本发明属于营养食品领域,具体涉及一种五宝丸配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于营养食品的要求也随之提高,目前的营养食品多种多样,大都需要人们分别食用,少有具备高营养价值的混合营养食品,且高营养价值复合型营养食品多为粉末状的,少有丸状,食用起来多有不便且不易存储和携带。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种五宝丸配方及其制备方法,能够提供人体所需的多种营养元素以及多种微量元素,具有极高的营养价值,制备方法简单,且食用和存储方便,便于携带。
为此,本发明公开了一种五宝丸配方,其包括以下重量份数原料:玛咖25-30份、人参5-10份、红枣20-25份、枸杞10-15份、桑葚10-15份。
进一步的,其包括以下重量份数原料:玛咖25份、人参5份、红枣20份、枸杞10份、桑葚10份。
进一步的,其包括以下重量份数原料:玛咖27份、人参7份、红枣23份、枸杞12份、桑葚12份。
进一步的,其包括以下重量份数原料:玛咖30份、人参10份、红枣25份、枸杞15份、桑葚15份。
本发明还公开了一种五宝丸的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1:选用品质佳的玛咖、人参、红枣、枸杞和桑葚作为原料备用。
S2:将玛咖、人参、红枣、枸杞和桑葚清洗干净,并将玛咖、人参、枸杞和红枣以及桑葚晾干,然后分别放入烘焙箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度为75-90度,烘烤时间20-25分钟,然后放凉。
S3:将烘干后的原料研磨成粉,采用100目的筛网过滤。
S4:将研磨后的原料与水混合,其中水与原料的混合比为1:2。
S5:将混合原料充分搅拌,然后制备成直径为1.5-2.5cm的丸子。
S6:将制备的丸子再次在烘焙箱中进行烘烤,烘烤温度为50-60度,烘烤时间为5-8分钟。
S7:放凉后采用纸质包装进行包装,然后封存在抽取真空的罐内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种五宝丸配方及其制备方法,便于食用和存储以及携带且营养价值高,制备方法简单,具有补肾养肾的作用。

玛咖:蛋白质含量为10%以上,59%的碳水化合物;8.5%的纤维,内含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12、B5 ,脂肪含量不高,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达53%以上,天然活性成份包括生物碱、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质等。
人参:人参抗疲劳作用的机制可能与其升高血脂和促进蛋白质、RNA合成有关。研究表明人参皂甙Rg1的抗疲劳作用显著,中性皂甙(Rb1、Rb2、Rc等)无抗疲劳作用。分离出人参皂甙后剩下的亲脂成分,亦能增加小鼠的自发运动,显示抗疲劳作用。人参能使糖原、高能磷酸化物的利用度更经济,防止乳酸与丙酮酸的堆积,并使其代谢更加完全。人参亦可阻止大鼠长时间运动引起的组织中糖原和肾上腺中胆固醇耗竭。
红枣:红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C 、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成分。
枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。
桑葚:桑葚所含的大量水分、糖类、多种维生素、胡萝卜素、人体必需微量元素等能有效扩充人体血液容量,能迅速补充营养促进造血功能,增强机体免疫力。桑葚含鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能帮助脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉消化吸收,健脾胃,增强肠蠕动。桑葚含大量的乌发素,能使头发变得黑而亮泽。桑葚所含脂肪酸主要由亚油酸、硬脂酸、油酸组成,可抑制脂肪合成,分解脂肪,降低血脂,阻止脂质在血管内沉积,防止血管硬化等。桑葚所含脂肪酸主要由亚油酸、硬脂酸、油酸组成,可抑制脂肪合成,分解脂肪,降低血脂,阻止脂质在血管内沉积,防止血管硬化等。还可缓解失眠等。

一种五宝丸的制备方法,其包括以下步骤;

5.一种五宝丸的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
S1:选用品质佳的玛咖、人参、红枣、枸杞和桑葚作为原料备用;
S2:将玛咖、人参、红枣、枸杞和桑葚清洗干净,并将玛咖、人参、枸杞和红枣以及桑葚晾干,然后分别放入烘焙箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度为75-90度,烘烤时间20-25分钟,然后放凉;
S3:将烘干后的原料研磨成粉,采用100目的筛网过滤;
S4:将研磨后的原料与水混合,其中水与原料的混合比为1:2;
S5:将混合原料充分搅拌,然后制备成直径为1.5-2.5cm的丸子;
S6:将制备的丸子再次在烘焙箱中进行烘烤,烘烤温度为50-60度,烘烤时间为5-8分钟;
S7:放凉后采用纸质包装进行包装,然后封存在抽取真空的罐内。
