡位信息并进行相应的挡位切换提醒。
2.按照权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车挡位切换提醒方法,其特征在于:所述的,所述的提醒方法为:
1)、当车辆处于READY状态、车速为0、初始挡位为N挡时,踩刹车换挡切换到R挡或者D挡,此时,整车控制器接收换挡开关信号并发送到组合仪表;

或者,车辆处于READY状态、车速为设定参数、初始挡位在R挡直接切换至D挡;此时,换挡器显示为当前挡位,整车控制器接收到换挡器信号,同时,分析车速信号,判断是否满足换挡条件;此时,由于不满足换挡条件,整车控制器发送N挡闪烁,同时组合仪表伴有同闪烁同步周期的声音提醒;此时,当挡位回到初始挡位时蜂鸣报警解除;
挡位切换失败状况以同样方式处理;
3)、当车辆处于ON挡状态、换挡器处于非N挡状态,此时进行上电操作,整车控制器接收到换挡器信号,同时,判断是否满足上READY的条件,由于挡位处于非N挡状态,不满足上READY的条件,此时,整车控制器给组合仪表发送默认N挡信号,组合仪表显示N档并伴随常响状态,直到挡位回到N挡时停止提醒。
