技术领域:
本发明涉及一种橡胶加工设备,具体涉及一种便于上顶栓压力调整的密炼机。
背景技术:
橡胶加工,将橡胶制成橡胶制品的工艺过程。各种橡胶制品加工的基本过程包括塑炼、混炼、压延或压出(即挤出)、成型和硫化等基本工序,为了能将各种所需的配合剂加入橡胶中,生胶首先需经过塑炼提高其塑性;然后,通过混炼将炭黑及各种橡胶助剂与橡胶均匀混合成胶料;在这个过程中,密炼机作为最常用的生产设备。
密炼机一般由密炼室、两个相对回转的转子、上顶栓、下顶栓、测温系统、加热和冷却系统、排气系统、安全装置、排料装置和记录装置组成。密炼机工作时,两转子相对回转,将来自加料口的物料夹住带入辊缝受到转子的挤压和剪切,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴尖棱被分成两部分,分别沿前后室壁与转子之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子流动的一周中,物料处处受到剪切和摩擦作用,使胶料的温度急剧上升,粘度降低,增加了橡胶在配合剂表面的湿润性,使橡胶与配合剂表面充分接触。配合剂团块随胶料一起通过转子与转子间隙、转子与上、下顶拴、密炼室内壁的间隙,受到剪切而破碎,被拉伸变形的橡胶包围,稳定在破碎状态。同时,转子上的凸棱使胶料沿转子的轴向运动,起到搅拌混合作用,使配合剂在胶料中混合均匀。配合剂如此反复剪切破碎,胶料反复产生变形和恢复变形,转子凸棱的不断搅拌,使配合剂在胶料中分散均匀,并达到一定的分散度。
密炼机混炼时,胶料都必须受到上顶栓的一定压力作用。一般认为上顶栓压力在0.6-0.8MPa为宜。当转子转速恒定时,进一步提高压力效果也不大。当混炼容量不足时,上顶栓压力也不能充分发挥作用。提高上顶栓压力可以减少密闭室内的非填充空间,使其填充程度提高约10%。随着容量和转速的提高,上顶栓的压力必须使用增大。现有的密炼机上顶栓的压力不便于调节,导致工作过程不便于根据容量和转速进行控制。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种便于上顶栓压力调整的密炼机,能够便捷地根据胶量容量和转子转速来调节上顶栓的压力,充分发挥上顶栓的作用,提高炼胶效率。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
便于上顶栓压力调整的密炼机,包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上部的加料口、设置在所述壳体下部的密炼室,设置在密炼室里面的一对转子、位于所述密炼室底部的下顶栓、位于下顶栓处的卸料口、位于所述密炼室上方的上顶栓;
所述的壳体的密炼室上方设置有过渡室;
所述上顶栓上部连接上顶栓栓杆,所述的上顶栓栓杆顶部连接盖板,所述盖板的两端连接两个液压油缸;
所述上顶栓的高度大于所述过渡室的高度。
所述的便于上顶栓压力调整的密炼机,所述的密炼室里面设置有内衬板,所述内衬板上设置有一组圆锥形凸起。

有益效果:
1.本发明通过设置过渡室,同时将上顶栓加大,使得上顶栓的高度大于过渡室的高度,使得上顶栓有了一定的进退空间,再通过两个液压油缸的压力调节上顶栓的压力,能够便捷地根据胶量容量和转子转速来调节上顶栓的压力,充分发挥上顶栓的作用,提高炼胶效率。
2.本发明的密炼室里面设置有内衬板,所述内衬板上设置有一组圆锥形凸起,使得胶料的摩擦混炼效果更好,提高密炼效率。

工作过程:
将胶料从进料口加入,启动电机带动转子运动,将来自加料口的物料夹住带入辊缝受到转子的挤压和剪切,穿过辊缝后碰到下顶拴尖棱被分成两部分,分别沿前后室壁与转子之间缝隙再回到辊隙上方。在绕转子流动的一周中,物料处处受到剪切和摩擦作用,达到混炼的效果,需要加大密炼室压力的时候启动液压油缸将上顶栓向下,需要降低密炼室压力的时候启动液压油缸将上顶栓上升,从而达到降低密炼室压力的作用,调节方便,充分发挥上顶栓的作用,提高炼胶效率。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征等同替换所组成的技术方案。本发明的未尽事宜,属于本领域技术人员的公知常识。
