The alligator alternanthera is subjected to extraction treatment, and the extraction steps are as follows: 1) cleaning the alternanthera philoxeroides, drying in the shade, drying in an oven at 65 ℃, and crushing into alternanthera philoxeroides powder of 40 meshes; 2) mixing the alternanthera philoxeroides powder with absolute ethyl alcohol according to the weight ratio of 1: 8, uniformly mixing, and soaking in a sealed manner for 36 hours; 3) transferring the mixture obtained in the step 2) into a distillation container, connecting a steam distillation device, and distilling for 4h at 70 ℃; 4) cooling the extracting solution obtained in the step 3), filtering filter residues, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation and concentration on the filtrate at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the alligator alternanthera extracting solution.
The preparation process of the mosquito killing medicament specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, weighing clove, mint, perilla leaf, honeysuckle, folium artemisiae argyi, evening primrose and mozzie buster according to the formula ratio, removing impurities attached to the leaves, cleaning, drying and crushing for later use;
step 2, mixing the mixture crushed in the step 1 with water according to a mass ratio of 1: 7, soaking the mixture in a dark place for 24-48 hours, and turning the mixture for several times in the soaking process to fully soak the mixture;
step 3, filtering filter residues after soaking, adding active carbon into the filtrate for decoloring, removing the active carbon after decoloring, and distilling and concentrating the filtrate at 65 ℃ under reduced pressure to obtain a mixed extract;
and 4, adding the mixed extracting solution, the lavender extracting solution, the artemisia argyi extracting solution, the alternanthera philoxeroides extracting solution and the anophelifuge into the ethanol according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, then adding the water according to the formula amount, finally adding the chitosan, uniformly stirring, and canning.

A mosquito-killing agent differing from example 6 in that lavender was not included, the water content was 44.5% by mass, and the rest was the same as example 6.

A mosquito-killing agent differing from example 6 in that it contained no mugwort and water in a mass percentage of 46% and the rest was the same as example 6.
Comparative example 3
A mosquito-killing agent is different from that of example 6 in that it does not include alternanthera philoxeroides, and the mass percentage of water is 47.5%, and the rest is the same as example 6.
The mosquito killing medicaments prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are used for mosquito killing experiments, and the mosquito killing experiments are specifically carried out by taking 100 culex pipiens pallens, adult insects at 3 weeks old and 50 males and females respectively as experimental objects; placing experimental mosquitoes in a 1m multiplied by 1m square box, spraying 2mL of mosquito killing agent into the square box, observing and recording the death number and time of the experimental mosquitoes; the blank control is the same condition, and no mosquito killing agent is sprayed.

According to the mosquito killing experiment result, the mosquito killing medicament prepared in the embodiment has the advantages that the death number of mosquitoes reaches more than 90 within 6 hours, and is higher than that of the comparative example, so that the synergistic mosquito killing effect among lavender, mugwort and alternanthera philoxeroides is better.

Claims (8)

1. A mosquito killing medicament, which is characterized in that: the paint specifically comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of clove, 2-7% of mint, 0.5-3% of perilla leaf, 3-5% of honeysuckle, 3-6% of evening primrose, 2-5% of mozzie buster, 4-7% of lavender, 5-8% of mugwort, 5-10% of alternanthera philoxeroides, 2-4% of sweet wormwood oil, 3-5% of anophelifuge, 8-12% of ethanol and the balance of water.

A mosquito eradication agent according to claim 1, wherein: the lavender is subjected to extraction treatment, and the extraction steps are as follows: 1) washing the lavender, drying the lavender, and crushing the dried lavender into 60-80 meshes of lavender powder; 2) lavender powder and absolute ethanol were mixed in a ratio of 1: 4-6, and soaking in a dark place for 24-48 hours; 3) after soaking, performing suction filtration, distilling and concentrating the filtrate at 60 ℃ under reduced pressure, and removing absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain lavender extract.

A mosquito eradication agent according to claim 1, wherein: the mugwort is extracted and processed, and the extraction steps are as follows: 1) cleaning the dry mugwort, drying the mugwort when the surface of the sun-dried mugwort is anhydrous, further drying the mugwort, and crushing the dried mugwort into 60-80-mesh mugwort powder; 2) mixing mugwort powder and absolute ethyl alcohol according to a ratio of 1: uniformly mixing the materials according to the mass ratio of 6-10, and then sealing and soaking for 24-48 h; 3) filtering the soaking solution through gauze, and filtering the soaking solution by vacuum filtration; 4) evaporating the soak solution obtained in the step 3) to remove ethanol in the soak solution, so as to obtain the mugwort extract.
4. A mosquito eradication agent according to claim 1, wherein: the mosquito killing medicament also comprises 1-3% of chitosan.

A mosquito eradication agent according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the extracting solution comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning the alternanthera philoxeroides, drying in the shade, drying in an oven at 50-65 ℃, and crushing into alternanthera philoxeroides powder of 40-60 meshes; 2) mixing the alternanthera philoxeroides powder with absolute ethyl alcohol according to the weight ratio of 1: 5-8, and soaking in a sealed condition for 24-48 hours; 3) transferring the mixture obtained in the step 2) into a distillation container, connecting a steam distillation device, and distilling for 4-6 h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃; 4) cooling the extracting solution obtained in the step 3), filtering filter residues, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation and concentration on the filtrate at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the alligator alternanthera extracting solution.
6. A mosquito eradication agent according to claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the lavender to the mugwort to the alternanthera philoxeroides is 1: 1.3: 1.6.
