混合动力车辆用驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆用驱动装置。
背景技术
作为现有的混合动力车辆用动力传递装置,已知记载于专利文献1的装置。专利文献1中记载的混合动力车辆用动力传递装置具备作为驱动源的电动机、以及将该电动机的旋转减速并输出的齿轮减速器。在转子轴形成有在该转子轴的长边方向(轴向)上延伸的中空部。
在中空部配置有吸收由电动机产生的振动的阻尼轴。
阻尼轴的一端部与输入齿轮轴一体化。阻尼轴的另一端部与转子轴花键接合。阻尼轴是包括能发生弹性变形的金属材料的圆柱状的构件。从而,专利文献1中记载的混合动力车辆用动力传递装置能够实现体积的小型化,并且能够降低由于电动机的转矩变动而传到齿轮减速器的振动。

发明要解决的问题
然而,在现有的混合动力车辆用动力传递装置中,由于是在电动机的转子轴的中空部配置有阻尼轴,因此存在针对由齿轮减速器的减速齿轮对产生的振动,无法降低齿撞击声的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述这样的情况而完成的,其目的在于提供一种混合动力车辆用驱动装置,能够降低对驱动用的电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速的减速机构的齿撞击声。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明是一种混合动力车辆用驱动装置,具备:变速机构,其改变发动机传来的驱动力的转速;变速器壳体,其收纳上述变速机构;以及电动机,其将驱动力传递到上述变速机构,上述混合动力车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,具备对上述电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速后传递到上述变速机构的减速机构,上述减速机构具有通过齿轮对相互传递动力的多个减速轴,在多个上述减速轴中的、通过上述变速机构的轴和齿轮对相互传递动力的最终减速轴上,设置有抑制上述减速机构的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声的阻尼器。
发明效果
这样,根据上述的本发明,能够降低对驱动用的电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速的减速机构的齿撞击声。

本发明是一种混合动力车辆用驱动装置,具备:变速机构,其改变发动机传来的驱动力的转速;变速器壳体,其收纳变速机构;以及电动机,其将驱动力传递到变速机构,混合动力车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,具备对电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速后传递到变速机构的减速机构,减速机构具有通过齿轮对相互传递动力的多个减速轴,在多个减速轴中的、通过变速机构的轴和齿轮对相互传递动力的最终减速轴上,设置有抑制减速机构的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声的阻尼器。从而,本发明的一个实施方式的混合动力车辆用驱动装置能够降低对驱动用的电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速的减速机构的齿撞击声。
[实施例]
以下,使用附图来说明本发明的一个实施例的混合动力车辆用驱动装置。
图1至图5是示出本发明的一个实施例的混合动力车辆用驱动装置的图。
在图1至图5中,上下前后左右方向设为设置于车辆的状态的混合动力车辆用驱动装置的上下前后左右方向,与前后方向正交的方向为左右方向,混合动力车辆用驱动装置的高度方向为上下方向。
首先,说明构成。在图1中,混合动力车辆(以下简称为车辆)1具备车体2,车体2由前围板3隔成前侧的发动机室2A和后侧的车厢2B。在发动机室2A中设置有驱动装置4,驱动装置4具有前进6挡、后退1挡的变速挡。驱动装置4构成本发明的混合动力车辆用驱动装置。
在图2中,在驱动装置4连结有发动机8。驱动装置4具备变速器壳体5,变速器壳体5从发动机8侧起按顺序具有右壳体6、左壳体7以及罩构件27。
右壳体6的右侧端缘连结着发动机8。发动机8具有曲轴9(参照图3),曲柄轴9设置为在车辆1的宽度方向上延伸。即,本实施例的发动机8由横置发动机构成,本实施例的车辆1是前置发动机前轮驱动(FF)车辆。
左壳体7相对于右壳体6连结到与发动机8相反的一侧。即,左壳体7连结到右壳体6的左侧。在右壳体6的左侧的外周缘形成有凸缘部6F(参照图2)。在图1、图2中,在左壳体7的右侧的外周缘形成有凸缘部7F。
如图1所示,在凸缘部7F设置有供螺栓23A插入的凸台部7f,凸台部7f沿着凸缘部7F设置有多个。
在凸缘部6F形成有与凸台部7f匹配的多个未图示的凸台部,通过以螺栓23A(参照图1)将凸缘部6F的凸台部和凸缘部7F的凸台部7f紧固,从而右壳体6与左壳体7被紧固而一体化。
在右壳体6收纳有离合器10(参照图3)。在左壳体7收纳有图3所示的输入轴11、前进用输出轴12、后退用输出轴13、最终减速机构14以及差动装置15。
输入轴11、前进用输出轴12以及后退用输出轴13沿着车辆的左右方向平行地设置。本实施例的前进用输出轴12构成本发明的输出轴。
在图3中,输入轴11通过离合器10连结到发动机8,通过离合器10接受发动机8传来的动力。在图3中,输入轴11具有1挡用的输入齿轮16A、2挡用的输入齿轮16B、3挡用的输入齿轮16C、4挡用的输入齿轮16D、5挡用的输入齿轮16E以及6挡用的输入齿轮16F。
输入齿轮16A、16B固定到输入轴11,与输入轴11一体旋转。输入齿轮16C至输入齿轮16F设置为与输入轴11相对旋转自如。
前进用输出轴12具有1挡用的输出齿轮17A、2挡用的输出齿轮17B、3挡用的输出齿轮17C、4挡用的输出齿轮17D、5挡用的输出齿轮17E、6挡用的输出齿轮17F以及前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G。
输出齿轮17A至输出齿轮17F是与构成同一变速挡的输入齿轮16A至输入齿轮16F啮合的。例如,4挡用的输出齿轮17D与4挡用的输入齿轮16D啮合。
输出齿轮17A、17B设置为与前进用输出轴12相对旋转自如。输出齿轮17C至输出齿轮17F以及末级驱动齿轮17G固定于前进用输出轴12,与前进用输出轴12一体旋转。
在1挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16A和输出齿轮17A传递到前进用输出轴12。在2挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16B和输出齿轮17B传递到前进用输出轴12。
在输出齿轮17A与输出齿轮17B之间,在前进用输出轴12上设置有第1同步装置18。
当通过换挡操作切换到1挡时,第1同步装置18将1挡用的输出齿轮17A连结到前进用输出轴12。当通过换挡操作切换到2挡时,第1同步装置18将2挡用的输出齿轮17B连结到前进用输出轴12。这样,当通过换挡操作切换到1挡或2挡时,输出齿轮17A或输出齿轮17B与前进用输出轴12一体旋转。
在输入齿轮16C与输入齿轮16D之间,在输入轴11上设置有第2同步装置19。
当通过换挡操作切换到3挡时,第2同步装置19将输入齿轮16C连结到输入轴11。当通过换挡操作切换到4挡时,第2同步装置19将输入齿轮16D连结到输入轴11。这样,当通过换挡操作切换到3挡或4挡时,输入齿轮16C或输入齿轮16D与输入轴11一体旋转。
在3挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16C和输出齿轮17C传递到前进用输出轴12。在4挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16D和输出齿轮17D传递到前进用输出轴12。
这样,设置在输入轴11上的第2同步装置19从包括输入齿轮16C和输出齿轮17C的1个变速齿轮组以及包括输入齿轮16D和输出齿轮17D的1个变速齿轮组之中选择1个变速齿轮组,使动力从输入轴11通过所选择的变速齿轮组传递到前进用输出轴12。
在输入齿轮16E与输入齿轮16F之间,在输入轴11上设置有第3同步装置20。
当通过换挡操作切换到5挡时,第3同步装置20将输入齿轮16E连结到输入轴11。当通过换挡操作换挡到6挡时,第3同步装置20将输入齿轮16F连结到输入轴11。这样,当通过换挡操作切换到5挡或6挡时,输入齿轮16E或输入齿轮16F与输入轴11一体旋转。
在5挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16E和输出齿轮17E传递到前进用输出轴12。在6挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16F和输出齿轮17F传递到前进用输出轴12。
这样,设置在输入轴11上的第3同步装置20从包括输入齿轮16E和输出齿轮17E的1个变速齿轮组以及包括输入齿轮16F和输出齿轮17F的1个变速齿轮组之中选择1个变速齿轮组,使动力从输入轴11通过所选择的变速齿轮组传递到前进用输出轴12。
包括输入齿轮16D和输出齿轮17D的变速齿轮组与包括输入齿轮16E和输出齿轮17E的变速齿轮组在输入轴11的轴向上相邻地设置在第2同步装置19与第3同步装置20之间。
在后退用输出轴13设置有倒挡齿轮22A和后退用的末级驱动齿轮22B。倒挡齿轮22A设置为与后退用输出轴13相对旋转自如,且是与输出齿轮17A啮合的。末级驱动齿轮22B固定于后退用输出轴13,与后退用输出轴13一体旋转。
在后退用输出轴13设置有第4同步装置21。当通过换挡操作切换到后退挡时,第4同步装置21将倒挡齿轮22A连结到后退用输出轴13。从而,倒挡齿轮22A与后退用输出轴13一体旋转。
在后退挡中,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过输入齿轮16A、与前进用输出轴12相对旋转的输出齿轮17A以及倒挡齿轮22A传递到后退用输出轴13。
前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G和后退用的末级驱动齿轮22B是与差动装置15的末级从动齿轮15A啮合的。从而,前进用输出轴12的动力和后退用输出轴13的动力经过前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G或者后退用末级驱动齿轮22B传递到差动装置15。
差动装置15具有:末级从动齿轮15A;差速器壳体15B,在其外周部装配有末级从动齿轮15A;以及差动机构15C,其内置于差速器壳体15B。
在差速器壳体15B的左端部设置有筒状部15c(参照图4),在差速器壳体15B的右端部设置有与筒状部15c同样的未图示的筒状部。如图3所示,在筒状部15c和未图示的筒状部,插通有右驱动轴24R和左驱动轴24L各自的一端部。
左右的驱动轴24L、24R的一端部连结到差动机构15C,左右的驱动轴24L、24R的另一端部分别连结到未图示的左右的驱动轮。差动装置15将发动机8的动力通过差动机构15C分配到左右的驱动轴24L、24R后传递到驱动轮。末级从动齿轮15A以旋转轴心15a为中心旋转。
本实施例的输入轴11、前进用输出轴12、输入齿轮16A至输入齿轮16F以及输出齿轮17A至输出齿轮17F构成变速机构61。
最终减速机构14包括前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G和末级从动齿轮15A。前进用输出轴12通过最终减速机构14连结到差速器壳体15B。
在图1、图2中,电动机32具有:电动机壳体32A;以及电动机轴32B,其支撑于电动机壳体32A且旋转自如。在电动机壳体32A的内部收纳有均未图示的转子和缠绕有线圈的定子,电动机轴32B与转子设置为一体。
在电动机32中,通过对线圈供应三相交流电,从而产生在周向上旋转的旋转磁场。定子通过使所产生的磁通与转子交链,从而驱动与电动机轴32B为一体的转子旋转。
在图1、图4中,在变速器壳体5设置有减速机构收纳部25,减速机构收纳部25由后述的左壳体7的鼓出部7H和罩构件27形成。在减速机构收纳部25的内部收纳有减速机构33(参照图4)。
在图3、图4中,减速机构33具备:第1驱动齿轮34,其设置于电动机32的电动机轴32B;第1中间轴35;第2中间轴36;以及4挡用的输出齿轮17D,其设置于前进用输出轴12。
在第1中间轴35设置有第1从动齿轮35A和第2驱动齿轮35B。在第2中间轴36设置有第2从动齿轮36A和第3驱动齿轮36B。第3驱动齿轮36B与第2中间轴36形成为一体。第2从动齿轮36A嵌合到第2中间轴36且能在周向上相对旋转。
第1从动齿轮35A形成为直径比第1驱动齿轮34的直径大,且是与第1驱动齿轮34啮合的。
第2驱动齿轮35B形成为直径比第1从动齿轮35A和第2从动齿轮36A的直径小,配置在第1从动齿轮35A的左侧,且是与第2从动齿轮36A啮合的。
第3驱动齿轮36B形成为直径与第2从动齿轮36A的直径大致相同,并且形成为直径比4挡用的输出齿轮17D的直径大,配置在第2从动齿轮36A的右侧,且是与4挡用输出齿轮17D啮合的。此外,在相互啮合的齿轮对中,大直径的齿轮形成为齿数多于小直径的齿轮的齿数。
第1驱动齿轮34和第1从动齿轮35A构成在电动机轴32B与第1中间轴35之间传递动力的第1减速齿轮对37。第2驱动齿轮35B和第2从动齿轮36A在第1中间轴35与第2中间轴36之间传递动力,构成第2减速齿轮对38。第3驱动齿轮36B和输出齿轮17D在第2中间轴36与前进用输出轴12之间传递动力,构成第3减速齿轮对39。
这样,减速机构33在从电动机32向前进用输出轴12传递动力的动力传递路径上具有第1中间轴35和第2中间轴36。并且,减速机构33通过以成为任意的减速比的方式设定驱动齿轮34、35B、36B和从动齿轮35A、36A的直径和齿数,从而将电动机32的动力进行减速后传递到前进用输出轴12。
左壳体7在其左端部具有向上方鼓出的鼓出部7H。左壳体7的左端部的开口由于鼓出部7H而向上方扩大。鼓出部7H是构成减速机构收纳部25的壳体部分,并且在其左侧配置减速机构33。
在图1、图2中,罩构件27通过螺栓23B(参照图1)接合(紧固)到左壳体7的左端部,将还包含鼓出部7H的部分在内的左壳体7的左端部的开口封闭。也就是说,由鼓出部7H和配置于鼓出部7H的左侧的罩构件27从左右形成成为减速机构33的收纳空间的减速机构收纳部25。
在图1、图2中,在鼓出部7H的上端部,在其发动机8侧(右侧)设置有电动机装配部29C。电动机装配部29C形成为圆形的凸缘状,其直径从鼓出部7H的上部(详细地说是鼓出部7H的上部的左端部)扩大至与电动机32的外径即电动机壳体32A的外径相等。
在电动机装配部29C的外周部设置有多个凸台部29m,凸台部29m沿着电动机装配部29C的外周部设置。通过使螺栓23C插通于电动机装配部29C,将螺栓23C紧固到形成于电动机壳体32A的未图示的螺纹孔,从而电动机32被紧固到电动机装配部29C。
在图1、图2中,在比电动机32靠前侧的左壳体7的上部设置有换挡单元41。在俯视车辆1时,电动机32和换挡单元41以靠近安装件装配部31的方式设置于安装件装配部31的前后。
换挡单元41为了以进行驱动装置4的换挡操作和离合器操作而被驱动。在此,换挡操作是指对驱动装置4的变速挡进行切换的操作,离合器操作是指将驱动装置4的离合器10卡合(连接)或者释放(切断)的操作。
在图4中,在左壳体7收纳有换挡选择轴42。换挡选择轴42相对于左壳体7在轴心方向上移动自如并且旋转自如,由换挡单元41操作。
在由驾驶员操作的未图示的换挡杆被切换到前进挡位的状态或者被切换到后退挡位的状态中,换挡单元41例如基于预先设定了节气门开度和车速作为参数的变速映射来操作换挡选择轴42。
换挡选择轴42通过包括均未图示的变速叉(shift yoke)、换挡轴以及换挡拨叉(shift fork)等变速操作机构操作第1同步装置18至第4同步装置21来进行变速挡的控制。此外,换挡单元41通过油压机构或马达机构等操作换挡选择轴42,但驱动方式不限于这些油压机构或马达机构等。
如图1、图2所示,在变速器壳体5设置有前支架46A和后支架46B。前支架46A连结电动机32与右壳体6,将电动机32支撑于右壳体6。
后支架46B连结电动机32与右壳体6,将电动机32支撑于右壳体6。这样,电动机32的轴向上的一端装配到电动机装配部29C,轴向上的另一端连结到右壳体6。
在电动机32的后方设置有:受电部32D,其从电动机32的另一端侧(右侧端部)向径向外侧后方突出,接受电动机32所使用的电力;以及连接器32C,其在受电部32D的左侧面(成为电动机32的一端侧的面)上朝向电动机32的一端侧,在连接器32C连接有用于驱动电动机32的电源线(省略图示)。
在左壳体7的左侧上部设置有安装件装配部31。安装件装配部31具有多个凸台部31A,在凸台部31A紧固有固定在车体2的未图示的安装装置。从而,驱动装置4通过安装装置弹性地支撑于车体2。
电动机32在比安装件装配部31靠后侧处与左壳体7的上表面分开,配置在左壳体7的上方。发动机8通过用于发动机的未图示的安装装置弹性地支撑于车体2。
如图5所示,第2中间轴36在左右的端部装配有轴承51E、51F。并且,第2中间轴36的右侧的端部通过右轴承51E枢轴支撑于左壳体7,第2中间轴36的左侧的端部通过左轴承51F枢轴支撑于罩构件27。
在第2中间轴36上,在与右轴承51E的左侧相邻的位置一体地形成有第3驱动齿轮36B。在第3驱动齿轮36B的左侧形成有第2从动齿轮36A用的装配轴部36C,使得能够隔开第1从动齿轮35A能进入的间隔来配置第2从动齿轮36A。
装配轴部36C与其右侧相比直径较小。在装配轴部36C的左侧形成有装配阻尼器81(内筒86)的阻尼器用的花键轴部36D。花键轴部36D的直径小于装配轴部36C的直径。
在花键轴部36D(第2中间轴36的左端部),以同轴状配置有阻尼器81,该阻尼器81与花键轴部36D花键嵌合。
如图4、图5所示,在本实施例中,具备对电动机32的驱动力的转速进行减速后传递到变速机构61的减速机构33。减速机构33具有通过齿轮对(第1减速齿轮对37、第2减速齿轮对38、第3减速齿轮对39)相互传递动力的多个减速轴(电动机轴32B、第1中间轴35、第2中间轴36)。
另外,在多个减速轴(电动机轴32B、第1中间轴35、第2中间轴36)中的、通过变速机构61的轴和齿轮对相互传递动力的最终减速轴(第2中间轴36)上,设置有抑制多个减速轴(电动机轴32B、第1中间轴35、第2中间轴36)的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声的阻尼器81。
第1减速齿轮对37、第2减速齿轮对38以及第3减速齿轮对39构成本发明的齿轮对。电动机轴32B、第1中间轴35以及第2中间轴36构成本发明的减速轴。第2中间轴36构成本发明的最终减速轴。
减速齿轮对在中间轴的轴向上从右侧(配置电动机32的一侧)起依次配置有第3减速齿轮对39、第1减速齿轮对37、第2减速齿轮对38。
通过设为这样的配置,能够使减速器小型化。
在第2从动齿轮36A的内周部压入有轴承(金属衬套),第2从动齿轮36A通过轴承嵌合到装配轴部36C且旋转自如。
阻尼器81配置于最终减速轴(第2中间轴36),并配置成与该最终减速轴同轴。在最终减速轴(第2中间轴36)配置有大直径的第2从动齿轮36A,大直径的第2从动齿轮36A通过与减速轴(第1中间轴35)的小直径的齿轮(第2驱动齿轮35B)啮合而接受电动机32的动力。
另外,在从大直径的第2从动齿轮36A向作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的动力传递路径上设置有阻尼器81。因此,在传递后述的限位机构不起作用的比较小的转矩时,电动机32的驱动力通过阻尼器81传递到变速机构61。
在本实施例中,阻尼器81具有:外筒82,其与作为大直径的齿轮的第2从动齿轮36A花键嵌合并一起旋转;内筒86,其通过花键嵌合固定于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36;以及弹性构件85,其设置在外筒82与内筒86之间。
外筒82在轴向上的第2从动齿轮36A侧具有小直径部,小直径部的内周部成为花键孔。在该内周部的花键孔中,花键嵌合有从第2从动齿轮36A的内周部向阻尼器81侧延伸的花键轴部、以及从内筒86向第2从动齿轮36A侧延伸的花键轴部。
外筒82的花键孔与第2从动齿轮36A的花键轴部在这些花键嵌合部88中紧密地(以旋转方向上的空隙比较少的状态)花键嵌合。相对于此,外筒82的花键孔与内筒86的花键轴部在这些花键嵌合部89中松弛地(以旋转方向上的空隙比较多的状态并且是外筒82与内筒86能稍微相对旋转的状态)花键嵌合。
此外,内筒86的内径部为花键孔,与第2中间轴36的花键轴部36D嵌合。内筒86在装配于第2中间轴36的状态下作为第2从动齿轮36A的防脱件发挥功能,装配为夹在装配轴部36C的端部与左轴承51F之间。
另外,由该花键嵌合部89构成将外筒82与内筒86之间的相对旋转限制在规定范围内的限位机构,并且通过花键嵌合部89的花键,将动力从外筒82传递到第2中间轴36而不通过弹性构件85。
从而,能够通过简单的结构来构成吸收旋转变动的阻尼器81,在传递比较小的驱动力时,能够通过弹性构件85传递动力并吸收旋转变动,并且在作用了大的驱动力时,不经过弹性构件85就能够传递动力。
在本实施例中,变速机构61具有作为与前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G一体化的输出轴的前进用输出轴12。并且,前进用输出轴12与输出齿轮(4挡用的输出齿轮17D)一体化,且该输出齿轮与作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的齿轮(第3驱动齿轮36B)啮合。
接着,说明作用。
在车辆1前进时以发动机行驶时,发动机8的动力从输入轴11通过使规定的变速挡成立的输入齿轮16A至输入齿轮16F中的任意一者传递到输出齿轮17A至输出齿轮17F中的任意一者。
从而,动力从前进用输出轴12的末级驱动齿轮17G传递到末级从动齿轮15A,发动机8的动力通过差动装置15的差动机构15C分配到左右的驱动轴24L、24R后传递到驱动轮,车辆1进行前进行驶。
另一方面,在车辆1的前进中使电动机32的驱动力发挥作用时,电动机32的动力从电动机轴32B通过第1驱动齿轮34传递到第1从动齿轮35A。
接下来,电动机32的动力通过第2驱动齿轮35B、第2从动齿轮36A、阻尼器81以及第3驱动齿轮36B传递到4挡用的输出齿轮17D。
由于减速机构33是以成为任意的减速比的方式设定驱动齿轮34、35B、36B和从动齿轮35A、36A的直径和齿数,因此电动机32的动力被减速后传递到前进用输出轴12。
从而,动力从前进用输出轴12的末级驱动齿轮17G传递到末级从动齿轮15A,车辆1进行前进行驶。这样,电动机32的动力不通过同步装置(第1同步装置18至第4同步装置21)而被传递到末级从动齿轮15A。
如以上说明的那样,根据本实施例的驱动装置4,具备对电动机32的驱动力的转速进行减速后传递到变速机构61的减速机构33,减速机构33具有作为通过齿轮对(第1减速齿轮对37、第2减速齿轮对38、第3减速齿轮对39)相互传递动力的多个减速轴的电动机轴32B、第1中间轴35、第2中间轴36。
另外,根据本实施例的驱动装置4,在多个减速轴中的、作为通过变速机构61的轴和齿轮对相互传递动力的最终减速轴的第2中间轴36上,设置有抑制多个减速轴的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声的阻尼器81
从而,由于在作为使电动机32的驱动力从减速机构33汇合到变速机构61的最终减速轴的第2中间轴36上设置有阻尼器81,因此,能够有效地吸收发动机8和电动机32这样的不同的驱动源的旋转变动、撞击和旋转差,能够抑制多个减速轴的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声,能够提高商品性。其结果是,能够降低对驱动用的电动机32的驱动力的转速进行减速的减速机构33的齿撞击声。
另外,由于不是在变速机构61的轴设置阻尼器81,而是在作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36设置阻尼器81,因此,不必使变速器壳体5大型化就能够配置阻尼器81,能够提高配置的自由度。
另外,由于在作为承接由于减速而增大的电动机32的转矩的最终减速轴的第2中间轴36设置有阻尼器81,因此只要将阻尼器81设计为应对比较大的转矩即可,故而针对旋转变动的阻尼器81的设计变得容易。
根据本实施例的驱动装置4,阻尼器81配置于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36,并配置为与第2中间轴36同轴,在第2中间轴36配置有大直径的齿轮(第2从动齿轮36A),该大直径的齿轮通过与作为减速轴的第1中间轴35的小直径的齿轮(第2驱动齿轮35B)啮合接受电动机32的动力。
并且,在从大直径的齿轮(第2从动齿轮36A)向作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的动力传递路径上设置有阻尼器81,电动机32的驱动力通过阻尼器81传递到变速机构61。
从而,由于阻尼器81配置于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36,并配置为与第2中间轴36同轴,因此,能够容易地将阻尼器81配置于第2中间轴36。另外,能够通过设置于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的大直径的齿轮(第2从动齿轮36A)的惯性力来抑制振动。
根据本实施例的驱动装置4,阻尼器81具有:外筒82,其与大直径的齿轮(第2从动齿轮36A)嵌合并一起旋转;内筒86,其固定于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36;以及弹性构件85,其设置在外筒82与内筒86之间。
另外,在外筒82与内筒86之间具有作为限位机构的花键嵌合部89,花键嵌合部89将外筒82与内筒86之间的相对旋转限制在规定范围内,并且使动力从外筒82传递到内筒86而不通过弹性构件85。
从而,能够通过简单的结构来构成吸收旋转变动的阻尼器81,不经过弹性构件85就能够传递大的驱动力。
根据本实施例的驱动装置4,变速机构61具有作为与前进用的末级驱动齿轮17G一体化的输出轴的前进用输出轴12,该前进用输出轴12与输出齿轮(4挡用的输出齿轮17D)一体化,且该输出齿轮与作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的齿轮(第3驱动齿轮36B)啮合。
从而,由于将与前进用输出轴12一体化的齿轮(4挡用的输出齿轮17D)啮合于作为最终减速轴的第2中间轴36的齿轮(第3驱动齿轮36B),因此,发动机8的旋转变动在依次传递到差动装置15、驱动轴24L、24R以及未图示的驱动轮的过程中得到抑制,能够抑制由于旋转变动引起的齿撞击声。
虽然公开了本发明的实施例,但很明显,本领域技术人员能在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下加以变更。旨在将所有的这种修改以及等价物包含在所附的权利要求中。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合动力车辆用驱动装置,具备:
变速机构,其改变发动机传来的驱动力的转速;
变速器壳体,其收纳上述变速机构;以及
电动机,其将驱动力传递到上述变速机构,
上述混合动力车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,
具备对上述电动机的驱动力的转速进行减速后传递到上述变速机构的减速机构,
上述减速机构具有通过齿轮对相互传递动力的多个减速轴,
在多个上述减速轴中的、与上述变速机构的轴通过齿轮对相互传递动力的最终减速轴上,设置有抑制上述减速机构的齿轮彼此的齿撞击声的阻尼器,
上述阻尼器配置于上述最终减速轴,并配置成与该最终减速轴同轴,
在上述最终减速轴配置有大直径的齿轮,该大直径的齿轮通过与上述减速轴的小直径的齿轮啮合接受上述电动机的动力,
在从上述大直径的齿轮向上述最终减速轴的动力传递路径上设置有上述阻尼器,
上述电动机的驱动力通过上述阻尼器传递到上述变速机构,
上述阻尼器
具有:外筒,其与上述大直径的齿轮嵌合并一起旋转;内筒,其固定于上述最终减速轴;弹性构件,其设置在上述外筒与上述内筒之间;以及限位机构,其设置在上述外筒与上述内筒之间,将上述外筒与上述内筒之间的相对旋转限制在规定范围内,并且在传递驱动力时,能够不通过上述弹性构件从上述外筒向上述内筒进行动力传递。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
上述变速机构具有与末级驱动齿轮一体化的输出轴,
上述输出轴与输出齿轮一体化,且该输出齿轮与上述最终减速轴的齿轮啮合。
