本发明提供一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,由下述重量份的原料组成:霉介素40‑50份、黄鑫液30‑50份、无求10‑20份;所述霉介素主要成分包括发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1;所述黄鑫液为复合维生素B溶液,主要成分包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、烟酰胺、右旋泛酸钙等。本发明经反复动物实验,具有清除动物体内自身代谢产生的毒素以及采食霉变饲料及牧草感染的外源霉菌毒素的作用,可增强动物机体免疫力,减少死淘率,提高饲料利用率,提高饲料原料的营养价值,促进动物生长,改善动物的健康状态,从而提升动物食品品质,保护食品安全的作用。

本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着国内和国际市场对肉类食品的需求增长,养殖业得到了快速发展,同时也推动了相伴的饲料、疫苗、兽药产业的快速崛起。霉菌在自然界广泛存在,处于高温高湿环境中的玉米、饼粕、糠麸等饲料原料及加工好的饲料成品,都容易滋生霉菌并从而产生霉菌毒素,人们大量的使用玉米、豆 粕、麸皮等原料加工全价饲料以提供畜禽充足的营养(全价饲料就是全日粮 配合饲料),但这些农副产品中普遍含有各种霉菌毒素,特别是全价饲料中尤为突出,霉菌毒素的检出率为90%以上。
霉菌毒素是产毒霉菌在谷物的田间生长阶段、收获和储藏时或在饲料的加工过程中产生的次生代谢产物,最常见及危害最严重的有:黄曲霉毒素,赫曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮等。当畜禽采食摄入滋生霉菌后受霉菌毒素污染的饲料后,会导致动物生长性能下降,免疫机能受到损害。滋生霉菌后的饲料原料或饲料,其营养物质会被霉菌分解,饲料原料或饲料中会产生强烈的令动物厌食的霉味,物料适口性大大下降,且产生多种霉菌毒素,动物吃了滋生霉菌的饲料后,会发生急性或慢性中毒症状,造成畜禽的生长速度缓慢,采食量下降,消化率降低,繁殖能力与免疫力下降,严重危害动物健康,甚至造成中毒死亡,给养殖业带来巨大的危害。而且更为严重的是饲料中的霉菌及其有害代谢产物,可在动物的肝、肾、肌肉、血液、乳汁和蛋中残留,造成动物性食品的污染,霉菌毒素具有强烈的致癌性,通过这种食物链,对人类的健康有着极大的潜在危害,霉菌毒素污染已经成为全球畜禽饲料和人类食品安全无时不在的威胁因素。目前,对于已经霉变的饲料,用农业部允许添加的防霉剂进行防霉处理只能进行去霉解毒,主要使用的方法有物理吸附、混合稀释、化学降解等,但这些方法治标不治本且效果不显著,因此有必要进行改进。
因此,若能采用技术手段对污染霉菌毒素的原料进行高效降解,使霉菌毒素含量降低,同时提高原料的营养价值,将浸染霉菌毒素的原料资源化和价值化,减少饲料原料的浪费将具有非常大的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,有效的吸附、灭活、溶解各种霉菌毒素,避免畜禽因霉菌毒素造成的各种损害。从而提高饲料利用率,提高饲料原料的营养价值,促进动物生长,改善动物的健康状态,实现减抗替抗的目的,间接提高人类食品安全。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,由下述重量份的原料组成:霉介素40-50份、黄鑫液30-50份、无求10-20份。
进一步地,所述霉介素主要成分包括发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1。
进一步地,所述黄鑫液为复合维生素B溶液,主要成分包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、烟酰胺、右旋泛酸钙等。
进一步地,所述无求主要成分包括发妥曲珠利、癸氧奎酯、缓释因子等。
本配方中的各组分具体作用机理如下:
1、霉介素
(1)有效降解,抑制和溶解黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、赭曲霉毒素、麦角毒素、呕吐毒素等多种霉菌毒素,使饲料中的霉菌毒素不被机体吸收,迅速排除体外。
(2)缓解应激,增强提抗力,降低舍内氨气浓度。
(3)促进消化和营养成分的吸收,从而达到,提高采食量,提高饲料营养物质的转化率,提高料肉比,延长产蛋高峰和提高料蛋比,从而达到预防和辅助治疗腺、肌胃炎的功能。
2、黄鑫液
(1)采用国际先进的纳米水解分散和纳米水解胶原包被双专利技术,把维生素、氨基酸、免疫苷酯等快速溶解和吸收,不仅能提高育雏成活率,降低料肉比,还能很好的降低免疫抑制及发病机率。
(2)吸收利用率高,具有较强的脱霉效果,清除毒素,改善肠道环境,
(3)具有维生素的作用和特点,辅助治疗腺胃炎,提高采食量,大病后调理机体的高效产品。
3、无求
(1)抗球虫谱广,作用于对盲肠球虫与小肠球虫的不同繁殖阶段,克服了单一用药仅对某一球虫敏感的缺陷,对盲肠球虫和小肠球虫的混合感染效果尤为明显。
(2)除抑制球虫的生长和繁殖之外对其它成分也有协同效增作用,因此服用本品对由于长期服用其它磺胺类、抗生素等耐药的球虫仍具有极强的杀灭作用。
(3)同时抑制厌氧菌的滋生,防止细菌继发感染,有效治疗肠毒综合征。
(4)由于黄曲霉毒素的存在会使球虫病死亡率提高40%,所以本发明名将解毒素的制剂与抗球虫的原料药配合,可大大降低球虫病死亡率。

实施例1
一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,霉介素40份(霉介素由发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1。),黄鑫液30份、无求10份混合并搅拌均匀,然后按2‰比例加入全价饲料中,混合搅拌均匀即可喂食动物。
实施例2
一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,霉介素50份(霉介素由发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1。),黄鑫液50份、无求20份混合并搅拌均匀,然后按1‰比例加入全价饲料中,混合搅拌均匀即可喂食动物。
实施例3
一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,霉介素45份(霉介素由发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1。),黄鑫液35份、无求15份混合并搅拌均匀,然后按1.5‰比例加入全价饲料中,混合搅拌均匀即可喂食动物。
本发明作为一种饲料添加剂,按质量百分比1‰-2‰添加到动物全价配合饲料中,可防止饲料霉变,抑制霉菌生长,从而消除霉菌毒素对动物生长的影响,提高动物免疫力,减少死淘率,保护食品安全,提高养殖效益。

Claims (4)
1.一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,其特征在于,所述高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂由下述重量份的原料组成:霉介素40-50份、黄鑫液30-50份、无求10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,其特征在于,所述霉介素主要成分包括发酵黄芪、当归混合而成,且发酵黄芪和发酵当归的质量比为2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,其特征在于,所述黄鑫液为复合维生素B溶液,主要成分包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、烟酰胺、右旋泛酸钙等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效复合型解霉祛毒制剂,其特征在于,所述无求主要成分包括发妥曲珠利、癸氧奎酯、缓释因子等。
