本发明涉及夹层玻璃。
背景技术
在1对玻璃板之间设有树脂等中间膜的夹层玻璃由于在破损时碎片不会飞散、安全性优良,被广泛用于车辆或建筑物的窗玻璃等。近年,使用在飞散防止等安全性以外、赋予了各种功能的夹层玻璃。尤其,迫切需求兼顾轻量性和刚性和隔音性的夹层玻璃。专利文献1提出了通过具有剪切储能模量以及损耗系数在特定的范围内的中间膜而在实现轻量的同时具有刚性和隔音性的夹层玻璃。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
但是,如专利文献1的刚性优良的夹层玻璃,其中间膜中含有的增塑剂由于热量、光以及水的影响而容易渗透、中间膜的端部容易发生边缘发泡的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而产生的,目的在于提供耐边缘发泡性和刚性优良的夹层玻璃。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
本发明人为了解决上述的课题而认真研究,结果发现,刚性优良的夹层玻璃用中间膜存在由于其中间膜中含有的增塑剂容易渗透而不易保持增塑剂的问题,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种夹层玻璃,其是层叠有一对玻璃板、和设于该一对玻璃板之间的包括增塑剂的中间膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,上述中间膜的剪切储能模量G’为2~100MPa,上述中间膜的外周端在上述夹层玻璃的至少一部分中存在于比上述一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明,但本发明并不局限于以下的实施方式。本申请说明书中,在没有特别定义的范围内,“~”表示包括记载在其前后的作为下限值和上限值的数值。
图1是表示本发明的夹层玻璃1的一例的端部的部分剖面图。夹层玻璃1是层叠有由第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3构成的一对玻璃板、和设于该一对玻璃板之间的中间膜4的夹层玻璃。中间膜4的外周端存在于比第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3的外周端更内侧的位置,即接近夹层玻璃的面内中心部的一侧。第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3的外周端大致相同,即第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3的外周端相当于夹层玻璃1的外周端。
图2是示出本发明的夹层玻璃1的端部的其它例的部分剖面图。
此处,D表示中间膜4的外周端与一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端的距离,即第一玻璃板2的露出长度或第二玻璃板3的露出长度(以下,也称为露出长度D),在第一玻璃板2的露出长度与第二玻璃板3的露出长度不同的情况下,指较短一方的长度。
此外,E表示第一玻璃板2的外周端和第二玻璃板3的外周端的距离(以下,也称为板位移宽度E)。
在将夹层玻璃1用于车辆用的情况下,第一玻璃板2被配置在车内侧,第二玻璃板3被配置在车外侧。在将夹层玻璃1用于建筑用的情况下,第一玻璃板2被配置在室内侧,第二玻璃板3被配置在室外侧。
图3是表示本发明的夹层玻璃1的一例的主视图,虽然以车辆用侧窗玻璃为例示出,但本发明的夹层玻璃1的用途不限于车辆用侧窗玻璃。夹层玻璃1具有上边缘部5、下边缘部6以及二个侧边缘部7。夹层玻璃1的外周端由上边缘部5、下边缘部6以及二个侧边缘部7形成。表示中间膜4的外周端的虚线存在于夹层玻璃1的比整个外周端更内侧的位置。
(夹层玻璃)
本发明的夹层玻璃1是层叠有一对玻璃板、和设于一对玻璃板之间的中间膜4,中间膜4的剪切储能模量G’为2~100MPa的夹层玻璃。而且,中间膜4的外周端在夹层玻璃1的外周端的至少一部分中、存在于比一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧。
具有上述的构成的本发明的夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性优良。其理由虽不明确,但推测如下。
与使用了剪切储能模量G’不足2MPa的中间膜的夹层玻璃相比,使用了剪切储能模量G’为2~100MPa的中间膜的夹层玻璃长期使用不易发生边缘发泡。边缘发泡因中间膜中含有的增塑剂由于紫外线、热量以及水的影响发生渗透而引起。因此,本发明的夹层玻璃1中,通过使中间膜4的外周端存在于比一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置,可保护中间膜4的端部不被热量以及紫外线影响。通过该保护效果,中间膜4中含有的增塑剂不易渗透到端部中,因此本发明的夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性优良。
图3中,表示中间膜4的外周端的虚线存在于夹层玻璃1的比整个外周端更内侧的位置。即,中间膜4的外周端在夹层玻璃1的整个外周中,存在于比构成一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置。但是,也可以是在夹层玻璃1的整个外周的一部分中,中间膜4的外周端位于比构成一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置。即,在夹层玻璃1的整个外周的至少一部分中,中间膜4的外周端存在于比构成一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的夹层玻璃1由于在其部分中,中间膜4的端部被保护而不受热量以及紫外光的影响,因此具有优良的耐边缘发泡性。只要将本发明的构成用于夹层玻璃1中需要耐边缘发泡性的部分即可。
如前所述,图2所示的露出长度D是指夹层玻璃1的侧面或切断面中的、第一玻璃板2的露出长度和第二玻璃板3的露出长度中的较短一方的长度。第一玻璃板2的露出长度是指通过第一玻璃板2的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线和通过中间膜4的最前端部、和与上述的板厚方向平行的直线平行的直线的最短距离。第二玻璃板2的露出长度是指通过第二玻璃板3的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线和通过中间膜4的最前端部、和与上述的板厚方向平行的直线平行的直线的最短距离。
夹层玻璃1中,中间膜4的外周端位于比一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的外周的比例优选为夹层玻璃1的整个外周中的20%以上。通过使上述外周的比例在20%以上,保护中间膜4的端部不受热量以及紫外线影响,因此具有优良的耐边缘发泡性。上述外周的比例更优选30%以上,进一步优选40%以上,特别优选50%以上。
中间膜4的外周端存在于比一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧0.2~1.0mm的位置,即露出长度D优选0.2~1.0mm,更优选0.3~0.8mm,进一步优选0.4~0.7mm。如果露出长度D在下限值以上,则容易保护中间膜4的端部不受热量以及紫外线影响,因此提高了夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性,如果露出长度D在上限值以下,则中间膜4的端部变得不显眼,作为夹层玻璃的美观性提高。
在将夹层玻璃1作为例如车辆用窗玻璃安装在车辆上的情况下,优选一对玻璃板的至少一方的上边缘部的至少一部分从中间膜4的外周端露出。例如,在将图3示出的夹层玻璃1用于车辆用侧窗玻璃的情况下,夹层玻璃1的上边缘部5在升降时露出,与下边缘部以及侧边缘部相比,更容易受到热量和紫外线的影响。因此,夹层玻璃1的上边缘部5中,通过使一对玻璃板相对于中间膜4露出,可提高车辆用侧窗玻璃用途中的夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。而且,在夹层玻璃1的侧边部中,根据与上边缘部相同的理由,通过使一对玻璃板相对于中间膜4露出,可提高车辆用侧窗玻璃用途中的夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。
另外,本说明书中,“上边缘部”以及“下边缘部”是指将夹层玻璃安装在车辆上时作为上侧以及下侧的边缘,“侧边缘部”是指其它2个边缘。另外,“上边缘部”是指夹层玻璃的上边缘附近的区域,“下边缘部”是指夹层玻璃的下边缘附近的区域。
一对玻璃板优选一个玻璃板的外周端存在于比另一个玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置,也就是一对玻璃板没有对准(板ずれがある)。如果一对玻璃板没有对准,则有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受热量以及紫外线影响,因此可进一步提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。例如,在将夹层玻璃1用于车辆用途或建筑用途的情况下,优选车内侧或室内侧的玻璃板的外周端存在于比车外侧或室外侧的玻璃板的外周端更内侧(即,接近夹层玻璃的面内中心部一侧)的位置。如果是这样的构成,则由于最有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受从车外或室外进入的热量以及紫外线影响,因此可提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。
如图2所示,板位移宽度E是指夹层玻璃1的侧面或切断面中的、通过第一玻璃板2的最前端部与板厚方向平行的直线和通过第二玻璃板3的最前端部与板厚方向平行的直线的最短距离。即,是指第一玻璃板2的露出长度和第二玻璃板3的露出长度之差。
一对玻璃板的板位移宽度E优选0.2~0.8mm,更优选0.3~0.7mm,进一步优选0.3~0.6mm。如果板位移宽度E在下限值以上,则更有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受热量以及紫外线影响,因此可提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。如果板位移宽度E在上限值以下,则中间膜4以及第二玻璃板2的端部变得不显眼,作为夹层玻璃的美观性提高。
夹层玻璃1根据JIS R 3106:1998测定的可见光透过率优选为70%以上。如果可见光透过率在70%以上,则可充分确保识别性,进而可使设置于玻璃板的各种传感器充分起作用。
夹层玻璃1根据JIS R 3106:1998测定的太阳光透过率Te优选5~60%,进一步优选35~55%。如果太阳光透过率Te在上述范围内,则可提高夹层玻璃1的遮热性。
夹层玻璃1优选还具有功能性薄膜或功能性膜。功能性薄膜或功能性膜设于第一玻璃板2和中间膜4之间、中间膜4的内部、第二玻璃板3和中间膜4之间等。作为功能性薄膜,可例举紫外线截止薄膜或红外线截止薄膜。作为功能性膜,可例举紫外线截止膜或红外线截止膜。作为红外线截止膜,可例举以将银作为主要成分的层插入于电介质层之间的方式层叠而得的结构的多层膜。作为紫外线截止膜,可例举包含紫外线吸收剂的二氧化硅膜。
夹层玻璃1中,第一玻璃板2和第二玻璃板3之间的间隔优选从面内中心部起向着外周端变小。通过该构成,中间膜4的增塑剂不易由于紫外线、热量以及水而渗透,耐边缘发泡性提高。
(玻璃板)
作为一对玻璃板的第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3可使用白色系钠钙玻璃、绿色系有色钠钙玻璃、紫外线遮蔽性有色钠钙玻璃、热线吸收性有色钠钙玻璃、化学强化的铝硅酸盐玻璃等。热线吸收性有色钠钙玻璃具有源于白色系玻璃的组成、增加了总氧化铁的含有比例、TiO2的含有比例、CeO2的含有比例的组成。换算为Fe2O3的全铁量优选0.5~1.0质量%。藉此,夹层玻璃1的遮热性优良、且可得到安全上必须的可见光透过率。此外,全铁量中所占的2价氧化铁的比例(也称为氧化还原电势比)优选20~30质量%,更优选22~27质量%,进一步优选24~25质量%。
第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3的至少一个玻璃板根据ISO9845-1:1992测定的紫外线透过率Tuv优选65%以下,更优选60%以下。如果Tuv在上述上限值以下,则更有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受紫外线影响,因此可提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。另外,即使仅配置于车外侧的第二玻璃板3的Tuv在65%以下,也可得到同样的效果。
第一玻璃板2以及第二玻璃板3的至少一个玻璃板根据JIS R 3106:1998测定的太阳光透过率Te优选75%以下,更优选70%以下。如果Te在上述上限值以下,则有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受热量影响,因此可提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。另外,配置于车辆的车内侧的第一玻璃板2的Te在上述上限值以下也可得到相同的效果。
配置于车辆的车外侧的第二玻璃板3优选板厚在1.6mm以上,进一步优选2.0mm以上,特别优选2.2mm以上。如果第二玻璃板3的板厚在1.6mm以上,则可具备针对小石等飞来物的耐冲击性。此外,在第二玻璃板3具有吸收紫外线的组成的情况下,可有效地抑制中间膜4的边缘发泡。第二玻璃板3优选板厚在3.0mm以下,更优选2.5mm以下,进一步优选2.1mm以下。如果第二玻璃板3的板厚在上限值以下,则可将夹层玻璃1轻量化。
配置于车辆的车内侧的第一玻璃板2优选板厚为0.6~2.0mm,进一步优选1.2~1.6mm。如果在上述范围内,则可进一步确保作为人容易听到的声音的频率区域的2000~5000Hz中的隔音性。
第一玻璃板2和第二玻璃板3的板厚差优选0.7mm以下,更优选0.4mm以下。如果第一玻璃板2和第二玻璃板3的板厚差在0.7mm以下,则频率区域2500~5000Hz中的隔音性良好。
第一玻璃板2和第二玻璃板3的外周端的周缘部优选进行倒角加工。经倒角加工的面对紫外线进行散射,中间膜4的增塑剂不易渗透。倒角加工例如通过旋转磨石实施倒角加工。旋转磨石的外周面中,形成有在周向上延伸的环状的研削沟。研削沟的壁面含有氧化铝或碳化硅、金刚石等磨粒。磨粒的粒度(JIS-R6001)例如为#120以上#2000以下。用该磨粒的粒度的磨石进行了倒角加工的面适度地成为粗糙面,对紫外线进行散射,因而优选。经倒角加工的形状优选R倒角形状。
第一玻璃板2的板厚和第二玻璃板3的板厚合计的总板厚优选4.0mm以下,进一步优选3.6mm以下。如果一对玻璃板的总板厚在上述上限值以下,则可将夹层玻璃1轻量化。一对玻璃板的总板厚优选2.5mm以上,更优选3.0mm以上。如果一对玻璃板的总板厚在上述下限值以上,则夹层玻璃1的刚性提高。
在夹层玻璃1用于车辆的情况下,也可具有弯曲形状。在用于侧窗玻璃的情况下,从夹层玻璃1的外周端起100mm以内的上下方向的曲率半径优选50000mm以下,更优选40000mm以下,进一步优选30000mm以下。如果曲率半径在该范围内,则中间膜4的外周端不易识别,外观上优选。另外,上下方向是指将侧窗玻璃安装在车辆上的状态下的方向。
(中间膜)
中间膜4的剪切储能模量G’为2~100MPa。上述剪切储能模量G’是在温度20℃、频率1Hz以及形变0.05%的测定条件下、通过通常的动态粘弹性测定方法测定的值。
中间膜4优选在从其外周端起向着内侧5mm以内的区域中,中间膜4的主面的每单位面积的增塑剂量为0.05~0.22mg/mm2。如果中间膜4的端部中含有的增塑剂量在0.05mg/mm2以上,则可确保夹层玻璃1的隔音性,如果增塑剂量在0.22mg/mm2以下,则可更有效地抑制增塑剂的渗透,因此夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性提高。
中间膜4的端部的至少一部分、例如端部的中央部优选具有从该端部的外侧凹陷的U字形状。如果中间膜4的端部的至少一部分具有凹陷的U字形状,则更有效地保护中间膜4的端部不受热量以及紫外线影响,因此可提高夹层玻璃1的耐边缘发泡性。
中间膜4优选具有3层以上的层叠结构。中间膜4包含依次层叠第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层而得的层叠结构,第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层含有增塑剂,优选第二树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量比第一树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量或第三树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量更多。第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层通过包含增塑剂,可提高耐贯穿性和密合性。优选第二树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量比第一树脂层或第三树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量多10phr以上,更优选多20phr以上。如果在上述下限值以上,则可提高夹层玻璃1的隔音性。
作为增塑剂,可例举有机酯增塑剂或有机磷酸增塑剂等,其中优选有机酯增塑剂。
上述有机酯增塑剂优选包括二-(2-丁氧基乙基)-己二酸酯(以下,也称为DBEA)、三乙二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯(以下,也称为3GO)、三乙二醇二-2-乙基丁酸酯(以下,也称为3GH)或三乙二醇二-2-乙基丙酸酯,其中,更优选包括3GO、3GH或三乙二醇二-2-乙基丙酸酯,进一步优选包括3GO或三乙二醇二-2-乙基丁酸酯,特别优选包括三乙二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯。
上述有机磷酸增塑剂可适用磷酸三丁氧基乙酯、磷酸异癸基二苯基酯、磷酸三异丙酯等。
作为上述增塑剂,也可并用2种以上。
增塑剂在上述以外还可含有折射率高的增塑剂。通过添加折射率高的增塑剂,在中间膜4具有2层以上的层叠结构的情况下,可在维持隔音性的同时将层的折射率差最小化。作为优选的高折射率增塑剂的具体例,可例举二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、三丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸异癸酯、苯甲酸2-乙基己酯、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯、丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二苯甲酸酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇苯甲酸酯异丁酸酯、1,3-丁二醇二苯甲酸酯、二乙二醇二邻甲苯酸酯、三乙二醇二邻甲苯酸酯、二丙二醇二邻甲苯酸酯、1,2-辛基二苯甲酸酯、偏苯三酸三-2-乙基己酯、双酚A双(2-乙基己酸酯)、乙氧基化壬基酚、壬基酚四乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、对苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯、二丙二醇以及二乙二醇的苯甲酸酯或它们的混合物。
第二树脂层优选增塑剂的含量为50phr以上,进一步优选50~60phr。第一树脂层或第三树脂层优选增塑剂的含量为32phr以下,进一步优选24~30phr。第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层通过具有上述增塑剂量,可兼顾夹层玻璃1的弯曲刚性和隔音性和耐边缘发泡性。
第二树脂层优选层厚为80μm以上,进一步优选100~130μm。第一树脂层以及第三树脂层的层厚优选为250~450μm,进一步优选330~360μm。
第二树脂层的剪切储能模量G’优选0.3~1.0MPa,更优选0.3~0.7MPa,进一步优选0.3~0.5MPa。如果在上述范围内,则夹层玻璃1的隔音性良好。
第二树脂层的杨氏模量优选1~25MPa。如果在上述范围内,则可确保夹层玻璃1的耐冲击性以及隔音性。
第一树脂层以及第三树脂层的剪切储能模量G’优选30~200MPa,更优选50~180MPa,进一步优选75~150MPa。如果在上述范围内,则夹层玻璃可得到必需的耐冲击性。
第一树脂层以及第三树脂层的杨氏模量优选210~1700MPa。如果在上述范围内,则可确保相对于外力的耐冲击性和加工性。
第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层优选由聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂或乙烯乙酸乙烯酯树脂的任一种构成,进一步优选由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂构成。
中间膜4优选包含选自染料、颜料以及金属氧化物的至少1种红外线遮蔽材料。作为染料,可例举酞菁化合物、萘酞菁化合物或花色苷化合物。作为金属氧化物,可例举掺铝氧化锡粒子、掺铟氧化锡粒子、掺锑氧化锡粒子(ATO粒子)、掺镓氧化锌粒子(GZO粒子)、掺铟氧化锌粒子(IZO粒子)、掺铝氧化锌粒子(AZO粒子)、掺铌氧化钛粒子、掺钠氧化钨粒子、掺铯氧化钨粒子、掺铊氧化钨粒子、掺铷氧化钨粒子、掺锡氧化铟粒子(ITO粒子)、掺锡氧化锌粒子、掺硅氧化锌粒子或六硼化镧(LaB6)粒子。上述红外线遮蔽材料优选酞菁化合物、掺铟氧化锡粒子、掺铯氧化钨粒子的任一种。如果中间膜4含有上述红外线遮蔽材料,则可在降低太阳光透过率Te的同时、抑制可见光透过率以及耐候性的下降。
中间膜4优选包含紫外线遮蔽材料。作为紫外线遮蔽材料,可例举铂粒子、钯粒子、具有苯并三唑类衍结构或二苯甲酮结构的化合物、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铈。
中间膜4优选包含光稳定剂或抗氧化剂。作为光稳定剂,可例举受阻胺。受阻胺光稳定剂通过与具有酚骨架的紫外线遮蔽材料或具有酚骨架的抗氧化剂并用,可防止紫外线或热量导致的树脂的劣化。受阻胺光稳定剂优选与磷并用。通过受阻胺光稳定剂与磷的相互作用,可进一步提高防止紫外线或热量导致的树脂劣化的效果。
(夹层玻璃的制造方法)
夹层玻璃1可通过公知技术制造。
在一对玻璃板之间插入中间膜,准备夹层玻璃前体。将这样的夹层玻璃前体放入橡胶袋这样的真空袋中,可通过一边以使真空袋内的压力达到约-65~-100kPa的真空度的条件进行减压抽吸、一边在约70~110℃下进行粘接来得到夹层玻璃1。接着,通过在100~140℃、压力0.6~1.3MPa的条件下加热加压来进行压接处理,可得到耐久性更优良的夹层玻璃1。
(用途)
夹层玻璃1可作为车辆用夹层玻璃、建筑用夹层玻璃使用。车辆用夹层玻璃不限于侧窗玻璃,也可用于挡风玻璃或后窗玻璃,但优选侧窗玻璃。
实施例
通过以下的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
[实施例1]
通过使用共挤出机将用于形成第一树脂层的组成物、和用于形成第二树脂层的组成物、和用于形成第三树脂层的组成物共挤出,根据表2的构成,制作包括依次层叠第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层而成的层叠结构的中间膜A。作为第一树脂层、第二树脂层、第三树脂层,均使用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)。作为增塑剂,使用三乙二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯(3GO)。
根据表1的构成,将由长度300mm×宽度300mm的玻璃板A(绿色系钠钙玻璃,板厚2.0mm,AGC株式会社(旭硝子社)制)构成的第一玻璃板以及第二玻璃板、和中间膜A贴合,放入真空袋中,在温度:120℃、压力:负1个气压的条件下进行真空压接,接着,在温度:130℃、压力:1.3MPa的条件下进行加热加压的压接处理,得到夹层玻璃。此时,对真空压接时的玻璃板和中间膜的位置进行调整,以达到表1所示的露出的状态。玻璃板A的露出位置是设想为安装在车辆上时的上边缘部的一部分、占上边缘部的50%。此处,设想为安装在车辆上时的上边缘部是指,将制造的夹层玻璃样品相对于水平的地面垂直立起时,上部的边缘和、2个左右的边缘的上侧的1/2部分的部分。
[实施例2~8、比较例1~3]
除了将将中间膜设为表1以及表2中记载的构成、改变第一玻璃板以及第二玻璃板的材料或板厚、将夹层玻璃设为表1中记载的构成以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制造夹层玻璃。

如图2的部分剖面图所示纵向切断夹层玻璃,用显微镜(VHX-5000,基恩士株式会社(キーエンス社)制)拍摄切断面。测定通过第一玻璃板的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线和通过中间膜的最前端部、与该直线平行的直线的最短距离,以及通过第二玻璃板的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线和通过中间膜4的最前端部、与该直线平行的直线的最短距离,将较短一方的距离作为露出长度D。结果示于表1。
(板位移宽度E)
如图2的部分剖面图所示纵向切断夹层玻璃,用显微镜(VHX-5000,基恩士株式会社制)拍摄切断面。测定通过第一玻璃板的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线和通过第二玻璃板的最前端部、与板厚方向平行的直线的最短距离,作为板位移宽度E。结果示于表1。
(紫外线透过率Tuv,太阳光透过率Te)
对于第一玻璃板以及第二玻璃板,使用紫外·可见·近红外分光光度计(SolidSpec-3700,岛津制作所株式会社(島津製作所社)制),测定紫外线透过率Tuv以及太阳光透过率Te。对于夹层玻璃,测定太阳光透过率Te。结果示于表1。
(剪切储能模量G’)
对于中间膜,在温度20℃、频率1Hz以及形变0.05%的测定条件下,使用流变仪(MCR301,安东帕公司(アントンパール社)制)测定剪切储能模量G’。结果示于表1。
(中间膜端部的增塑剂量)
在从端部起向内侧5mm的位置中,将在相对于主面垂直的面且相对于侧面平行的方向上切断的、宽度1cm的中间膜溶解于THF,得到测定用样品。另一方面,准备数个浓度已知的增塑剂溶液。对浓度已知的增塑剂溶液进行GPC测定,得到与增塑剂量和峰面积相关的近似曲线。接着,由预先得到的该近似曲线求出测定样品的端部中含有的增塑剂量[mg],作为中间膜主面中的每单位面积的增塑剂量[mg/mm2]。结果示于表1。
(三点弯曲刚性)
对于切断为宽度100mm×长度300mm的夹层玻璃,使用压缩拉伸试验机,在温度23℃、间距200mm的测定条件下进行测定,用变位速度每分钟1mm施加变位时的荷重和变位的比例[N/mm]作为三点弯曲刚性。结果示于表3。
(耐边缘发泡性)
对于夹层玻璃,使用日光碳弧灯式耐候性试验机(须贺试验机株式会社(スガ試験機社)制,S80),在黑色面板温度83℃、无降雨的条件下,照射太阳模拟光线。照射后,肉眼确认夹层玻璃的前述的上边缘部的外观。将对中间膜端部照射5000小时后没有发泡的情况作为◎,将照射3000小时后没有发泡但照射5000小时后存在长径超过0mm且在1mm以下的发泡的情况作为○,将照射3000小时后没有发泡但照射5000小时后存在长径超过1mm的发泡的情况作为△,将照射3000小时后存在长径超过1mm的发泡的情况作为×。结果示于表3。
(外观)
对于夹层玻璃的外观,用肉眼进行评价。将端部不显眼的情况作为○,将端部显眼的情况作为×。结果示于表3。
(传声损失STL)
基于SAE J1400,在20℃下测定夹层玻璃的传声损失(STL)。结果示于表3。

如表3的实施例1~8所示,中间膜的外周端存在于比一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置的夹层玻璃具有刚性和隔音性,耐边缘发泡性优良。尤其,一对玻璃板的露出长度D为0.2~1.0mm的实施例1~7中记载的夹层玻璃在作为夹层玻璃的外观上不存在问题。另一方面,一对玻璃板的露出长度D为0.0mm的比较例1~3中记载的夹层玻璃在耐边缘发泡性上被发现问题。
产业上利用的可能性
本发明的夹层玻璃是耐边缘发泡性和刚性优良的夹层玻璃,因此适用于汽车、铁路等车辆,尤其优选适用于汽车。
这里引用2017年7月31日提出申请的日本专利申请2017-147596号的说明书、权利要求书、摘要和附图的全部内容作为本发明的说明书的揭示。

Claims (15)
1.一种夹层玻璃,其是层叠有一对玻璃板、和设于该一对玻璃板之间的包含增塑剂的中间膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
所述中间膜的剪切储能模量为2~100MPa,所述中间膜的外周端在所述夹层玻璃的整个外周的至少一部分中存在于比构成所述一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜的外周端存在于比所述一对玻璃板的2块玻璃板的外周端更内侧0.2~1.0mm的位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜在从所述中间膜的外周端起向着内侧5mm以内的区域中,所述中间膜的主面的每单位面积的所述增塑剂量为0.05~0.22mg/mm2。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的至少一个玻璃板的紫外线透射率Tuv在65%以下。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的至少一个玻璃板的太阳光透射率Te在75%以下。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板在所述夹层玻璃的至少一部分中,其一个玻璃板的外周端存在于比另一个玻璃板的外周端更内侧的位置。
7.如权利要求6所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板的一个玻璃板的外周端存在于比另一个玻璃板的外周端更内侧0.2~0.8mm的位置。
8.如权利要求7所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜的外周端存在于比所述一对玻璃板的外周端中的至所述中间膜的外周端的距离较短的玻璃板的外周端更内侧0.2~1.0mm的位置。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜中,端部的至少一部分具有凹陷形状。
10.如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜包括依次层叠第一树脂层、第二树脂层以及第三树脂层而成的层叠结构。
11.如权利要求10所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一树脂层、所述第二树脂层以及所述第三树脂层包含增塑剂,所述第二树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量比所述第一树脂层或所述第三树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量更多。
12.如权利要求11所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第二树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量在50phr以上,第一树脂层或第三树脂层中含有的增塑剂的量在32phr以下。
13.如权利要求1~12中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜包含选自染料、颜料以及金属氧化物的至少1种红外线遮蔽材料。
14.如权利要求1~13中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,其作为车辆的窗玻璃使用。
15.如权利要求14所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述一对玻璃板在作为夹层玻璃安装在车辆上时的上边缘部的至少一部分从所述中间膜的外周端露出。
