Abstract
本发明公开了一种饲料添加剂及其制备方法,属于添加剂技术领域,具体涉及饲料添加剂制备技术领域,以解决将中药直接喂给家畜,不能很好的提升家畜机体免疫力,导致抗病能力差的缺陷,包括白芍5‑15份,当归5‑15份,乌梅20‑40份,黄芪10‑30份,蒲公英20‑40份,酿酒酵母0.15‑0.35份,丁羧酸菌0.15‑0.35份,酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌配伍作为发酵菌,对中药混合物进行发酵,不但能够将中药的有效成分最大限度的溶出,而且还能大限度的保护中药的活性成分免遭破坏,尤其是对热敏性的挥发油、维生素等活性成分更能有效的加以保护,各中药之间配伍合理,整体提高了畜禽及水生动物的免疫力和抗病能力。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,肉、蛋、奶等畜禽食品及鱼、虾、蟹的消费量日趋上升,这极大刺激了畜禽养殖业及鱼、虾、蟹等的养殖。其养殖也呈现规模化、集约化方向发展的态势。其养殖的过程中需要大量的饲料饲喂。
饲料是指所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、饲料添加剂等饲料原料。
饲料添加剂是指配合饲料的添加成分,专指为强化日粮的营养价值、提高饲料利用率、促进动物生长和预防疾病、减少饲料贮存期营养物质的损失以及改进动物产品品质等而加进饲料的微量添加物。包括营养性饲料添加剂和非营养性饲料添加剂。营养性添加剂是指添加到配合饲料中,平衡饲料养分,提高饲料利用率,直接对动物大会营养作用的少量或微量物质;非营养性添加剂指加入到饲料中用于改善饲料利用率、保证饲料质量和品质,有利于动物健康或代谢的一些非营养性物质。
目前市场上使用较多有抗生素添加剂,在保持畜禽、水生动物健康和促进生长等方面发挥了重要作用,但长期使用抗生素会引起致病菌的耐药性增强和药物残留等问题,对畜牧业、水生动物养殖和人类健康带来重大危害。
申请号:CN02137600.X,专利名称中草药饲料添加剂及其制备方法公开了组成(重量%)为马齿苋2.2-2.5,葛根1.4-1.7,苍术1.2-1.4,陈皮1.4-1.6,人参叶1.4-1.6,石菖蒲1.2-1.4,水解动物蛋白粉0.4-0.5,防霉剂0.06,碳酸钙89.24-90.74。其制备方法为中药原料经乙醇消毒后烘干、冷却、粉碎,然后按比例将原辅料混合均匀,过筛。该中草药饲料添加剂具有安全无毒、无耐药性和抗生素残留等优点,适口性好并可以提高禽肉的品质,具有良好的抑菌抗病毒和促生长作用及抗热应激作用。
申请号CN201410332028.5,专利名称猪中药饲料添加剂及含该中药饲料添加剂的猪日粮,公开了组分为山楂、槟榔、黄芪、党参、川芎、健曲、甘草、陈皮和麦芽,无毒副作用、无药物残留、无耐药性产生,通过中医、中药原理调节动物生理机能、改善动物健康、确保肉食品安全,减少环境污染。本发明还提供一种含有该中药饲料添加剂的猪日粮,包括大米、黄豆、小麦、有益菌、维生素及上述的猪中药饲料添加剂,天然原料与有益菌、维生素、传统中药搭配,保证营养平衡,提高营养成份利用率,预防疾病,改善动物健康,让肉食品更安全,无抗生素,减少有害细菌,避免耐药性的产生,有助于动物和人类健康,同时还减少了环境污染。
上述专利虽然避开了抗生素的使用,以中药为主,在一定程度上提高了家禽家畜的抗病能力,但上述专利存在的缺陷有将中药直接添加在饲料中,或将中药粉剂直接饲喂家畜,家畜中一些中药的抗病成分不能溶出,家畜直接通过排泄排出体外,导致中药成分不能被很好用于治疗家畜疾病。
此外,霉菌在自然界中广泛存在,处于高温潮湿中的玉米、饼粕、糖麸等饲料原料及加工好的饲料成品,都容易滋生霉菌并从而产生霉菌毒素,同时这些饲料原料又是配合饲料的主要原料,使用量占配合饲料组成的95%以上,因此,畜禽动物采使到发生霉变的饲料是比较普遍的问题。
当畜禽采食摄入滋生霉菌后受霉菌毒素污染的饲料后,会发生急性或慢性中毒症状,造成动物免疫力下降,抗病力降低,消化率降低,采食量下降,生长速度缓慢,造血系统的造血功能、内脏器官的生理功能损伤,神经和内分泌紊乱,致癌致畸,生长紊乱去早熟、假发情、流产等,严重危险动物健康,甚至造成中毒死亡,给养殖业带来巨大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种饲料添加剂及其制备方法,以解决上述将中药直接喂给家畜,不能很好的提升家畜机体免疫力,导致抗病能力差的缺陷。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种饲料添加剂,包括白芍5-15份,当归5-15份,乌梅20-40份,黄芪10-30份,蒲公英20-40份,酿酒酵母0.15-0.35份,丁羧酸菌0.15-0.35份。
本申请的技术方案中,
白芍,为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根,味苦、酸,性微寒,白芍中含有芍药苷和丹皮酚,其具有显著的抗炎作用,还能抑制痢疾杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌等,此外还有止痛消炎的作用。
当归,伞形科植物当归的干燥根,味甘、辛,性温,具有很好的活血化瘀、润肠通便的作用。
乌梅,为蔷薇科植物梅的干燥近成熟果实,具有敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔之功效。
黄芪,豆科植物蒙古黄芪的根,含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素,有增强畜禽机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗应激和广泛的抗菌作用。
蒲公英,菊科植物蒲公英,干燥全草,具有清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋的功效。
酿酒酵母是一种单细胞生物,成卵圆型或球型,繁殖方式为出芽繁殖,孢子繁殖,接合繁殖,富含微生物B、蛋白质和多种酶,作为益生菌或发酵菌剂使用,属于兼性厌氧菌,
丁酸梭菌是益生菌之一,严格厌氧菌,能在肠道内定植,能使糖类发酵形成大量丁酸、醋酸和乳酸等短链脂肪酸,降低肠道的pH值,防止病原菌及腐生菌在肠道内异常增殖,减少肠毒素,大幅度降低腹泻率,还能掩盖中药的气味,提供适口性;能够提高血清中IgG,还具有提高血清IgA含量的趋势,丁酸梭菌通过提高体液免疫水平、增强肠道黏膜的抵抗力以及抑制炎症等途径改善动物免疫功能,增强疾病抵抗力;产生的淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶等能促进动物对多糖、蛋白质、脂肪的消化吸收,产生的果胶酶、纤维素酶、葡聚糖酶等能有效地降解饲料中的抗营养因子,提高饲料利用率;在体内可以合成VB1、VB2、叶酸、烟酸、VK、VE等,为动物的生产过程提供必要的营养物质,此外丁羧酸菌对肠道粘膜具有保护作用。
当归与白芍配伍有养血理血的作用,白芍性凉,当归性温,二者配合有利于经脉舒畅,具有活血化瘀之功效,白芍和黄芪配伍,具有增强畜禽机体免疫力的功效,此外还具有广泛的抗菌作用,乌梅有很强的消化功能,它可以保护肠胃减少多种病菌对畜禽及水生动物肠胃的伤害,此外乌梅还能止血,此外乌梅还具有很好的驱虫和抑菌功效,有利于畜禽及水生动物肠胃健康,再配合蒲公英清热解毒,凉血消肿,抗病毒的功效,有利于畜禽及水生动物健康生长,各中药之间配伍合理,整体提高了畜禽及水生动物的免疫力和抗病能力。
酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌配伍作为发酵菌,对中药混合物发酵,不但能够将中药的有效成分最大限度的溶出,而且还能大限度的保护中药的活性成分免遭破坏,尤其是对热敏性的挥发油、维生素等活性成分更能有效的加以保护;酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌进入动物胃肠道后,酿酒酵母可以消耗胃肠道的氧气,造成厌氧环境,从而促进厌氧菌丁羧酸菌及其他有益菌群的繁殖,改善动物消化道微生态平衡,此外酿酒酵母还可以有效吸附肠道病原菌,肠道微生态平衡,消化系统功能好,有利于饲料的吸收利用,即能提高饲料的转化率,此外,酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌配和中药混合物发酵,发酵及代谢产物还能抑制霉菌的生长,当饲料添加剂被添加至饲料中时,能防止饲料原料发生霉变,提高了饲料的保质期。

一种饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌作为混合菌与红糖水混合,进行菌群增培得菌液;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将白芍、当归、乌梅、黄芪和蒲公英分别粉碎,并过40-100目筛,得到中药混合物;
步骤3、将菌液均匀喷洒在中药混合物上,之后进行密封发酵即得。
发酵后直接分装,阴凉避光存放。
优选的,步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为1-6:1-4,混合菌与红糖水的质量体积比按1:4-10混合。
优选的,红糖水浓度为8-12%。
优选的,步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为1:1。
优选的,步骤(2)中过60目筛。
优选的,发酵条件为常温下双氧发酵,发酵时间60-90小时。

酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌均来自市售。
使用时,每吨饲料拌本方法制备的饲料添加剂15-25公斤,优选为20公斤,搅拌均匀即可食用。
本申请的饲料添加剂可以用于家禽、家畜及水生动物如鱼、虾、螃蟹等的养殖的饲料中添加。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌配伍作为发酵菌,对中药混合物进行发酵,不但能够将中药的有效成分最大限度的溶出,而且还能大限度的保护中药的活性成分免遭破坏,尤其是对热敏性的挥发油、维生素等活性成分更能有效的加以保护,各中药之间配伍合理,整体提高了畜禽及水生动物的免疫力和抗病能力;
2、酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌进入动物胃肠道后,酿酒酵母可以消耗胃肠道的氧气,造成厌氧环境,从而促进厌氧菌丁羧酸菌及其他有益菌群的繁殖,改善动物消化道微生态平衡,此外酿酒酵母还可以有效吸附肠道病原菌,肠道微生态平衡,消化系统功能好,有利于饲料的吸收利用,即能提高饲料的转化率;
3、丁羧酸菌作为益生菌,能在肠道内定植,能使糖类发酵形成大量丁酸、醋酸和乳酸等短链脂肪酸,降低肠道的pH值,防止病原菌及腐生菌在肠道内异常增殖,减少肠毒素,大幅度降低腹泻率,还能掩盖中药的气味,提供适口性;
4、丁羧酸菌能够提高血清中IgG,还具有提高血清IgA含量的趋势,丁酸梭菌通过提高体液免疫水平、增强肠道黏膜的抵抗力以及抑制炎症等途径改善动物免疫功能,增强疾病抵抗力;
5、丁羧酸菌产生的淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶等能促进动物对多糖、蛋白质、脂肪的消化吸收,产生的果胶酶、纤维素酶、葡聚糖酶等能有效地降解饲料中的抗营养因子,提高饲料利用率;

实施例1
一种饲料添加剂,包括白芍5份,当归5份,乌梅20份,黄芪10份,蒲公英20份,酿酒酵母0.15份,丁羧酸菌0.15份;
酿酒酵母活菌数80亿CFU/g,丁羧酸菌活菌数80亿CFU/g;
一种饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌作为混合菌与红糖水混合,进行菌群增培得菌液,酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为2:3,混合菌与红糖水的质量体积比按1:4混合,红糖水浓度为8%;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将白芍、当归、乌梅、黄芪和蒲公英分别粉碎,并过40目筛,得到中药混合物;
步骤3、将菌液均匀喷洒在中药混合物上,之后进行密封发酵即得,发酵条件为常温下双氧发酵,发酵时间60小时。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,一种饲料添加剂,包括白芍10份,当归10份,乌梅29.5份,黄芪20份,蒲公英30份,酿酒酵母0.25份,丁羧酸菌0.25份;
酿酒酵母活菌数100亿CFU/g,丁羧酸菌活菌数100亿CFU/g;
制备方法中,步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为1:1,混合菌与红糖水的质量体积比按1:5混合,红糖水浓度为10%;步骤2中60目筛;步骤3发酵时间72小时,其余步骤均同实施例1。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,一种饲料添加剂,包括白芍15份,当归15份,乌梅40份,黄芪30份,蒲公英40份,酿酒酵母0.35份,丁羧酸菌0.35份;
酿酒酵母活菌数120亿CFU/g,丁羧酸菌活菌数120亿CFU/g;
制备方法中,步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为3:2,混合菌与红糖水的质量体积比按1:10混合,红糖水浓度为12%;步骤2中100目筛;步骤3发酵时间90小时,其余步骤均同实施例1。
试验例1
试验组1,取实施例2中制备的饲料添加剂,向每吨常规饲养饲料(不含任何添加剂)加入20公斤,饲养10头犊牛,对照组1直接用常规饲养饲料饲喂犊牛10头,饲喂三个月,犊牛的生产性能指数如表1所示。

由表1知,试验组犊牛的增重大于对照组,日增重也明显大于对照组,说明本申请制备的饲料添加剂显著提高了犊牛饲料的转化率。
试验例2
试验组2,取实施例2中制备的饲料添加剂,向每吨常规饲养饲料(不含任何添加剂)加入20公斤,饲养20头猪仔,对照组2直接用常规饲养饲料饲喂猪仔20头,饲喂半年,猪的生产性能指数如表2所示。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料添加剂,其特征在于:包括白芍10份,当归10份,乌梅29.5份,黄芪20份,蒲公英30份,酿酒酵母0.25份,丁羧酸菌0.25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种饲料添加剂,其特征在于:酿酒酵母活菌数80-120亿CFU/g,丁羧酸菌活菌数80-120亿CFU/g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种饲料添加剂,其特征在于:酿酒酵母活菌数100亿CFU/g,丁羧酸菌活菌数100亿CFU/g。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、酿酒酵母和丁羧酸菌作为混合菌与红糖水混合,进行菌群增培得菌液;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将白芍、当归、乌梅、黄芪和蒲公英分别粉碎,并过40-100目筛,得到中药混合物;
步骤3、将菌液均匀喷洒在中药混合物上,之后进行密封发酵即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为1-6:1-4,混合菌与红糖水的质量体积比按1:4-10混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:红糖水浓度为8-12%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中酿酒酵母与定羧酸菌的质量比为1:1。
