Description

Natural galenical composition with mosquito repelling and itching relieving functions
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical industry, in particular to a natural galenical composition with mosquito repelling and itching relieving functions, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The female mosquito can survive, lay eggs and propagate offspring only by sucking blood, the smell sense of the female mosquito is extremely sensitive, and the female mosquito can directly wash a blood sucking object from 30m away. Mosquitoes often carry pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like, skin is stabbed and itchy after being bitten by the mosquitoes, skin is easy to chap and infect after being repeatedly scratched, a long-term scar can be caused due to improper treatment, diseases are easily spread, and learning, working and life of people are influenced.
Mosquito-repellent and itching-relieving products in the market are full of Lin and Lang, such as toilet water, lithospermum paste, essential oil and the like, most of the mosquito-repellent toilet water contains a chemosynthetic repellent-DEET (DEET) or mosquito-repellent ester, and traditional mosquito-repellent incense and electrothermal mosquito-repellent incense sheets or electrothermal mosquito-repellent incense liquid which are popular in recent years contain pyrethroid chemical insecticides.
The chemosynthesis repellent has certain irritation and toxicity, and relatively safe botanical mosquito-repellent itching-relieving products have wide market prospect along with the improvement of the safety consciousness of people and the increasingly intense market competition. Compared with chemical insecticides, the plant essential oil has the characteristics of good advantages in the aspect of safety, such as fresh smell, no burning sensation, skin irritation, low toxicity or no toxicity, no drug effect residue after use, easy degradation, no environmental pollution and the like, but the natural repellent has low efficiency and durability in repelling mosquitoes.
Therefore, the development of a natural plant preparation composition with lasting excellent mosquito-repelling, itching-relieving, sterilizing and disinfecting effects is urgently needed.
Chinese patent application CN110638700A discloses a mosquito repellent liquid extracted from pure plants and a preparation method thereof. The mosquito repellent liquid extracted from pure plants is prepared from the following raw materials, by volume, 2-4 parts of a taxus chinensis leaching solution, 3-4 parts of a artemisia apiacea leaching solution, 1-2 parts of a sophora flavescens leaching solution, 1-2 parts of a fructus cnidii leaching solution and 87 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the steps of primary extraction, purification and mixing. The mosquito repellent is prepared by mixing and processing pure plant extract, is suitable for infants, pregnant women and allergy-prone people, and needs to further improve the mosquito repellent rate.
Chinese invention patent application CN110755346A discloses an anophelifuge itching-relieving Coptis chinensis Franch toilet water, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of coptis deltoidea, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of lemon essential oil, 1-5 parts of fructus cnidii extract essential oil, 1-5 parts of rhizoma zedoariae, 1-5 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 1-5 parts of camphor, 1-5 parts of radix stemonae, 5-10 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 5-10 parts of astragalus membranaceus and 1-5 parts of edible alcohol. However, the floral water has more medicinal taste and more complex extraction process.
The Chinese patent application CN106726912A discloses a preparation method of an itching-relieving mosquito repellent liquid, which is prepared by the following steps: adding 5-10 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl piperidine carboxylic isobutyl ester into 25 parts by weight of ethanol aqueous solution to obtain a first solution, adding 10-15 parts by weight of fructus cnidii extract, 10-15 parts by weight of fructus kochiae and 10-20 parts by weight of folium artemisiae argyi into 120 parts by weight of ethanol aqueous solution, and carrying out reflux extraction at constant temperature of 30-40 ℃ and 0.15MPa for 4 hours to obtain a second solution; concentrating the second solution to 50-60 parts by weight and mixing with the first solution; adding pH regulator to adjust to 6.5. The invention not only contains plant raw materials, but also adds chemical mosquito repellent, and is not good for health after long-term use.
