大豆蛋白是以大豆油脂生产的副产品低变性脱脂大豆粕为原料,应用现代食品工程技术,通过分离低变性脱脂大豆粕中主要蛋白质而制成的高科技大豆蛋白产品。大豆蛋白含有人体所必需的八种氨基酸,不含胆固醇,对心脑血管疾病有一定的食疗功效,是老少皆宜的保健食品之一。

本发明的目的在于提供一种蛋白质含量高的能护肝、改善血管、抗衰老、降血脂的钙蛋白质粉。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种能护肝、改善血管、抗衰老、降血脂的钙蛋白质粉,其特征在于,以大豆蛋白粉、松花粉、碳酸钙、维生素D3、白砂糖、食用葡萄糖、山梨糖醇、植脂末为主要原料,经混合、粉碎、干燥、包装一系列工艺加工制成。
所述的能护肝、改善血管、抗衰老、降血脂的钙蛋白质粉,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)挑选颗粒饱满的大豆,清洗、去皮;将清洗去皮后的大豆加入到6-8倍重量份的70-80%的乙醇水溶液中,65-75℃恒温浸提3-5h,过滤,40-50℃烘干滤渣,得到脱脂豆粕;
(2)将脱脂豆粕置于粉碎机中粉碎,过60-80目筛,得到豆粉;将豆粉加入到6-8倍重量份的氢氧化钠水溶液中,65-75℃恒温浸提2-3次,每次浸提2-3h,合并滤液;将滤液的pH值调节至4.2-4.6,静置,离心分离,得到蛋白凝胶;将蛋白凝胶加入到5-6倍重量份的去离子水中,调节体系pH至中性,蒸汽灭菌,闪蒸脱水,喷雾干燥,得到大豆蛋白粉;
(3)将大豆蛋白粉、松花粉、碳酸钙、白砂糖和食用葡萄糖以1:0.3-0.35:0.15-0.18:0.04-0.05:0.03-0.04的质量比混合,置于粉碎机中粉碎,得到40-60目的粉末,加入山梨糖醇、植脂末和维生素D3,混合均匀,继续粉碎,过120-150目筛;40-50℃真空干燥20-24h,包装即可。

具体实施方式
本实施例的能护肝、改善血管、抗衰老、降血脂的钙蛋白质粉,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)挑选颗粒饱满的大豆,清洗、去皮;将清洗去皮后的大豆加入到6-8倍重量份的80%的乙醇水溶液中,75℃恒温浸提5h,过滤,50℃烘干滤渣,得到脱脂豆粕;
(2)将脱脂豆粕置于粉碎机中粉碎,过80目筛,得到豆粉;将豆粉加入到6倍重量份的氢氧化钠水溶液中,75℃恒温浸提3次,每次浸提3h,合并滤液;将滤液的pH值调节至4.2-4.6,静置,离心分离,得到蛋白凝胶;将蛋白凝胶加入到6倍重量份的去离子水中,调节体系pH至中性,蒸汽灭菌,闪蒸脱水,喷雾干燥,得到大豆蛋白粉;
(3)将大豆蛋白粉、松花粉、碳酸钙、白砂糖和食用葡萄糖以1:0.35:0.15:0.05:0.04的质量比混合,置于粉碎机中粉碎,得到60目的粉末,加入山梨糖醇、植脂末和维生素D3,混合均匀,继续粉碎,过150目筛;50℃真空干燥24h,包装即可。
