一种环保密炼机,包括加料区、混炼区和卸料区,所述加料区包括气缸、活塞、加料斗和填料箱,所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述混炼区包括压料杆、密炼室、转子、循环管和空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置为负离子静电吸附器,所述负离子静电吸附器通过导气管与密炼室相连,所述卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置、卸料口和底座。本发明使用方便,设计合理,负离子静电吸附器设置有利于吸附混炼区的飞扬粉尘,从而使物料卸出时没有粉尘,消除了粉尘污染,有利于环境保护,有利于保证操作人员的身体健康;本发明转子上有十条棱,使物料有效地分散在密炼室,增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料加工成型领域,尤其涉及一种环保密炼机。
背景技术
密炼机是在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械设备。密炼机混炼时胶料受到的剪切作用比开炼机大得多,炼胶温度高,使得密炼机炼胶的效率远高于开炼机。密炼机的转子相对回转,将加入物料夹住带入辊缝,受到转子的挤压和剪切,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴尖棱被分成两部分,分别沿前后室壁与转子之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子流动的一周中,物料处处受到剪切和摩擦作用,使胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在配合剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与配合剂表面充分接触。转子凸棱的不断搅拌,使添加剂在胶料中分散均匀。
但是,胶料剧烈升温的过程中,水分子蒸发带出粉料粒子,直接随物料卸出会造成工作区域的粉尘污染,危害操作人员的呼吸道及肺部健康,同时存在安全隐患,未卸出的粉尘留在密炼室会对后期物料的处理造成污染,影响其质量。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种环保密炼机。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保密炼机,包括加料区、混炼区和卸料区,所述加料区包括气缸、活塞、加料斗和填料箱,所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述混炼区包括压料杆、密炼室、转子、循环管和空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置为负离子静电吸附器,所述负离子静电吸附器通过导气管与密炼室相连,所述卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置、卸料口和底座。
优选地,所述加料斗与填料箱相交处设置翻盖板。
优选地,所述密炼室分为上密炼室和下密炼室。
优选地,所述转子通过联轴器与减速器相连,所述减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连。
优选地,所述环保密炼机下方设置升降支架。
优选地,所述转子上设置温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器相连。
优选地,所述转子上有十条棱,所述十条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布。
优选地,所述转子由不锈钢材料制成,所述转子的表面有防腐层。
优选地,所述加料斗内设置用于喷水清洗的喷嘴。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明使用方便,设计合理,负离子静电吸附器设置有利于吸附混炼区的飞扬粉尘,从而使物料卸出时没有粉尘,消除了粉尘污染,有利于环境保护,有利于保证操作人员的身体健康;
2、本发明在转子上设置温度传感器,有利于实时监控转子的工作温度,并及时反馈到控制器,从而自动调整使其工作温度稳定;
3、本发明转子由不锈钢材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,不会与投入物料发生化学反应,使用寿命长,便于检修和维护;
4、本发明转子上有十条棱,使物料有效地分散在密炼室,增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率;
5、本发明的喷嘴的设置,有利于对加料区的加料斗的清洗,能够有效地将加料斗壁上残余的物料冲刷掉,防止对下次混炼物料的污染。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1所示,一种环保密炼机,包括加料区、混炼区和卸料区,所述加料区包括气缸1、活塞2、加料斗3和填料箱4,加料斗3与填料箱4相连,混炼区包括压料杆5、密炼室、转子6、循环管7和空气净化装置,空气净化装置为负离子静电吸附器,负离子静电吸附器通过导气管8与密炼室相连,负离子在空气中做布朗运动,而布朗运动本身就是消除微小粉尘物的有效方法,负离子结合飘尘后促进飘尘布朗运动而消除飘尘,实验证明,飘尘直径越小,越易被负离子沉淀,负离子静电吸附器设置有利于吸附混炼区的飞扬粉尘,从而使物料卸出时没有粉尘,消除了粉尘污染,有利于环境保护,有利于保证操作人员的身体健康。卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置9、卸料口10和底座11。
加料斗3与填料箱4相交处设置翻盖板12,密炼室分为上密炼室13和下密炼室14。转子6通过联轴器与减速器相连,减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连。转子6上设置温度传感器,温度传感器与控制器相连,有利于实时监控转子的工作温度,并及时反馈到控制器,从而自动调整使其工作温度稳定。转子6上有十条棱,十条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布,使物料有效地分散在密炼室,增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率。转子6由不锈钢材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,不会与投入物料发生化学反应,使用寿命长,便于检修和维护。转子6的表面有防腐层。
环保密炼机的下方设置升降支架,使得本实施例的环保密炼机能够满足不同高度的使用需求,使用更方便。加料斗3内设置用于喷水清洗的喷嘴15,有利于对加料区的加料斗的清洗,能够有效地将加料斗壁上残余的物料冲刷掉,防止对下次混炼物料的污染。
环保密炼机的工作原理是:两个转子相对回转,将加入物料夹住带入辊缝,受到转子6的挤压和剪切力作用,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴的尖棱被分成两个部分,分别沿着前后室壁与转子6之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子6一周的运动中,物料受到剪切力的作用,胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在添加剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与添加剂表面充分接触,控制器接收到温度传感器的数据,实时调控转子6的温度,使其工作温度稳定在合理范围内。添加剂团块随胶料一起通过转子6与转子间隙、转子6与上、下顶拴、密炼室内壁的间隙,受到剪切而破碎,被拉伸变形的橡胶包围,稳定在破碎状态。同时,转子6上的凸棱使胶料沿转子6的轴向运动,起到搅拌混合作用,使添加剂在胶料中混合均匀。负离子静电吸附器将密炼室中的飞尘逐渐吸附沉降,使得物料物料卸出时没有粉尘,有利于环保和人们的身体健康。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保密炼机,包括加料区、混炼区和卸料区,其特征在于:所述加料区包括气缸、活塞、加料斗和填料箱,所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述混炼区包括压料杆、密炼室、转子、循环管和空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置为负离子静电吸附器,所述负离子静电吸附器通过导气管与密炼室相连,所述卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置、卸料口和底座。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述加料斗与填料箱相交处设置翻盖板。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述密炼室分为上密炼室和下密炼室。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述转子通过联轴器与减速器相连,所述减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述环保密炼机下方设置升降支架。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述转子上设置温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器相连。
7.如权利要求1所述的环保密炼机,其特征在于:所述转子上有十条棱,所述十条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布。
