本发明涉及食品配方技术领域,具体为一种复合型乳清蛋白固体饮料配方。
背景技术
经前期市场调研以及研究资料查阅,目前市场在售的针对专业运动员以补充复合型蛋白为主的固体饮料产品问题:
1、产品配方方面,主要以植物蛋白成分、乳清蛋白成分为主,产品每份的蛋白质含量主要以补充优质蛋白,提供肌肉合成所需的原料,促进肌肉体积的增加即增肌为目的,而本产品配方的定位为两种不同浓度的乳清蛋白,一种植物蛋白和葡萄糖按不同比例搭配,利用蛋白饱腹感强的特点,作为代餐的使用,每份袋装含量提供一餐饮食所需的蛋白量和适量的葡萄糖,保证身体基本的蛋白和葡萄糖的需要,主要使用对象为需要控制体重的运动人群;
2、产品配方中特别强化添加了有助于身体脂肪代谢的营养素-左旋肉碱,配合有氧性的运动可促进身体脂肪的代谢,保障运动人群合理的脂肪含量;
3、蛋白质具有易吸水、潮湿的问题,本产品根据人体平均一餐饮食所需蛋白质的平均量,特别设计为条状塑料的独立包装,方便定量食用,且具有防潮效果。

浓缩乳清蛋白30-40%,分离乳清蛋白粉1-10%,大豆分离蛋白粉1-10%,乳清蛋白粉1-5%,结晶果糖10-15%,葡萄糖35-45%,香蕉粉1-5%,牛磺酸0.1-0.5%,鲜奶香精0.1-0.5%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%,香蕉香精0.1-0.5%,左旋肉碱0.5-2%。
