因此,提供了一种电磁端子屏蔽件10以及制造该屏蔽件10的工艺100。屏蔽件10两侧上的第一、第二和第三弹簧臂18A-18C的不同弹簧刚度在屏蔽件10与对应的配合端子屏蔽件之间导致六个独立且顺应的接触点。屏蔽件10提供低接合力,但提供高法向接触力,从而提供容易的连接和高的连接性能。弹簧臂18在屏蔽件本体12的前部处和后部附近接触屏蔽件本体12,从而提供能量在屏蔽件10中的改进流动以及最佳的电磁兼容(EMC)性能。
当配合的电磁端子屏蔽件与屏蔽件10接合时,屏蔽件10提供三种不同的弹簧刚度。这三种弹簧刚度由1)悬臂式弹簧臂18、2)一旦弹簧臂18的自由端22接合屏蔽件本体12的内表面26而形成被简单支撑的梁的弹簧臂18、以及3)屏蔽件本体12本身的径向弹簧提供。随着配合的电磁端子屏蔽件被插入屏蔽件本体12中,当配合的电磁端子屏蔽件与弹簧臂18接合时,在自由端22远离屏蔽件10的内表面时提供第一弹簧刚度。这提供了较低的初始接合力。当弹簧臂18的自由端22接合内表面26时,该弹簧臂18成为被简单支撑的梁,此时提供第二弹簧刚度。一旦初始对准基本完成并且接合力主要由摩擦导致时,这将提供更高的法向力。第三弹簧刚度由屏蔽件10本身的径向箍形和在屏蔽件本体12的接缝接头34上靠近电缆开口16的点焊32的轴向位置提供。这在连接器开口14中允许更大的公差。连接器开口14越小,对配合的电磁端子屏蔽件产生的干扰越大,并导致更高的接合力。在接合力变得过高之前,屏蔽件本体12将挠曲并且接缝34将替代地打开。
接触肋30提供了屏蔽件10的稳定性和改进的法向力。通过将突起往回折叠到屏蔽件本体12的屏蔽件腔24中来形成弹簧臂18,消除了屏蔽件本体12中的开口,这改善了EMC性能并增加了接触保护。

3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)包括第一弹簧臂(18A)、与所述第一弹簧臂(18A)大体平行的第二弹簧臂(18B)以及与所述第二弹簧臂(18B)大体平行的第三弹簧臂(18C)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)与所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的另一个弹簧臂(18)相对。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述屏蔽件本体(12)限定纵向接缝接头(34),所述接缝接头(34)在电缆开口(16)附近被点焊。
6.一种用于制造电磁端子屏蔽件(10)的方法(100),包括以下步骤:
由平坦金属板形成端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件(102),所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件具有从所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件的一端延伸的多个细长突起;
朝着所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件折叠(104)所述多个细长突起,以形成多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18);
连结(108)所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件的远侧边缘以形成屏蔽件本体(12),所述屏蔽件本体(12)具有被构造成接收相应的配合端子屏蔽件(10)的连接器开口(14)以及被构造成接收电缆的电缆开口(16),其中,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)与所述屏蔽件本体(12)一体形成,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)的固定端(20)附接到所述连接器开口(14)并且自由端(22)布置在由所述屏蔽件本体(12)限定的屏蔽件腔(24)内,其中,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)具有自由端(22),并且所述自由端(22)通过横杆(28)互连,所述横杆(28)在所述屏蔽件腔(24)内与所述屏蔽件本体(12)的内表面(26)接触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法(100),其特征在于,所述方法(100)还包括以下步骤:
将所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)在所述屏蔽件腔(24)内朝着所述屏蔽件本体(12)的内表面(26)弯折。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法(100),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)包括第一弹簧臂(18A)、与所述第一弹簧臂(18A)大体平行的第二弹簧臂(18B)以及与所述第二弹簧臂(18B)大体平行的第三弹簧臂(18C)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法(100),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)与所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的另一个弹簧臂(18)相对。
10.根据权利要求6所述的方法(100),其特征在于,所述方法(100)还包括以下步骤:
在所述屏蔽件本体(12)的电缆开口(16)附近点焊(110)所述屏蔽件本体(12)的纵向接缝接头(34)。
11.一种通过包括以下步骤的方法(100)制造的电磁端子屏蔽件(10):
由平坦金属板形成端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件(102),所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件具有从所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件的一端延伸的多个细长突起;
朝着所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件折叠(104)所述多个细长突起,以形成多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18);
连结(108)所述端子屏蔽件(10)初加工件的远侧边缘以形成屏蔽件本体(12),所述屏蔽件本体(12)具有被构造成接收相应的配合端子屏蔽件(10)的连接器开口(14)以及被构造成接收电缆的电缆开口(16),其中,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)与所述屏蔽件本体(12)一体形成,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)的固定端(20)附接到所述连接器开口(14)并且自由端(22)布置在由所述屏蔽件本体(12)限定的屏蔽件腔(24)内,其中,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)具有自由端(22),并且所述自由端(22)通过横杆(28)互连,所述横杆(28)在所述屏蔽件腔(24)内与所述屏蔽件本体(12)的内表面(26)接触。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述方法(100)还包括以下步骤:
将所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)在所述屏蔽件腔(24)内朝着所述屏蔽件本体(12)的内表面(26)弯折。
13.根据权利要求11所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)包括第一弹簧臂(18A)、与所述第一弹簧臂(18A)大体平行的第二弹簧臂(18B)以及与所述第二弹簧臂(18B)大体平行的第三弹簧臂(18C)。
14.根据权利要求11所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的每个弹簧臂(18)与所述多个悬臂式弹簧臂(18)中的另一个弹簧臂(18)相对。
15.根据权利要求11所述的电磁端子屏蔽件(10),其特征在于,所述方法(100)还包括以下步骤:
在所述屏蔽件本体(12)的电缆开口(16)附近点焊(110)所述屏蔽件本体(12)的纵向接缝接头(34)。
