技术领域
本发明涉及材料加工成型领域,尤其涉及一种密炼机的进料装置。
背景技术
密炼机是在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械设备。目前,被切割成条块状的原料,在密炼机的进口端时,容易卡在进口端口,导致后面的原料无法正常进入。辅料的添加大多是人工添加,往往集中直接进入混炼室,混炼效率不高,辅料容易粘接造成分散不均匀的情况。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种密炼机的进料装置。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种密炼机的进料装置,包括加料斗,所述加料斗包括生胶加入口、辅料加入口和分散转盘,所述分散转盘通过转轴与驱动电机相连,所述电机还与涡轮减速器相连,所述辅料加入口和生胶加入口的横截面均为圆形,所述辅料加入口的直径小于生胶加入口的直径,所述辅料加入口通过肋板与生胶加入口相连,所述辅料加入口的下部呈到锥形,所述辅料加入口的下边缘有圆柱形通孔。
优选地,所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述加料斗与填料箱相交处设置翻盖板。
优选地,所述填料箱的底板与水平线的夹角为30°-60°。
优选地,所述底板上设置重力传感器。
优选地,所述分散转盘均分成六个扇形区域,所述扇形区域平滑过渡,所述分散转盘为不锈钢材料制成,所述分散转盘的表面有防腐涂层。
优选地,所述加料斗内设置喷气孔,所述喷气孔与空气压缩机相连。
优选地,所述加料斗上设置可视窗口,所述可视窗口为透明塑料材料制成。
优选地,所述加料斗为钛合金材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设置分散转盘,有利于辅料均匀分批加入,提高混炼效率,使辅料与橡胶生胶混合更均匀,简单实用,操作方便,本发明的分散转盘为不锈钢材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,使用寿命长;
2、本发明的原料条状生胶由生胶加入口进入,分散转盘带动其向下运动,由填料箱的底板滑至填料室,有效避免了生胶卡在生胶加入口的现象;
3、本发明的填料箱的底板上设置重力传感器,有利于监控加入的原料的质量,提高配料的精准度,提高产品的质量;
4、本发明的加料斗上设置可视窗口,可以观察原料在加料斗内的运动情况,有利于清理和加料;
5、本发明的加料斗为钛合金材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,比一般金属材料轻,使密炼机的重心在下半部分,密炼机使用时更稳固。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1-2所示,一种密炼机的进料装置,包括钛合金材料制成的加料斗1,加料斗1包括生胶加入口2、辅料加入口3和不锈钢材料制成的分散转盘4,耐腐蚀性好,使用寿命长,分散转盘4通过转轴5与驱动电机相连,电机还与涡轮减速器相连,辅料加入口3和生胶加入口2的横截面均为圆形,辅料加入口3的直径小于生胶加入口2的直径,辅料加入口3通过肋板与生胶加入口2相连,辅料加入口3的下部呈到锥形,辅料加入口3的下边缘有圆柱形通孔,加料斗1与填料箱6相连,加料斗1与填料箱6相交处设置翻盖板7。填料箱6的底板8与水平线的夹角为30°-60°,底板8上设置重力传感器9,分散转盘4均分成六个扇形区域,扇形区域平滑过渡,分散转盘4的表面有防腐涂层,加料斗1内设置喷气孔10,喷气孔10与空气压缩机相连,加料斗1上设置可视窗口,可视窗口为透明塑料材料制成。
密炼机包括加料区、混炼区和卸料区,加料区包括气缸11、活塞12、加料斗1和填料箱6,加料斗1与填料箱6相连,混炼区包括压料杆13、密炼室、转子14、循环管15和空气净化装置,空气净化装置为负离子静电吸附器,负离子静电吸附器通过导气管16与密炼室相连,负离子在空气中做布朗运动,而布朗运动本身就是消除微小粉尘物的有效方法,负离子结合飘尘后促进飘尘布朗运动而消除飘尘,实验证明,飘尘直径越小,越易被负离子沉淀,负离子静电吸附器设置有利于吸附混炼区的飞扬粉尘,从而使物料卸出时没有粉尘,消除了粉尘污染,有利于环境保护,有利于保证操作人员的身体健康。卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置17、卸料口18和底座19。
加料斗1与填料箱6相交处设置翻盖板7,密炼室分为上密炼室20和下密炼室21,转子,14通过联轴器与减速器相连,减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连。转子14上设置温度传感器,温度传感器与控制器相连,有利于实时监控转子的工作温度,并及时反馈到控制器,从而自动调整使其工作温度稳定。转子14上有十条棱,十条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布,使物料有效地分散在密炼室,增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率;转子14由不锈钢材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,不会与投入物料发生化学反应,使用寿命长,便于检修和维护。转子14的表面有防腐层。
密炼机的下方设置升降支架,使得本实施例的环保密炼机能够满足不同高度的使用需求,使用更方便。
密炼机的工作原理是:两个转子相对回转,将加入物料夹住带入辊缝,受到转子14的挤压和剪切力作用,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴的尖棱被分成两个部分,分别沿着前后室壁与转子14之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子14一周的运动中,物料受到剪切力的作用,胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在添加剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与添加剂表面充分接触,控制器接收到温度传感器的数据,实时调控转子14的温度,使其工作温度稳定在合理范围内。添加剂团块随胶料一起通过转子14与转子间隙、转子14与上、下顶拴、密炼室内壁的间隙,受到剪切而破碎,被拉伸变形的橡胶包围,稳定在破碎状态。同时,转子14上的凸棱使胶料沿转子14的轴向运动,起到搅拌混合作用,使添加剂在胶料中混合均匀。负离子静电吸附器将密炼室中的飞尘逐渐吸附沉降,使得物料物料卸出时没有粉尘,有利于环保和人们的身体健康。

1.一种密炼机的进料装置,包括加料斗,其特征在于:所述加料斗包括生胶加入口、辅料加入口和分散转盘,所述分散转盘通过转轴与驱动电机相连,所述电机还与涡轮减速器相连,所述辅料加入口和生胶加入口的横截面均为圆形,所述辅料加入口的直径小于生胶加入口的直径,所述辅料加入口通过肋板与生胶加入口相连,所述辅料加入口的下部呈到锥形,所述辅料加入口的下边缘有圆柱形通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述加料斗与填料箱相交处设置翻盖板。
3.如权利要求1所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述填料箱的底板与水平线的夹角为30°-60°。
4.如权利要求3所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述底板上设置重力传感器。
5.如权利要求1所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述分散转盘均分成六个扇形区域,所述扇形区域平滑过渡,所述分散转盘为不锈钢材料制成,所述分散转盘的表面有防腐涂层。
6.如权利要求1所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述加料斗内设置喷气孔,所述喷气孔与空气压缩机相连。
7.如权利要求1所述的密炼机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述加料斗上设置可视窗口,所述可视窗口为透明塑料材料制成。
