Experimental example 1 mosquito repelling experiment
1. Experimental animals: kunming mouse, 20g + -2 g, 50 mice, each half male and female. The test insect is culex pipiens blankii.
2. Test drugs: alcohol, the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in comparative examples 1-12, the Liushen flower water provided in comparative example 13 and the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in examples 1-5.
3. Grouping experiments: a negative control group (alcohol), a positive control group (Liushen toilet water provided in comparative example 13) and 1-17 groups (the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in examples 1-5 and the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in comparative examples 1-12).
4. The experimental method comprises the following steps: 190 mice (each half of male and female) are taken and divided into 19 groups, each group n is 10, four limbs of the mice are fixed on a wood board, villi with the diameter of 2cm of the abdomen is subtracted, then the mice are evenly coated on the exposed abdomen according to the medicine of 1.5uL/cm, the mice are placed into 50 x 50cm of culex fatting cages every 1h, 50 females are placed in each cage, the mice are parked for 3min, the presence or absence of mosquitoes and the blood sucking are observed, the mice are judged to be invalid as long as 1 mosquito sucks the blood, the average effective protection time is recorded, the standard deviation is calculated, and the effective protection rates of 4h, 5h, 6h and 7h are calculated. When the effective protection rate is more than 80%, the effective protection rate can be considered as effective, and when the effective protection rate is less than 80%, the effective protection rate is considered as no protection.
Effective protection rate (%) - (average number of bites in negative control group-average number of bites in test group)/average number of bites in negative control group [ < 100 [ ]
5. As a result: see table 1.

2. Grouping: sterile distilled water is smeared on a blank control group, Liushen toilet water provided in a comparative example 13 is smeared on a positive control group, and the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in examples 1-5 and the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving compound essential oil provided in comparative examples 1-12 are smeared on an experimental group (1-17 groups).
3. The treatment method comprises the following steps: each patient smears a blank control liquid (sterile distilled water) on one affected part, and smears corresponding mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving medicines on other affected parts, wherein the smearing area is the same as the pruritus area.
4. And (3) evaluating the curative effect:
curing, namely applying the medicine for 1 time, wherein pruritus and redness and swelling disappear immediately or within 10min, and patients do not relapse;
the effect is shown that the pruritus and the red swelling disappear or are obviously relieved within 10min after the liniment is applied for 1 time, and relapse occurs after a plurality of hours, but the relapse does not occur after the liniment is applied again;
effective, the medicine is applied within 10min for 3 times for patients with pruritus and red swelling;
it is ineffective for applying the medicine within 10min for more than 3 times without improving pruritus.
5. As a result: see table 2.
TABLE 2 antipruritic effect of mosquito repellent antipruritic compound essential oil
Figure BDA0002095381750000151
