背景技术
釉是覆盖在陶瓷制品表面的无色或有色的玻璃质薄层,是用矿物原料和化工原料按一定比例配合经过研磨制成釉浆,施于坯体表面,经一定温度煅烧而成。

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,审美需求也在不断的变化,传统的对陶瓷产品的形状或是图案上进的改进,无法突破现有设计水平,缺乏创新,难以适应消费者求新求变的需求,因此如果能将传统的缺陷加以改性,实现新的艺术效果,提供一种全新的陶瓷釉面效果,是陶瓷生产企业继续解决的问题。

为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种珍珠气泡釉陶瓷及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,包括陶瓷坯体,其特征在于,所述由陶瓷坯体向外依次布置有珍珠气泡釉和透明釉,所述透明釉的烧成温度高于珍珠气泡釉的烧成温度,该珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的原料组分如下:长石40-50份、石英18-23份、白云石5-10份、高岭土5-10份、碳酸钙3-8份、滑石3-8份、氧化锌1-5份、低温熔块1-5份、碳酸钡1-3份、稀土1-3份。
优化的,珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石46份、石英20份、白云石8份、高岭土7份、碳酸钙3份、滑石5份、氧化锌3份、低温熔块5份、碳酸钡2份、稀土1份。
优化的,珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石43份、石英22份、白云石9份、高岭土5份、碳酸钙6份、滑石7份、氧化锌1份、低温熔块2份、碳酸钡3份、稀土2份。

一种珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,制备上述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,制备陶瓷坯体;
步骤2,根据珍珠气泡釉的原料组份进行配比、混合、球磨制成珍珠气泡釉;
步骤3,在陶瓷坯体含水率为5-10%时,将步骤2制备的珍珠气泡釉施于在陶瓷坯体上;
步骤4,待珍珠气泡釉干燥后,在珍珠气泡釉外施透明釉;
步骤5,待陶瓷坯体含水率为3-5%时,将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中烧成型,透明釉的烧成温度为1330-1350℃。
进一步的,珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度为1300-1320℃,窑炉由于珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度升温至透明釉的烧成温度的时间小于30分钟。
进一步的,步骤3中珍珠气泡釉施釉时的波美计浓度为43-48、施釉厚度为0.5-0.8mm。

具体实施例二:
珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,包括陶瓷坯体,所述由陶瓷坯体向外依次布置有珍珠气泡釉和透明釉;珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石43份、石英22份、白云石9份、高岭土5份、碳酸钙6份、滑石7份、氧化锌1份、低温熔块2份、碳酸钡3份、稀土2份;透明釉为常用的高透透明釉。
制备上述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,制备陶瓷坯体;
步骤2,根据珍珠气泡釉的原料组份进行配比、混合、球磨制成珍珠气泡釉,珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度为1310℃;
步骤3,在陶瓷坯体含水率为5-10%时,将步骤2制备的珍珠气泡釉施于在陶瓷坯体上,珍珠气泡釉施釉时的波美计浓度为47、施釉厚度为0.6mm;
步骤4,待珍珠气泡釉干燥后,在珍珠气泡釉外施透明釉,透明釉施釉时的波美计浓度为、施釉厚度为0.2mm;
步骤5,待陶瓷坯体含水率为4.5%时,将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中烧成型,烧成温度为1335℃,窑炉由于珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度升温至透明釉的烧成温度的时间小于23分钟。
使用该种方法所制备的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,在陶瓷坯体表面设置了珍珠气泡釉和面层釉,珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度与面层釉的烧成温度相差25℃,在窑炉温度为1310℃时珍珠气泡釉沸腾,形成体积中等、排解均匀的珍珠气泡,且该气泡被表层被高透透明釉覆盖,使珍珠气泡效果明显。
具体实施例三:
珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,包括陶瓷坯体,所述由陶瓷坯体向外依次布置有珍珠气泡釉和透明釉;珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石50份、石英19份、白云石7份、高岭土6份、碳酸钙5份、滑石4份、氧化锌2份、低温熔块3份、碳酸钡1份、稀土3份;透明釉为常用的乳浊透明釉。
制备上述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,制备陶瓷坯体;
步骤2,根据珍珠气泡釉的原料组份进行配比、混合、球磨制成珍珠气泡釉,珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度为1315℃;
步骤3,在陶瓷坯体含水率为8%时,将步骤2制备的珍珠气泡釉施于在陶瓷坯体上,珍珠气泡釉施釉时的波美计浓度为45、施釉厚度为0.6mm;
步骤4,待珍珠气泡釉干燥后,在珍珠气泡釉外施透明釉,透明釉施釉时的波美计浓度为、施釉厚度为0.25mm;
步骤5,待陶瓷坯体含水率为3.5%时,将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中烧成型,烧成温度为1332℃,窑炉由于珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度升温至透明釉的烧成温度的时间小于25分钟。
使用该种方法所制备的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,在陶瓷坯体表面设置了珍珠气泡釉和面层釉,珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度与面层釉的烧成温度相差较小,在窑炉温度为1315℃时珍珠气泡釉沸腾,形成体积交大、排解稀疏的珍珠气泡,且该气泡被乳浊透明釉所覆盖,形成若隐若现的效果。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (10)
1.珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,包括陶瓷坯体,其特征在于,所述由陶瓷坯体向外依次布置有珍珠气泡釉和透明釉,所述透明釉的烧成温度高于珍珠气泡釉的烧成温度,该珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的原料组分如下:长石40-50份、石英18-23份、白云石5-10份、高岭土5-10份、碳酸钙3-8份、滑石3-8份、氧化锌1-5份、低温熔块1-5份、碳酸钡1-3份、稀土1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石46份、石英20份、白云石8份、高岭土7份、碳酸钙3份、滑石5份、氧化锌3份、低温熔块5份、碳酸钡2份、稀土1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石43份、石英22份、白云石9份、高岭土5份、碳酸钙6份、滑石7份、氧化锌1份、低温熔块2份、碳酸钡3份、稀土2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述珍珠气泡釉的原料组分如下:长石50份、石英19份、白云石7份、高岭土6份、碳酸钙5份、滑石4份、氧化锌2份、低温熔块3份、碳酸钡1份、稀土3份。
5.一种珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,制备权利要求1-4任意一项所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,制备陶瓷坯体;
步骤2,根据珍珠气泡釉的原料组份进行配比、混合、球磨制成珍珠气泡釉;
步骤3,在陶瓷坯体含水率为5-10%时,将步骤2制备的珍珠气泡釉施于在陶瓷坯体上;
步骤4,待珍珠气泡釉干燥后,在珍珠气泡釉外施透明釉;
步骤5,待陶瓷坯体含水率为3-5%时,将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中烧成型,透明釉的烧成温度为1330-1350℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度为1300-1320℃,窑炉由于珍珠气泡釉的沸腾温度升温至透明釉的烧成温度的时间小于30分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中珍珠气泡釉施釉时的波美计浓度为43-48、施釉厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中施珍珠气泡釉时陶瓷坯体含水率为8%。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述透明釉施釉时的波美计浓度为、施釉厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
10.根据权利要求5或6所述的珍珠气泡釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中烧成时,陶瓷坯体含水率为3.5%。
