Abstract

本发明提供一种涤棉或涤再生纤维一步染色方法,其步骤为:1)加入元明粉,保持10min,然后加入纯碱保持15min,再加入活性染料,活性染料为纱重的0.001%‑10%,保持20min,最后升温至80℃,保持30min;2)加入醋酸,调节PH值至3.5‑4.0,再加入分散染料,分散染料为纱重的0.001%‑5%,按1.5℃/min的的速率升温至130℃,保持30min后排放;3)水洗10min后排放,再入水加入艾可洁皂洗助剂DRA‑N 4g/L,升温至98℃保持15min后排放,再加入鲁瑞皂洗剂WOLR 1g/L,升温至98℃保持15min,排放;4)加入棉用固色剂,重量为纱重的1‑5%,升温至55℃保持21min后排放。本发明变传统的两浴法改为现在的一步法,缩短了工艺流程,节省了染色时间,增加了产能。

Description

一种涤棉或涤再生纤维一步染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品染整技术领域,具体涉及一种涤棉或涤再生纤维一步染色方法。
背景技术
目前,传统的筒纱或经轴涤棉类纱线染色方法为两浴法,即先用分散染料染涤,后用活性染料染棉,染色过程存在工艺时间长、耗费能源、水电汽多、废水排放不够环保、生产成本过高等诸多弊端。
分散染料和活性染料的染色条件不同,分散染料需在酸性、高温条件下通过染料分子扩散到涤纶纤维内部实现上染,活性染料需在常温(低于100℃)、碱性条件下实现染料上染、固色的过程,两者相互矛盾的染色条件无法实现在同一染浴中同时上染,因此研究一种新的涤棉染色方法十分必要。
专利号CN102978980 B公开了《涤棉一浴染色法》,其提供了一种涤棉一浴的染色方法,该工艺适合染布,但不适合用于高端色织面料中的纱线染色。
专利号CN109505147 A公开了《一种新型的涤棉一浴一步染色法》,其提供了一种涤棉一浴的一步染色法,但其提供的先升温后降温的染色方法不利于低聚物的排放,不符合环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,通过引用一种新型的染料,配合特殊的染色工艺,实现涤棉及涤再生纤维一步染色,解决目前两浴法染色存在的问题。其具体方案为:
一种涤棉或涤再生纤维一步染色方法,针对筒纱或经轴,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
1)水温40-45℃,加入元明粉,用量为10g/L-80g/L,保持10min,然后加入纯碱1-3g/L,保持15min,再加入活性染料,活性染料为纱重的0.001%-10%,保持20min,最后按1.5℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保持30min;
2)加入醋酸,调节PH值至3.5-4.0,再加入分散染料,分散染料为纱重的0.001%-5%,按1.5℃/min的的速率升温至130℃,保持30min后排放;
3)水洗10min排放,再入水加入艾可洁皂洗助剂DRA-N 4g/L,升温至98℃保持15min排放,再加入鲁瑞皂洗剂WOLR 1g/L,升温至98℃保持15min,排放;
4)加入棉用固色剂,重量为纱重的1-5%,升温至55℃保持21min后排放;
其中步骤1)所述的活性染料为约克夏公司的DAR-GN、DRA-TB、DRA-FR、DRA-GE、DRA-RN、PL-R、DRA-FG中的一支或几支,步骤2)所述的分散染料为约克夏公司的藏青S-2GRL200%、深红SWF-N、黄棕S-2R 150%、宝蓝SWFB、艳蓝R、艳蓝S-R、黄SWF、金黄SWF-N中的一支或几支,步骤3)所述的专用助剂为山东艾文生物科技有限公司的艾可洁DRA-N。
本发明的技术优点在于:
1)经过优选染料和工艺参数,使得活性染料和分散染料可以在同一缸内完成染色过程,变传统的两浴法改为现在的一步法,缩短了工艺流程,节省了染色时间,在不增加染机的前提下增加了产能。
2)从传统的两浴法改为现在的一步法,节约了水电汽消耗,节省了人工,降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:纱线40kg,染PANTONE17-4405TCX颜色样,具体步骤为:
步骤1),浴比1:8,初始水温40℃,加入元明粉30g/L,保持10min,加入纯碱1g/L,保持15min加入活性染料DAR-GN0.063%、DRA-TB0.022%和DRA-FR0.03%,保持20min,按1.5℃每分的速率升温至80℃,保持30min;
步骤2,加入醋酸,调节PH值至4.0,然后加入分散染料藏青S-2GRL 0.036%、深红SWF-N0.011%和黄棕S-2R 0.03%,按1.5℃每分的速率升温至130℃,保持30min排放;
步骤3)水洗10min排放,再入水加入艾可洁皂洗助剂DRA-N4g/L,升温至98℃保持15min排放,再加入鲁瑞皂洗剂WOLR 1g/L,升温至98℃保持15min,排放。
步骤4)加入鲁瑞固色剂FALV3%,升温至55℃保持21min后排放。
实施例2:纱线100kg,PANTONE19-4220TCX颜色样,染轴,具体步骤为:
步骤1),浴比1:8.2,初始水温45℃,加入元明粉50g/L,保持10min,加入纯碱3g/L,保持15min加入活性染料DAR-GN0.38%、DRA-TB0.045%和DRA-FR0.14%,保持20min按1.5℃每分的速率升温至80℃,保持30min;
步骤2,加入醋酸,调节PH值至4.0,然后加入分散染料藏青S-2GRL 0.374%、深红SWF-N0.013%和黄棕S-2R 0.216%,按1.5℃每分的速率升温至130℃,保持30min排放;
步骤3)水洗10min排放,入水加入艾可洁皂洗助剂DRA-N4g/L,升温至98℃保持15min排放,然后再加鲁瑞皂洗剂WOLR 1g/L,升温至98℃保持15min,排放。
步骤4)加入鲁瑞固色剂FALV 2%升温至55℃保持21min排放。
对采用此种染色方法生产的面料做各项检测,在AATCC检测标准下,各项牢度均合格,检测结果如下:
耐洗色牢度------变色4/5级,沾色3/4级
耐酸汗渍色牢度-------变色4/5级,沾色4级
耐热压色牢度-------变色4/5级
耐摩擦色牢度-------湿摩4级
本发明与原有的两浴法相比:
时间节约在涤棉染色过程的纯染色阶段,原两浴染色工艺耗时480min,现一浴一步染色工艺耗时245min,时间节约比例51.04%。
成本节约以正常生产色号031030CL-18B14808为例,用两种工艺生产同一个颜色,一浴染色工艺能耗节约为590.43元/吨,染助剂节约为5872.59元/吨,综合生产成本节约合计6409元/吨纱,成本节约比例40.27%,经济效益显著。

Claims (1)

1.一种涤棉或涤再生纤维一步染色方法,针对筒纱或经轴,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
1)水温40-45℃,加入元明粉,用量为10g/L-80g/L,保持10min,然后加入纯碱1-3g/L,保持15min,再加入活性染料,活性染料为纱重的0.001%-10%,保持20min,最后按1.5℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保持30min;
2)加入醋酸,调节PH值至3.5-4.0,再加入分散染料,分散染料为纱重的0.001%-5%,按1.5℃/min的的速率升温至130℃,保持30min后排放;
3)水洗10min排放,再入水加入艾可洁皂洗助剂DRA-N 4g/L,升温至98℃保持15min排放,再加入鲁瑞皂洗剂WOLR 1g/L,升温至98℃保持15min,排放;
4)加入棉用固色剂,重量为纱重的1-5%,升温至55℃保持21min后排放;
