技术领域
本实用新型涉及材料加工成型领域,尤其涉及一种固液分步添加的密炼机。
背景技术
密炼机是在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械设备。密炼机混炼时胶料受到的剪切作用比开炼机大得多,炼胶温度高,使得密炼机炼胶的效率远高于开炼机。密炼机的转子相对回转,将加入物料夹住带入辊缝,受到转子的挤压和剪切,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴尖棱被分成两部分,分别沿前后室壁与转子之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子流动的一周中,物料处处受到剪切和摩擦作用,使胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在配合剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与配合剂表面充分接触。转子凸棱的不断搅拌,使添加剂在胶料中分散均匀。
但是,对于部分需要添加液体溶剂的胶料,直接与固态物料混合好投入混炼室,混炼效果不够好,固液混合的不均匀,影响复合材料的综合性能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型公开了一种密炼机。
为了达到以上目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种固液分步添加的密炼机,包括固体加料区、液体加料区、混炼区、卸料区和出料区,所述固体加料区包括气缸、活塞、加料斗和填料箱,所述加料斗与填料箱相连,所述液体加料区包括储液罐、进气管和出液管,所述出液管上设置用于控制流速的调节旋钮,所述进气管上设置流量控制器与阀门,所述混炼区包括压料杆、密炼室、转子和循环管,所述密炼室分为上密炼室和下密炼室,所述转子通过联轴器与减速器相连,所述减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连。
优选地,所述卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置、卸料口和底座。
优选地,所述加料斗与填料箱相交处设置翻盖板。
优选地,所述加料斗内设置用于喷水清洗的喷嘴。
优选地,所述转子上有八条棱,所述八条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布。
优选地,所述转子由不锈钢材料制成,所述转子的表面有防腐层。
优选地,所述密炼机下方设置升降机构,所述升降机构为升降螺杆。
优选地,所述转子上设置转速传感器,所述转速传感器与控制器相连。

4、本实用新型转子有八条棱,有利于增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率;
5、本实用新型设置喷嘴,有利于对加料区的加料斗的清洗,能够有效地将加料斗壁上残余的物料冲刷掉,防止对下次混炼物料的污染。

如图1-2所示的一种固液分步添加的密炼机,包括固体加料区、液体加料区、混炼区和出料区,固体加料区包括气缸1、活塞2、加料斗3和填料箱4,加料斗3与填料箱4相连,液体加料区包括储液罐5、进气管6和出液管7,出液管7上设置用于控制流速的调节旋钮8,进气管6上设置流量控制器9与阀门10,混炼区包括压料杆11、密炼室、转子12和循环管,密炼室分为上密炼室13和下密炼室14,转子12通过联轴器与减速器相连,减速器通过联轴器与驱动电机相连,卸料区包括卸料门锁锁紧装置15、卸料口16和底座17,加料斗3与填料箱4相交处设置翻盖板18,加料斗3内设置用于喷水清洗的喷嘴19,,有利于对加料区的加料斗的清洗,能够有效地将加料斗壁上残余的物料冲刷掉,防止对下次混炼物料的污染,转子12上有八条棱,八条棱沿转子的圆周方向均匀分布,有利于增强棱间的捏炼作用,提高炼胶质量与炼胶效率,密炼机下方设置升降机构20,升降机构20为升降螺杆,使得本实施例的密炼机能够满足不同高度的使用需求,使用更方便。
转子12由不锈钢材料制成,转子12的表面有防腐层,耐腐蚀性好,不易与投入物料发生化学反应,使用寿命长,便于检修和维护。转子12上设置转速传感器,转速传感器与控制器相连,有利于实时监控转子的旋转速度,并及时反馈到控制器,从而自动调整使其工作状态稳定。本实施例中的固体和液体分步添加,液体添加的速度和加入时间可控,有利于固液混合均匀,增强混炼效果,提高混炼效率。
密炼机的工作原理是:转子12相对回转,将加入物料夹住带入辊缝,受到转子12的挤压和剪切力作用,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴的尖棱被分成两个部分,分别沿着前后室壁与转子12之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子12一周的运动中,物料受到剪切力的作用,胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在添加剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与添加剂表面充分接触,控制器接收到转速传感器的数据,实时调控转子12的转速,可以根据实际生产需要控制不同阶段不同的转速,提高混炼效果。添加剂团块随胶料一起通过转子12与转子间隙、转子12与上、下顶拴、密炼室内壁的间隙,受到剪切而破碎,被拉伸变形的橡胶包围,稳定在破碎状态。同时,转子6上的凸棱使胶料沿转子12的轴向运动,起到搅拌混合作用,使添加剂在胶料中混合均匀。
