羊肉鲜嫩,营养价值高,凡肾阳不足、腰膝酸软、腹中冷痛、虚劳不足者皆可用它作食疗品。羊肉营养丰富,对肺结核、气管炎、哮喘、贫血、产后气血两虚、腹部冷痛、体虚畏寒、营养不良、腰膝酸软,阳痿早泄以及一切虚寒病症均有很大裨益;具有补肾壮阳、补虚温中等作用,所以羊肉制品广受人们青睐。随着物质水平的提高,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明针对上述提出的问题提供一种黄精羊肉酱,具有一定降血压和防止动脉粥样硬化及肝脏脂肪浸润的作用。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种黄精羊肉酱,由下述原料按重量份组成:黄精15-20份、熟地10-15份、羊肉500-800份、食用油30-50份,辣椒粉20-25份、盐25-30份、白酒10-12份、红酒12-15份、生姜泥8-12份、花椒粉12-16份、豆瓣酱12-15份、胡萝卜100-200份、水1000-1500份。
一种黄精羊肉酱的制备方法如下:
(1)将黄精和熟地粉碎至0.5-1㎝的颗粒,将胡萝卜切丁至1-2㎝,烘干后备用;
(2)将洗干净后切成0.5-1㎝的肉粒,用花椒粉、辣椒粉、白酒、盐将切碎的羊肉腌制1-2小时;
(3)在锅中加入食用油,油开后加入腌制好的羊肉,煸炒8-10分钟,然后加入红酒继续煸炒2-3分钟,再加入豆瓣酱、生姜泥、胡萝卜丁、黄精和熟地颗粒,继续煸炒3-5分钟后,加入水后煮制汤汁浓稠;
(4)将煮好的羊肉酱常温放凉后计重包装即可。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的羊肉酱具有一定降血压和防止动脉粥样硬化及肝脏脂肪浸润的作用,其中羊肉性味甘温,功能补益脾胃,善治虚劳气血不足;熟地性味甘微温,质润,功能补血滋阴,黄精性味甘平,功能滋阴、补脾、润肺,是一种非常保健的食品。

按重量份取原料:黄精15份、熟地10份、羊肉500份、食用油30份,辣椒粉20份、盐25份、白酒10份、红酒12份、生姜泥8份、花椒粉12份、豆瓣酱12份、胡萝卜100份、水1000份;
(1)将黄精和熟地粉碎至0.5㎝的颗粒,将胡萝卜切丁至1㎝,烘干后备用;
(2)将洗干净后切成0.5㎝的肉粒,用花椒粉、辣椒粉、白酒、盐将切碎的羊肉腌制1小时;
(3)在锅中加入食用油,油开后加入腌制好的羊肉,煸炒8分钟,然后加入红酒继续煸炒2分钟,再加入豆瓣酱、生姜泥、胡萝卜丁、黄精和熟地颗粒,继续煸炒3分钟后,加入水后煮制汤汁浓稠;

一种黄精羊肉酱的制备方法如下:
按重量份取原料:黄精16份、熟地12份、羊肉700份、食用油40份,辣椒粉22份、盐28份、白酒12份、红酒14份、生姜泥10份、花椒粉14份、豆瓣酱13份、胡萝卜150份、水1200份;
(1)将黄精和熟地粉碎至1㎝的颗粒,将胡萝卜切丁至2㎝,烘干后备用;
(2)将洗干净后切成1㎝的肉粒,用花椒粉、辣椒粉、白酒、盐将切碎的羊肉腌制2小时;
(3)在锅中加入食用油,油开后加入腌制好的羊肉,煸炒10分钟,然后加入红酒继续煸炒3分钟,再加入豆瓣酱、生姜泥、胡萝卜丁、黄精和熟地颗粒,继续煸炒5分钟后,加入水后煮制汤汁浓稠;
(4)将煮好的羊肉酱常温放凉后计重包装即可。
实施例3
一种黄精羊肉酱的制备方法如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄精羊肉酱,其特征在于:一种黄精羊肉酱的制备方法如下:
(1)将黄精和熟地粉碎至0.5-1㎝的颗粒,将胡萝卜切丁至1-2㎝,烘干后备用;
