Description

FILTER ZA ZRAK POSEBNO ZA SESALNI ZRAK MOTORJA Z NOTRANJIM ZGOREVANJEM
OPIS
Opisan je filter za zrak, posebno za sesalni zrak motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem.
Običajno sestojijo takšni filtri za zrak iz ohišja in pokrova, pri čemer je v ohišju nameščen vložek za filtriranje zraka.
Vložek za filtriranje zraka je tesneče vložen v ohišje in oba dela ohišja, ki sta običajno iz umetne snovi, sta pritegnjena skupaj.
Do sedaj je bila pomanjkljivost v tem, da je bilo treba ravno pri delih ohišja iz umetne snovi uporabiti zelo visoke pritezne sile, da bi stisnili med seboj ploskve za naleganje, ki so pri umetni snovi včasih neravne. To je vodilo tudi k temu, da tesnjenje kljub visokim priteznim silam ni bilo zanesljivo in je bil s tem sesan zrak skozi netesna mesta.
Osnova izuma je zato naloga, ustvariti filter za zrak, pri katerem se izognemo omenjenim pomanjkljivostim in pri katerem so potrebne samo majhne pritezne sile, da se doseže pri filtru za zrak zanesljivo tesnjenje med stranjo za neočiščen zrak in stranjo za čist zrak.
Ta naloga je rešena z značilnostmi glavnega patentnega zahtevka.
-2Prednost izuma je mogoCe videti v tem, da naleganje pokrova na ohišju ne poteka več preko celotne ploskve, ki jo je treba zatesniti, kot je bilo običajno do zdaj, ampak samo Se v območju zapornih elementov. V ostalem območju je med pokrovom in ohišjem majhna razdalja tako, da se lahko dopuSCa določena toleranca neravnosti .
Zaradi relativno mehke tesnilke filtrirne patrone, ki je vpeta med pokrov in ohišje, dosežemo zanesljivo tesnjenje preko celotnega tesnilnega območja.
Tesilka patrone je pri tem oblikovane tako, da na eni strani nalega na ohišje in na drugi strani sega v žleb pokrova. Ta žleb pokrova ima na prednostni način tak volumen komore, ki zadošča, da v izbranem tolerančnem območju ustvari dovolj prostora za umik tesnilke.
Te in nadaljnje značilnosti prednostnih nadaljnjih razvojnih stopenj izuma izhajajo razen iz zahtevkov tudi iz opisa in risb, pri Čemer so lahko posamezne značilnosti vsakokrat predstavljene posamič ali po veC skupaj v obliki podkombinacij pri izvedbeni obliki izuma in uresničene na drugih področjih in lahko predstavljajo koristne, kot tudi za zaščito primerne izvedbe, za katere tu terjamo varstvo. Izvedbeni primeri izuma se prikazani na risbah in so v naslednjem pobliže pojasnjeni. Risbe kažejo:

slika 4 delni prerez v območju zapornih elementov
-3Slika 1 kaže pokrov oziroma zgornji del filtra za zrak v območju priključne ploskve na ohišje. Ta pokrov 10 ima, na primer pravokotno obliko in ima obkrožujoč tesnilni žleb 11. Pokrov je opremljen z opornimi nastavki 12, ki so predvideni na določenih mestih. Ti oporni nastavki so izoblikovani v obliki majhnih ležiščnih podstavkov.
Slika 2 prikazuje ohišje filtra za zrak v območju priključne ploskve za pokrov. To ohišje 13 ima prav tako v območju priključne ploskve sprejemni žleb 14. Poleg tega so tu predvideni pritrdilni elementi 15, ki ležijo nasproti majhnim ležiščnim podstavkom 12.
Na sliki 3 je v tlorisu in delnem prerezu prikazan vložek za filtriranje zraka 16. Ta sestoji iz v cik-cak obliko nagubanega filtrirnega papirja ali filtrirne koprene 17, ki nosi obkrožujočo tesnilko 18. Tesnilka 18 sestoji, na primer iz penastega in/ali elastičnega materiala, na primer iz penaste umetne snovi in ima trdoto po Shore-u približno < 7. Patrona je vložena v pokrov 10, pri čemer tesnilka 18 sega v tesnilni žleb 11.
Pokrov in ohišje sta, kot je prikazano na sliki 4, povezana medseboj z ustrezno pritezno pripravo 19. V območju te pritezne priprave 19 je med pokrovom in ohišjem neposreden stik preko majhnega ležiščnega podstavka 12 in pritrdilnega elementa 15. To pomeni, da poteka opiranje pokrova in ohišja samo v območju teh zapor. Ker ima tesnilka 18 v primerjavi z žlebom 11 malo večjo višino in je istočasno žleb 11 v primerjavi s širino tesnilke malo povečan, skrbi tesnilka za zanesljivo tesnjenje med obema deloma 10 in 13 vzdolž obkrožajoče tesnilne ploskve. Istočasno se lahko le-ta v notranjosti žleba tudi malo umakne, da s tem kompenzira z izdelavo pogojene tolerance ravnosti obeh delov. Poleg tega se zmanjšajo sile za delovanje zapor 19, ker zdaj ni več potrebno, da se oba dela 10 in 13 medseboj pritegneta, da bi
-4se kompenzirale neravnine. Te neravnine poslej ne vplivajo več moteCe na tesnilno funkcijo. Samo v območju priteznih elementov ležita oba dela na ničelni liniji drug proti drugemu. Izven območja, v katerem so nameščeni zaporni elementi, je med pokrovom in ohišjem neka določena razdalja 20, ki je dimenzionirana tako, da tudi pri močnem izkrivljenju pokrova oz. ohišja ne pride v območju priključnih ploskev do dotika obeh delov drugega proti drugemu.

Claims (6)

  1. PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Filter za zrak, posebno za sesalni zrak motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem, sestojeC iz ohišja (13), v ohišje nameščenega vložka za filtriranje zraka (16) in pokrova (10), ki zapira ohišje, pri Čemer je vložek za filtriranje zraka (16) v bistvu pravokotna patrona, ki ima obkrožajočo tesnilko (18) in pri Čemer je ta tesnilka (18) vpeta med ohišje (13) in pokrov (10) tako, da loCi prostor neočiščenega zraka od prostora Čistega zraka in pri Čemer so predvideni zaporni elementi (19), s katerimi je omogočena pritrditev pokrova (10) na ohišje (13) in s tem istočasno tudi pritrditev vložka za filtriranje zraka (16) v ohišju (13).
  2. 2. Filter za zrak v skladu z zahtevkom 1, označen s ten, da poteka opiranje pokrova (10) na ohišju (13) v omejenem območju zapornih elementov (19).
  3. 3. Filter za zrak v skladu z zahtevkoma 1 ali 2, označen s ten, da ima tesnilka (18) trdoto po Shore-u v območju od 7 do 20, ali pri ustrezni izvedbi tesnilnega profila trdoto po Shore-u od 7 do 60.
  4. 4. Filter za zrak v skladu z zahtevkoma 1 ali 2, označen s ten, da je tesnilka (18) profilna tesnilka.
  5. 5. Filter za zrak v skladu z enim od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označen s ten, da je sprejemni žleb (11) za tesnilko (18) v pokrovu (10) ali v ohišju dimenzioniran tako, da se lahko tesnilka (18) pri zapiranju pokrova (10) in ohišja (13) umakne.
  6. 6. Filter za zrak v skladu z enim od prejšnjih zahtevkov, označen s ten, da obstaja med pokrovom (10) In ohišjem (13)
    -6izven območja zapornih elementov (19) toleracna razdalja.
