背景技术
目前,随着社会的发展,越来也多人开始注重电动汽车,电动汽车的使用量也越来越多,因此电动车的充电桩也越来越多,但是现有的充电桩还是需要人们手动将充电头插入汽车内,实现汽车充电,需要一定的时间进行充电的操作,这会影响人们对车辆的体验感,增加人们的操作繁琐性。
发明内容
针对上述技术的不足,本发明提出了一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,能够克服上述缺陷。
本发明的一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,包括机体,所述机体前侧固设有充电桩,所述充电桩中设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽中滑动连接有滑动板,所述充电桩下侧固设有液压泵,所述机体左侧设有后轮腔,所述机体右侧设有前轮腔,所述机体后侧设有两个侧轮腔,所述前轮腔和所述后轮腔之间设有相通的推动腔,所述侧轮腔之间设有相通的推动腔,所述机体下侧固设有大压缩缸,所述大压缩缸中设有压缩腔,所述充电桩中设有充电的充电装置;
所述充电装置包括固定安装在所述滑动板中的充电体,所述充电体与所述滑动槽侧壁之间连接有充电弹簧,所述滑动板与所述滑动槽侧壁之间连接有滑动弹簧,所述充电体右侧固设有液压缸,所述液压缸中滑动连接有液压活塞,所述液压活塞上固设有两个液压杆,所述液压杆固设有固定板,所述充电体中设有充电腔,所述充电腔中滑动连接有活动板,所述活动板与所述固定板之间连接有活动弹簧,所述活动板上固设有充电插口,所述充电插口固设有通电导线,所述液压缸与所述液压泵之间连接有液压管;
所述机体前侧设有固定车辆一侧的前后轮的定位装置,所述机体后侧设有固定车辆另一侧车轮的调节装置。

有益效果为:一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,其中定位装置能够固定车辆位置,使车辆能够与充电插口对准,调节装置能够在车辆进入后自动移动车辆,调整车辆位置,使车辆移动到充电插口处,充电装置能够自动将充电插口插入车辆的充电口中,实现充电,此设备能够自动完成车辆充电,只需将车辆行驶到设备之上,能够自动移动车辆,自动插入充电,能够使人们的生活更加便捷快速。

开始工作时,当车辆停在机体10上时,车轮分别在前轮板29、后轮板35和侧轮板47上,车身推动滑动板20,压缩滑动弹簧21和充电弹簧63,充电体62贴着车身,启动液压泵11,控制液压缸12,推动液压活塞13和固定板15,使活动板16和充电插口17插入车辆充电口中,活动弹簧19使充电插口17缓慢插入,当车辆在后轮板35和前轮板29上时,下压前轮板29和后轮板35,第一弹簧33和第二弹簧39被压缩,前轮减速带31和后轮减速带37挡住车轮,后轮板35下压时,压缩活塞43压缩小压缩缸42中的液体,通液压管推动推动活塞45上升,当推动活塞45上升时,带动推动挡板46上升,挡住车轮,固定车辆,当车轮在侧轮板47上时,下压侧轮板47,推动侧轮压杆48在侧轮块49中下滑,车轮首先下压右侧的侧轮板47,带动转动活塞53右侧下降,转动活塞53在支撑杆55上转动,右侧的密封板54下滑,支撑杆55下降,压缩支撑弹簧56,当车轮停止左侧的侧轮板47上时,下压左侧的侧轮板47,下压转动活塞53,左侧的密封板54下滑,转动活塞53压缩压缩腔69中的液体,通过液压管推动调节液压缸24中的调节活塞25,使调节连杆26带动调节板28前移,调节弹簧27压缩,带动前轮板29、调节活塞25和侧轮板47前移,使车辆前移,紧靠滑动板20和充电体62。

1.一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,包括机体,其特征在于:所述机体前侧固设有充电桩,所述充电桩中设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽中滑动连接有滑动板,所述充电桩下侧固设有液压泵,所述机体左侧设有后轮腔,所述机体右侧设有前轮腔,所述机体后侧设有两个侧轮腔,所述前轮腔和所述后轮腔之间设有相通的推动腔,所述侧轮腔之间设有相通的推动腔,所述机体下侧固设有大压缩缸,所述大压缩缸中设有压缩腔,所述充电桩中设有充电的充电装置;
所述充电装置包括固定安装在所述滑动板中的充电体,所述充电体与所述滑动槽侧壁之间连接有充电弹簧,所述滑动板与所述滑动槽侧壁之间连接有滑动弹簧,所述充电体右侧固设有液压缸,所述液压缸中滑动连接有液压活塞,所述液压活塞上固设有两个液压杆,所述液压杆固设有固定板,所述充电体中设有充电腔,所述充电腔中滑动连接有活动板,所述活动板与所述固定板之间连接有活动弹簧,所述活动板上固设有充电插口,所述充电插口固设有通电导线,所述液压缸与所述液压泵之间连接有液压管;
所述机体前侧设有固定车辆一侧的前后轮的定位装置,所述机体后侧设有固定车辆另一侧车轮的调节装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,其特征在于:所述机体中固设有调节液压缸,所述调节液压缸中滑动连接有调节活塞,所述调节活塞上固设有调节连杆,两个所述推动腔中分别滑动连接有与所述调节连杆固定连接的调节板,所述调节板分别与所述推动腔侧壁之间连接有调节弹簧,前侧的所述调节板上固设有前轮板和后轮板,后侧的所述调节板上固设有两个侧轮板。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,其特征在于:所述定位装置包括固定安装在所述前轮腔下侧壁的前部底板,所述前部底板上固设有前轮块,所述前轮块中滑动连接有前轮压杆,所述前轮压杆与所述前轮块之间连接有第一弹簧,所述前轮压杆上固设有前轮板,所述前部底板上固设有在所述前轮板中滑动的前轮减速带,所述后轮腔下侧壁固设有后部底板,所述后部底板上侧面固设有后轮块,所述后轮块中滑动连接有后轮压杆,所述后轮压杆与所述后轮块之间连接有第二弹簧,所述后轮压杆上固设有后轮板,所述后部底板上侧面固设有与所述后轮板滑动连接的后轮减速带,所述后部底板中固设有小压缩缸和推动液压缸,所述小压缩缸中滑动连接有压缩活塞,所述压缩活塞固设有与所述后轮压杆固定连接的压缩杆,所述推动液压缸中滑动连接有推动活塞,所述推动活塞固设有在所述后轮板中滑动的推动挡板,所述小压缩缸与所述推动液压缸之间连接有液压管。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种自动插入的汽车充电设备,其特征在于:所述调节装置包括固定安装在所述两个侧轮腔下侧壁的侧轮底板,两个所述侧轮底板分别上固设有侧轮块,所述侧轮块中滑动连接有侧轮压杆,所述侧轮压杆与所述侧轮块之间连接有侧轮弹簧,所述侧轮压杆上固设有侧轮板,所述侧轮底板上固设有在所述侧轮板中滑动连接的侧轮减速带,左侧的所述侧轮板和所述后轮板中分别设有挡板滑槽,所述推动挡板在所述挡板滑槽中滑动,所述压缩腔下侧壁滑动连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆上连接有支撑弹簧,所述支撑杆上固设有第一销轴,所述第一销轴转动连接有转动活塞,所述转动活塞中左右两侧分别转动连接有第二销轴和第三销轴,所述第二销轴上固设有两个在所述压缩腔下侧壁中滑动的密封板,所述密封板和所述转动活塞形成密闭空间,所述大压缩缸与所述调节液压缸之间连接有液压管,所述第三销轴上固设有与所述侧轮压杆固定连接的侧轮连杆。
