背景技术
玲珑瓷是在瓷器坯体上通过镂雕工艺,雕镂出许多有规则的“玲珑眼”然后以釉烧成后这些洞眼成半透明的亮孔,十分美观,被喻为“卡玻璃的瓷器”然而由于以前生产工艺和原料处理技术的限制,景德镇传统的玲珑瓷表面多为白色调,装饰效果过于单调已不能满足人们对高品质生活的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备工艺简单、成本低廉、色彩绚丽的五彩玲珑瓷的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种五彩玲珑瓷的制备方法,其特征在于依照以下步骤:
步骤一:选取高温陶瓷坯体泥料,通过注浆或滚压成型坯体;
步骤二:将步骤一制备的坯体进行素烧;
步骤三:在步骤二制备的釉坯表面贴玲珑装饰花纹,采用喷砂射流工艺喷射玲珑孔;
步骤四:制备陶瓷装饰用彩色玲珑釉料;
步骤五:将步骤三喷射好玲珑孔的坯体水洗后干燥,将步骤四制备的彩色玲珑釉料施于步骤三制备的玲珑孔内,并将残留在坯体表面的彩色玲珑釉处理干净;
步骤六:在步骤五制备的坯体内、外部表面施透明釉,后于1295℃高温釉烧、出窑、获得五彩玲珑釉装饰的瓷体。

第三,玲珑釉应具有较高的通透性和较小的热膨胀系数,并且可以较好的促进颜色釉的发色。
第四,通过素烧及保温降低坯体中的水分和气孔,提高了胎体的品质。
第五,通过采用不同烧制气氛的相互交换促进了玲珑釉的发色以及坯体、透明釉、玲珑釉之间膨胀系数的相互匹配。
第六、采用喷砂射流工艺进行陶瓷穿孔,该技术打的玲珑孔边缘清晰、整齐、通用性强,能灵活实现各种复杂图案的异型孔,克服了玲珑眼凹凸不平、边缘粗糙、不整齐、等缺点。
第七、玲珑釉细度控制在万孔筛筛余为1.14~1.55%,使得釉料中不同粒径的物料分布合理,使得粗细粒径物料较少,中等粒径物料较多,确保获得最紧密堆积的玲珑眼。
本发明通过设计全新的坯釉配方和工艺参数得到有绚丽多彩的五彩玲珑瓷,不仅大幅提升了景德镇玲珑瓷的品质,还突破了传统玲珑瓷的装饰效果,并且本发明所用原料大部分为天然矿物原料不但来源丰富价格低廉,而且对人体无任何副作用,因此具有广阔的市场空间。

步骤五:将步骤三喷射好玲珑孔的坯体水洗后干燥,将步骤四制备的彩色玲珑釉料施于步骤三制备的玲珑孔内,并将残留在坯体表面的彩色玲珑釉处理干净;
步骤六:在步骤五制备的坯体内、外部表面施透明釉,后于1295℃高温釉烧、出窑、获得五彩玲珑釉装饰的瓷体。
所述步骤一中坯体泥料的重量百分比组成为:祁门瓷石48%、同安高岭土12% 、星子石英12% 、营口长石15%、新余透辉石8%、本溪滑石5%。

1.一种五彩玲珑瓷的制备方法,其特征在于依照以下步骤:
步骤一:选取高温陶瓷坯体泥料,通过注浆或滚压成型坯体;
步骤二:将步骤一制备的坯体进行素烧;
步骤三:在步骤二制备的釉坯表面贴玲珑装饰花纹,采用喷砂射流工艺喷射玲珑孔;
步骤四:制备陶瓷装饰用彩色玲珑釉料;
步骤五:将步骤三喷射好玲珑孔的坯体水洗后干燥,将步骤四制备的彩色玲珑釉料施于步骤三制备的玲珑孔内,并将残留在坯体表面的彩色玲珑釉处理干净;
步骤六:在步骤五制备的坯体内、外部表面施透明釉,后于1295℃高温釉烧、出窑、获得五彩玲珑釉装饰的瓷体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中坯体泥料的重量百分比组成为:祁门瓷石48%、同安高岭土12% 、星子石英12% 、营口长石15%、新余透辉石8% 、本溪滑石5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中素烧的温度为550~600℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中玲珑孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、多边形及它们的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中玲珑釉的重量百分比组成为:
同安高岭土22%、营口长石10%、本溪滑石18%、石灰石12%、星子石英18%、硼砂10%、煅烧氧化锌4%、氧化锂3%、硅酸锆3%,外加着色氧化物2%和熔块5~10%;
上述熔块的化学重量百分组成为:SiO2 42%、B2O3 10%、Al2O3 28%、Li2O 5%、BaO 6%、ZnO2%、K2O 7%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中颜色釉料施在坯体表面的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,颜色釉料的比重为 1.42~1.45g/cm3,颜色釉料细度控制为250目,筛余量0.4%以下;透明釉施在坯体内表面的厚度为0.5~0.9mm,透明釉的比重为 1.39~1.40g/cm3;所述步骤四中透明釉的化学质量百分比组成为:SiO2 32%、Al2O3 22%、K2O15%、BaO 18%、Li2O 2%、B2O3 11%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中玲珑孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、多边形及它们的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤七中玲珑釉的重量百分比组成为:
同安高岭土22%、营口长石10%、本溪滑石18%、石灰石12%、星子石英18%、硼砂10%、煅烧氧化锌4%、氧化锂3%、碳酸锶3%,外加熔块5~10%;
上述熔块的化学重量百分组成为:SiO2 42%、B2O3 10%、Al2O3 28%、Li2O 5%、BaO 6%、ZnO2%、K2O 7%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤七中玲珑釉的细度控制为250目, 筛余量1.14~1.55%,釉浆浓度为 50~55B°e。
10.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤八中高温釉烧的烧成制度为:室温~350℃为氧化期,烧制时间3.5小时,350~1000℃为氧化分解期,烧制时间5小时,1000~1050℃为氧化保温期,烧制时间1小时,1050~1295℃为还原期,烧制时间3小时,最高温度保温1小时。
