技术领域
本发明涉及一种气溶胶形成部件、以及包括这种气溶胶形成部件的气溶胶输送装置。本发明还涉及一种用于从气溶胶输送装置挥发液体的方法。
背景技术
使用加热部件来实现从气溶胶输送装置挥发液体材料以在随后由用户吸入是众所周知的。这种装置包括单个加热元件或由多个同时激活的加热元件组成的加热部件。然而,这种加热元件的使用具有缺点。
用在包括加热元件的气溶胶输送装置中的液体材料,通常包括几种具有可变挥发性的成分。结果,当激活加热元件时,挥发性更强的成分在挥发性更差的成分之前蒸发。这会导致这些成分从气溶胶输送装置异步释放,且挥发性更强的成分沉积在气溶胶输送装置中、用户的口腔或咽喉中。
例如,用于在气溶胶输送装置中使用的、作为使用冒烟物品的替代方式的包含尼古丁的溶液,包括:水,其具有100℃的沸点;尼古丁,其具有247℃的沸点;和甘油,其具有290℃的沸点。在接触激活的加热元件时,挥发性最强的水将首先蒸发,然后是尼古丁,然后是甘油。根据液体材料的组成,可使尼古丁的至少一部分、大多数或全部与水一起蒸发。在早期吸入阶段中,这些物质的此异步释放会在所产生的冷凝气溶胶中导致气体相和颗粒相的尼古丁的相对高的浓度,但是此尼古丁的大部分将永远不会到达用户的肺部,而是由于与甘油分离的结果,而将沉积在气溶胶输送装置中、用户的口腔或咽喉中。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于使气溶胶输送装置中的液体挥发的气溶胶形成部件,包括:第一气溶胶形成构件和第二气溶胶形成构件,第一气溶胶形成构件构造为,加热至第一工作温度,然后加热至更高的第二工作温度;第二气溶胶形成构件构造为,当第一气溶胶形成构件达到更高的第二工作温度时,加热至至少第一工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
在一个实施例中,当第二气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,第一气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
在一个实施例中,气溶胶形成构件可构造为具有不同的加热速度,使得通过同时激活这些气溶胶形成构件,当第二气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,第一气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度。
在另一实施例中,可在激活第二气溶胶形成构件之前激活第一气溶胶形成构件,使得当第二气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,第一气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度。
在又一实施例中,相对于在使用中通过气溶胶输送装置的气流,第一气溶胶形成构件可位于第二气溶胶形成构件的上游。
在一个替代实施例中,在与在横向于使用中通过气溶胶形成部件的气流的方向上,第一和第二气溶胶形成构件可位于彼此旁边。
在一个实施例中,气溶胶形成部件可进一步包括用于挥发的液体,其中,该液体包括一种或多种气溶胶发生介质和一种或多种低沸点馏分。
该液体可包括尼古丁和/或一种或多种挥发酸。

根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种用于使包括第一和第二气溶胶形成构件的气溶胶输送装置内的液体挥发的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将第一气溶胶形成构件加热至第一工作温度,然后加热至更高的第二工作温度,并且,当第一气溶胶形成构件达到更高的第二工作温度时,将第二气溶胶形成构件加热至至少第一工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。

具体实施方式
本文使用的术语“气溶胶发生介质”表示在达到挥发温度时快速产生或促成气溶胶的物质。
本文使用的术语“毛细结构”指的是液体由于毛细作用的结果而可通过的任何结构。
本文使用的术语“上游的”是参考在使用中通过气溶胶输送装置的空气和气溶胶的流向。
本文关于气溶胶形成构件使用的术语“激活的”表示开始对气溶胶形成构件供应电流,使得其加热至工作温度。
本文使用的术语“工作温度”表示这样的温度,在该温度下,使液体材料的至少一种成分在接触激活的气溶胶形成构件或位于离激活的气溶胶形成构件很近的地方时挥发。
本文使用的术语“连续地”是参考以连续方式从能量储存装置向气溶胶形成构件供应电能,使得首先激活第一气溶胶形成构件(即,相对于在使用中通过气溶胶输送装置的气流位于最上游的气溶胶形成构件);然后激活第二气溶胶形成构件,其位于第一构件的下游;然后激活第三气溶胶形成构件,其位于第二构件的下游,等等。

现在参考图1A、图1B和图1C,从不同视角示出了根据本发明的气溶胶输送装置1的一个实施例。这种气溶胶输送装置1的尺寸和形状可这样构造,使得其可由用户简单地且方便地操作,例如,气溶胶输送装置1可具有大约10-50cm3的体积。
气溶胶输送装置1可具有任何适合于产生并输送挥发的液体材料的设计。
如图1A至图1C所示,气溶胶输送装置1包括:具有嘴部件3的气溶胶输送装置部件2、具有电源的能量储存部件4,和连接到电路(未示出)的控制器(未示出)。在图2中更详细地示出了气溶胶输送装置部件2,其构造为通过使用卡合挂钩2a而插入能量储存部件(未示出)上的对应凸缘,而可分离地附接至能量储存部件4。然而,应理解,可使用任何实现此效果的方式,例如,包括一个或多个卡合挂钩和对应闩锁凸缘的卡扣连接器,或榫槽式布置。
能量储存部件4的电源可以是尺寸18650的圆柱形锂离子电池,其具有1650mAh的存储容量和高达30A的电流载荷。可使用任何适合于激活位于气溶胶输送装置部件2中的气溶胶形成构件并实现液体材料的挥发的电源,例如一个或多个电池。而且,更小尺寸的气溶胶输送装置可使用扁平的锂聚合物软包电池。
能量储存部件4的控制器控制从电源到气溶胶输送装置部件2的电流的流动,如下所述。
气溶胶输送装置部件2包括壳体5,如图2所示。用隔壁6将壳体内的空间分成气溶胶腔室7和储液器8。储液器8包含液体材料8a,和气垫9。在图2中,储液器8具有大约4cm3的容量,并且,液体容量大约是3.6ml,然而,应理解,本发明不限于这些参数。
液体材料可包括一种或多种刺激物(stimulants,兴奋剂),例如尼古丁,或者一种或多种治疗剂。该刺激物或治疗剂按重量计算可以0.1-5%、0.5-2%、0.5-5%、0.8-3%或1-2%的量包含在液体材料中。
液体材料可另外包括一种或多种气溶胶发生介质,例如多元醇、甘油、丙二醇、三甘醇、柠檬酸三乙酯或高沸点碳氢化合物。气溶胶发生介质按重量计算可以5-95%、5-15%、6-12%、8-10%或大约10%的量包含在液体材料中。
液体材料可另外包括一种或多种低沸点馏分,例如水或乙醇。这种馏分可减小液体材料的粘度,并且,按重量计算总共可包括5-95%的液体材料,或大于50%、60%、70%、80%、82%或84%的液体材料。
液体材料可包括一种或多种额外的成分,例如乳酸、琥珀酸、乙酰丙酸、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、乙酸、蚁酸。当液体材料包括尼古丁时,例如可增加酸,以使尼古丁质子化。
液体材料可进一步包括一种或多种芳香剂。本文使用的术语“香料”和“芳香剂”指的是这样的材料,在地方法规允许的地方,可用该材料在用于成人消费者的产品中产生预期的味道或香味。在一些实施例中,该香料或芳香剂可以是薄荷醇、柑橘、香草醛、茴香、对丙烯基甲醚、苯甲醛或乙醛。
再次参考图2,由管状结构产生的入口通道经由喷嘴20与气溶胶腔室7流体地连通,并且,气溶胶腔室7的另一侧与形成于嘴部件3中的出口孔3a流体地连通。入口通道理想地位于气溶胶输送装置1的与嘴部件3相对的一端,因为这在使用中可防止雨水进入。入口通道可包括限流器10a,例如与在香烟滤嘴中发现的类似的纤维复合材料(例如由FiltronaFibertec股份有限公司提供的纤维复合材料),其在通过气溶胶输送装置吸入时,对用户传递一种与抽烟的感觉类似的感觉。
气溶胶形成部件位于气溶胶腔室7中。气溶胶形成部件包括至少两个气溶胶形成构件。在图2中,气溶胶形成部件由五个气溶胶形成构件组成,11A-11E。喷嘴20经由入口通道引导由用户吸入的空气通过或穿过这五个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E。
气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可具有任何适合于在施加电流输入时在气溶胶输送装置中实现液体材料8a的蒸发的设计。
气溶胶形成构件11A-11E也可具有任何适合于该目的的形状,并可将形状构造为,增加可用于挥发或蒸发液体材料8a的表面积。在一个实施例中,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可包括具有单个层的材料片,其构造为依靠毛细作用带走并加热液体材料8a。因此,材料片可从储液器8吸收液体材料,然后将其加热,使得其汽化或蒸发,并形成蒸汽。材料片实质上是片状的,并可具有长方形形状。然而,应理解,材料片可具有任何形状,例如,圆形的、椭圆形的或正方形的。材料片包括两个相对的主表面。材料片可包括连通孔隙结构、泡沫结构或互连的孔隙网络,所有这些形成毛细结构。
气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可由同质的、颗粒的、纤维的或绒毛状的烧结金属制成,以形成所述毛细结构。在另一实施例中,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E包括也形成毛细结构的连通孔隙金属泡沫。或者,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可由提供毛细结构的网材料形成。气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可由不锈钢制成,例如AISI 304或AISA 316,或导热合金,例如NiCr合金。将毛细结构至少暴露于每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的一个主表面上。例如,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可形成为具有毛细结构,其在整个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E上延伸,使得其暴露于每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的材料片的两个主表面上。在另一实施例中,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E构造为,使得毛细结构不在每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的整个上延伸。例如,毛细结构可仅暴露于每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的一个主表面上,或暴露于每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的两个主表面或任一主表面的一区段上。
形成气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的材料是可加热的,这是因为其包括足够的电阻率,使得当电流流过时,气溶胶形成构件加热至足够的温度,以导致保持在毛细结构中的液体材料8a蒸发或汽化。在每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的材料片如上所述包括单个层的实施例中,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E可被考虑为包括形成有毛细结构的加热元件,使得加热元件和毛细结构形成整体,并形成单个实体或单元。
在每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的材料片包括构造为依靠毛细作用带走并加热溶液的单个层的上述实施例中,可将材料片描述为包括布置在同一表面中的加热元件和毛细作用部。
在一个可替代的未示出实施例中,气溶胶形成构件包括材料片,其实质上是片状的,并由多个层形成。例如,每个气溶胶形成构件可包括用作加热元件的第一可加热层。此第一层由构造为可加热升温的材料形成。每个气溶胶形成构件可进一步包括第二层,其形成为具有连通孔隙结构、泡沫形状、网结构或互连的孔隙网络,所有这些形成毛细结构。毛细结构使得每个气溶胶形成构件能够依靠毛细作用带走或吸收液体材料。此第二层可由同质的、颗粒的、纤维的或绒毛状的烧结金属制成,所有这些形成所述毛细结构。气溶胶形成构件可由不锈钢、氧化金属、玻璃、陶瓷、碳和/或棉制成。在所有这些实施例中,第二层用作毛细作用部。
将每个气溶胶形成构件的第一层(加热元件)和第二层(具有毛细结构的毛细作用部)放置在彼此的顶部上,以形成具有两个相对的主表面的材料片,其中,毛细结构暴露于一个主表面上。
在一个可替代的未示出实施例中,每个气溶胶形成构件的材料片包括第三层,其与第二层类似,因为其包括毛细结构。每个气溶胶形成构件的第二层和第三层夹置第一层,使得毛细结构暴露于每个气溶胶形成构件的材料片的两个主表面上。
在每个气溶胶形成构件的材料片如上所述由多个层形成的实施例中,用作加热元件的第一层和用作毛细作用部的第二层和/或第三层平行且彼此连接。这些层可通过机械或化学的方式而彼此连接。在一个实施例中,将这些层彼此烧结在一起。
每个根据任何上述实施例的气溶胶形成构件的材料片具有在20-500μm的范围内的厚度或深度。或者,厚度在50到200μm的范围内。该厚度或深度应理解为是指材料片的两个主表面之间的距离。
将每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的相对自由端安装在支撑板12上或与该支撑板连接,并布置为使得气溶胶形成构件11A-11E伸入气溶胶腔室7,如可在图2中看到的。因此,使每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的大部分悬置在气溶胶腔室7中。支撑板12可以是将每个气溶胶形成构件与能量储存部件4中的电池电连接的印刷电路板,使得可选择性地激活每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E。这通过支撑板12的形成电连接器17的端部来实现,该电连接器构造为纳入能量储存部件4的对应的电插座(未示出)中。如可在图4中看到的,气溶胶输送装置部件2包括六个电连接器17,其中一个是接地的,剩余五个连接器能够分别激活五个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E中的一个。将能量储存部件4的电插座(未示出)与电池(未示出)电连接。
图3示出了根据本发明的气溶胶输送装置部件2的横截面图。如可从图3理解的,气溶胶形成构件11A-11E是弧形的或弯曲的,使得其具有欧米伽形状的(Ω形状的)横截面。每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E具有相对的端部23a和23b。将相对的端部23a和23b安装至支撑板12,使得气溶胶形成构件11A-11E伸入气溶胶腔室7。端部2a、23b夹置在支撑板12和隔壁6之间,从而在靠近每个气溶胶形成构件的端部23a和23b的地方,在支撑板12和隔壁6之间产生间隙。这些间隙具有足够的宽度,以提供毛细效应,从而叫做毛细间隙16。在隔壁6中形成供应孔13,使得储液器8和毛细间隙16流体连通。
现在将参考图1A至图4中的图描述气溶胶输送装置的操作。
用控制器(未示出)记录用户将气溶胶输送装置部件2与能量储存部件4的耦合,这可导致某些预备的操作,例如,为了对其供应新鲜的液体材料的目的而激活一个或多个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E。一旦完成,控制器便构造为操作发光二极管(未示出),以向用户指示气溶胶输送装置1准备好使用。
然后,作为用户通过装置吸入的结果,可激活气溶胶输送装置1。这可通过位于气溶胶输送装置1的空气通道中的压力传感器或流量传感器来实现。或者,用户可通过按下气溶胶输送装置1上的按钮或其他激活机构(未示出),手动地激活气溶胶输送装置1。
在任一种情况中,气溶胶输送装置1的激活都会导致控制器通过操作电池使得其经由印刷电路板对气溶胶形成构件11A-11E供应电流,而以不同的方式激活气溶胶形成构件11A-11E。当控制器激活每个气溶胶形成构件11A-11E时,电流流过所选择的气溶胶形成构件,使得其温度均增加。控制器可操作位于能量储存部件4中的晶体管,以控制到气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的电流的流动。
在激活过程中,将每个气溶胶形成构件加热一定时间,其持续时间取决于气溶胶形成构件的规格,并取决于待汽化的液体材料的量和组成。在一些实施例中,加热阶段在1和1.8秒之间、小于1秒、小于0.8秒或小于0.5秒。
气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的工作温度将取决于待汽化的液体材料8a的组成,或更具体地,取决于液体材料8a的组成的沸点。还设想,当液体材料8a的组成具有不同沸点时,在加热阶段的过程中,工作温度可逐步升高。例如,如果液体材料包括水、尼古丁和甘油,那么气溶胶输送装置1可构造为,使得工作温度可从环境温度升高至大约100-140℃的第一工作温度,然后,工作温度可升高至大约290-330℃的第二工作温度。
在一个实施例中,气溶胶输送装置1构造为,在所有容纳于每个气溶胶形成构件的毛细结构中的液体材料8a都已经汽化之前,使得停用气溶胶形成构件11A-11E,即,控制器使电池停止对气溶胶形成构件供应电流,以避免其毛细结构变干,而变干会导致温度失控和气溶胶形成构件过热。
设想气溶胶输送装置可构造为,使得从一次吸入或呼出到另一次的工作温度不同。如果液体材料的组成从一次吸入或呼出到另一次发生变化,那么此结构是合适的。在已经激活气溶胶形成构件之后,由于在将液体材料重新填充到毛细结构中的过程中出现的局部汽化效果的原因,液体材料8a的组成可从一次吸入或呼出到另一次发生变化。当消耗热量以使液体材料8a汽化时,这些汽化效果会导致气溶胶形成构件快速冷却。
将电流以连续的方式从电池供应至每个气溶胶形成构件,其中,激活第一(最上游的)气溶胶形成构件11E,然后激活第二气溶胶形成构件11D(即,紧位于第一气溶胶形成构件下游的气溶胶形成构件),等等。此结构使得挥发性更差的成分(例如,具有相对较高的沸点的气溶胶发生介质,例如甘油)能够由第一气溶胶形成构件11E汽化,以与挥发性更强的成分相互作用,例如由第二气溶胶形成构件11D汽化的具有更低沸点的水或尼古丁,如现在将更详细地描述的。
激活第一气溶胶形成构件11E,使得其温度增加至第一工作温度,导致挥发性更强的成分从第一气溶胶形成构件11E的毛细结构汽化。然后,将第一气溶胶形成构件11E的温度增加至更高的第二工作温度,使得,使挥发性比液体材料8a的其他成分差的气溶胶发生介质汽化。当汽化的气溶胶发生介质已经汽化时,其与用户吸入气溶胶腔室7的环境空气混合,并冷凝,以形成气溶胶。所形成的气溶胶由于通过用户吸入而产生的气流的原因,经过第二气溶胶形成构件11D。在第一气溶胶形成构件11E之后激活第二气溶胶形成构件11D,使得当第一气溶胶形成构件11E达到其第二工作温度时,第二气溶胶形成构件11D的温度基本上同时增加至第一工作温度。这具有这样的效果:当使挥发性更强的成分从第二气溶胶形成构件11D汽化或刚刚汽化时,由第一气溶胶形成构件11E形成的气溶胶通过第二气溶胶形成构件11D。引导第二气溶胶形成构件11D的挥发性更强的成分的蒸汽朝向从第一气溶胶形成构件11E形成的气溶胶移动,导致该挥发性更强的成分的蒸汽冷凝在由第一气溶胶形成构件11E形成的气溶胶上。以连续的或顺序的方式分别激活剩余的气溶胶形成构件11C、11B、11A,以实现相同的效果。有利地,与从现有技术已知的那些气溶胶输送装置相比,减少在结构壁和气溶胶输送装置的内部成分上冷凝的挥发性更强的成分的量。
现在将描述以上结构的一个实例,其中,液体材料包括水、尼古丁和甘油。激活第一气溶胶形成构件11E,并将其朝向接近甘油的沸点的第二工作温度(290-330℃),加热至越过为100-140℃的第一工作温度,使得液体材料的所有成分都汽化。由于甘油具有比尼古丁和水更高的沸点,所有其将最后汽化。当甘油的蒸汽冷却时,其冷凝并与用户吸入气溶胶腔室7的环境空气混合,以形成气溶胶甘油颗粒。然后,气溶胶甘油颗粒随着通过用户吸入而产生的气流移动。
在第一气溶胶形成构件11E之后激活第二气溶胶形成构件11D,使得将其加热至接近水和尼古丁的沸点的第一工作温度(100-140℃)。在第一气溶胶形成构件11E之后激活第二气溶胶形成构件11D,使得当第一气溶胶形成构件11E达到其第二工作温度时,第二气溶胶形成构件11D的温度基本上同时增加至第一工作温度。因此,当来自第一气溶胶形成构件11E的气溶胶甘油颗粒通过第二气溶胶形成构件11D时,水和尼古丁从第二气溶胶形成构件11D汽化。这导致来自第二气溶胶形成构件11D的水和尼古丁的蒸汽冷凝在从第一气溶胶形成构件11E汽化的气溶胶甘油颗粒上。在大部分水和尼古丁已从第二气溶胶形成构件11D汽化之后,将其进一步加热至接近甘油的沸点的第二工作温度(290-330℃),使得甘油汽化,然后冷凝,以形成气溶胶甘油颗粒。当用户吸入时,第二气溶胶形成构件11D的气溶胶甘油颗粒与第一气溶胶形成构件11E的气溶胶甘油颗粒混合,以形成相对富含气溶胶甘油颗粒的气流。当用户吸入时,该富含气溶胶甘油颗粒的气流朝向第三气溶胶形成构件11C移动。
在第二气溶胶形成构件11D之后,将第三气溶胶形成构件11C激活至接近水和尼古丁的沸点的第一工作温度(100-140℃)。在第二气溶胶形成构件11D之后激活第三气溶胶形成构件11C,使得当第二气溶胶形成构件11D达到其第二工作温度时,第三气溶胶形成构件11C的温度基本上同时增加至第一工作温度。因此,当来自第一和第二气溶胶形成构件11E、11D的气溶胶甘油颗粒通过第三气溶胶形成构件11C时,水和尼古丁从第三气溶胶形成构件11C汽化。这导致来自第三气溶胶形成构件11C的水和尼古丁的蒸汽冷凝在第一和第二气溶胶形成构件11E、11D的气溶胶甘油颗粒上。然后,将第三气溶胶形成构件11C加热至第二工作温度,然后,以类似的连续方式激活剩余的气溶胶形成构件11B和11A。
然后,当用户继续吸入时,将如上所述由气溶胶形成部件形成的气溶胶抽取通过冷却器14,见图2,以冷却气溶胶并降低气溶胶蒸汽相的蒸汽压力。冷却器14可包括基本上可透过所形成的气溶胶的颗粒的孔隙体。合适的材料包括多孔填料、绒毛状的合成材料(例如Filtermatten)、从聚烯烃或聚酯纤维制造的合成无纺布,或开孔泡沫材料。孔隙体还可包括再生材料。合适的材料具有相对较大的表面或热交换表面,其能够基本上没有失流地快速吸收大量热量。实例包括金属纤维、金属屑、金属网、金属丝编织物、开孔金属泡沫和由金属或陶瓷颗粒材料(例如铝颗粒)制成的填料。可将活性炭颗粒的填料用作替代物。
然后,气溶胶通过吸收器15。吸收器可包括开孔结构,其可与冷却器14类似。吸收器15的目的是,从蒸汽相吸收冷凝物沉淀物。吸收器材料可包括一种或多种吸收剂,例如粘合尼古丁的柠檬酸。
可对冷却器14和/或吸收器15增加芳香剂,例如薄荷醇。冷却器14和显示器15构造为,将由气溶胶发生部件形成的气溶胶精炼至使气溶胶对于用户来说更愉快的程度。
最后,将气溶胶吸入用户的口腔。
在一次吸入或呼出之后,控制器可防止立即激活气溶胶形成部件,以允许气溶胶形成构件11A-11E冷却并对气溶胶形成构件补充液体材料8a。此阶段可持续几秒,并可通过例如发光二极管向用户表示。
提供由两个或多个气溶胶形成构件组成的气溶胶形成部件(其中,在第二(和任何后续的)气溶胶形成构件之前激活气溶胶形成构件(最上游的构件))可改进气溶胶形成过程,因为气溶胶颗粒可携带更大量的挥发性更强的成分,例如尼古丁。气溶胶形成构件11A-11E的不同激活沿着气溶胶形成部件产生温度梯度,类似于本质上在吸烟物品的蒸馏区域和燃烧端之间出现的温度梯度。这导致改进液体材料的挥发性,结果,使材料的挥发性更差的成分与挥发性更强的成分大约同步地汽化。这具有的好处是:避免或减少挥发性更强的成分在气溶胶输送装置、用户的口腔或咽喉中冷凝及由此沉积。
应理解,本发明不限于包括多个连续激活的气溶胶形成构件的气溶胶形成部件。
在另一未示出的实施例中,气溶胶形成构件构造为同时激活。在这个实施例中,气溶胶形成构件构造为具有不同的加热速度。这可通过用不同的材料形成气溶胶形成构件来实现。于是,最上游的气溶胶形成构件构造为具有最高的加热速度,每个气溶胶形成构件的加热速度在下游方向上减小。当同时激活所有气溶胶形成构件时,气溶胶形成构件由于加热速度的减小的原因,而在气流的方向上以连续的方式达到第一工作温度并以连续的方式达到第二工作温度。这具有与参考图1A至图4描述的类似的效果,因为当同时激活所有气溶胶形成构件时,将第一气溶胶形成构件加热至第一工作温度,然后加热至更高的第二工作温度,并且,当第一气溶胶形成构件达到第二工作温度时,将相对于气流位于第一气溶胶形成构件下游的第二气溶胶形成构件基本上同时加热至第一工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
在上述实施例中,虽然气溶胶形成构件在气流方向上一个位于另一个的后面,使得一个位于另一个的上游,但是本发明不限于这种布置。例如,在一个未示出的实施例中,气溶胶形成部件包括在横向于气流的方向上彼此紧接的多个气溶胶形成构件,换句话说,一个气溶胶形成构件相对于另一个气溶胶形成构件来说不是位于上游或下游。在这个实施例中,至少一个气溶胶形成构件构造为在另一个气溶胶形成构件之前激活,使得当另一个气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,该至少一个气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
在又一可替代的未示出实施例中,气溶胶形成部件包括在横向于气流的方向上彼此紧接的多个气溶胶形成构件。气溶胶形成构件构造为包括不同的加热速度,使得当同时激活这些气溶胶形成构件时,当一个气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,另一个气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
应理解,根据本发明的气溶胶形成部件的实施例改进了气溶胶形成过程,因为气溶胶颗粒可携带更大量的挥发性更强的成分,例如尼古丁。在不同时间点加热至工作温度的气溶胶形成构件会在气溶胶形成部件内产生温度梯度,类似于本质上在吸烟物品的蒸馏区域和燃烧端之间出现的温度梯度。这导致改进液体材料的挥发性,结果,使材料的挥发性更差的成分与挥发性更强的成分大约同步地汽化。这具有的好处是:避免或减少挥发性更强的成分在气溶胶输送装置、用户的口腔或咽喉中冷凝及由此沉积。
在根据本发明的实施例中,将一个气溶胶形成构件描述为,当另一个气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,基本上同时达到第二工作温度。将“基本上同时”理解为,允许从一个气溶胶形成构件汽化的液体当其达到第二温度时与从另一个气溶胶形成构件汽化的液体当其达到第一工作温度时混合的一段时间。这段时间可以小于1秒(s)、0.75s、0.5s、0.1s、75ms或50ms。
还应理解,在用户单次呼出、吸气或吸入的过程中,或在一次激活循环的过程中,当另一个气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度时,一个气溶胶形成构件基本上同时达到第二工作温度。

Claims (16)
1.一种用于使气溶胶输送装置中的液体挥发的气溶胶形成部件,所述气溶胶形成部件包括第一气溶胶形成构件和第二气溶胶形成构件,所述第一气溶胶形成构件构造为,加热至第一工作温度然后加热至更高的第二工作温度,所述第二气溶胶形成构件构造为,当所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到更高的所述第二工作温度时被加热至至少所述第一工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,基本上同时所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,所述气溶胶形成构件构造为具有不同的加热速度,使得通过同时激活所述气溶胶形成构件,当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,基本上同时所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度。
4.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,在激活所述第二气溶胶形成构件之前激活所述第一气溶胶形成构件,使得当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,基本上同时所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,相对于在使用中通过所述气溶胶输送装置的气流,所述第一气溶胶形成构件位于所述第二气溶胶形成构件的上游。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,在横向于在使用中通过所述气溶胶形成部件的气流的方向上,所述第一气溶胶形成构件和所述第二气溶胶形成构件位于彼此旁边。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,进一步包括用于挥发的液体,其中,所述液体包括一种或多种气溶胶发生介质和一种或多种低沸点馏分。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,所述液体包括尼古丁。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,所述液体包括一种或多种挥发酸。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件,其中,当所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度时,使所述气溶胶发生介质从所述第一气溶胶形成构件挥发,并且,当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,使所述一种或多种低沸点馏分从所述第二气溶胶形成构件挥发,使得所述一种或多种低沸点馏分沉淀在所述气溶胶发生介质上。
11.一种包括根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的气溶胶形成部件的气溶胶输送装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的气溶胶输送装置,进一步包括壳体和控制器,所述壳体包括进气口和出气口、与所述进气口和所述出气口流体连通的气溶胶腔室、以及与所述气溶胶形成构件电连接的电源,所述控制器用于控制所述气溶胶形成构件的激活。
13.一种用于使包括第一气溶胶形成构件和第二气溶胶形成构件的气溶胶输送装置内的液体挥发的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将所述第一气溶胶形成构件加热至第一工作温度,然后加热至更高的第二工作温度,并且,当所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到更高的所述第二工作温度时,将所述第二气溶胶形成构件加热至至少所述第一工作温度,使得从这两个气溶胶形成构件挥发的液体彼此混合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括以下步骤:将所述第一气溶胶形成构件加热至所述第一工作温度,然后加热至更高的所述第二工作温度,并加热所述第二气溶胶形成构件,使得在所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度时,基本上同时所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到第一工作温度。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其中,所述气溶胶形成构件构造为具有不同的加热速度,并且,所述方法包括同时激活所述气溶胶形成构件的步骤,当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,基本上同时所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到所述第二工作温度。
16.根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其中,在激活所述第二气溶胶形成构件之前激活所述第一气溶胶形成构件,使得当所述第二气溶胶形成构件达到所述第一工作温度时,基本上同时所述第一气溶胶形成构件达到第二工作温度。
