本发明公开了一种棉用活性染料羊毛低温浅色染色工艺,包含以下步骤,步骤一:高温前处理。在室温下加入渗透促进剂,去油剂,纯碱,运行10min,再升温到70℃并保温20min,溢流水洗15min,排水。其中所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW,且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述去油剂为TISSOCYL RC9‑C,且其用量为1mL/L;所述纯碱用量为0.3‑0.5g/L。本发明通过使用棉用活性染料在60℃左右对羊毛进行染色,减少羊毛在98℃高温染色条件下的强力损伤和黄变程度,减少羊毛纤维本身的色泽对染色后纤维颜色的影响,确保染色后颜色鲜艳亮丽,染色后各项染色牢度良好,同时能够提高颜色的可重现性,提高生产效率。

本发明涉及羊毛纤维的染色技术领域,具体为一种棉用活性染料羊毛低温浅色染色工艺。
背景技术
羊毛从结构上来看是天然蛋白质纤维,分子中含有氨基,羧基,羟基等极性基团,可用酸性,金属络合,活性染料染色。羊毛纤维是天然纤维中抵抗日光,气候能力最强的一种纤维,但是紫外线、高温湿热等外界因素会对羊毛纤维的色泽造成影响,紫外线会破坏羊毛中的二硫键,使胱氨酸被氧化,颜色发黄;羊毛在60℃干热处理,对羊毛无大的影响,随着温度升高,羊毛逐渐变黄,在高温下羊毛容易变黄,此时羊毛原料与纤维素纤维,化学纤维相比其色泽比较黄暗。由于羊毛鳞片层的存在,羊毛一般是在高温98℃下染色,染浅色时染料用量少,加上羊毛在高温下发生黄变的特性,导致羊毛本身色泽对染色后颜色造成很大的影响,生产上需要多次返修复工,重现性差,生产效率低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种棉用活性染料羊毛低温浅色染色工艺,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种棉用活性染料羊毛低温浅色染色工艺,包含以下步骤,步骤一:高温前处理。在室温下加入渗透促进剂,去油剂,纯碱,运行10min,再升温到70℃并保温20min,溢流水洗15min,排水。其中所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOWFFW,且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述去油剂为TISSOCYL RC9-C,且其用量为1mL/L;所述纯碱用量为0.3-0.5g/L;
步骤二:氧化漂白。在室温下加入渗透促进剂,氧漂活化剂,氨水,运行10min,再加入双氧水,运行10min,升温到70℃并保温60min,溢流水洗15min,排水。所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW,且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述氧漂活化剂为REDUZIN WO,且其用量为3mL/L;所述氨水用量为0.7mL/L;所述双氧水用量为10-30mL/L;
步骤三:去除残余活性氧。在室温下加入醋酸,生物酶,运行10min,升温到60℃并保温15min,溢流水洗10min,排水。其中所述醋酸用量为0.3mL/L;所述生物酶为INVAZYMECAT LIQ,且其用量为1mL/L;
步骤四:纱线染色。在室温下加入渗透促进剂,运行10分钟,再加入匀染剂,荧光增白剂,运行10分钟,再30min定量加入染料,再以0.5-1℃/min的速率升到50-60℃,再以20%/20%/30%比例分三次加入无水硫酸钠,每次加完运行10min,再保温30-60min,排水。其中所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW,且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述匀染剂为ALBAGEL B-LV,且其用量为2%;所述荧光增白剂为UVITEX NFW LIQ,且其用量为0-0.5%;所述染料为EVERZOL/REMAZOL/LEVAFIX等棉用活性染料;所述无水硫酸钠用量为40g/L;
步骤五:酸洗。在室温下加入醋酸,升温到40℃并保温10min,排水。
所述醋酸用量为1ml/L;
步骤六:柔软后处理。加入醋酸,柔软剂,升温到40℃并保温20min,排水。所述醋酸用量为0.5ml/L;所述柔软剂为SAPAMINE FPG,且其用量为2%。
