Abstract
本发明建议一种空气过滤器,特别是用于过滤内
燃机吸入空气的空气过滤器。该空气过滤器由一个
壳体13、一个设在壳体13内的滤芯16和一个封住
壳体的盖10组成。滤芯16基本上为一个矩形的滤
筒结构,该滤筒的四周有密封件18,并且该密封件
18夹持在壳体13和盖10之间,使粗空气腔与洁净
空气腔隔离,并且设有锁紧件19,用这些锁紧件可把
盖紧固在壳体上,也可同时把滤芯固定在壳体中。
Description
本发明涉及一种空气过滤器,特别是用于过滤内燃机吸入空气的空气过滤器。
在一般情况下,这种过滤器由一个壳体和一个盖组成,在壳体内设有一个滤芯。
滤芯被密封地置入壳体内,并且两个一般为塑料制的壳体部分相互张紧在一起。
迄今一直存在的缺点在于,恰恰是两个塑料制壳体部分需要很大的夹紧力,以便把由于塑料而可能不平的支承面压合在一起。这就导致,即便有很大的夹紧力,但仍不能获得可靠的密封并从而吸入漏风。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种空气过滤器,在这种空气过滤器中,可避免上述缺点,并且为了建立空气过滤器的粗空气侧和洁净空气侧之间的可靠密封,只需不大的夹紧力。
上述目的是这样实现的,该过滤器的滤芯四周有密封件,该密封件夹持在壳体和盖之间,使粗空气腔与洁净空气腔隔离,并设有锁紧件,用这些锁紧件可把盖紧固在壳体上并也可同时把滤芯固定在壳体中。
本发明的优点在于,盖在壳体上的支承不再像以往那样通常是通过整个待密封的面来进行,而是仅仅在锁紧元件的范围内进行。在其它的范围内,在盖和壳体之间存在一个小的间隔,据此,可允许有一定的不平度公差。
由于夹持在盖和壳体之间的滤筒具有较软的密封件,因此沿整个密封件范围建立了可靠的密封。
滤筒的密封件的结构在于,该密封件一方面位于壳体上,另一方面在盖上的一个槽内伸展。有利之处在于,盖上的这个槽具有一定的容积,该容积足以在选择的公差范围内为密封件提供充分的退让空间。
除了权利要求书外,说明书和附图也表现了本发明的优选改进结构的这些特征和其他特征,其中,各个特征可在本发明的实施形式或其他领域中以独立的形式或以多项组合的形式实施和构成本申请所要求保护的优选的及本身能得到保护的实施形式。下面详细说明附图所示的本发明的实施例,附图所示为:

图1示出了一个空气过滤器的盖或者说上部与壳体的接合面范围。该盖10为譬如一矩形形状并且具有一个分布在四周的密封槽11。该盖具有设在确定部位上的支承座12。该支承座为支架结构。
图2示出了空气过滤器的壳体与盖的接合面范围。该壳体13在接合面范围内也有一个容纳槽14。此外,壳体13在面对支架12处还设有紧固件15。
在图3中以俯视图和断面图的形式示出了空气过滤器的滤芯16。该滤芯16由屈摺的滤纸或过滤纤维网17构成,滤纸或过滤纤维网17四周有密封件18。密封件18用譬如泡沫的和/或弹性的材料(例如泡沫塑料)制成,其肖氏硬度约小于7。滤芯被置于盖10内,其密封件18伸展入密封槽11内。
如图4所示,用一个相应的夹紧装置19把盖和壳体连在一起。在该夹紧装置19的范围内,盖和壳体之间的直接接触是通过支架12和紧固件15建立的。这意味着,仅在这些锁紧件的范围内完成盖和壳体的相互支承。由于密封件18的高度略大于槽的高度,并且槽11的宽度又略大于密封件18的宽度,所以该密封件18能沿四周的密封面在两部分10和13之间完成可靠的密封。同时,该密封件18还能在槽的内部进行稍许的退让,以便补偿两部分10和13的不平度加工公差。此外,可减少对锁紧件19的操作力,其原因在于,现已不再需要为补偿不平度把两部分10和13相互张紧在一起。该不平度已不再对密封功能产生不利影响。两部分10和13仅在夹紧件的范围内在零位线上相互贴靠。在夹紧件所处的范围以外,在盖和壳体之间有一定的间距20,该间距的确定准则在于,即便在接合面范围内盖和壳体发生很大变形,盖和壳体也不会相互接触。
Claims (6)
1、空气过滤器,特别是用于过滤内燃机吸入空气的空气过滤器由一个壳体(13)、一个设在壳体内的空气过滤器滤芯(16)和一个封住壳体的盖(10)组成,其中,空气过滤器滤芯(16)基本上为一个矩形的滤筒结构,该滤芯的四周有密封件(18),并且该密封件(18)夹持在壳体(13)和盖(10)之间,使粗空气腔与洁净空气腔隔离,并且设有锁紧件(19),用这些锁紧件可把盖(10)紧固在壳体(13)上并也可同时把空气过滤器滤芯(16)固定在壳体(13)中。
2、按照权利要求1所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,盖(10)在壳体(13)上的支承是在锁紧件(19)的限定范围内实现的。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,密封件(18)具有7至20的肖氏硬度,或者在异型密封件的相应结构形式中具有7至60的肖氏硬度。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,密封件(18)为一异型密封件。
5、按照以上权利要求之一所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,在盖(10)或在壳体(13)上的、用于容纳密封(18)的槽(11)的尺寸确定准则在于,密封件(18)在锁紧盖(10)和壳体(13)时能够退让。
6、按照以上权利要求之一所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,在锁紧件(19)的范围之外,在盖(10)和壳体(13)之间有一个公差补偿间距。
