S2:总混:将上述备好的物料加入混合机中,混合60分钟至混合物均匀后出料;
S3:瓶装:调整好设备,将空白食品包装用塑料卷材准确安装于粉剂装机上,待空机调试完毕后下料进行包装,至装量、外型符合要求才正式分装和装盒,随时抽检外观和密封性。

Claims (2)
1.一种复合型乳清蛋白固体饮料配方,包括食用葡萄糖、浓缩乳清蛋白粉(含乳铁蛋白)、结晶果糖、分离乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白粉、香蕉粉、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、牛磺酸,其特征在于:各组分含量如下:
浓缩乳清蛋白30-40%,分离乳清蛋白粉1-10%,大豆分离蛋白粉1-10%,乳清蛋白粉1-5%,结晶果糖10-15%,葡萄糖35-45%,香蕉粉1-5%,牛磺酸0.1-0.5%,鲜奶香精0.1-0.5%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%,香蕉香精0.1-0.5%,左旋肉碱0.5-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型乳清蛋白固体饮料配方,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1:称量、备料:称取配方量的食用葡萄糖、浓缩乳清蛋白粉(含乳铁蛋白)、结晶果糖、分离乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白粉、香蕉粉、左旋肉碱酒石酸盐、牛磺酸、黄原胶,备用;
S2:总混:将上述备好的物料加入混合机中,混合60分钟至混合物均匀后出料;
S3:瓶装:调整好设备,将空白食品包装用塑料卷材准确安装于粉剂装机上,待空机调试完毕后下料进行包装,至装量、外型符合要求才正式分装和装盒,随时抽检外观和密封性。
