Abstract

本发明属于织物染色技术领域,具体涉及一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:S1配置染液;S2按照浴比为1:5~6浸入涤棉;S3以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~100℃,保温10~20min,再以0.5~2℃/min的升温速率升温至110~120℃,保温5~15min;再以0.5~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至130~135℃,保温40~50min;S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理。本发明不仅在一浴中实现了两种纤维染色,去除了还原清洗以及后处理步骤,大大提高了生产效率,也大大节约的水资源以及其他能源的消耗。而且得到的布料具有更高的日晒牢度、水洗牢度,并且染色更加均匀。

一种涤棉一浴染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于织物染色技术领域,具体涉及一种涤棉一浴染色工艺。
技术背景
涤棉混纺织物的染色,长期以来采用的是二浴法的染色工艺(包括染色前处理、分散染料染涤纶、还原清洗、水洗、活性染料套染棉和水洗步骤),即先在高温(130℃)用分散染料染涤纶纤维,还原清洗后,再在常温(60℃以下)用活性染料染棉纤维。该传统工艺包括染色前处理、分散染料染涤纶、还原清洗、水洗、活性染料套染棉和水洗步骤,因为工序繁杂,加工耗时长(12h),造成生产效率较低。
现有技术中采用的涤棉一浴的染色工艺,得到的布料的日晒牢度、水洗牢度以及颜色的均匀度都有待进一步提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的涤棉一浴染色布料的日晒牢度、水洗牢度以及颜色均匀度不高的技术问题,提供了一种涤棉一浴染色工艺。
本发明通过的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.配置染液,调节染液pH为6.5~7.5;
S2.按照浴比为1:(5~6)浸入涤棉;
S3.以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~100℃,保温10~20min,再以0.5~2℃/min的升温速率升温至110~120℃,保温5~15min;再以0.5~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至130~135℃,保温40~50min;
S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理;
其中,染液包括:活性染料0.6~1.2%owf,分散染料2~4%owf,无水硫酸钠35~45g/L,pH混冲剂4.2~5.2g/L,染色助剂0.5~1g/L。
上述染色工艺中采用分步升温的方法,更有利于染色的牢固性。
优选地,所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为(1~2):1混合而成。

优选地,所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为1.5:1混合而成。
上述颜色助剂采用N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M形成酯键结构,可以让助剂在染液中释放的更加均匀,更有利于于染料分子与织物分子形成稳定的染色结合。有利于提高布料的日晒牢度、水洗牢度。由于助剂能够在染液中更加均匀稳定地的存在,因此布料的染色也就更加均匀。
优选地,所述步骤S1中调节染液的pH为6.8~7.2。
优选地,所述步骤S2中按照浴比为1:5浸入涤棉。
优选地,所述步骤S3中,以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃,保温15min,再以0.5~2℃/min的升温速率升温至115℃,保温10min;再以0.5~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至135℃,保温45min。
优选地,所述步骤S4中,水洗、皂洗包括:以15~30℃的温度水洗10~25min,再以95~100℃的温度皂洗10~15min,再以60~90℃的温度水洗10~15min。
优选地,皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:1~3g/L的纯碱。
优选地,所述分散染料选自:S-4RL黄棕、分散黄棕XF、分散深红SF中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述活性染料选自:活性黑G、活性红C-XDR或活性桔C-3R中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明公开的一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,采用多步升温工艺,同时采用新型复配的染色助剂。不仅在一浴中实现了两种纤维染色,去除了还原清洗以及后处理步骤,大大提高了生产效率,也大大节约的水资源以及其他能源的消耗。而且得到的布料具有更高的日晒牢度、水洗牢度,并且染色更加均匀。

除特殊说明,本实施例中所用的设备均为常规实验设备,所用的材料、试剂无特殊说明均为市售得到,无特殊说明的实验方法也为常规实验方法。
实施例1
一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.配置染液,调节染液pH为6.5;
S2.按照浴比为1:5浸入涤棉;
S3.以3℃/min的升温速率升温至100℃,保温10min,再以2℃/min的升温速率升温至120℃,保温5min;再以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至130℃,保温40min;
S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理;
其中,染液包括:活性染料1.2%owf,分散染料2%owf,无水硫酸钠45g/L,pH混冲剂4.2g/L,染色助剂1g/L。所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为1:1混合而成。
所述步骤S4中,水洗、皂洗包括:以15℃的温度水洗25min,再以95℃的温度皂洗15min,再以60℃的温度水洗15min。皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:3g/L的纯碱。
所述分散染料为S-4RL黄棕,所述活性染料为活性黑G。
实施例2
一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.配置染液,调节染液pH为7.5;
S2.按照浴比为1:6浸入涤棉;
S3.以2℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温20min,再以0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至110℃,保温15min;再以0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至135℃,保温50min;
S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理;
其中,染液包括:活性染料0.6%owf,分散染料4%owf,无水硫酸钠35g/L,pH混冲剂5.2g/L,染色助剂0.5g/L。所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为2:1混合而成。
所述步骤S4中,水洗、皂洗包括:以30℃的温度水洗10min,再以100℃的温度皂洗10min,再以90℃的温度水洗10min。皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:1g/L的纯碱。
所述分散染料为S-4RL黄棕,所述活性染料为活性黑G。
实施例3

对比例2
一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.配置染液,调节染液pH为7;
S2.按照浴比为1:5浸入涤棉;
S3.以3℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃,保温15min;再以1℃/min的升温速率升温至132℃,保温45min;
S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理;
其中,染液包括:活性染料1.1%owf,分散染料3%owf,无水硫酸钠40g/L,pH混冲剂5g/L,染色助剂0.8g/L。所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为1.5:1混合而成。
所述步骤S4中,水洗、皂洗包括:以30℃的温度水洗10min,再以100℃的温度皂洗10min,再以90℃的温度水洗10min。皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:1g/L的纯碱。

与实施例3相比,本对比例中步骤S3中加热采用两段加热的方式,而实施例3采用的是三段加热的方式。
实验例1
采用各实施例和对比例的方法对布料进行染色,对获得的布料参照GB/T3921-2008、GB/T3920-2008,、GB/T8427-2008以及GB/T18886-2002,测定各实施例和对比例布料的水洗牢度、摩擦牢度、日晒牢度和耐唾液牢度,结果如下表所示。

从上表中可以看出实施例各组得到的布料的水性牢度,摩擦牢度,日晒牢度以及耐唾液牢度均对对比例性能好。对比例1中辅助剂采用单一的N,N-二甲基乙醇胺,影响了染色后布料的性能。对比例2加温工艺比实施例少了一段,各项指标也明显弱于实施例。
实验例2
对各实施例和对比例获得的布料颜色的均一性进行打分,让20名生产人员在不知情的情况下对各组的布料颜色的均一性打分,以10分为满分,然后获得每组的平均分,结果如下表所示。

从上表可以看出实施例各组布料颜色的均一性好于对比例组。对比例1中采用单独N,N-二甲基乙醇胺作为助剂,助剂溶液中有消耗而且无法分撒均匀因此其分值较实施例组以及对比例2差了很多。说明N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M相互左右可以提高颜色的均一性。
实验例3
比较采用实施例3的方法和对比例方法染相同数量的布料所消耗的水量、电量。结果如下表所示:

从上表可以看出,实施例方法比对比例以及现有技术中涤棉分别染色工艺相比,在用电和用水方面更加节省。

1.一种涤棉一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.配置染液,调节染液pH为6.5~7.5;
S2.按照浴比为1:(5~6)浸入涤棉;
S3.以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~100℃,保温10~20min,再以0.5~2℃/min的升温速率升温至110~120℃,保温5~15min;再以0.5~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至130~135℃,保温40~50min;
S4.进行水洗、皂洗,烘干处理;
其中,染液包括:活性染料0.6~1.2%owf,分散染料2~4%owf,无水硫酸钠35~45g/L,pH混冲剂4.2~5.2g/L,染色助剂0.5~1g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述涤棉一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染色助剂为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和Fusarielin M按照摩尔比为(1~2):1混合而成。
