背景技术
用户的生活日益忙碌,他们洗衣的时间有限。在另一方面,经历洗衣过程的衣物中大约40%并不脏,可以再穿着。该实践导致水的不必要的使用,这可以在世界上的缺水地区是特别成问题。
之前已经公开了多种织物清新喷雾剂。EP1495102公开了提供活性材料的控释的组合物。WO 200161100公开了一种用于控制织物中的褶皱的组合物。然而,这些组合物仅涉及清新的特定方面,不是向用户提供信任以再穿着的充分的应对机制。

发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种水性织物喷雾组合物,其包含:
a.1-10重量%的硅酮,其中所述硅酮为乳液的形式,所述乳液具有100nm至30μm的粒径,
b.游离香料,其具有1nm至30μm的乳液粒径。

水性组合物
本发明的组合物为水性织物喷雾剂。优选地,至少60重量%的组合物为水,更优选至少70重量%。
硅酮
本发明的组合物包含硅酮。
按喷雾组合物的重量计,硅酮可以以选自小于10%、小于8%和小于6%的含量存在。按喷雾组合物的重量计,硅酮可以以选自:大于0.5%、大于1%和大于1.5%的含量存在。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,硅酮在喷雾组合物中以选自:约0.5%至约10%,优选约0.5%至约8%,更优选约0.5%至约6%的量存在。

适合于本发明的硅酮为织物软化硅酮。这样的硅酮的非限制性实例包括:

聚二甲基硅酮(PDMS)聚合物具有通式:

硅酮聚合物的分子量优选地为1,000至500,000,更优选2,000至250,000,甚至更优选5,000至200,000。
本发明的硅酮为乳液的形式。硅酮优选地在加入本发明的组合物之前乳化。硅酮组合物通常从制造商以乳液的形式供应。
乳液的平均粒径在约100nm至30μm,更优选150nm至20μm范围内。这可以被称为微乳液。粒径测量为体积平均直径D[4,3],这可以使用来自Malvern instruments的MalvernMastersizer 2000测量。
硅酮乳液的粒径将向织物提供颜色复原。
游离香料
本发明的组合物包含游离香料。
按喷雾组合物的重量计,游离香料可以以选自:小于10%、小于8%和小于5%的含量存在。按喷雾组合物的重量计,游离香料可以以选自:大于0.0001%、大于0.001%和大于0.01%的含量存在。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,游离香料在喷雾组合物中以选自约0.0001%至约10%,优选约0.001%至约8%,更优选约0.01%至约5%的量存在。

本发明组合物的游离香料组合物包含释香(blooming)香料成分。释香香料组分定义为沸点低于250℃且LogP大于2.5。优选地,本发明的游离香料组合物包含至少10重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地至少20重量%的释香香料成分,最优选地至少25重量%的释香香料成分。优选地,本发明的游离香料组合物包含小于58重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地小于50重量%的释香香料成分,最优选地小于45重量%的释香香料成分。合适地,本发明组合物的游离香料组合物包含10至58重量%的释香香料成分,优选地20至50重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地25至45重量%的释香香料成分。

其它有用的香料成分包括直接(substantive)香料组分。直接香料组分定义为沸点大于250℃且LogP大于2.5。优选地,游离香料组合物进一步包含直接香料成分。
沸点是在标准压力(760mm Hg)下测量的。优选地,香料组合物将包含释香和直接香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可以包含其它香料组分。
已经报道了许多香料成分的logP;例如,可获自Daylight Chemical InformationSystems,Inc.(Daylight CIS),Irvine,Calif.的Pomona92数据库包含许多,以及对原始文献的引用。然而,logP值最方便地通过同样可获自Daylight CIS的“CLOGP”程序计算。当其可在Pomona 92数据库中获得时,该程序还列出了实验性logP值。“计算的logP”(ClogP)是通过Hansch和Leo的片断方法测定(参见,A Leo,Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry,第4卷,C.Hansch,P.G.Sammens,J.B.Taylor和C.A.Ramsden编著,第295页,Pergamon Press,1990,通过引入并入本文)。该片断方法是基于每种香料成分的化学结构并考虑原子的数量和类型、原子连接、和化学键合。

在游离油香料组合物中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在用于本发明的组合物中,设想存在三种或更多种,优选地四种或更多种,更优选地五种或更多种,最优选地六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料组分的上限。
本发明的游离香料为乳液的形式。乳液的粒径可以在约1nm至30微米,优选约100nm至约20微米的范围内。粒径测量为体积平均直径D[4,3],这可以使用来自Malverninstruments的Malvern Mastersizer 2000测量。
不希望受到理论的束缚,据信具有该乳液粒径的游离香料将与硅酮乳液相互作用,以在被喷雾的物品上提供改善的香料寿命。

异味成分
本发明的组合物优选地包含抗异味成分。异味成分可以是在传统游离香料成分之外。
按衣物清新组合物的重量计,抗异味剂可以以选自:小于20%、小于10%和小于5%的含量存在。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,抗异味剂在衣物清新组合物中以选自约0.01%至约5%,优选约0.1%至约3%,更优选约0.5%至约2%的范围内的量存在。
可以使用任何合适的抗异味剂。实际上,抗异味作用可以通过有效地“捕获(trap)”、“吸收”或“破坏”气味分子以由此从衣物分离或除去气味或充当“异味冲消剂(counteractant)”的任何化合物或产品实现。
气味控制剂可以选自:未络合环糊精;气味阻断剂;反应性醛;类黄酮;沸石;活性碳;蓖麻油酸锌或其溶液与取代的单环有机化合物的混合物;及其混合物。
如上所述,合适的抗异味剂为环糊精,合适地是水溶性未络合环糊精。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,环糊精以选自0.01%至5%,0.1%至4%,和0.5%至2%的含量存在。
如本文使用的术语“环糊精”包括任何已知环糊精,如含有六至十二个葡萄糖单元的未取代环糊精,尤其是α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精和/或其衍生物和/或其混合物。α-环糊精由六个葡萄糖单元组成,β-环糊精由七个葡萄糖单元组成,和γ-环糊精由排列成甜甜圈形环的八个葡萄糖单元组成。

高度水溶性的环糊精为在室温下具有在100ml的水中至少约10g,优选地在100ml的水中至少约20g,更优选地在室温下在100ml的水中至少约25g的水溶解度的那些。溶解的未络合环糊精的可用性对于有效和高效的气味控制性能是必要的。当沉积在表面上,尤其是织物上时,溶解的水溶性环糊精可以显示出比非水溶性环糊精更有效的气味控制性能。
适用于本文的优选水溶性环糊精衍生物的实例为羟丙基α-环糊精、甲基化α-环糊精、甲基化β-环糊精、羟乙基β-环糊精和羟丙基β-环糊精。羟烷基环糊精衍生物优选地具有约1至约14,更优选约1.5至约7的取代度,其中每个环糊精的OR基团的总数定义为取代度。甲基化环糊精衍生物通常具有约1至约18,优选约3至约16的取代度。一种已知的甲基化β-环糊精为七-2,6-二-O-甲基-β-环糊精,通常称为DIMEB,其中对于葡萄糖单元具有约2个甲基,取代度为约14。一种优选的更可商购的甲基化β-环糊精为随机甲基化β-环糊精,通常称为RAMEB,具有不同的取代度,通常为约12.6。RAMEB比DIMEB更优选,因为DIMEB比RAMEB更影响优选表面活性剂的表面活性。优选的环糊精可获自例如Cerestar U.S.A.,Inc.和WackerChemicals(U.S.A.),Inc。

反应性醛可用作抗异味剂以减轻异味的影响。合适的反应性醛的实例包括I类醛和II类醛。I类醛的实例包括大茴香醛、o-烯丙基-香草醛、苯甲醛、枯茗醛、乙基茴香醛(ethylaubepin)、乙基香草醛、胡椒醛、甲苯基醛和香草醛。II类醛的实例包括3-(4'-叔丁基苯基)丙醛、2-甲基-3-(4-叔丁基苯基)丙醛、2-甲基-3-(4'-异丙基苯基)丙醛、2,2-二甲基-3-(4-乙基苯基)丙醛、肉桂醛、α-戊基-肉桂醛和α-己基肉桂醛。这些反应性醛更详细地描述在US5,676,163中。当使用时,反应性醛可以包括至少两种醛的组合,其中一种醛选自无环脂族醛、非萜烯脂族醛、非萜烯脂环族醛、萜烯醛、被芳族基团取代的脂族醛、和双官能醛;且第二醛种选自具有与芳香环共轭的醛官能团的α不饱和的醛,和其中醛基在芳环上的醛。这种至少两种醛的组合在WO00/49120中更详细地描述。如本文使用的术语“反应性醛”进一步涵盖作为(i)醛与醇,(ii)酮与醇,或(iii)醛与相同的或不同的醛的反应产物的除味材料。这样的除味材料可以是:(a)通过将醛与甲醇反应产生的缩醛或半缩醛;(b)通过将酮与甲醇反应产生的缩酮或半缩酮;(c)至少两种醛的环状三缩醛或混合环状三缩醛,或任何这些缩醛、半缩醛、缩酮、半缩酮或环状三缩醛的混合物。这些除味香料材料更详细地描述在WO 01/07095中,其通过引用并入本文。
类黄酮也可以用作抗异味剂。类黄酮是基于C6-C3-C6黄烷骨架的化合物。类黄酮可见于典型的精油。这样的油包括从针叶树和草(例如雪松、日本扁柏、桉树、日本红松、蒲公英、低条纹竹和陇牛儿苗科)通过干馏提取的精油,并且可以含有萜类物质,例如α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、phencone和莰烯。还包括茶叶提取物。这样的材料的描述可以见于JP02284997和JP 04030855,。
金属盐也可用作抗异味剂以实现异味控制益处。实例包括脂肪酸的金属盐。蓖麻油酸是优选的脂肪酸。锌盐是优选的金属盐。蓖麻油酸的锌盐是特别优选的。可商购的产品是来自Evonik的TEGO Sorb A30。合适的金属盐的进一步细节提供如下。
沸石可以用作抗异味剂。一类有用的沸石的特征在于“中间”硅酸盐/铝酸盐沸石。中间沸石(intermediate zeolite)的特征在于SiO2/AlO2摩尔比小于约10。优选地,SiO2/AlO2的摩尔比范围为约2至约10。中间沸石可具有优于“高”沸石的优点。中间沸石对胺类气味具有更高的亲和力,它们对于气味吸收是更高重量效率的,因为它们具有更大的表面积,并且它们比高沸石更耐湿并且在水中保留更高的气味吸收能力。适用于本文的广泛的中间沸石可以作为CP301-68、300-63、CP300-35和CP300-56商购自PQ Corporation,和作为系列沸石商购自Conteka。可从TheUnion Carbide Corporation和UOP获得的以商品名和销售的沸石材料也是优选的。这样的材料对于含硫气味(例如硫醇类(thiols)、硫醇类(mercaptans))的控制优于中间沸石。合适地,沸石材料具有小于约10微米的粒度,并且在衣物清新组合物中以小于衣物清新组合物的1重量%的水平存在。
活性炭是另一种合适的抗异味剂。合适的碳材料是用于有机分子和/或用于空气净化目的的已知吸收剂。通常,这样的碳材料被称为“活性”碳或“活性”炭。这样的碳可以以以下商品名从商业来源获得:如Calgon-TypeTypeTypeType和Type 合适地,活性炭优选具有小于约10微米的粒度,并且在衣物清新组合物中以小于衣物清新组合物的约1重量%的水平存在。
示例性的抗异味剂如下。
ODOBANTM是由Warner Robins,Ga的Clean Central Corp.制造和分发。其活性成分是烷基(C14 50%,C12 40%和C16 10%)二甲基苄基氯化铵,其是抗细菌季铵化合物。烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵是与水和异丙醇一起在溶液中。Clean Control Corp.的另一种产品是BIOODOUR CONTROLTM,其包含水、细菌孢子、烷基酚乙氧基化物和丙二醇。
ZEOCRYSTAL FRESH AIR MISTTM是由Crestwood,Ill的Zeo Crystal Corp.(a/k/aAmerican Zeolite Corporation)制造和分发。该液体包含亚氯酸盐、氧、钠、碳酸盐和柑橘提取物,并且可包含沸石。
气味控制剂可以包括如US2005/0113282A1中描述的异味冲消剂(counteractant),其通过引用并入本文。特别地,这种异味冲消剂可以包括蓖麻油酸锌或其溶液和如在第17段第2页描述的取代的单环有机化合物的混合物,其中所述取代的单环有机化合物择一地或组合地是以下中的一种或多种:

(ii)约90至约10重量份的含有蓖麻油酸锌的组合物,其为蓖麻油酸锌和/或含有大于约30重量%的蓖麻油酸锌的蓖麻油酸锌溶液。优选地,前述含有蓖麻油酸锌的组合物为约50重量%的蓖麻油酸锌和约50重量%的至少一种1-羟基-2-乙氧基乙基醚的混合物。更具体地,可用于与蓖麻油酸锌组分组合的优选组合物为以下的混合物:
(A)1-环己基乙-1-基丁酸酯;
(B)1-环己基乙-1-基乙酸酯;和
(C)1-(4'-甲基乙基)环己基乙-1-基丙酸酯。
更优选地,前述含有蓖麻油酸锌的混合物的组分的重量比为其中含有蓖麻油酸锌的组合物:1-环己基乙-1-基丁酸酯:1-环己基乙-1-基乙酸酯:1-(4'-甲基乙基)环己基烷-1-基丙酸酯为约2:1:1:1。
可用于与蓖麻油酸锌组分或溶液组合的另一种优选的组合物为以下的混合物:
(A)1-环己基乙-1-基乙酸酯;和
(B)1-(4'-甲基乙基)环己基乙-1-基丙酸酯。
更优选地,前述含有蓖麻油酸锌的混合物的组分的重量比为其中含有蓖麻油酸锌的组合物:1-环己基乙-1-基乙酸酯:1-(4'-甲基乙基)环己基乙-1-基丙酸酯为约3:1:1。
本发明的抗异味材料在组合物中可以是“游离的”,或者它们可以被包封。合适的包封材料可以包括,但不限于,氨基塑料、蛋白质、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚酰胺、聚烯烃、树胶、硅酮、脂质、改性纤维素、多磷酸盐、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或其组合。
特别优选的包封材料为氨基塑料,如三聚氰胺甲醛或脲甲醛。本发明的微胶囊可以为脆性微胶囊和/或水分活化微胶囊。脆性是指当施加力时,香料微胶囊将破裂。水分活化是指香料在水的存在下释放。
在本文中描述为气味控制剂的任何材料也可能归类为本文所述的另一种组分的情况下,就本发明的目的而言,这样的材料应归类为气味控制剂。
其它任选成分
其它任选成分可以存在于本发明的水性喷雾组合物中。例如,水性喷雾组合物可以进一步包含:着色剂/染料、防腐剂、粘度控制剂、包含有益剂的微胶囊、结构化剂/分散剂、溶剂、用于加工助剂的消泡剂等。
喷雾组合物
组合物为织物喷雾组合物。这是指所述组合物适于喷雾到织物上。它们可以通过任何合适的喷雾设备喷雾。
优选地,在喷雾机构可人工操作以从喷嘴排出一定剂量的所述组合物的意义上,喷雾设备是可人工操作的喷雾设备。喷雾机构可以通过致动器操作。致动器可以为推动致动器或拉动致动器。致动器可以包含触发器。喷雾机构可以包含可手操作泵。任选地,所述泵为以下之一:正位移泵;自引发泵;往复泵。合适的喷雾设备包括触发式喷雾器、连续/半连续喷雾器、手指泵喷雾器、振动筛网设备输出喷雾器。
优选地,喷雾设备可在不使用推进剂的情况下操作。实际上,优选无推进剂的喷雾设备。这允许喷雾剂保持产品的完整性和纯度、不受推进剂污染且是环境优选的。
优选地,喷雾设备是加压的。这可以改善喷雾持续时间和速度。优选地,喷雾设备是通过与容纳组合物的储器分开的气体室加压。气体优选地为空气或氮气。喷雾设备可以包括容纳组合物和加压剂的外容器,其中组合物通过容纳(优选地,密闭地密封的)在柔性小袋中而与加压剂分隔。这保持整个制剂的完整性,使得仅分配纯(即,排除加压剂)组合物。优选的系统为所谓的“罐中袋(bag-in-can)”(或BOV、阀上袋(bag-on-valve)技术)。或者,喷雾设备可以包括活塞式屏障机构,例如Crown Holding的EarthSafe。
优选地,喷雾设备包含可生物降解的塑料材料。
喷雾机构可以进一步包含雾化器,其配置成将所述液体剂量分解成液滴,从而促进形成雾形式的所述细气雾剂。方便地,所述雾化器可以包含以下中的至少一个:涡流室和侧向分散室。合适地,雾化器起到混合空气与水性织物喷雾组合物的作用。
当喷雾时,制剂的粒径优选地为不超过300μm,优选地不超过250μm,优选地不超过150μm,优选地不超过125μm,优选地不超过100μm。当喷雾时,制剂的粒径优选地为至少5μm,优选地至少10μm,优选地至少15μm,优选地至少20μm,优选地至少30μm,优选地至少40μm。合适地,喷雾包含平均直径在优选地5至300μm、更优选10至250μm、最优选15至150μm范围内的液滴。该尺寸允许均匀分布和在足够润湿织物,而没有由于过量定量加料一些成分而导致的潜在织物损坏之间的平衡。液滴尺寸可以在Malvern Spraytec instrument上测量,峰最大值对应于平均液滴尺寸。参数液滴尺寸为体积平均直径D[4,3]。
合适地,在致动后,喷雾具有在至少0.4秒范围内的持续时间。优选地,喷雾具有至少0.8秒的持续时间。较长的持续时间通过使每次致动喷雾设备的覆盖最大化而使努力最小化。这对于设计成用于衣物的全部区域上的产品是重要的因素。优选地,喷雾持续时间与致动直接相关,使得只要致动器被激活(例如,只要压着按钮或触发器),喷雾排出持续。
喷雾储器可以是非加压的、人工或机械预加压的设备。上述也是可移动的/可再装填的储器。
根据本发明的进一步的方面,提供了一种用于根据上述方面的衣物清新产品的更换储器,所述更换储器预装填有一定体积的所述衣物清新组合物用于补充所述产品。合适的“再装填套件”包括一个或多个储器。在多于一个储器,例如两个、三个、四个、五个或更多个储器的情况下,每个储器的内容物(水性织物喷雾组合物)可以与其它储器相同或不同。
剂量
方便地,衣物清新组合物作为液体提供,并且所述喷雾机构可操作以排出至少0.1ml,优选至少0.2ml,更优选至少0.25ml,更优选至少0.3ml,更优选至少0.35ml,更优选至少0.35ml,更优选至少0.4ml,更优选至少0.45ml,和最优选至少0.5ml的剂量。
合适地,剂量不超过2ml,优选不超过1.8ml,优选不超过1.6ml,更优选不超过1.5ml,更优选不超过1.4ml,更优选不超过1.3ml,和最优选不超过1.2ml。
合适地,剂量为0.1至2ml的所述液体衣物清新组合物,优选0.2至1.8ml,更优选0.25至1.6ml,更优选0.25至1.5ml,和最优选0.25至1.2ml。
已经发现这些剂量在实现期望的衣物清新作用(例如抗皱褶)而没有难看的和浪费的大液滴形成的方面特别有效。
使用方法
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种使织物复原或使衣服回到“刚洗”状态的方法。“刚洗”状态旨在表示新近洗涤的衣物的外观、感觉和气味,对于一些衣物,洗衣过程将包括熨烫(例如,衬衫)。根据本发明的方法包括将本发明的组合物喷雾到衣物上的步骤。
组合物的用途
在本发明的一个方面,提供了根据本发明的组合物的用途。所述组合物可用于使衣服复原或使衣物回到“刚洗”状态。
复原指所述组合物可用于使经处理的衣物看起来和感觉上更年轻或更新。这包括使衣物恢复到新购买状态的外观和感觉,其可以包括:更少的褪色或更厚的感觉或分裂纤维保护或原纤维的粘住,等等,特别是颜色复原。
回到“刚洗状态”指组合物可用于使衣物看上去、感觉上和闻起来是新近洗涤的。这包括提供刚性和脆性(crispness)的感觉,或除去不想要的褶痕,颜色复原,等等。
实施例制剂
制备方法:
向容器中装入水,并保持在20℃±5℃。向容器中加入硅酮乳液和次要成分,同时搅拌。通过混合熔融的非离子表面活性剂(45℃)与游离油香料和抗异味技术产生预混物,同时将该混合物保持在45℃。然后将预混物加入到容器中,同时混合。
Claims (14)
1.一种水性织物喷雾组合物,其包含:
a.1-10重量%的硅酮,其中所述硅酮为乳液的形式,所述乳液具有100nm至30μm的粒径,
b.游离香料,其具有1nm至30μm的乳液粒径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.0001-10重量%的游离香料。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含异味成分。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述游离香料组合物包含至少10重量%的释香香料成分。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮具1,000至500,000的分子量。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮包含官能化硅酮。
7.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其中所述官能化硅酮上的官能团位于硅酮链上的悬垂位置。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮包含非官能化硅酮。
9.根据权利要求9所述的组合物,其中所述非官能化硅酮是根据下式:
R1-Si(R3)2-O-[-Si(R3)2-O-]x-Si(R3)2-R2
R1=氢、甲基、甲氧基、乙氧基、羟基、丙氧基和芳氧基基团,
R2=氢、甲基、甲氧基、乙氧基、羟基、丙氧基和芳氧基基团,
R3=烷基、芳基、羟基或羟基烷基基团,及其混合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮选自:羧基官能化硅酮;阴离子官能化硅酮;非官能化硅酮;及其混合物。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮组合物包含0.001至3meq/g的胺含量。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述硅酮组合物包含聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物。
13.一种使织物复原或使衣服回到“刚洗”状态的方法,其包括将根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物喷雾到所述织物或衣服上的步骤。
14.根据权利要求1至11所述的组合物用于使衣服复原或使衣服回到“刚洗状态”的用途。
