本发明涉及一种苦荞麦芽提取物的制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种电磁裂解苦荞麦芽小分子液和粉产品及制备方法与其食疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管病的应用。
背景技术
苦荞在中国黄土高原和云贵高原高寒地区栽培和利用。苦荞麦具有独特的保健功能,苦荞麦中含有的苦荞黄酮具有扩张冠状血管作用、降血糖、尿糖的作用、降血压作用、增强免疫力作用。苦荞黄酮的主要成分芦丁有维生素P样作用,芦丁已经成为大多数降血压药不可缺少的主要成分,临床试验验证苦荞黄酮对冠心病、心脑血管病和周围血管病等均具有良好的治疗作用,其活血化瘀、改善微循环的有效率达到88%,苦荞黄酮的心脑血管活性可归纳为:抗心肌缺血、扩张血管、降低血压、强心、抗心律失常、降低毛细血管通透性、维持血管渗透压等方面的药理作用;苦荞黄酮具有显著的降血糖作用,临床试验结果证实苦荞黄酮治疗糖尿病的总有效率可达87%;苦荞粉降血脂作用的临床观察表明其总有效率可达93%;此外苦荞黄酮还有防止脑细胞老化作用,苦荞黄酮的主要成分芦丁还有抗炎、保护胃黏膜、修复脑损伤等作用。
苦荞黄酮具有降低人脑过氧化脂质(LPO),提高超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性的作用,并且对糖尿病、高血脂症均有预防和治疗作用。临床表现为具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、防腐生肌、改善微循环、增强免疫力等功效,所以是非常有前途的医药原料。近些年来,已开发出以下苦荞黄酮药物,并成功地应用于临床实践,经常采用的剂型包括苦荞黄酮散、苦荞黄酮软膏、苦荞黄酮胶囊、苦荞黄酮牙膏、苦荞黄酮口香糖等。
苦荞种子萌发可以使一些大分子物质被分解,蛋白酶抑制剂、植酸和其它抗营养因子被消化或减少,使氨基酸、蛋白质组成更合理,维生素和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)以及芦丁等黄酮类物质含量显著增加。
目前从苦荞中提取芦丁等活性物质的方法,主要有酸碱法提取、酶解法提取等,但是通过有酸碱法提取、酶解法提取得到的物质有酸根碱根残留、霉菌尸体残留,口感不好风味差的缺陷,因此,迫切需要寻找一种能够高效提取苦荞麦芽中活性物质的新方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苦荞麦芽小分子液和苦荞麦芽小分子粉的制备方法。
本发明所提供的苦荞麦芽小分子液和苦荞麦芽小分子粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苦荞麦用水清洗浸泡4-6小时,沥干保湿发芽至芽体长度为2cm—5cm,得到长出芽体的苦荞麦;
(2)将长出芽体的苦荞麦放入实用新型专利【微波绞龙自动密封保温蒸馏提取植物小分子液设备】的进口漏斗里,苦荞麦芽以蛟龙为动力同步同速度进入密封加工腔内,苦荞麦芽在电磁场力的作用下实施电磁裂解,大分子变为小分子,加温控制在110°,产生的水蒸气为载体将苦荞麦蛋白大分子电磁裂解成的小分子肽、苦荞麦内含芦丁小分子一起带出进入冷凝器冷凝成苦荞麦小分子液;苦荞麦芽和苦荞麦体内含水分控制在8%—10%,下口流出的为干燥好的苦荞麦芽和苦荞麦体;
(3)将苦荞麦小分子液过滤、灭菌,罐装;
(4)将步骤(2)中得到的干燥好的苦荞麦中的芽分离出来,荞麦脱皮,荞麦米与荞麦皮分离,将得到的荞麦米与芽混合,粉碎至120目,得到苦荞麦芽小分子粉,灌装。
上述方法步骤(1)中,所述苦荞麦用水浸泡,水与苦荞麦的重量比可为4:1。
上述方法步骤(2)中,所述实用新型专利【微波绞龙自动密封保温蒸馏提取植物小分子液设备】专利号ZL201720926334.0。
实用新型专利设备结构:1、全封闭外壳体长6米宽1.7米高1.75米,2、上壳体左端设由进料口与第一个绞龙首端相连,共有七个绞龙,第七个绞龙末端与出料口相连,3、选用78个日本东芝家用微波电子管,分别装在七个绞龙上面,作为苦荞麦芽电磁裂解能源,4、电气控制盘设有微波、温控、仪表、视频监控、电机调速、启动停止装置等。
步骤(2)中,电磁裂解中采用微波电磁裂解能量,微波频率为2450MHz功率80KW。
生产工艺:
1、给上总电源,按先后顺序给电,开动绞龙七个一起同步转的调速电机,开动提升机将苦荞麦芽送入绞龙上进料口,当物料进满第一个绞龙腔时,第一个绞龙上面的微波管给电,实施电磁裂解,以此类推,七个绞龙微波管全部给电,第七个绞龙末端下料口出料,
2、设备运行40分钟后,控制出料口物料含水量在8%——10%,不煳不湿即为合格产品,
3、如物料发湿,说明给料太多,减慢送料电机转速,达到出合格产品,
4、出口物料发煳,控制各绞龙温度在110℃以下,
5、绞龙里的苦荞麦和芽内含蛋白质电磁裂解小分子肽、小分子芦丁以水蒸气为载体筛选出来进入冷凝器冷凝成苦荞麦芽小分子液,所以电子整流和冷凝系统应该与第一个绞龙上面的微波管同时给电。
由此方法制备得到的苦荞麦小分子液及苦荞麦芽小分子粉属于本发明重点保护产品。
所述苦荞麦芽小分子液的芦丁含量(检验依据:SN/T 4592-2016)为0.06%,小肽含量(检验依据:GB/T 22492-2008大豆肽粉附录B)为0.016g/100mL;
所述苦荞麦芽小分子粉的芦丁含量(检验依据:SN/T 4592-2016)为0.19%,小肽含量(检验依据:GB/T 22492-2008大豆肽粉附录B)为0.86g/100g。
上述苦荞麦芽小分子液及苦荞麦芽小分子粉在制备预防和治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管病的产品中的应用也属于本发明的保护范围。
所述产品为食疗产品
本发明首先将苦荞麦发芽制成苦荞麦芽,然后利用无线电技术特高频率段2450MHz对苦荞麦芽实施电磁裂解,将苦荞麦和芽内所含大分子蛋白电磁裂解为小分子肽,苦荞麦和芽内含小分子芦丁及黄酮和小肽以水蒸气为载体进入冷凝器成为小分子液;苦荞麦生芽实施电磁裂解提取小分子肽小分子芦丁和小分子黄酮具有创造性;苦荞麦芽小分子液和小分子粉内含小分子肽和小分子芦丁及小分子黄酮利于吸收,预防和治疗三高、心脑血管病的疗效得到进一步提高。
利用无线电特高频的交变电场力磁场力提取出来的苦荞麦芽小分子液和粉,没有任何残留物质,保持原有的口感风味。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不局限于此。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
下述实施例中芦丁含量的检验依据为:SN/T 4592-2016;
小肽含量的检验依据:GB/T 22492-2008大豆肽粉附录B。
实施例、苦荞麦芽小分子液和苦荞麦芽小分子粉的制备
包括如下步骤:
(1)将苦荞麦用水清洗浸泡5小时,水与苦荞麦的重量比为4:1,沥干保湿发芽至芽体长度为2cm—5cm,得到长出芽体的苦荞麦;
(2)将长出芽体的苦荞麦放入微波绞龙自动密封保温蒸馏提取植物小分子液设备的进料口里,苦荞麦芽以蛟龙为动力同步同速度进入密封加工腔内,苦荞麦芽在电磁场力的作用下实施电磁裂解,大分子变为小分子,加温控制在110°,产生的水蒸气为载体将苦荞麦蛋白大分子电磁裂解成的小分子肽、苦荞麦内含芦丁小分子一起带出进入冷凝器冷凝成苦荞麦小分子液;苦荞麦芽内含水分控制在8%—10%,流出的为干燥好的苦荞麦;
(3)将苦荞麦小分子液过滤、灭菌,封装;
(4)将步骤(2)中得到的干燥好的苦荞麦中的芽分离出来,荞麦脱皮,荞麦米与荞麦皮分离,将得到的荞麦米与芽混合,粉碎至120目,得到苦荞麦芽小分子粉。
经检验,所得苦荞麦芽小分子液的芦丁含量为0.06%,小肽含量为0.016g/100mL(见图1);
所得苦荞麦芽小分子粉的芦丁含量为0.19%,小肽含量为0.86g/100g(见图2)。
所得苦荞麦芽小分子液、小分子粉除了还有芦丁和小肽外,还含有多种活性物质,几乎所有的活性物质的分子量都在1000Dalton以下,属于人体不需要再分解就可以直接吸收的小分子活性物质。本发明经电磁裂解制得的苦荞麦芽小分子液、小分子粉中的小分子活性物质含量显著优于现有苦荞麦提取物产品,其治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖、心脑血管疾病原来就有的疗效得到进一步提高。
Claims (8)
1.一种苦荞麦芽小分子液和苦荞麦芽小分子粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苦荞麦用水清洗浸泡4-6小时,沥干保湿发芽至芽体长度为2cm—5cm,得到长出芽体的苦荞麦;
(2)将长出芽体的苦荞麦放入微波绞龙自动密封保温蒸馏提取植物小分子液设备的进口漏斗里,苦荞麦芽以蛟龙为动力同步同速度进入密封加工腔内,苦荞麦芽在电磁场力的作用下实施电磁裂解,大分子变为小分子,加温控制在110°,产生的水蒸气为载体将苦荞麦蛋白大分子电磁裂解成的小分子肽、苦荞麦内含芦丁小分子一起带出进入冷凝器冷凝成苦荞麦小分子液;苦荞麦芽和苦荞麦体内含水分控制在8%—10%,下口流出的为干燥好的苦荞麦芽和苦荞麦体;
(3)将苦荞麦小分子液过滤、灭菌,封装;
(4)将步骤(2)中得到的干燥好的苦荞麦中的芽分离出来,荞麦脱皮,荞麦米与荞麦皮分离,将得到的荞麦米与芽混合,粉碎至120目,得到苦荞麦芽小分子粉,灌装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述苦荞麦用水浸泡,水与苦荞麦的重量比为4:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,电磁裂解中采用微波电磁裂解能量,输出频率为2450MHz,输出功率为80KW。
4.由权利要求1-3中任一项所述方法制备得到的苦荞麦芽小分子液,所述苦荞麦芽小分子液的芦丁含量为0.06%,小肽含量为0.016g/100mL。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述方法制备得到的苦荞麦芽小分子粉,所述苦荞麦芽小分子粉的芦丁含量为0.19%,小肽含量为0.86g/100g。
6.权利要求4所述的苦荞麦芽小分子液在制备预防和治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管病的产品中的应用。
7.权利要求5所述的苦荞麦芽小分子粉在制备预防和治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管病的产品中的应用。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述产品为医疗食品。
