Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂及其印染工艺,将待加工的布料进行煮练和漂白;将亲水性柔软剂和涤纶荧光增白剂加入50‑80℃的水中,对涤腈棉混纺织物进行预处理;再将植物染料和植物均染剂加入,运行5‑10min;再将分散染料和分散均染剂加入,运行5‑10min;再将酸性染料和酸性均染剂加入,运行5‑10min;将冰醋酸加入,调节pH至5‑6,加入50‑80份的水,制得印染剂;以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温5‑10min后,然后继续以1℃/min的速率升温至100℃,保温5‑10min后,再以1℃/min的速率继续升温至120℃,保温30min后,最后以1℃/min的速率降温至60℃,保温20min,染色完成。本发明采用该印染剂对涤腈棉混纺织物染色时,可通过一浴一步法即可完成三种纤维的染色,操作简单,而且染色均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织物的印染领域,具体为一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂及其印染工艺。
背景技术
印染工艺在纺织工业中占据着举足轻重的地位,直接关系到织物的综合质量,印染质量的好坏直接影响到织物的外观,因此对织物的染色过程要严格的控制。影响染色效果的因素有很多,主要有染液的温度、浓度、时间等。一般来说,温度越高,染料的动能增加,同时因纤维膨胀,其内部空隙增大,便于吸附扩散,从而使上染速度更快,但是也并不是温度就是越高越好。
混纺织物的染色方法有一浴一步法、一浴二步法、二浴二步法之分,其中的一浴一步法具有工艺简单、操作方便、耗能少、生产效率高等优点。 但采用一浴一步法染混纺织物,用于两种纤维染色的染料、助剂、工艺条件等不应相互抵触,相互之间应没有明显的不利影响,染品的染色牢度、鲜艳度、色光等必须符合质量要求。由于适合这种方法的染料类别有限,其应用还不普遍。
染色是指染料从染液中上染到纤维上,并在纤维上形成均匀、坚牢、鲜艳色泽的过程。各种纤维的化学组成各异,适用的染料也不相同。棉织物主要用活性染料染色。涤纶织物染色主要用分散杂料,常用的染色方法有高温法、载体法以及热溶法。腈纶织物主要用阳离子染料或分散染料染色。因此可以看出,涤纶、棉纤维和腈纶的染色性能相差很大,故一般采用三种染料分别上染三种纤维。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂及其印染工艺,采用该印染剂对涤腈棉混纺织物染色时,可通过一浴一步法即 可完成三种纤维的染色,操作简单,而且染色均匀。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂,所述印染剂包括以下重量份的组份:涤纶荧光增白剂10-15份、植物染料2-5份、植物均染剂0.2-0.6份、分散染料1-5份、酸性染料1-1.5份、分散均染剂0.2-0.6份、酸性均染剂0.2-0.6份、亲水性柔软剂0.2-1份和冰醋酸0.2-0.5份,其余组份为水。
优选的,所述植物染料分别通过靛蓝、红花、槐花、紫苏、薯莨、五倍子制成,所述水溶液分别包括以下重量份的组份:靛蓝5-8份、红花5-8份、槐花5-8份、紫苏5-10份、薯莨3-6份、五倍子3-6份。
一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物印染剂的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1.将待加工的布料进行煮练和漂白,煮练的温度设置为70-100℃,时间为1-3小时;
步骤2.将亲水性柔软剂和涤纶荧光增白剂加入50-80℃的水中,对涤腈棉混纺织物进行预处理;
步骤3.再将植物染料和植物均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤4.再将分散染料和分散均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤5.再将酸性染料和酸性均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤6.将冰醋酸加入,调节pH至5-6,加入50-80份的水,制得印染剂;
步骤7. 以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温5-10min后,然后继续以1℃/min的速率升温至 100 ℃,保温5-10min后,再以1℃/min的速率继续升温至120℃,保温30min后,最后以1℃/min的速率降温至60℃,保温20min,染色完成。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂及其印染工艺,具有如下有益效果:采用本发明的用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂及其印染工艺,通过一浴一步法即可完成三种纤维的染色,操作简单,而且染品的染色牢 度、鲜艳度、色光符合质量要求。

下面对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1:
印染剂包括以下重量份的组份:涤纶荧光增白剂10份、植物染料2份、植物均染剂0.2份、分散染料1份、酸性染料1份、分散均染剂0.2份、酸性均染剂0.2份、亲水性柔软剂0.2份和冰醋酸0.2份,其余组份为水。其中植物染料分别通过靛蓝、红花、槐花、紫苏、薯莨、五倍子制成,所述水溶液分别包括以下重量份的组份:靛蓝5份、红花5份、槐花5份、紫苏5份、薯莨3份、五倍子3份。

实施例2:
所述印染剂包括以下重量份的组份:涤纶荧光增白剂12份、植物染料3份、植物均染剂0.5份、分散染料2份、酸性染料1.2份、分散均染剂0.4份、酸性均染剂0.4份、亲水性柔软剂0.5份和冰醋酸0.4份,其余组份为水。其中植物染料分别通过靛蓝、红花、槐花、紫苏、薯莨、五倍子制成,所述水溶液分别包括以下重量份的组份:靛蓝6份、红花6份、槐花7份、紫苏8份、薯莨5份、五倍子5份。
一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物印染剂的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1.将待加工的布料进行煮练和漂白,煮练的温度设置为85℃,时间为2小时;
步骤2.将亲水性柔软剂和涤纶荧光增白剂加入65℃的水中,对涤腈棉混纺织物进行预处理;
步骤3.再将植物染料和植物均染剂加入,运行8min;
步骤4.再将分散染料和分散均染剂加入,运行8min;
步骤5.再将酸性染料和酸性均染剂加入,运行8min;
步骤6.将冰醋酸加入,调节pH至5.5,加入65份的水,制得印染剂;
步骤7. 以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温7min后,然后继续以1℃/min的速率升温至100 ℃,保温7min后,再以1℃/min的速率继续升温至120℃,保温30min后,最后以1℃/min的速率降温至60℃,保温20min,染色完成。
实施例3:
所述印染剂包括以下重量份的组份:涤纶荧光增白剂15份、植物染料5份、植物均染剂0.6份、分散染料5份、酸性染料1.5份、分散均染剂0.6份、酸性均染剂0.6份、亲水性柔软剂1份和冰醋酸0.5份,其余组份为水。其中植物染料分别通过靛蓝、红花、槐花、紫苏、薯莨、五倍子制成,所述水溶液分别包括以下重量份的组份:靛蓝8份、红花8份、槐花8份、紫苏10份、薯莨6份、五倍子6份。
一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物印染剂的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1.将待加工的布料进行煮练和漂白,煮练的温度设置为100℃,时间为3小时;
步骤2.将亲水性柔软剂和涤纶荧光增白剂加入80℃的水中,对涤腈棉混纺织物进行预处理;
步骤3.再将植物染料和植物均染剂加入,运行10min;
步骤4.再将分散染料和分散均染剂加入,运行10min;
步骤5.再将酸性染料和酸性均染剂加入,运行10min;
步骤6.将冰醋酸加入,调节pH至6,加入80份的水,制得印染剂;
步骤7. 以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温10min后,然后继续以1℃/min的速率升温至 100 ℃,保温10min后,再以1℃/min的速率继续升温至120℃,保温30min后,最后以1℃/min的速率降温至60℃,保温20min,染色完成。

1.一种用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂,其特征在于:所述印染剂包括以下重量份的组份:涤纶荧光增白剂10-15份、植物染料2-5份、植物均染剂0.2-0.6份、分散染料1-5份、酸性染料1-1.5份、分散均染剂0.2-0.6份、酸性均染剂0.2-0.6份、亲水性柔软剂0.2-1份和冰醋酸0.2-0.5份,其余组份为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于涤腈棉混纺织物的印染剂,其特征在于:所述植物染料分别通过靛蓝、红花、槐花、紫苏、薯莨、五倍子制成,所述水溶液分别包括以下重量份的组份:靛蓝5-8份、红花5-8份、槐花5-8份、紫苏5-10份、薯莨3-6份、五倍子3-6份。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的用于涤腈棉混纺织物印染剂的印染工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤1.将待加工的布料进行煮练和漂白,煮练的温度设置为70-100℃,时间为1-3小时;
步骤2.将亲水性柔软剂和涤纶荧光增白剂加入50-80℃的水中,对涤腈棉混纺织物进行预处理;
步骤3.再将植物染料和植物均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤4.再将分散染料和分散均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤5.再将酸性染料和酸性均染剂加入,运行5-10min;
步骤6.将冰醋酸加入,调节pH至5-6,加入50-80份的水,制得印染剂;
步骤7. 以1℃/min的速率升温至80℃,保温5-10min后,然后继续以1℃/min的速率升温至 100 ℃,保温5-10min后,再以1℃/min的速率继续升温至120℃,保温30min后,最后以1℃/min的速率降温至60℃,保温20min,染色完成。
