Description

Simple method for preventing and controlling red heart lotus fleshy lycoris radiata mealybugs
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pest control, and particularly relates to a simple method for controlling red heart lotus fleshy lycoris radiata mealybugs.
Background
Rhododendron roseum (Echeveria' Perle von Nrnberg) belongs to Crassulaceae (Crassulaceae) Echeveria (Echeveria) ornamental plant. In recent years, with the development of industry, the red heart lotus has more meat, which is one of important commercial varieties in Fujian, and the products are sold across the country and countries of the day, the Korea, the European and American countries. At present, the production of the red heart lotus fleshiness is mainly carried out in a greenhouse.
Lycoris radiata Leoni (Phenacoccus solani Ferris) belongs to Hemiptera (Hemiptera), Gecko superfamily (Coccoidea), Lecanidae (Pseudococcidae), Lecanicilliaceae (Phenacocinae), and Lecanicillium sp. Lycoris radiata mealybugs are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions, female adults and nymph spines are used for absorbing edible plant juice, the fertility is strong, the egg production amount is large, parthenogenesis and population generation overlapping and other biological characteristics are achieved, and serious economic loss is caused in a red heart lotus succulent planting base in Zhangzhou region in recent years.
The method is characterized in that a scholars provides corresponding prevention and control measures for the common insect pest coccid in the process of planting succulent rosecanes, but the measures are based on the prevention and control of the insect pests by using chemical pesticides, are easy to cause the excessive application of the pesticides, conflict with the green leading guidance of the new era, and the prevention and control are carried out by using the pesticides, so that the insect pests can generate drug resistance, and the prevention and control efficiency is further reduced; and the variety of the scale insects is many, and the scale insects which are mentioned in the current research are all not lycoris radiata and are belonged to new quarantine pests, and the research is very few, so that no green simple prevention and control measures based on the concept of 'healthy cultivation + biological control' are seen.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field need to solve the problem of how to provide a green and simple method for preventing and controlling lycoris radiata mealybugs with red heart lotus fleshy and green by taking 'healthy cultivation and biological prevention' as concepts.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention respectively carries out the control of the lycoris radiata mealybugs in the tray seedling stage and the bag cultivation stage of the red heart lotus fleshiness, and different amounts of microbial bacteria powder and the microbial bacteria powder are scattered according to the monitored insect plant rate
The biological natural enemies have great significance for green production and environmental protection of the green production of the green houseleek with more meat while improving the pest control effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a simple method for preventing and controlling the red heart lotus fleshy lycoris mealybugs is characterized in that prevention and control are respectively carried out in a cave disk seedling culture period and a bag planting cultivation period of the red heart lotus fleshy lycoris mealybugs, and the prevention and control process in the cave disk seedling culture period comprises the following steps:
1) covering: building a plurality of seedling raising sheds above the red heart lotus fleshiness seedling raising platform;
2) monitoring: installing a monitoring imaging system on the seedling shed, and monitoring and calculating the insect plant rate;
3) controlling the pests: according to the insect plant rate, performing prevention and control to different degrees, and culturing to obtain young plants;
when the insect plant rate is less than 3%, removing the succulent seedlings of the red heart lotus harmed by the lycoris radiata mealybugs out of the seedling raising plug tray, and performing centralized treatment; or spreading wheat bran dressing containing neoseiulus cucumeris-carried bacteria in the hole tray;
when the pest rate is more than or equal to 3% and less than or equal to 10%, spreading wheat bran dressing containing neoseiulus cucumeris-carrier in the hole tray; placing the cryptolaemus labyrinthica or the harmonia axyridis egg cards on the planting frame, wherein each egg card contains 20 ladybug eggs, and 1-2 egg cards are placed in each seedling shed;
when the insect rate is more than 10 percent, spraying 30 percent of spirotetramat, 3000 times liquid of thiamethoxam suspending agent or 18 percent of 1500 times liquid of pyraflufen-buprofezin suspending agent for seedling, wherein the spraying amount is 15L/667m2Spraying for 5-7 daysThen, uniformly spreading a matrix mixing material containing Metarhizium anisopliae FM-03 strain powder into the hole tray, wherein each gram of strain powder contains 80 hundred million spores, spraying water into the greenhouse until the humidity in the greenhouse is 70%, and stopping spraying water;
the technical effect achieved by the technical scheme is as follows:
and (3) in the plug seedling stage: the whole seedling period from the leaf insertion or the tissue culture seedling to the rooting of the succulent young red heart lotus is about 20-30 d. At this stage, a green simple prevention and control technical scheme of 'one cover-lapping, two monitoring and three damage-controlling' is constructed by means of 'isolation + monitoring + green control', so that the purpose of controlling propagation and damage of lycoris radiate mealybugs is achieved;
when the seedling raising shed is built, a small seedling raising shed cover (600 cm in length, 120cm in width and 70cm in height) is built on a succulent plant layered seedling raising platform by using PVC plastic pipes (the inner diameter is 8mm multiplied by the outer diameter is 10mm), the small seedling raising shed cover is composed of transverse pipes and arc-shaped pipes which are uniformly arranged in rows, the arc-shaped pipes are built every 100cm, all the shed pipes are connected and fixed through the transverse pipes, and an insect-proof net or a shading net is covered on a framework to prevent the emigration of lycoris radiata mealybugs and create a more suitable small seedling raising environment;
during monitoring, an electric slide rail (the length is 600cm, the width is 6cm, the thickness is 6cm, the slide rails on two sides are 2cm, the depth is 2cm) is arranged below a transverse pipe of a small seedling raising shed cover, an integrated mobile camera is carried, the camera is a panoramic spherical camera (the lens focal length is 3.6MM, the zoom adjusting distance is 0-5m, the visual angle field is 107.7 degrees, the pixel is 200W, and the resolution is 1920 x 1080), and the seedling stage health of the red heart lotus fleshy and the pest damage condition mainly caused by lycoris and mealybugs are monitored in a linear mode. Wherein, the seedling health condition monitoring is mainly based on wide-angle visual field irregular observation of the growth vigor and health condition of the red heart lotus fleshy seedlings; the method mainly comprises the steps of monitoring the damage condition of the insect plants in the seedling stage, wherein the occurrence proportion and the damage degree of the red heart lotus fleshy insect plants are observed regularly and at fixed points in a microspur visual field, and the insect plant rate (the number of the insect plants/the total number of the observed plants) of the insect plants damaged by lycoris radiata mealybugs is counted after imaging and is used as an important index for selecting insect damage control judgment measures;
when the pest control rate is less than 3%, the breeding predatory mites of the lycoris radiata lecher are controlled to predate the lycoris radiata lecher by using the microbial powder with strong scale killing activity, such as the predatory mites carrying metarhizium anisopliae FM-03 (self-separation in the laboratory) and the like, so that the mites control pests; metarhizium anisopliae FM-03 carried by predatory mites has strong infectivity on lycoris radiata mealybugs, can effectively kill and inhibit the propagation of the lycoris radiata mealybugs, and uses the bacteria to control insects.
The worm rate is more than or equal to 3% and less than or equal to 10%, the worm opening amount of the lycoris radiata mealybugs is regulated and controlled by increasing the spreading of wheat bran dressing containing new small cucumeris amblyseius-carried bacteria and increasing the ladybug predation measures, so that the harm of the lycoris radiata mealybugs is reduced; when the insect strain rate is more than 10%, 30% of spirotetramat, 3000-.
The prevention and control process of the bag planting cultivation period comprises the following steps:
4) and (3) monitoring again: transplanting the young plants to a nutrition bag, placing the nutrition bag on a planting frame, and observing and calculating the rate of the young plants when ants move on the planting frame;
5) blocking: the lycoris radiata mealybugs are prevented and controlled in 2 modes of underground blocking and shelf blocking;
6) controlling the pests:
early-stage prevention: spraying 3000-5000 times liquid of propionyl brassinolide aqua or 1000 times liquid of oligosaccharide-catenin 6% (composed of 3% amino-oligosaccharin and 3% alternaria tenuissima activator protein) with spraying amount of 20L/667m2Spraying 1-2 days later, spreading 1-1.5g wheat bran dressing containing systemic insecticide in the nutrition bag, spraying 30-45 days later, and repeatedly spraying immune regulator for 1 time in the same amount;
when the insect rate is less than 5 percent, spraying 800 times of liquid of a biosynthesis inhibitor ZR-777600 or 1000 times of liquid of 10 percent hexaflumuron suspending agent 800 to young plants, wherein the spraying amount is 20L/667m2
When the insect strain rate is more than or equal to 5 percent and less than or equal to 15 percent, spraying 1500-fold 2000-fold liquid of 80 hundred million spores/ml metarhizium anisopliae FM-03 spore suspension to young plants, wherein the spraying amount is 20L/667m2After 3-5 days, the nutrition bag is filled with the nutrient solution
Scattering 1-1.5g of wheat bran dressing containing neoseiulus cucumeris, placing coccinella labyrinthica or coccinella heteroclita egg cards on each planting frame, wherein each egg card contains 20 coccinella ovata eggs, and placing 2-3 egg cards on each planting frame;
when the insect rate is more than 15 percent, 9 percent of 1000-fold liquid of indoxacarb suspending agent or 6 percent of 1500-fold liquid of abamectin and acetamiprid aqueous emulsion is sprayed on the young plants, the spraying amount is 20L/667m2(ii) a And after 5-7d, re-investigating the plant rate, and selecting corresponding biocontrol and pest control measures.
