本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,坯料成分按照以下质量份配比:SiO2 62.56份,AL2O3 25.44份,Fe2O3 0.82份,CaO 0.7份,MgO 4.25份,K2O 2.20份,Na2O 1.20份。坯料球磨、过筛后,通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,制得青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料;青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料注浆成型得到坯件,坯件干燥后,进行素烧,然后施釉、釉烧,烧成出窑。本发明提供的青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,通过利用坯体的内在开裂性质,使得普通外釉形成厚重、由内而外的开裂效果,通过工艺技术的突破,脱颖而出,为消费者提供更加精湛的艺术视觉效果的青瓷制品。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法。
背景技术
“开片裂纹陶瓷制品”从古至今都受到广大消费的喜爱,它有着浓厚的历史感,纹片原始、古朴、纯真、典雅,鱼鳞状开裂叠加,它把残缺、粗矿等缺陷纳入了陶艺制品的审美范畴,不难看出,裂纹釉的发展史对当代陶艺的出现有着独特的影响力。同时,当代陶艺也为陶瓷艺术创造出了不一样的艺术效果和欣赏价值。
古朴似玉的青瓷裂纹开片瓷,从古至今有很多技术工艺制品,但是多是采用坯体表面的釉层开裂,形成开片的效果。这种开片效果感官上开片片纹细而且无序,层次轻薄,浮于表面,不能形成浓厚的开片效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种开片视觉效果更好的青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法。
青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,包括以下步骤:
坯料成分按照以下质量份配比:SiO2 62.56份,AL2O3 25.44份,Fe2O3 0.82份,CaO0.7份,MgO 4.25份,K2O 2.20份,Na2O 1.20份;
将坯料放入球磨机内经24小时球磨,过筛后,通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,制得青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料;
青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料注浆成型得到坯件,坯件干燥后,进行素烧,然后施釉、釉烧,烧成出窑。
本发明提供的青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,通过利用坯体的内在开裂性质,使得普通外釉形成厚重、由内而外的开裂效果,通过工艺技术的突破,脱颖而出,为消费者提供更加精湛的艺术视觉效果的青瓷制品。
本发明提供的青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,打破以往仅仅依靠对开片裂纹釉的限制,重点对泥料坯体的开片性质进行研究,保证产品罐水不能渗漏,并且要对普通的高温外釉呈现均匀厚重的开片效果。

实施例1
青瓷裂纹开片瓷制备方法,包括以下步骤:
坯料成分按照以下质量份配比:
SiO2 62.56份,AL2O3 25.44份,Fe2O3 0.82份,CaO 0.7份,MgO 4.25份,K2O 2.20份,Na2O 1.20份;
将坯料放入球磨机内经24小时球磨,过筛后,通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,制得青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料;
青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料注浆成型得到坯件,坯件干燥后,进行素烧,然后施釉、釉烧,烧成出窑。

坯料成分按照以下质量份配比:
SiO2 62.56份,AL2O3 25.44份,Fe2O3 0.82份,CaO 0.7份,MgO 4.25份,K2O 2.20份,Na2O1.20份;
将坯料放入球磨机内经24小时球磨,过筛后,通过压滤榨泥、浆池搅拌化浆,制得青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料;
青瓷裂纹开片瓷坯料注浆成型得到坯件,坯件干燥后,进行素烧,然后施釉、釉烧,烧成出窑。
