背景技术
密炼机是现代橡胶工业最为重要的炼胶设备之一,自1916年出现真正意义上的Banbury(本伯里)型密炼机以来,由于其在橡胶混炼过程中所显示出来优于开炼机的一系列特征,例如混炼容量大、时间短、生产效率高,较好的克服粉尘飞扬,减少配合剂的损失,改善产品质量与工作环境,操作安全便利,减轻劳动强度,益于实现机械与自动化操作等,而成为橡胶混炼领域内的一项重要成果,至今仍然是塑炼和混炼中的典型重要设备,并在不断的发展和完善中。
专利号为CN101214706A的发明涉及一种双工位串联组合式密炼机,属于橡胶加工机械领域。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:分为上工位和下工位两部分,上工位是一台完整的密炼机,下工位是一台去掉上顶栓的密炼机,通过联接段料筒将上工位的排料口与下工位的进料口联接,上工位采用普通型低温转子,下工位要采用快速吃料型低温转子。通过两台密炼机二合一有机搭配,充分发挥密炼机的加工能力,大大提高了硅胶等温度敏感性胶料的加工效率。由于下工位无上顶栓,填充系数小,所以排汽性非常好,解决了单工位密炼机的排汽问题。解决低效和排汽问题的同时也提高了胶料质量的稳定性,也减少了用工数量和能耗。
发明内容
为了克服上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种啮合型密闭式炼胶机。
本发明所要解决的技术问题:传统的开炼机是炼胶过程中工伤事故发生率最高的设备之一,其工作环境是造成险系数增大的原因;非啮合型转子在密炼机中转子棱不啮合,密炼机中心位置不发生密炼。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
啮合型密闭式炼胶机包括框架机构、搅拌机构和卸料机构;搅拌机构在卸料机构上侧,搅拌机构和卸料机构在框架机构内部;
框架机构包括进料口、密炼室壁、进水口、废液口、出水口、第一自动伸缩板、清洗剂喷头、减压阀门、压板、第一伸缩杆、吹干机、气缸、增压气泵、进气管、密炼腔、固定架和承载底板;承载底板上表面与密炼室壁底端固定,密炼室壁为夹套结构,密炼室壁顶端另一侧固定安装减压阀门,清洗剂喷头和减压阀门中间固定安装进料口,进料口、减压阀门和清洗剂喷头均贯穿密炼室壁顶端,进料口顶端一侧铰接安装顶盖,顶盖上固定安装了吹干机,进料口顶端另一侧固定安装气缸,气缸底端固定安装第一伸缩杆,第一伸缩杆底端安固定装压板,固定架刚接于密炼室壁外表面,固定架位于出水口上方,进气管贯穿密炼室壁,进气管位于固定架上方,进气管末端连接增压气泵,密炼腔位于密炼室壁内部,密炼腔连接有电源和加热电源,第一自动伸缩板上表面与进料口下端和减压阀门下端不接触,第一自动伸缩板下表面与进气管不接触;

打开进料口上端一侧的顶盖,将物料加入进料口,进料口上方安装的气缸推动第一伸缩杆向下运动,第一伸缩杆推动压板向下,此时第一自动伸缩板为打开状态,推动物料进入密炼腔,进料口上方安装吹干机,吹干机利用压缩空气进行脉冲式喷吹将积落或残留在进料口和压板上的粉末填料吹落到密炼腔内;与此同时,接通密炼腔连接有电源和加热电源,对密炼腔进行预热;
物料进入密炼腔后关闭第一自动伸缩板,连接电机,带动主动轮和从动轮运转,从而带动第一啮合型转子和第二啮合型转子相向转动,由于第一啮合型转子和第二啮合型转子在啮合处有较大的速度梯度,对转子间的物料产生强烈的摩擦、剪切和捏炼作用,控制增压气泵和进气管压缩密炼腔内空气,对物料进行加压混炼分钟;打开减压阀门,在进料口加入辅料,重复上述加料操作,将辅料加入混炼好的物料中再次进行密炼;
待密炼完成后,依次打开第一自动伸缩板和减压阀门,第二自动伸缩板和第二伸缩杆,在第二伸缩杆的作用下,将炼好的橡胶排出到第二自动伸缩板下方的凹形槽,打开第一自动伸缩板,将炼好橡胶从密炼腔排到凹形槽,旋转油缸带动传动轴和凹形槽转动,打开卸料门将炼好橡胶从凹形槽排出;
待密炼完成后在进水口通入冷却水,冷却水从进水口进入密炼室壁内夹层,从出水口流出,对密炼腔进行冷却,在清洗剂喷头加入清洗剂对密炼腔进行清洗,废液可从废液口排出。
本发明的有益效果:
通过第二自动伸缩板和第二自动伸缩板使得密炼腔为密闭结构,使得上端加料部分、中间混料部分、底端卸料部分,分割成相对独立的空间,较好的克服粉尘飞扬,减少配合剂的损失;

卸料结束后,可通过在密炼室壁的夹层通入冷却水对炼胶机进行降温,降温后在清洗剂喷头加入清洗剂对密炼腔进行清洗,先降温后清洗,减轻清洗剂在高温时对机器的腐蚀。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5所示,啮合型密闭式炼胶机如图1所示包括框架机构1、搅拌机构2和卸料机构3;搅拌机构2在卸料机构3上侧,搅拌机构2和卸料机构3 在框架机构1内部;
如图2所示,框架机构1包括进料口11、密炼室壁12、进水口13、废液口14、出水口15、第一自动伸缩板16、清洗剂喷头17、减压阀门18、压板19、第一伸缩杆110、吹干机111、气缸112、增压气泵113、进气管114、密炼腔 115、固定架116和承载底板117;承载底板117上表面与密炼室壁12底端固定,密炼室壁12为夹套结构,密炼室壁12一侧中间固定安装进水口13,密炼室壁 12另一侧下端固定安装出水口15,密炼室壁12顶端一侧固定安装清洗剂喷头17,密炼室壁12顶端另一侧固定安装减压阀门18,清洗剂喷头17和减压阀门 18中间固定安装进料口11,进料口11、减压阀门18和清洗剂喷头17均贯穿密炼室壁12顶端,进料口11顶端一侧铰接安装顶盖,顶盖上固定安装了吹干机 111,进料口11顶端另一侧固定安装气缸112,气缸112底端固定安装第一伸缩杆110,第一伸缩杆110底端安固定装压板19,固定架116刚接于密炼室壁12 外表面,固定架116位于出水口15上方,进气管114贯穿密炼室壁12,进气管 114位于固定架116上方,进气管114末端连接增压气泵113,密炼腔115位于密炼室壁12内部,密炼腔115连接有电源和加热电源,第一自动伸缩板16的一端固定安装密炼室壁12内部,两块第一自动伸缩板16可从两端往中间伸长或缩短,第一自动伸缩板16上表面与进料口11下端和减压阀门18下端不接触,第一自动伸缩板16下表面与进气管114不接触;
如图2、3、5所示,搅拌机构2包括电机21、主动轮22、从动轮23、第一啮合型转子24、第二啮合型转子25和第二伸缩杆26;电机21放置在固定架116 内,主动轮22一端连接电机21,主动轮22另一端连接第一啮合型转子24,主动轮22和从动轮23采用齿合连接,传动比为1:1,从动轮23与第二啮合型转子25连接,第一啮合型转子24与第二啮合型转子25平行安装,第一啮合型转子24与第二啮合型转子25的啮合间隙为1mm,两个第二伸缩杆26的一端固定安装在密炼室壁12内部;
如图2、4所示,卸料机构3包括旋转油缸31、轴承32、传动轴33、第二自动伸缩板34、凹形槽35和卸料门36;密炼室壁12内部底端放置一个凹形槽 35,凹形槽35与密炼室壁12内部底端不接触,与凹形槽35通过传动轴33安装在密炼室壁12内部底端,传动轴33与密炼室壁12连接处安装轴承32,两块第二自动伸缩板34一端固定安装在密炼室壁12内部底端,两块第二自动伸缩板34可从两端往中间伸长或缩短,第二自动伸缩板34在凹形槽35上方且与凹形槽35不接触,第一自动伸缩板16和第二自动伸缩板34使得密炼腔115为密闭结构,旋转油缸31固定在密炼室壁12外部的承载底板117上表面,传动轴 33一端连接旋转油缸31,卸料门36一侧与密炼室壁12底端铰接,卸料门36 可绕铰接的一侧转动,卸料门36可通过磁力吸附保持关闭状态。
本发明的工作原理及方式:
打开进料口11上端一侧的顶盖,将物料加入进料口11,进料口11上方安装的气缸112推动第一伸缩杆110向下运动,第一伸缩杆110推动压板19向下,此时第一自动伸缩板16为打开状态,推动物料进入密炼腔115,进料口11上方安装吹干机111,吹干机111利用压缩空气进行脉冲式喷吹将积落或残留在进料口11和压板19上的粉末填料吹落到密炼腔115内;与此同时,接通密炼腔115 连接有电源和加热电源,对密炼腔115进行预热;
物料进入密炼腔115后关闭第一自动伸缩板16,连接电机21,带动主动轮 22和从动轮23运转,从而带动第一啮合型转子24和第二啮合型转子25相向转动,由于第一啮合型转子24和第二啮合型转子25在啮合处有较大的速度梯度,对转子间的物料产生强烈的摩擦、剪切和捏炼作用,控制增压气泵113和进气管114压缩密炼腔115内空气,对物料进行加压混炼4分钟;打开减压阀门18,在进料口11加入辅料,重复上述加料操作,将辅料加入混炼好的物料中再次进行密炼;
待密炼完成后,依次打开第一自动伸缩板16和减压阀门18,第二自动伸缩板34和第二伸缩杆26,在第二伸缩杆26的作用下,将炼好的橡胶排出到第二自动伸缩板34下方的凹形槽35,打开第一自动伸缩板16,将炼好橡胶从密炼腔115排到凹形槽35,旋转油缸31带动传动轴33和凹形槽35转动,打开卸料门36将炼好橡胶从凹形槽35排出;
待密炼完成后在进水口13通入冷却水,冷却水从进水口13进入密炼室壁 12内夹层,从出水口15流出,对密炼腔115进行冷却,在清洗剂喷头17加入清洗剂对密炼腔115进行清洗,废液可从废液口14排出。

1.啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,包括框架机构(1)、搅拌机构(2)和卸料机构(3);搅拌机构(2)在卸料机构(3)上侧,搅拌机构(2)和卸料机构(3)在框架机构(1)内部;
框架机构(1)包括进料口(11)、密炼室壁(12)、进水口(13)、废液口(14)、出水口(15)、第一自动伸缩板(16)、清洗剂喷头(17)、减压阀门(18)、压板(19)、第一伸缩杆(110)、吹干机(111)、气缸(112)、增压气泵(113)、进气管(114)、密炼腔(115)、固定架(116)和承载底板(117);承载底板(117)上表面与密炼室壁(12)底端固定,密炼室壁(12)为夹套结构,密炼室壁(12)顶端另一侧固定安装减压阀门(18),清洗剂喷头(17)和减压阀门(18)中间固定安装进料口(11),进料口(11)、减压阀门(18)和清洗剂喷头(17)均贯穿密炼室壁(12)顶端,进料口(11)顶端一侧铰接安装顶盖,顶盖上固定安装了吹干机(111),进料口(11)顶端另一侧固定安装气缸(112),气缸(112)底端固定安装第一伸缩杆(110),第一伸缩杆(110)底端安固定装压板(19),固定架(116)刚接于密炼室壁(12)外表面,固定架(116)位于出水口(15)上方,进气管(114)贯穿密炼室壁(12),进气管(114)位于固定架(116)上方,进气管(114)末端连接增压气泵(113),密炼腔(115)位于密炼室壁(12)内部,密炼腔(115)连接有电源和加热电源,第一自动伸缩板(16)上表面与进料口(11)下端和减压阀门(18)下端不接触,第一自动伸缩板(16)下表面与进气管(114)不接触;
搅拌机构(2)包括电机(21)、主动轮(22)、从动轮(23)、第一啮合型转子(24)、第二啮合型转子(25)和第二伸缩杆(26);电机(21)放置在固定架(116)内,主动轮(22)一端连接电机(21),主动轮(22)另一端连接第一啮合型转子(24),主动轮(22)和从动轮(23)采用齿合连接,传动比为1:1,从动轮(23)与第二啮合型转子(25)连接,第一啮合型转子(24)与第二啮合型转子(25)平行安装,第一啮合型转子(24)与第二啮合型转子(25)的啮合间隙为1mm,两个第二伸缩杆(26)的一端固定安装在密炼室壁(12)内部;
卸料机构(3)包括旋转油缸(31)、轴承(32)、传动轴(33)、第二自动伸缩板(34)、凹形槽(35)和卸料门(36);密炼室壁(12)内部底端放置一个凹形槽(35),凹形槽(35)与密炼室壁(12)内部底端不接触,与凹形槽(35)通过传动轴(33)安装在密炼室壁(12)内部底端,传动轴(33)与密炼室壁(12)连接处安装轴承(32),第二自动伸缩板(34)在凹形槽(35)上方且与凹形槽(35)不接触,第一自动伸缩板(16)和第二自动伸缩板(34)使得密炼腔(115)为密闭结构,旋转油缸(31)固定在密炼室壁(12)外部的承载底板(117)上表面,传动轴(33)一端连接旋转油缸(31),卸料门(36)一侧与密炼室壁(12)底端铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,密炼室壁(12)一侧中间固定安装进水口(13),密炼室壁(12)另一侧下端固定安装出水口(15),密炼室壁(12)顶端一侧固定安装清洗剂喷头(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,第一自动伸缩板(16)的一端固定安装密炼室壁(12)内部,两块第一自动伸缩板(16)可从两端往中间伸长或缩短。
4.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,两个第二伸缩杆(26)的一端固定安装在密炼室壁(12)内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,两块第二自动伸缩板(34)一端固定安装在密炼室壁(12)内部底端,两块第二自动伸缩板(34)可从两端往中间伸长或缩短。
6.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机,其特征在于,卸料门(36)可绕铰接的一侧转动,卸料门(36)可通过磁力吸附保持关闭状态。
7.根据权利要求1所述的啮合型密闭式炼胶机的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
打开进料口(11)上端一侧的顶盖,将物料加入进料口(11),进料口(11)上方安装的气缸(112)推动第一伸缩杆(110)向下运动,第一伸缩杆(110)推动压板(19)向下,此时第一自动伸缩板(16)为打开状态,推动物料进入密炼腔(115),进料口(11)上方安装吹干机(111),吹干机(111)利用压缩空气进行脉冲式喷吹将积落或残留在进料口(11)和压板(19)上的粉末填料吹落到密炼腔(115)内;与此同时,接通密炼腔(115)连接有电源和加热电源,对密炼腔(115)进行预热;
物料进入密炼腔(115)后关闭第一自动伸缩板(16),连接电机(21),带动主动轮(22)和从动轮(23)运转,从而带动第一啮合型转子(24)和第二啮合型转子(25)相向转动,由于第一啮合型转子(24)和第二啮合型转子(25)在啮合处有较大的速度梯度,对转子间的物料产生强烈的摩擦、剪切和捏炼作用,控制增压气泵(113)和进气管(114)压缩密炼腔(115)内空气,对物料进行加压混炼(4)分钟;打开减压阀门(18),在进料口(11)加入辅料,重复上述加料操作,将辅料加入混炼好的物料中再次进行密炼;
待密炼完成后,依次打开第一自动伸缩板(16)和减压阀门(18),第二自动伸缩板(34)和第二伸缩杆(26),在第二伸缩杆(26)的作用下,将炼好的橡胶排出到第二自动伸缩板(34)下方的凹形槽(35),打开第一自动伸缩板(16),将炼好橡胶从密炼腔(115)排到凹形槽(35),旋转油缸(31)带动传动轴(33)和凹形槽(35)转动,打开卸料门(36)将炼好橡胶从凹形槽(35)排出;
待密炼完成后在进水口(13)通入冷却水,冷却水从进水口(13)进入密炼室壁(12)内夹层,从出水口(15)流出,对密炼腔(115)进行冷却,在清洗剂喷头(17)加入清洗剂对密炼腔(115)进行清洗,废液可从废液口(14)排出。
