Abstract

本发明提出一种精密切药装置,包括对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置、对辊、旋切刀驱动伺服电机、旋切刀刀架、药条支撑口、端面检测装置、分拣机构和机架。采用伺服电机分别驱动送料辊和旋切刀,使送料辊和旋切刀按一定逻辑联动,从而实现送料长度连续可调,且切断时药条处于静止状态,提高端面质量;通过端面检测装置,自动判断端面是否合格,并结合自动分拣装置,实现不合格药粒的自动剔除,从而提高产品质量。

一种精密切药装置
技术领域
本发明属于火炸药生产技术领域,具体涉及一种火炸药药条自动定长送料、切断,并能够实现药条端面质量在线自动检测及分拣的精密切药装置。
背景技术
切药装置是将挤压成型的药条,按照产品质量要求,以一定长度进行切断,最终形成药粒产品,其切药长度和端面质量直接影响最终产品质量。
目前火炸药生产领域所用的切药装置有多种,包括气缸送料、气缸切料,对辊送料、旋切切料等多种形式。其中,气缸送料、气缸切料形式是采用气缸夹紧药条向前输送,到达长度后停止输送,然后切断气缸带动切刀进行切断,这种切药方法效率非常低,难以实现连续化生产。对辊送料、旋切切料采用一个电机同时带动对辊和旋切刀进行运动,切料长度依靠对辊和旋切刀的速比进行调整,无法准确调整切粒长度,并且边输送边切断,药粒端面为斜面,影响产品质量。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明提出一种精密切药装置,以解决如何提高火炸药生产领域药条切粒质量的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种精密切药装置,该精密切药装置包括对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置、对辊、旋切刀驱动伺服电机、旋切刀刀架、药条支撑口、端面检测装置、分拣机构和机架;其中,机架作为整个装置的主体结构;对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置和对辊均与机架相连,对辊传动装置输入端与对辊驱动伺服电机相连,输出端与对辊相连,对辊驱动伺服电机通过对辊传动装置实现对辊的同速反向驱动,并通过编码器反馈对辊的位置;旋切刀驱动伺服电机与旋切刀刀架均与机架,旋切刀刀架在旋切刀驱动伺服电机的带动下旋转,与连接在机架上的药条支撑口配合对药条进行切断,并通过编码器反馈旋切刀的位置;端面检测装置与机架相连,与药条支撑口对齐,实时检测药条端面的质量,判断端面质量是否合格,并通过与机架相连的分拣机构相配合,自动将不合格药粒剔除。
进一步地,精密切药装置还包括刀架挡块,刀架挡块与机架相连,用于防止旋切刀刀架在旋转过程中与药条支撑口碰撞。
(三)有益效果
本发明提出一种精密切药装置,包括对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置、对辊、旋切刀驱动伺服电机、旋切刀刀架、药条支撑口、端面检测装置、分拣机构和机架。采用伺服电机分别驱动送料辊和旋切刀,使送料辊和旋切刀按一定逻辑联动,从而实现送料长度连续可调,且切断时药条处于静止状态,提高端面质量;通过端面检测装置,自动判断端面是否合格,并结合自动分拣装置,实现不合格药粒的自动剔除,从而提高产品质量。
上述有益效果的实现是依靠以下几方面的技术创新:(1)采用一个对辊驱动伺服电机通过传动装置实现两个对辊的同速反向驱动,并通过编码器反馈提高对辊位置的控制精度;(2)通过旋切刀驱动伺服电机驱动旋切刀刀架,并通过编码器对旋切刀位置进行反馈,实现旋切刀位置的精确控制;(3)通过端面检测装置实现药条端面的在线实时检测,判断是否合格,并与分拣机构配合联动,实现不合格药粒的自动剔除。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、内容和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本实施例提出一种精密切药装置,其结构如图1所示,包括对辊驱动伺服电机1、对辊传动装置2、对辊3、旋切刀驱动伺服电机4、旋切刀刀架5、刀架挡块6、药条支撑口7、端面检测装置8、分拣机构9和机架10。
对辊驱动伺服电机1、对辊传动装置2和对辊3均与机架10相连。其中,对辊传动装置2输入端与对辊驱动伺服电机1相连,输出端与对辊3相连。对辊传动装置2采用一根输入轴,两根输出轴形式,通过涡轮蜗杆形式,实现两根输出轴的同速反向运行,从而使得对辊驱动伺服电机1通过对辊传动装置2实现对辊3的同速反向驱动,并可通过对辊驱动伺服电机1反馈实际的药条送料量,实现药条的精确送料。对辊3的位置精度通过编码器反馈进行控制。
旋切刀驱动伺服电机4与旋切刀刀架5均与机架10相连。其中,旋切刀驱动伺服电机4与旋切刀刀架5相连。旋切刀刀架5在旋切刀驱动伺服电机4的带动下旋转,与连接在机架10上的药条支撑口7配合对药条进行切断,并通过旋切刀驱动伺服电机4后的编码器反馈旋切刀的位置,实现精确切断。
刀架挡块6与机架10相连,用以防止旋切刀刀架5在旋转过程中与药条支撑口7碰撞。
端面检测装置8与机架10相连,与药条支撑口7对齐,通过视觉采集端面图片,根据端面图片进行图像处理,包括孔径、孔的位置等特征,并与设定值进行比较,实时检测药条端面的质量,通过运算算法自动判断端面质量是否合格,并通过与机架10相连的分拣机构9相配合,自动将不合格药粒剔除。
使用时,操作人员设定切药速度、切药长度和药条端面质量参数,旋切刀驱动伺服电机4驱动旋切刀刀架5连续旋转进行切药,并通过旋切刀驱动伺服电机4后的编码器反馈旋切刀刀架5的位置;对辊驱动伺服电机1根据旋切刀刀架5的位置驱动对辊3按一定规律间歇驱动对辊3进行定长送料,保证旋切刀刀架5在到达切断完成位置时开始送料,切断位置前完成送料,使切断时药条处于静止状态,与药条支撑口7配合,从而提高药粒端面质量,并通过对辊驱动伺服电机1后的编码器反馈实际的送料长度,提高切粒长度精度。
为了防止旋切刀刀架5在旋转过程中与药条支撑口7发生碰撞,刀架挡块6对旋切刀刀架5位置进行限位。端面检测装置8在切药过程中对药条端面进行实时在线检测,并通过运算算法自动判断药条是否合格,控制分拣机构9进行动作,自动剔除不合格的药粒,从而提高所得药粒的质量,实现自动精密切药。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种精密切药装置,其特征在于,所述精密切药装置包括对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置、对辊、旋切刀驱动伺服电机、旋切刀刀架、药条支撑口、端面检测装置、分拣机构和机架;
其中,所述机架作为整个装置的主体结构;对辊驱动伺服电机、对辊传动装置和对辊均与机架相连,对辊传动装置输入端与对辊驱动伺服电机相连,输出端与对辊相连,对辊驱动伺服电机通过对辊传动装置实现对辊的同速反向驱动,并通过编码器反馈对辊的位置;旋切刀驱动伺服电机与旋切刀刀架均与机架,旋切刀刀架在旋切刀驱动伺服电机的带动下旋转,与连接在机架上的药条支撑口配合对药条进行切断,并通过编码器反馈旋切刀的位置;端面检测装置与机架相连,与药条支撑口对齐,实时检测药条端面的质量,判断端面质量是否合格,并通过与机架相连的分拣机构相配合,自动将不合格药粒剔除。
2.如权利要求1所述的精密切药装置,其特征在于,所述精密切药装置还包括刀架挡块,所述刀架挡块与机架相连,用于防止旋切刀刀架在旋转过程中与药条支撑口碰撞。
