本发明公开了一种辽绿釉陶瓷及其制法,包括原料原矿石60%,铝矾土10%,煤矸石30%。将原材料在球磨机中进行球磨成泥条,再依次经过手工拉坯成型、粘接、修坯,制成坯胎;在坯胎上进行划、刻、剔、粘贴等,多种手法装饰;制成的釉坯的主要成分含量有:二氧化硅67.91%、三氧化二铝27.52%、三氧化二铁1.76%、二氧化钛0.35%、氧化钾0.36%、氧化钠0.83%、氧化钙0.81%、氧化镁0.46%。解决了辽代陶瓷绿釉制法,弥补空缺。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体为一种辽代绿釉陶瓷及其制法。
背景技术
辽代陶瓷是非常具有我国北方地域特色的陶瓷,其中绿釉陶瓷,色泽翠绿,深受陶瓷爱好。本发明属于将辽代陶瓷绿釉制法进行发明设计,弥补空缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种辽代绿釉陶瓷及其制法,解决目前无辽代陶瓷绿釉制法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种辽代绿釉陶瓷及其制法,包括以下质量分数配比的原料:原矿石60%,铝矾土10%,煤矸石30%。
优选的,包括原矿石60%,其中原矿石组分配比为二氧化硅61.36%、三氧化二铝26.05%、三氧化二铁1.45%、二氧化钛0.23%、氧化钾0.18%、氧化钠0.86%、氧化钙0.69%、氧化镁0.38%、烧减量8.8%。
优选的,包括铝矾土10%,其中铝矾土组分配比为二氧化硅60.63%、三氧化二铝24.57%、三氧化二铁1.57%、二氧化钛0.31%、氧化钾0.32%、氧化钠0.75%、氧化钙0.72%、氧化镁0.41%、烧减量10.72%。
优选的,包括煤矸石30%,其中煤矸石组分配比为二氧化硅65.43%、三氧化二铝15.32%、三氧化二铁2.18%、二氧化钛0.42%、氧化钾0.55%、氧化钠0.62%、氧化钙0.83%、氧化镁0.34%、烧减量14.31%。
本发明提供一种辽代绿釉陶瓷及其制法,包括以下步骤:
S1: 将自然风化的原矿石、铝矾土、煤矸石按6:1:3的比例均匀混合;
S2:按料、球、水以1:1.5:1.3的比例装入湿式球磨机中,研磨18小时;
S3:将研磨泥浆脱水;
S4:将脱水的泥条,在练泥机中精炼成泥条;
S5:将精炼的泥条陈腐一个月以上,手工揉制至没有气泡;
S6:在拉坯机上,手工拉坯成型、粘接、修坯,制成坯胎;
S7:在坯胎上进行划、刻、剔、粘贴等,多种手法装饰;
S8:将装饰后的坯体在室内自然干燥至含水率小于3.2%;
S9: 将干坯放入窑内,以850-900℃素烧;
S10:将素烧坯施釉后,放入窑内以960-1020℃釉烧;;
S11:将出窑后的成品进行拣造、包装。
优选的,所述S10中制成的釉坯的主要成分含量有:二氧化硅67.91%、三氧化二铝27.52%、三氧化二铁1.76%、二氧化钛0.35%、氧化钾0.36%、氧化钠0.83%、氧化钙0.81%、氧化镁0.46%。

S2:按料、球、水以1:1.5:1.3的比例装入湿式球磨机中,研磨18小时;
S3:将研磨泥浆脱水;
S4:将脱水的泥条,在练泥机中精炼成泥条;
S5:将精炼的泥条陈腐一个月以上,手工揉制至没有气泡;
S6:在拉坯机上,手工拉坯成型、粘接、修坯,制成坯胎;
S7:在坯胎上进行划、刻、剔、粘贴等,多种手法装饰;
S8:将装饰后的坯体在室内自然干燥至含水率小于3.2%;
